A few weeks had passed since they had revealed themselves to Usagi's human parents. Interesting changes had certanly been taking place. Just as Setsuna had predicted Usagi was loosing control of her abilities as the pregnancy progressed. Chibiusa had dissappeared.
That had been particularly hard on Hotaru. Although she was dealing relatively well, and she was excited for chibiusa to be born. Haruka got more and more anxious the closer it got to D day.
The time senshi chuckled to herself as she sat going over ancient scrolls with Artemis. The white cat looked up at her questioningly.
"I'm sorry Artemis, I was just thinking about Haruka and wondering how she's going to survive this pregnancy."
"The princess has certainly kept her busy!" He agreed laughing himself.
"What pray tell is so amusing?" Luna quipped demurly as she slunk into the den.
"Sorry Luna, there just isn't any information in any of these documents about anything even remotely similar to what was done to the shitenu. We could cure them if it were just mind control. But there's something more than that to this. It's almost as though there's a physiological part to what has been done. It's as if their bodies have been altered somehow so that the crystals healing isnt working. I'm trying to find out if that's possible but it's tedious." Artemis informed her.
"Oh it's more than possible. I'd say it's highly probable even. Beryl was very known for her expirimentations. Look at Dr. Tomoe... what he did to Hotaru created mistress 9. Look into that particular situation, I'll call Ami to assist." Luna offered her input.
"I'll go talk with Hotaru and see if she knows or remembers anything about then." Pluto added standing.
"I'll go see Makoto and Nephrite, he may know if anything like that was done to his comrads. First thing's first though. We can't have Ami examin them if we can't find them. They must all four be together with Mamoru in order for anything we might try to work. They're tied together, much like the scouts are. That could be why nothing else has worked in the past." The white cat stated as he stretched.
The others all paused and looked at him.
"Artemis!" Luna screeched excitedly.
"That's it! Why on earth didn't we think of that sooner?" Setsuna sighed with a laugh.
