Finally, here is the Epilogue for all you lovely people. Please read and review!
I don't own MI High.

"Are you ready yet, Rosie? If you're not we're going to miss them..." Oscar was cut off by Rose putting a hand over his mouth.

"Ready! It's you that takes the longest anyway..." Oscar smiled and easily pulled her hand away.

"Only sometimes." Rose smiled widely, giggling at how easily Oscar had given in. He always did. She had spent two years living with him, and they were very close...like siblings, Rose firmly reminded herself. However much her heart jumped when he spoke to her.

"Pushover!" she laughed. "Let's go, then." She threw Oscar his coat and they both left the house, stepping out into the crisp autumnal air. The trees created a canopy of bright red and orange leaves over their heads, the sky was a sharp blue with not a cloud and there was a clarity to the scene that only ever existed in autumn. They were heading to a park that was a long way away for a special reason. It was far too far to walk there, so they got the bus and then the tube until they were standing on top of the large hill that dominated the park. "Bet I see them first," Rose teased, eyes scanning the surrounding landscape. There were tall office builings on the skyline, but the park itself was like a slice of countryside in the middle of London.

"Not a chance, Rosie," Oscar laughed. "You forget, I have height on my side, titch. And I'm just generally cool like that." Rose glared up at him. Two years had meant that she had grown a lot, but she was still nowhere near as tall as Oscar, although she was just under level with Carrie now.

"No need to bring height into this, meanie," she said, pretending to be very upset. It was an on-going joke between the two of them. "And anyway, I've already seen them." Oscar narrowed his eyes and raked the people taking advantage of the beautiful day.

"You're teasing," he declared. "They're not here yet."

"Wrong!" Rose gloated. "See, I can keep up with you, even if I am younger."

"And smaller," Oscar added absentmindedly, still trying to find who they were looking for. "Go on then, brainbox, where are they?" The teasing was always present in their conversations, gentle and good-natured. Rose spun and pointed at two people who were walking along the bottom of the hill, too lazy to start climbing it. "Is that really them?" Oscar asked, squinting at the pair, trying to see them better. "Good eyesight, Rosie." Rose smirked.

"Nah, I'm just better at this than you." And with that, Rose was off, sprinting down the hill towards the pair. Oscar cursed and ran after her, allowing her to gain some distance on him. When he reached the bottom of the hill Rose had already caught up with the boy and the girl, who were not-so-discreetly holding hands. "Daisy! Blane!" she shouted, jumping onto Blane's back. "I missed you!" Instinctively Daisy ad Blane had swung around, but Rose stayed clinging on.

"Rosie Red! Ooof, you're a bit big to be doing this now!" Blane laughed. Daisy spotted Oscar and ran to say hi to him too.

"Hey there, Daisy, Blane," Oscar said, laughing at Rose, who had finally dropped back to the ground and was hugging Blane. "Sorry for surprising you."

"Don't worry," Blane replied. "It was Rose who tried to tackle me to the ground!"

"I so could if I wanted to..." Rose muttered. Blane just raised one eyebrow and started tickling her gently. Rose squealed and batted his hand away. "OK, OK! You win, I couldn't."

"Thought so," Blane said smugly. "Anyway, what are you two doing here? I was just in the middle of a walk with my girlfriend..."

"At least you finally admit it openly now," Rose said, rolling her eyes. "Honestly, it took long enough, you both wanted this since you came to MI High!" Daisy giggled and whispered something in Rose's ear. "NO! Daisy, you know it's not like that..." Daisy just kept on giggling, ignoring Rose's blush and the way her eyes darted to Oscar, and then the floor.

"Sure about that? I've known you since you were 12, Rosie Red." Rose pushed Daisy away from her.

"Of course..." she mumbled. Oscar looked in confusion at Blane, who was evidently trying not to laugh.

"Care to let me in on the secret, Blane?" he asked, taking in Daisy and Blane's amusement and Rose's embarrassment. Blane finally could not hold his laughter in any longer.

"Come on, Rosie Red, we know exactly how you feel," he gestured at himself and Daisy. Oscar was starting to feel like he might have a slight idea as to what was going on, but was equally sure that he was wrong. There was no way that Rose could think of him in any way other that a sibling, surely...

And because I'm incredibly mean, that is the end of the epilogue. HOWEVER... leaving it like this means that I finally have an idea for the sequel! So look out for that!
