A/N: here is another chapter just a bit of a warning there will be some more twists and turns coming up. This story I am hoping to finish in five more chapters but we will see, if there is more to tell, then I will tell it. I also have ideas for new stories. But I want to finish this one first before I start a new one.

Chapter 25

Jareth looked at the high king and queen in front of him and knew with them in front of him that this couldn't be a good thing.

"What about Helena?" Jareth asked worried.

"She committed a crime" the Queen spoke.

"Helena would never do such a thing, she is a good kid" Jareth said. It was hard for him to process that Helena would do anything serious.

"I assure you Jareth she did" the king said.

Jareth took a deep breath and asked "what crime did she do?"

"She killed a man" Giselle told him.

Jareth couldn't believe that Helena would kill someone, instead of coming to him and letting him take care of it.

"Who was it?" Jareth was afraid to ask.

"It was Micah" Henry replied.

Jareth was shocked "her own brother, why?"

"We are not sure, but we would like to find out" Giselle told him.

"What are you going to do to her?" Jareth asked afraid for Helena.

"Don't worry Jareth we will not punish her, we just want to help and heal her. The girl has been in a lot of pain since her parents died" Giselle replies.

The high kind nodded his head in agreement.

"You just want to help her?" Jareth asked worried.

"Yes" Henry said.

"Okay" Jareth said he felt a little relief knowing that they just want to help her and not punish her.

"Where is she now?" the Queen asked.

"The throne room" Jareth replied.

The three disappeared and appeared in the throne room. They saw Helena in the room with Toby.

"Helena and Toby this is the high king and queen" Jareth tells them.

Toby and Helena both said "your majesties" and bowed their heads then raised them to look at them.

"Helena they are here for you" Jareth said to her.

"For me why?" she asked as her voice shook with fear.

Giselle stepped forward "don't worry child, you are not in trouble, we are here to help"

Helena was scared and did not know if she should trust them or not, she looked at Jareth, he walked up to her and said "don't worry you will be safe with them"

Helena started to relax if Jareth told her not to worry then she won't, she knows he will never lie to her.

Giselle spoke up" we should leave, Rupert is on his way and is not happy"

Henry, Giselle and Helena vanished from the room.

"Jareth what is going on?" Toby asked confused.

Before Jareth could reply Rupert appeared in front of them. He started to look around the room and then his eyes settled on Jareth.

"Where is she?" Rupert asked angry.

"She is not here" he told him calmly.

"Did you hear what she did to my son?" Rupert said raising his voice slightly.

"Yes I did" he replied.

"I want the girl, she needs to be punished" Rupert told him.

Toby stood there confused, not sure what is going on, but he knows it has to do with Helena.

"Again Helena is gone; I am not sure when she will be back"

Rupert started sniffing the room, Toby was just watching him not sure what to do.

"She was just here, I missed her in a matter of minutes" Rupert said.

"Yes, she just left" Jareth told him.

"When will she be back?" Rupert asked.

"Jareth could tell that Rupert was getting angrier by the second, Jareth was getting frustrated with him but remained calm.

"I'm not sure" Jareth told him.

Rupert growled and disappeared, before Toby could ask Jareth what was going on, Jareth also disappeared.

"What the hell is going on?" Toby said to himself.

Jareth appeared in his bedchambers, Sarah and his son were still asleep, he smiled down at them and laid down next to Sarah to try and sleep, even though he was worried about Helena.

Giselle appeared with Helena in a room "this will be your bedroom, while you are staying here"

Helena looked around the room, it was fit for royalty it was a light cold color had crystals all over and she fell in love with the room right away. Then Helena looked at the Queen scared.

"What will happen to me?' Helena asked in a low voice.

"Nothing bad my dear, we will help you heal" Giselle told her.

"But I killed my brother" Helena lowered her head sadly.

Giselle took her hand and brought her over to the bed and they both sat down and spoke gently to her" yes my dear I know and I know why you did it. You did it to save his life. Giselle put her arm around her and Helena laid her head on her shoulder crying.

Giselle continued speaking "you felt like you were doing the right thing, now you have an enemy in Rupert and we can only hide you for so long before he finds you"

Helena stood up quickly afraid "then I must go somewhere else, maybe back above, he will kill me" Helena started to panic.

Giselle stood up and started hugging her "don't worry I won't let him hurt you"

Helena hugged her back crying. The Helena fell asleep in her arms, Giselle brought her over to the bed and laid her down and covered her up with the blankets. She brushed the hair off her face and wiped away her tear, she then bent down and kissed her on the forehead and disappeared.

"Bonnie" she called quietly.

An elf woman walked in "yes sire" she said and bowed.

"This is Helena, I will like you to give her a peaceful sleep no nightmares" Giselle said and looked sadly at Helena.

"Yes my queen" Bonnie replied.

Bonnie walked over to the bed and sat down next to Helena; she placed her hand on her head and started to chant.

The healer then stood up "it is down my queen, she will have peaceful and happy dreams tonight"

"Thank you Bonnie" the Queen said.

Bonnie bowed and walked out of the room; The Queen took one last look at Helena and disappeared.

She appeared in her chambers where her husband was waiting for her. "How's the girl?"

"She's sleeping peacefully, thanks to Bonnie" she said with sadness in her voice.

Henry walked over to her comfort her "don't worry my dear, Helena will be safe here. We are cloaked and have guards protecting us, Rupert will never find us"

Giselle hugged her husband, she was still worried for the girl, and she knows it will take a long time before Helena completely heals.
