Katniss's POV
The girls picked me up from the hospital this morning… if I can even call it picking up. They basically pushed me out of bed into the bathroom to get dressed, dragged me out of my room to find my mom and when she said that I as good to go, Johanna got hold of my wrist and hauled me to her car/ she pushed me down on the passenger seat and ran over to the other side where she jumped into the car and drove down to the entrance where Annie, Lavinia and Clove jumped into the car. The entire way home we were bouncing on our seats, laughing and screaming about all kind of nonsense.
Now I'm sitting in my room with a small backpack in front of me packing some stuff for tonight. I've got my pyjamas, a toothbrush, hairbrush, tons of hair ties since I always seem to lose them and some clean clothes for tomorrow. With a quick movement I swing the orange backpack over my shoulder and sprint down the stairs. I pick my coat of the rack and rush out of the door into Jo's car and she drives off to Annie's house. As soon as we arrive there and are inside we jump on all of the matrasses laid down in the living room to form 1 giant bed. It is completely covered with blankets and pillows. We're still jumping up and down when Annie walks in with some packages in her hands. I didn't even notice that she was gone.
She sits down on the "bed" and we do so too. "so as a surprise" Annie starts. "I bought you all a little gift for tonight" and she hands us our gifts. I slightly squeeze it, it's soft and feels like fabric. "3,2,1! Go!" we all rip off the wrapping paper and see what she has given us. "onesies!" Lavinia laughs. We hold them up in the air and see that we all have different animals. Jo has a bear. "OH JO, now you're really a jo-bear!" Clove squeals. Jo in her turn scowls at first but starts laughing too. Clove has a purple elephant, Lavinia has a ladybug, complete with black wings on her back. Annie has a turtle with a kind of pillow on her back that serves as his shell. Mine is a dragon and if I raise my arms there are wings going from my waist to my wrists but they have bended edges, you know? How dragon wings look like… if they would exist. As soon as we have put our onesies on Annie starts a pillow fight by throwing a pillow at Lavinia's head at full force, there is a twist to this fight though, whenever you make a sound you have to do that in the sound of your animal. Johanna starts immediately and soon enough the house is filed with animal screams and flying pillows and feathers.
"WRAAAW" Johanna attacks Clove. "TOOOT" Clove does the same. "GRWAAAAW" it's my turn and I fly over to Lavinia "BUG" she screams. "bug?" "yeah"she says, "does any of you know what sound a ladybug makes?"
"uuuuuhh, well…. No" we all laugh and quit the pillow fight. "let's make something to eat" Clove implies.
"Oh clove" Johanna says. "always hungry but ddon't you know that on an event like this you don't just MAKE some food, you order it"
"WHERE'S THE PIZZA!" I scream and everybody laughs. (AN: tell me if you know where that is from :P )
"see Clove? Katniss understands it"
Annie has her phone in her hand and calls the pizza tent to order. After we have ordered it we look at eachother to see who has an idea.
"let's play a game" Lavinia says.
"yeah good idea but which one?"Jo asks.
"oh I know one" Annie laughs a michevious smile on her face. "it's Finnick's favourite"
"OH GOD NO WE'RE NOT GOING TO PLAY FINNICK"S DIRTY MIND GAMES!" Johanna screams.
"oh no Jo it's very innocent. Trust me." She gets a seductive look on her face, mimicking Finn and with his british accent she says "it's called, truth odair"
"hahahaha what?! That is genius!"
"I know right!" Annie laughs, "he told me once and I just thought it was hilarious"
"because it is, let's play it! Everyone agrees?" Clove asks for a final time and we all nod . "okay who starts?"
"I do" Johanna says, sitting up straight, she looks around at all of us and her stare stays at Lavinia. "Lav, truth or dare?"
"dare"
"prank call a random number"
" okay, let me get my phone" she stands up and runs over to the hallway and seconds later she is back, jumping on the mattress. She dials a random number and puts it on speaker so that we can hear it too.
"hello?" a low young man's voice says.
"oh hello my darling!" Lav squeals in a perfect old ladies voice.
"excuse me but who is this?"
"oh don't you recognize my voice? I'm your grandmother!"
"I don't have a…"
"well I was wondering.. last week I came to your house and I might have left my false teeth there, is there any chance that I've left them there?"
"I'm sorry but I really don't know you"
"oh don't be crazy off course you know me ,you just don't see me"
"what do you mean?"
"name you grandmothers"
"bertha and Hetty"
"yes that's right and they aren't alive anymore right?
"no? they passed away Bertha when I wasn't born yet and Hetty a few years ago…"
"yes indeed, well I am Hetty"
"no."
"yes you've got to believe me"
"I don't, you are dead."
"yes I am, but darling may I remind you that not only the earth is developing? Heaven is too!"
"What the heck do you mean?"
"what do you think sweetie? I am calling to you from heaven!"
"WHAT?!"
"heaven is calling! I just needed to contact you and say how proud I am of you and all you have accomplished!"
"this is nuts this must be some kind of joke or something" are his last words and then he hangs up the phone. Lavinia puts down her phone as well and falls over . everyone had been holding in their laughter not wanting to ruin this priceless phone call.
"that. Was the best prank call ever!" Clove laughs. "how the hell did you come up with that?"
"I have no Idea, I was thinking of a granny who lost her fake teeth and then the rest just followed"
"well it was genius" I say. "who's next?"
"well Lav my ask a question to anyone in this room"
"okay" Lavinia looks around a stops at Johanna. "Jo, truth or dare"
"truth"
"have you ever seen 2 animals do "it" "
"you mean reproducing?"
"yes"
I start laughing and only Jo knows why, the rest just looks at me thinking that I became crazy or something.
"what's going on?" Annie asks.
"oh nothing I just know what she's going to say" and I go on laughing.
Now everyone turns to Jo again. "JO we wanna know what happened!?"
"well" Johanna starts. "I did indeed see animals having sex. Do you guys want to know the entire story?"
"HELL YES!"
"okay, well, one day Katniss and I decided that it would be a good idea to go hunting, this was somewhere in spring. She had her bow and arrow and I had my axe, obviously. Then Katniss and I decided that it was a good idea to climb into a tree and as a post where we could possibly see some game shuffling around. We also had this apparatus where you can look through and everything get magnified, a binocular or something, right?"
"yeah I believe so" Clove says "but please continue"
"so we had this binocular type thing and Katniss gave it to me, I took a look and started laughing because of what I saw."
I smirk knowing what is going to happen next.
"Katniss asked me what was going on and I told her that I saw 2 squirrels fighting. She took the binocular from me and looked in the same direction as I did. She quickly lowered the device and looked at me, as if I was crazy and said: Jo you might want to know that that's not fighting" I then realized what I had seen and almost fell out of the damn tree!"
The girls have a stunned expression, as if they don't believe what Jo has just told them. "seriously?" Clove asks finally. "yeah" I answer, "it was Epic, and hilarious of course"
we continue the game for a couple more hours, sharing a lot of laughs until we can't come up with any more questions. Then Jo decides that it's time for karaoke, In the middle of the night… luckily Annie doesn't have neighbours too close because that would've been horrible.
Annie gets up and comes back with a glass bowl filled with small pieces of paper. On each slip is a song. "is everyone ready for today's reaping?!" she asks. "YES!" we scream back. "well then, may the odds be ever in your favour and let's sing!"
Lavinia and Johanna decide to go first. Lav draws a piece of paper from the bowl and reads what it says. "Birthday Cake by Rihanna and Chris Brown"
"oh god no! I hate that song!" Jo screams.
"but you gotta admit, it's kinda catchy though"
"yeah it gets stuck in your head, that's why I hate it"
"aaw Poor Jo, anyways lets start" and Annie sticks out her tong.
The music starts and they start.

"who wants to go next?" Johanna says. Pointing at all of us with our make shift "reaping bowl"

"NO wait!" Clove screams while running off to the hallway. She comes back with a hairbrush and a heart drawn underneath her eye, just like Marina. we already know what that hairbrush is meant for. Clove is going to rock out with her damn microphone.

Now I decide that it's my turn so as soon as Annie holds up the bowl again I get up. My hand flies over the slips of paper and finally I pick one out. I read what it says and jump up and down. "Two pieces by Demi Lovato!"
"YEAH! That one is so freaking good!"

I open up my eyes again which I had closed about half way through the song and I see the girls sitting there, their jaws are laying on the floor and they look baffled, but why? This is not the first time they heard me sing right?
"wow" Annie says. "just wow"
"I knew you could sing but you surprise us every time" Lavinia says. The others nod.
Then Johanna says: "good thing is, I got it all on tape" while raising her phone."
"WHAT?!" I scream, "you don't!"
"yes I do, and I am uploading it onto youtube right" she pushes a button on her phone "now"
"NO you didn't!"
"oh hell yes I did"
I take off running but she stands up faster, we chase each other through the house until she collapses on the couch and I fear that it is too late. I snatch her phone from her hand and look at the bright screen. Oh god, it's true. She really uploaded it onto youtube. "well great and what are we going to do next?"
"well wait and see where it goes I guess that we've just found the next superstar" Jo answers my question, and I guess she's right.
