Ch 25: Princess vs Princess
It was early in the morning on route 13 and the group was up around a fire as Brock made breakfast.
"Alright according to the map we aren't far from O-Hina Town." Brock said.
"From what I've been told, O-Hina town is known for its celebrations." Lucy said.
"Well we could spend the night there or try to cover more distance." Ash said.
"I wouldn't mind sleeping in a real bed." Serena said.
"After 3 nights of sleeping on the floor of that house." Brock said.
"Alright we can fill up on supplies too." Ash said.
Meanwhile the pokemon were eating a few feet away.
Nidoran looked up at Wartortle, Charla, and Ivysaur.
All three had evolved but she was still a Nidoran.
"Ni." She said sighing.
She wanted to evolve too, be a Nidoqueen some day. But even after all she had been through she was still just a little Nidoran.
After the group packed up their things they continued down route 13 for another 2 hours before they reached the edge of a very large town.
"Here we are, O-Hina town." Ash said.
The town itself seemed relatively large compared to many of the other towns they had been too. The streets were in good maintenance and there were many large buildings.
The group noticed that the streets had numerous decorations around them. They also noticed dozens of women of all ages carrying many lush items and looking like they were having the times of their lives, while the men looked a bit tired.
"What's going on here?" Serena asked.
"Wait a minute. Is what day is it?" Lucy asked.
"March 3rd." Brock said.
"That's what I thought. It's the annual Princess Festival." Lucy said.
"Ohh." Ash and Brock said.
"Wait what's the princess Festival?" Serena asked.
"Oh that's right it's not celebrated in Kalos. The princess festival is a national holiday in Kanto celebrating women kind. Women are given priority in everything, and are given unbelievable discounts all day. They also host parties and festivities." Ash said.
"That sounds like a dream. Why isn't this in Kalos?" Serena asked.
"Honestly I've never been into the whole princess festival thing." Lucy said.
"Why? I thought you liked shopping?" Serena said.
"I do, it's just the whole concept I've never really gotten behind. Celebrating women simply because their women. I mean if this was celebrating something amazing someone did and everyone was given special treatment then that would be one thing. But I don't want special treatment just because of my gender." Lucy said.
"Come on Lucy we have to stay here an celebrate this. It's my first princess festival." Serena said.
"Ehh, fine." Lucy said.
"Alright this is going to be amazing!" Serena shouted.
"Get ready Ash, my mom and sisters were always relentless with this day." Brock said.
"I guess It's been a while since I've had to deal with it considering I've lived in Kalos the last 5 years." Ash said.
Serena and the grou made their way into the nearest store where Serena saw that the discounts were unbelievable. Each one was over 96 percent off.
"It's like a dream." Serena said with stars in her eyes.
"Well be prepared, my sister and mom use to drag me into this. It can get ugly." Lucy said.
"What?" Serena asked before she saw over a dozen other women in the store in a fierce melee with each other, pushing, grabbing, and shoving each other trying to get cloths and other items.
"Woah." Serena said.
Lucy cracked her neck twice.
"Let's do this." Lucy said.
Ash , Pikachu, and Brock, stood behind the two girls as they tossed anything they could get their hands on at them.
Ash, Pikachu, and Brock sweat dropped as the loads in their arms only got bigger.
"I'm starting to miss Kalos. On n'a jamais eu à faire face à cela, il" Ash said as Pikachu nodded.
"Huh?" Brock asked.
"I said we never had to deal with this there." Ash said.
"You speak Kalos?" Brock asked.
"I did live there for five years." Ash said.
"True. It would be nice to be there now." Brock said sweat dropping.
"I thought you'd like this. So many pretty girls , and fighting each other." Ash said.
"Well normally it would. But now I'm just interested in one girl." Brock said looking at Lucy. Ash was happy to see Brock growing out of his old nature and staying true to one girl ,Lucy.
The group remained at the store for almost 40 minutes before they left.
"Alright where to next?" Serena asked.
"Maybe we could drop off what you bought so we don't have to keep carrying it." Brock said as he and Ash sweat dropped.
Serena and Lucy saw the two carrying the massive loads and sweat dropped.
"Right." Serena said feeling slightly bad about having them do that.
"Well we could get a pair of hotel rooms. I'm sure the rates will be extremely low." Serena said.
The group made their way to a nearby hotel and got a pair of rooms. Inside Ash and Serena's room Serena and Ash were trying to sort everything she had just bought.
"I don't know how we're even going to carry all of this after today." Serena said.
"Hey how are we going to?" Ash asked.
"Pika?".
"Hey Ash, I just wanted to thank you for going along with all this. I know it's not the most exciting for you. But it means a lot to me that you do." Serena said.
"Serena I don't mind doing it so long as I know you're happy. " Ash said
Serena's face turned red.
"Thanks Ash." She said back before kissing him.
In the other room Lucy and Brock were sitting on the bed.
"Well Serena's not quite as bad as my mom and sister. But still I wish I could just not take part in this day. I don't believe in it, and it always makes me feel bad that I take part in it" Lucy said.
"Well Lucy, maybe you don't have to feel bad for doing that. I mean it's not like the festival is praising women as the superior gender. It's just a celebration of everything women have done throughout history. I mean woman have been scientists, doctors, soldiers, and great aura guardians. I mean the leader of the Kanto aura guardians is a woman isn't she." Brock said.
Lucy raised her head slightly.
"I mean you're a woman and an aura guardian, you do good for lots of people. You don't have to feel guilty about this, just enjoy yourself." Brock said.
"Well that does make me feel a little better. Thanks Brock, you're the best." Lucy said blushing slightly.
Brock got down onto one knee and took her hands.
"You're my princess, let me be your prince so we can live happily ever after." Brock said as his face turned red.
Lucy gave a slight smile as she closed her eyes and she kept blushing.
"We're just friends remember." She started before grabbing him by the shoulders and kissing him.
"But just a little bit closer ." She said.
Ten minutes later the group met at the hotel restaurant. They were on an outside area overlooking the streets below.
They could see the dozens of other women in the streets below moving like crazy trying to get whatever they could.
"You know it's probably a good thing this festival is only once a year." Serena said sweat dropping.
"Could you imagine if someone wanted this to happen every day." Lucy asked.
"Woah, this restaurant is expensive." Brock said sweat dropping as he looked at the menu.
"Maybe you should let us pay for the means on account of the discounts." Lucy said.
"No point going bankrupt for lunch." Ash said.
The group had let their pokemon out so they could have lunch too.
"Saur." Ivysaur said as he ate beside Pikachu, Charizard, Primeape, Haunter, and Wartortle.
After giving Eevee his berries, Serena set him down so he could eat with the other pokemon. He walked over to Charla and the others before sitting beside them.
"Sol." Absol said as he nudged his food bowl closer to Eevee.
"Eevee!" Eevee said smiling before eating one , then another.
"Alright guys, while we were in the store I found some stuff for you too." Serena said as she reached into a bag and took several things out.
"I got some special and rare ingredients to make even better food." Serena said.
"Miss!" Misdreavus shouted having grown to love Serena's cooking.
"I also have new accessories for you to use in Showcases." Serena said as she opened a black case filled with new accessories for her pokemon.
Charla and Nidoran's eyes lit up when they saw these.
"Char!" Charla said sounding very excited.
"Looks like they do like them. We should make another stop at the pokemon store, find some more things for them." Serena said.
"It's not far from here, we should probably get there before the sale starts. At that point the things will probably be around 98 percent off." Lucy said.
"98 percent off!" Serena shouted before she began eating her food as quickly as possible.
"We better not keep her waiting." Ash said as he closed his eyes, smiled and sweat dropped before also eating his food quickly.
After the group finished their lunch they made their way to the pokemon store.
"Alright here we are, let's get in there!" Serena shouted. As they walked into the store someone else already inside saw them.
"Ash, is that you?" A familiar voice said. Ash and the others turned to see none other than Sam standing across from them.
"Sam." Ash said.
Serena felt her anger and frustration level rise immediately upon seeing the girl.
"What is she doing here?" Serena said to herself quietly.
"What are you guys doing here?" Sam asked.
"We were passing through on our way to Fuchsia city." Brock said.
"Me too. I thought I'd stop here for the festival and pick up some stuff ." Sam said.
"Well since we're both here to get stuff for our pokemon, I suggest we get going." Lucy said as she pointed to a moshpit of shoppers trying to get at the products.
"Yeah, they're pretty rough in there. I was almost hurt last time I went in. Ash maybe you could help me." Sam said slightly blushing before she grabbed his arm and pulled him over with her.
"Huh?" Ash said. This was getting strange, Sam had never done that before.
Lucy and Sam could see Serena's face turning red with anger.
Serena went into the mop of shoppers and moments later two large women were thrown out of her way and onto the ground.
"I'd certainly hate to be Sam." Lucy said.
After fighting through some people to get the items they were after and met outside.
"Alright I got a pair of BlackGlasses, a Charcoal, a Cleanse Tag, and a Clever wing." Lucy said.
"I got a Choice Scarft, Blue Scart, a Heart Scale, and King's rock."
"Well that's to Ash's help I got an Iron plate, a Magmarizer, a Lucky egg, and a Muscle wing." Sam said still holding his arm.
Serena saw this and tightened her fist.
Lucy and Brock were worried she would do something drastic and both sweat dropped.
"So Sam!" Brock said as he grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him away from Sam and over towards him.
"How have your gym battle's been going?" Brock asked.
"Well I've been following Ash's training and I've already got another two badges." Sam said as she showed them her case with two new badges in it.
One was a thunder badge and the other was a circle black badge with a blue center.
"That's pretty good." Ash said.
"Thanks, you're still my inspiration." Sam said blushing.
"Pika." Pikachu whispered to Ash.
"Yeah I saw it too." He whispered back.
"So is there anything else going on here other than shopping?" Lucy asked.
"Well there is the festival contest happening later today." Sam said.
"Contest?" Serena asked.
"Yeah it's a pageant hosted by a celebrity guest. Only girls can enter, and they partake in a battle tournament. The winner receives a special mystery prize." Sam said.
"Now that sounds more like it. We should enter, I love a good competition." Lucy said.
"I was planning on entering it." Sam said.
That did sound like a bit of fun. Serena hadn't had a regular battle in some time, plus a chance to put Sam in her place would feel good.
"Yes, I'd love to enter." Serena said.
As Lucy and the others waited in line for registration Sam finished hers and was about to walk back when she was grabbed from behind and pulled away behind the registration tent.
"What the?" She asked before she saw Serena with a very angry expression on her face.
"Serena? What do you want?" Sam asked.
"Stop fooling around Sam, you what this is about. You're advances at Ash." Serena said.
Sam turned her head to the side a bit.
"Well I don't see him complaining. Maybe you're just jealous because of how much he admires me." Sam said.
"Listen Ash is my boyfriend and we're in love. If you have a little crush on him and admire him that's fine. But when you made advances at him and try to come between us , that's where I draw the line." Serena said.
"Well I can't stop Ash if he wants to be with me more than you." Sam said.
"You're 14 years old, he's almost 21." Serena said.
"Love knows no age." Sam said before Serena face palmed.
"You know, we're both entering this tournament. How about we have a little wager." Sam said.
"What?" Serena said.
"If you beat me then I back off from Ash, but if I win, you back off and allow us to enter into a relationship." Sam said.
Serena face palmed again.
"Why does she have to be like this" Serena said to herself shaking her head.
"So we have a deal then." Sam said.
"No." Serena said.
"Alright it's a deal, see you in the tournament, and Ash will be mine." Sam said before she walked off.
Serena sweat dropped as she sighed.
Twenty minutes later Ash and Brock sat in the crowd with Eevee in Ash's lap.
"Hey Brock, can I ask you something?" Ash asked.
"Sure thing, what's bothering you?" Brock asked.
"I've noticed this since we first met Sam and it's become more and more obvious since then. But I think she has a crush on me." Ash said.
"What? Are you sure?" Brock said trying not to sound obvious.
"I'm pretty sure. Now normally I wouldn't be to worried about this, but looking back at the camp with Gary and just now in the store, it almost seems like she was trying to come between me and Serena." Ash said.
"Well you can't have that." Brock said.
"No, I think when this is over I need to set this all straight with her." Ash said.
Moments later the stage lit up as the curtain raised revealing all of the entries wearing Kimonos.
In front of them was a woman in her mid thirties with a microphone.
"Welcome one and all to the annual Princess festival pokemon tournament. I am Diana Yang, your host for this years tournament. We have many lovely ladies competing for the mystery prize. I won't say what it is, but that it's very special." She said holding a wrapped box.
"The contestants will be separated into brackets, those who win will advance to the next round." Serena stared down at Sam.
Lucy who was standing beside her saw this.
"So she really thinks if she wins she's going to be with Ash?". Lucy asked.
"Yup." Serena said.
"Yeah we need to put her in her place." Lucy said.
"Leave that to me." Serena said.
A few minutes later Serena was on a battlefield across from another young woman.
"Go Dugtrio!" The young woman shouted as a Dugtrio came out in front of her.
"Go Absol!" Serena shouted.
"Sol." Absol said as he came out.
"Absol, she hasn't used him in a while." Lucy said.
"Dug trio use Dig.". The Dugtrio burrowed his way underground as Absol looked around and felt for any movements.
"Absol use Detect." Serena said. Absol focused in and waited before he felt Dugtrio coming up under him. He then leapt back as Dugtrio shot out of the ground.
"Night Slash!" Serena shouted. Absol kicked off his back feet and leapt into Dugtrio, slashing him across his faces with his head fin.
"Trio." Dugtrio grunted as he was forced back.
"Shadow claw!" Serena shouted.
"Sol" Absol said as he leapt forward and slashed his claws across the Dugtrio's faces.
"Trio." Dugtrio said as he landed on the ground with swirly eyes.
"Dugtrio is unable to battle. Serena Achille advances." The ref said.
"Alright Serena won." Ash said.
A few minutes later Lucy was in the middle of a battle against an older large woman who had a Persian.
"Persian use Fake out." The fat woman said.
"Seviper use Haze." Lucy said.
The Persian tried to rush forward and hit Seviper, however, the poison snake's speed was incredible and he unleashed a thick haze that covered the battlefield.
Persian landed on the other side completely missing Seviper.
"Huh?" Persian's trainer said.
"Flamethrower into Poison tail." Lucy said. A jet of fire flew out of the back of the Haze and engulfed the Persian before Seviper quickly slithered out and smashed his tail across Persian's face.
"Per" Persian grunted before smashing into the ground and falling unconscious.
"Persian is unable to battle." The ref said.
"Yes! Lucy's moving on." Brock said.
A few minutes later Sam was battling a woman with a Rhyhorn while Sam battled with her Ivysaur.
"Use Horn attack."
"Vine whip into Razor leaf." Sam said. Her Ivysaur wrapped his vines around Rhyhorn's legs and forced him to the ground before being barraged by leaves and knocked out.
"Rhyhorn is unable to battle." The ref said.
"Yes, one step closer." Sam said before looking up at Ash.
Ash and Pikachu sweat dropped.
As the rounds continued , Serena, Lucy, and Sam continued through the rounds until they were in the semi finals.
Lucy stood against an older woman with a Machamp.
"Machamp use Seismic toss." The woman said.
"Milotic use Twister , then follow up with Aqua tail." Lucy said.
Milotic unleashed a tornado of dragon energy forward that swept up the Machamp inside. Milotic then came in with her tail and smashed Machamp out of the twister, knocking him unconscious as he hit the ground.
"Machamp is unable to battle." The ref said.
"This isn't very hard." Lucy said as her Milotic nodded.
"Looks like Lucy's moving on to the finals." Brock said.
"Now Serena's going up against Sam." Ash said.
The two girls stood across from each other both looking very determined to beat the other.
"Ash has been my hero for years. I'm not going to loose now, I've worked to hard for this." Sam said.
"I'm going to take this girl down. Go Nidoran" Serena said.
Nidoran came out and held her head down at Sam.
"A Nidoran, perfect. Go Nidorina!" Sam shouted.
"Ni?" Nidoran said seat dropping nervously.
"Dam it." Serena said before she calmed herself and took a deep breath.
"Don't let your anger distract you. Stay calm and focused." Serena said to herself.
"Nidorina use Poison sting as you advance, then use Double Kick." Sam said.
Nidorina opened her mouth and unleashed a furry of poison stingers as she moved closer.
"Nidoran use Fury swipes to deflect, then use Tail Whip." Serena said. Nidoran tried to remain calm and used her quick strikes to knock away each incoming stinger.
Once Nidorina was right on top of her, Nidoran smacked her tail across Nidorina's legs and lower body, moving under her and using her smaller size to her advantage.
Nidorina was moved over Nidoran by her tail and had her defenses lowered.
"Nidorina use toxic spikes across the ground then propel yourself back into Double Kick." Sam said.
Nidorina opened her mouth and unleashed a furry of spikes onto the ground in front of Nidoran.
"Nidoran use Tail whip on them!" Serena shouted. Nidoran tried to slap the spikes away, but she moved into them too fast and stepped on a few.
"Ni." She grunted. Moments later Nidorina kicked herself forward and slammed her feet into Nidoran's face, hurling he back.
"Yes." Sam said.
"Hold on Nidoran." Serena said.
Nidoran regained herself and stood aggressively in front of Nidorina.
"Nidoran use Fury swipes." Serena said.
"Just fury swipes, no Strategy?" Brock asked sounding confused.
"She's up to something." Ash said.
"Reckless of you, Nidorina knock her away with Tail whip, then use Double kick." Sam said.
Nidorina readied herself when Serena smiled.
"Bite!". Nidoran opened her mouth and bit down on Nidorina's tail.
"Rina!" Nidorina shouted in pain.
"Gotcha!" Serena said.
"So she really did have a plan." Brock said.
"Eevee!" Eevee shouted happy to see them doing better.
"Double Kick!" Serena shouted.
Nidoran kicked herself off the ground forcing Nidorina over her and onto the ground.
"Never give up, he taught you that." Sam said with a determined look on her face.
"Nidorina Growl!" Sam shouted. Nidorina growled right in Nidoran's face, forcing her to let go of her tail.
"Now Crunch!". Nidorina opened up her own massive jaws before encircling Nidoran inside and bitting down extremely hard.
"Ni!" Nidoran cried in pain.
"Come on Nidoran hold on. Just because she's your evolved form doesn't make her better than you." Serena said before she noticed Nidoran's head was facing the inside of Nidorina's mouth.
"Poison sting!" Serena shouted.
Nidoran fought past the pain and opened her mouth, launching poison stings right down Nidorina's throat.
"Ri!" Nidorina shouted as she coughed in pain before letting Nidoran out.
"Oh no, Nidorina are you ok?" Sam shouted.
"Nidoran use tail whip!" Serena shouted before Nidoran smashed her tail across Nidorina's face as she kept coughing.
"Now use Bite!".
"Ni!" Nidoran shouted as she leapt into Nidorina's side and bit down on her as hard as she could.
"Ri!" Nidorina shouted in pain before she fell over with swirly eyes.
"Nidorina no!" Sam shouted.
"Nidorina is unable to battle, the winner is Nidoran." The ref said.
"Alright! We won!" Serena said feeling very satisfied in beating Sam.
Nidorina also felt very proud of herself, earlier that day all she wanted was to evolve. But now she has just defeated a Nidorina, the evolved form of herself. Maybe she was wrong, maybe she didn't need to evolve to become the best that she could be, maybe she.
That is when Nidoran started to glow and grow bigger.
"Nidoran." Serena said as her eyes widened.
"Well how about that." Ash said.
When the glowing stopped Nidoran had fully evolved into Nidorina.
"You evolved!" Serena shouted before she ran over and knelt down beside her.
Nidorina looked at herself and gave a smile. Her little pep talk to herself was nice, but evolving was better.
"Nidorina return, you battled as hard as you could. Don't feel bad." Sam said before she took a deep breath and walked over to Serena.
"Alright you won fair and square, if I learned anything from Ash it's to be honorable and a woman of my word. I'll back off." Sam said.
Serena sweat dropped before she gave a slight sigh.
"Alright look, maybe I got a little overzealous in my frustration with you. You're really not a bad person. You just had a crush on an amazing person, I don't blame you for that. I can see why you like Ash, but it was just more when you tried to get between us." Serena said.
Sam sighed.
"I guess that wasn't very nice of me. I just thought maybe if I showed him more of me, then he'd well. I guess it was stupid of me to think that way." Sam said.
"Sam, just take what you learned from him about that part of your life. When you're old enough you'll find someone. Ash isn't the only great guy out there." Serena said.
Several minutes later Serena and Lucy were facing each other on the battlefield.
"Serena and Lucy. This should be interesting." Brock said.
"Yes it will." Ash said.
"Just so you know I'm not going to hold anything back." Lucy said smiling.
"Me either." Serena said giving just as competitive of a smile.
"Alright go Seviper!" Lucy shouted. Seviper came out and hissed at Serena.
"Go Charla!" Serena shouted.
Charla stood in front of Serena and growled at Seviper.
"Seviper use Venoshock." Lucy said.
"Charla use Flamethrower!" Serena shouted.
"Sev!"
"Char!" The two pokemon shouted as they unleashed their respective attacks. Seviper's bolt of poison was hit and burned up by Charla's Flamethrower, creating a small amount of smoke.
"Seviper use Poison tail."
"Charla use Fire punch."
Seviper quickly slithered through the smoke and hurled his tail at Charla. When Charla saw it, she covered her claws in fire then knocked Seviper's tail away with her fists.
"Poison fang!". Seviper's mouth was close enough so that he could snap his jaws around Charla's body and she was unable to avoid him.
"Char." Charla grunted.
"Hold on Charla, bite him back." Serena said. Charla covered her fangs in fire then bit down on Seviper's body.
"Seviper." Seviper grunted.
Charla forced herself out of Seviper's hold as the poison snake tried to regain himself.
"Flamethrower!" Serena shouted.
"Char!" Charla shouted as she opened her mouth and unleashed a massive jet of fire that engulfed the mighty snake.
"Yes gotcha." Serena said.
"I don't think so." Lucy said with a smile. Serena and Charla saw as Seviper came right out of the fire looking fine.
"Charla look out!" Serena shouted.
"Seviper use Poison tail." Seviper smashed his tail across Charla's face, knocking her back.
"Night slash." Seviper slashed Charla once again , this time with Night slash, hurling her back right in front of Serena with swirly eyes.
"Charmeleon is unable to battle."
"Charla return, it was a very good effort." Serena said as before she walked over to Lucy.
"Good battle." Serena said.
"Yeah it was." Lucy said.
"Well folks we have our winner, Lucy." Diana said as the crowd began to applaud.
Diana presented Lucy with the wrapped box.
"Thank you." Lucy said.
After the tournament ended the group met up nearby.
"Congratulations Lucy." Ash said.
"Yeah you did great." Brock said.
"Thanks guys, now to see what's in this box." Lucy said as she opened it. When she opened the box she saw a small metal bell inside with a pink ribbon on top.
"It's a Soothe bell." Lucy said.
"Woah! Those are rare!" Sam said.
"It's suppose to help increase the level of friendship between a trainer and their pokemon." Ash said.
"Well, my pokemon and I are friendly enough. I don't really need this. Why don't you take it Sam." Lucy said.
"Really?".
"You could use it more than me."
"Thank you so much Lucy, this means so much to me."
That was when Ash remembered he had to talk to Sam.
"Sam, there's something I need to tell you too." Ash said. Serena could feel what Ash had on his mind from their aura connection.
"Ash tout va bien , je l'ai déjà pris soin d'elle" Serena said.
"Huh?" Sam asked.
"Je vois, d'accord alors" Ash said. Serena had just told Ash that she already talked to Sam about that.
"Should we ask what they're saying?" Brock whispered to Lucy.
"If they wanted us to know they wouldn't be speaking in another language." Lucy said.
"Well it was great seeing you all again. But I should probably be on my way, I still have a long way before Fuchsia city." Sam said.
"Maybe we'll see you there." Ash said.
"Maybe." Sam said trying to hide her blush.
"Well I'd say this was a good princess festival. How did you like it Serena?" Lucy asked.
"It was very good. It's ashamed we don't do this in Kalos." Serena said.
"Well, we should head back to the hotel." Brock said.
"Why, the day's not over yet and there's still plenty of shopping to do." Serena said.
"Yeah, why not." Lucy said. Ash and Brock sweat dropped.
Later that night Ash and Serena were in their hotel room. Pikachu and Eevee were already asleep on a pair of furnished chairs.
Ash was laying in the bed while Serena tried on another outfit she had bought.
"How's this one?" She asked.
"Beautiful, just like the others." Ash said.
"Alright, I guess I've tried on enough cloths. Then again I haven't tried on any of my new underwear yet." Serena said with a slightly sly expression.
Ash's face shot red.
"Huh?" He said. Serena undid her ponytail and let her hair fall loose.
She then knelt down under the end of the bed where Ash couldn't see.
She came up in just a red bra and panties, that were a different style from her normal black ones.
"How about these?" She asked.
Ash's face stayed red.
Serena laughed a little before going back down. She came up a minute later wearing a smaller blue bra and panties.
"How about these?" She asked.
"They, they look nice." Ash said stuttering. Serena laughed a little more before she climbed into the bed and came beside Ash.
"I love you" She said.
"I love you too" Ash said back before Serena kissed him and rested her body up against his.
Author's note
I know this is a bit out of order from when it happened in the anime, but I said this could happen.
All this being said I know I may be confusing you all with the fact that Serena and Ash can speak french and that being the language of Kalos since Kalos is france, when I didn't do that in the first story. The truth is I meant to do that in the first story but never got around to it and I feel bad for not doing it.
So I know it may be an added addition that is a bit confusing, trust me when I say I hate it when movie trilogies have continuity errors, you should have seen me after X-men first class, so I'm sorry to do this if it doesn't make sense but it's something I always meant to do.
Moving on I'm glad I was able to resolve the Serena vs Sam thing as I was afraid of just making Sam into another Sara, that's not what I want out of her character.
So expect there to be no more tension between those two in future chapters
We also got to see Serena vs Lucy for the first time, sorry if you wanted Serena to win but I may or may not have them battle again at some point.
