It's been a while since the Zuka Club came to Ouran and everything seems back to normal, well as normal as the Host Club can get. "Hey Akira?" Kaoru asked. "Was up?" I replied. "I saw you bought us some instant ramen that day the Zuka Club came." He said. "Yeah?" I asked. "We were wondering if you could make us some?" Hikaru asked. "Sure why not? But I think we ran out. I'll need to go buy some. Maybe I could pick up some other thing too?" I wondered out loud.
"We can come with you!" the two suggested. "Uhh…..are you guys sure?" I asked. "Yeah, let's go!" they grabbed both of my arms. "Hey boss! We're going to buy some stuff at the commoners market!" the twins yelled to Tamaki. "No! I won't let you take my daughter away from me!" he yelled coming our way. "Bye!" they yelled closing the door before he could reach us. I pulled a list out of my pocket and wrote ramen on it. "Ok. Let's go. We need to buy a few things. I'll probably need to call a cab though." I said. "No worries." Kaoru said. "We called our limo driver to come pick us up." Hikaru finished. When did they do that? Are they wizards or something? "Ok." I replied as we walked out of the school to the car.
We walked into the store and the twins were running around like kids. Ok, so I need to buy cake, tea, chips, meat, rice, candy for my candy stash at home, milk, a new guitar tuner, some sharpies, oh! And the instant ramen, I need a lot of that. I walked around getting most of the stuff on my list. I was looking at the meat to find the best ones. "Hello Miss, would you like to try some sample candies?" a guy who worked at the store asked.
"Sure. Oh! Let me ask my friends if they want some. I'll be right back sir!" I ran off. "Hikaru! Kaoru! This guy is giving me sample candy! You want some?" I asked once I found then by the spices aisle. "Yeah!" they yelled. I laughed. "Come on then." I grasped their hands and pulled them over. "Three please!" I said to him. He gave us each one. I tasted a bit like it had caramel, chocolate, and a bit of strawberry inside. "Mmm…. This is good! I'll buy some." I said. I paid for the candy and continued the search.
"Hikaru? Where'd Kaoru go?" I asked. "He said he was going to check out some of the ice creams out but told me to stay here and keep you company." He replied. "That's sweet. Hey look! The ramen aisle." I pointed. "Race ya!" I yelled taking a head start. "No fair!" he yelled after me soon catching up and passing by me. He was already there but I kept running. "You cheated." He said. "No I-." before I could finish I tripped on one of the tiles falling forward right into Hikaru.
3rd Person P.O.V.
Once Akira tripped she began to fall forward into the older twin Hikaru. He stumbled back until they both fell onto the floor Akira on top. They both groan from the sudden pain that surged through them. "Watch where you running Akira. We could've gotten-." Hikaru began before he noticed their position. "Sorry Hikaru. I didn't-." Akira also stopped noticing as well. Hikaru was lying on the ground, his elbows propping him up a bit. Akira had her knees on the ground but also straddling the sides of his waist, while her face was against his chest.
Their hearts were racing at tremendous speeds. Both faces were almost a dark red color. They both didn't know why they felt they heat towards their faces, why their hearts were running so fast, and why they somehow felt safe this close to one another. "A-Akira." Hikaru said. "Y-Yeah H-Hikaru?" She asked as they both made eye contact but that only made things worse so they both looked away. Why do I feel so warm? Hikaru thought. Why is my heart racing so fast? Akira wondered. D-Do I like Akira/Hikaru? They both thought. They looked at one another again they faces growing a bit darker from contact. I-I think I might be in l-love with her/him. They both concluded.
They knocked out of their trace and started standing up but hit their heads. "S-Sorry." They apologized to one another. Once they stood up they tried to look anywhere but at one another, still blushing at their previous thought. "Maybe we should hurry. Kaoru could be waiting for us." Akira said. "Uhh, yeah." Hikaru said still not looking at one another. Akira quickly picked out some instant ramen. And began to leave. "Come on Hikaru!" she called. He turned to her and walked over. "Where were you guys? What took you two so long?" Kaoru asked carrying some of their bags as they walked to the car. They both blushed remembering the previous events. "N-Nothing!" they said together. "Ok?" Kaoru decided not to question it.
They had a silent trip back to the Club room but once they enter Everything seem back to normal. "Woah! This instant ramen is really good!" Tamaki yelled. "I know right!" Akira laughed. As Hikaru ate he watched her with a smile stuck to his face. "Hikaru? What are you looking at?" Kaoru asked before he followed his gaze. So he finally figured it out? Kaoru smirked. That makes things a lot easier for me. Good job Hikaru. His smirk faded a bit. But….if he does confess and Akira accepts his feelings, will things change for the better or for worse? He wondered.
He shook the thought off deciding just to enjoy what he has now. As long as he's happy. Kaoru thought before he continued to eat. They all laughed, argued, and had fun like they normally do. Everyone began to leave and had home after that. "Hikaru! Kaoru!" Akira ran over to the two before they went into their car. She hugged them. "Thanks for coming shopping with me. I had a lot of fun." She said before go through her bag. "Here. These are for you." She gave them the candy from before. "Thanks again!" she yelled running back as she waved. "See you tomorrow!" she ran off into the distance.
I really am in love with Hikaru/Akira. They both thought as they smiled. She's my candy, hard chocolate to get through, but delicious, sweet, and soft at the center. Hikaru thought as he held the box of candies tightly in his arms while he entered the car. He's my ramen, hot and difficult to eat with chopsticks, but warm, easy, and tasty once you give it a try. She thought as she held her bag of instant ramen tighter in her arms as she walked her way home. And I'll never stop eating until I know he's/she's mine. They concluded with a smile plastered on their faces.
