Caroline slapped her hands against the headboard in an attempt to stop herself from banging herself into it. She found it hard to focus on this little task while there were so many different things to focus on. Like Klaus, who was currently thrusting into her from behind her, his thrust getting harder as he began to piston in and out of her, all while one of his hands were wrapped around her throat and the other was playing with her clit.
How could he multitask like this? How could he keep his hips at a certain rhythm, all while his hand tugged her back against him every time he thrust back into her and he drove her crazy as he played with her clit.
She wanted to moan out loud, cry out in absolute pleasure and let him know exactly how good it felt, hell, let the household know just how good he was, but the hand on her neck was preventing her from saying much of anything, all she could manage was little grunts and gasps. She didn't see how it was far he could whisper dirty words in her ear while she was forced to keep quite and take it.
Klaus knew exactly what he was doing to her, knew exactly what she wanted him to do, and he purposely kept it from her. He knew her body better then she thought.
"What's wrong darling, something you need to say?" He whispered in her ear, snapping his hips into hers.
She let out a strangle moan, and pushed back against him, causing his to chuckle and snap his hips several more times.
"So you enjoy this, yes?" He asked, sucking on her neck. "What if I were to stop?"
He purposely slowed down his hips, going from fast to slow in no time. She clenched around him, almost like she was trying to make him come back, fasten up the pace maybe.
He stopped playing with her clit and placed his hand on her thigh, keeping it close to the place she really wanted it, but not quite touching her.
She mewled in protest and tried to move her hips and any which way to get him to stop toying with her and actually do something, but he kept the slow, even pace.
She growled in frustration, only furthering Klaus's smirk. "Shouldn't have done that love," He mocked teasingly, finally stopped the lazy thrust, remaining as still as he could be inside of her.
Caroline growled when he stopped touching her, needing that extra friction, especially since he slowed down. She knew she was going to lose her mind without. Slow wasn't what she wanted right now, so when he scolded her for making that noise, she knew she was screwed.
He just stopped. All together. His hand wasn't touching her anymore, and his hips remained pressed against her, keeping absolutely still, and knowing Klaus like she did, she knew he had no intention on moving anytime soon.
"Klaus," She managed to wheeze out. He loosened his grip around her throat slightly, and that reassured her he wasn't out to hurt her, just hurt her with that sweet sweet pleasure. "Please," She begged.
"Shhh," He cooed in her ear kissing her gently, trailing kisses along her neck and her collar bone. "Shh."
She growled once again, only louder, and that caused him to clamp down around her neck once again, hard enough to leave bruises, and cause her to make a chocking sound, mostly out of shock than anything else. She relaxed her throat as best as she could so she wouldn't ruin her throat anymore.
"Behave before I tie you up and leave you hear wanting," He growled in her ear, painfully squeezing her thigh. His dirty words and the thought of him actually doing that went straight to her core, causing her to shudder and clench round him. He hissed out in response, giving her an idea.
Experimentally, she clenched just slightly around her him, and it gave her the desired effect she wanted. He growled again, and buried his face in her neck, all while his hands tightened all around her body, and she knew what she had to do.
She clenched every muscle she could, squeezing around him as tightly as she could, practically praying that this would work.
"Fuck!" He shouted, forcefully shoving her down on the bed before following behind her, pounding in and out of her body. He placed hands on either side of her head and focused on sliding in and out of her wet heat, muscles taunt as he worked towards both of their orgasms.
"Klaus," She moaned, pushing her ass against him, trying to get as close as she could to him.
He reached under her and started to stroke his fingers over again, trying to get her closer and closer to her orgasm like he was.
"Come on love," He growled into her ear. She once again tightened around him, her walls clenching him as she came, arching off the mattress crying her name.
That turned to be his demise, and he let out a loud growl before his hybrid features emerged and he tore his teeth into her skin, all while thrusting his hips, milking both of them through their orgasms.
"Ohh," She gasped, as a warmth filled her body, both inside her and on her shoulder where Klaus's teeth were currently clenched as he pulled blood out of her body. Without even having to be touched, she shuddered and came again, slowly un fisting her hands from the sheets, completely going limp under Klaus.
Once she stopped moving and lay unmoving under him did he realize what he was doing, what he did. He released his teeth from her skin, pulling back to examine the wound. It wasn't bad, yet, but it was already red and veins were forming around the wound.
"Fuck," He muttered, carefully rolling her over, stroking her face. She looked so peaceful, and he thought maybe she had passed out, but she opened her eyes and looked up at him. "I'm sorry," He whispered.
"For mind blowing sex?" She asked with a raised eyebrow, before her eyes slipped closed.
"Keep those eyes open love," He ordered, nudging her again.
"I'm sleepy Klaus," She whined.
"That's the werewolf venom I injected inside of you," He said.
"It's the mind blowing sex and the many orgasms," She corrected. "Let me sleep." qq
"After you have my blood," He said.
She opened her eyes finally and glared up at him, but slowly sat up, feeling the spot exactly where he bit her. "Is it bad?" She asked quietly.
"Not yet," He said in a gravel voice.
"Its fine Klaus," She said, stroking his face.
"I shouldn't have done it," He said softly.
"I enjoyed in Klaus, its fine," She said, rising to her knees to be eye level with him. "It's going to be fine," She said, stroking his cheek, unsure on why he was suddenly acting like this. She starred up at him, trying to read the look in his eyes, but failing miserable. She let out a small gasp, and arched towards him as a sharp pain shot at her bite mark and she felt blood trickle down her back.
Klaus got out of bed and pulled on his pants, going to the bathroom and coming back with a washcloth. She let the sheet drop a little lower as he ran the washcloth up her bath, going over the wound lightly, collecting any blood that escaped.
"Klaus," She began, not even sure what she was going to say, but got saved but the door being thrown open and Bonnie storming inside.
"I won't do it!" Bonnie shouted, throwing the piece of paper she had in hand on the ground. "I refuse."
"I realize this is your home Bonnie," Klaus began.
"Shut up!" She hissed, eyes wild as she glared at him. "Just shut up for once in your 1000 years and let someone else speak."
Caroline starred at Bonnie in shock, slowly rising from the bed. "Bonnie?" She asked, tightening the sheet around her naked body.
"Do you think I'm stupid?" Bonnie demanded, taking a step towards Caroline. "Did you think I wouldn't notice?"
"What are you talking about you Bonnie?" Caroline asked.
"The spell, you bitch," Bonnie hissed.
Caroline nearly fell back in shock from Bonnie's language. It was inappropriate and if Caroline didn't know what was going on, she would be upset and yell at Bonnie for talking to her like that, but she knew exactly what was going on, what would cause Bonnie to talk like this.
"Watch it witch," Klaus growled.
"Let me guess, you didn't tell your fuck buddy either, huh?" Bonnie asked.
"That's enough," Caroline snapped. "No matter how upset you are I won't accept this kind of language or disrespect."
"I won't accept it either Caroline, and you disrespected me when you handed me that spell and told me to do it," Bonnie growled.
"What is going on in here?" Elijah asked, entering the room with Kol following him.
"You gave it to me, fully aware of what it calls for, and you were going to go threw with it, weren't you?" Bonnie demanded. "Weren't you?"
"Yes!" Caroline shouted. "Yes Bonnie, I was going to go through the entire damn thing. I gave you the spell and hoped to whatever bloody God there is out there that you wouldn't read into the fine print and do the spell before you noticed anything."
"How could you?" Bonnie whispered.
"Enough with the tears Bonnie, I'm sick and tired of them," Caroline snapped. "Mikael needs to be stopped, that spell will stop him, so you're going to do it."
"You can't make me," Bonnie said, wildly shaking her head.
"Considering the fact that I'm the only damn reason you're alive right now, yes, I can, and I am. You are going to go through with the spell without any more of these freak outs, because quite frankly I'm tired of them. You somehow make everything I do, all about you and how it's going to affect you and it's getting a little old Bonnie. You're a grown ass women, you can handle yourself without me protecting you every step of the way, but on that note, when you couldn't, I did. You owe me, and this is my way of collection."
"What the bloody hell is your problem?" Kol demanded.
"I have an entire list Kol, want it?" Caroline growled.
"That's enough, all of you," Elijah ordered. "What's wrong with the spell?"
"Nothing," Caroline said shortly.
"In order for it to actually work, Caroline has to die," Bonnie said, staring into the eyes of Caroline.
"What?" Klaus hissed.
Caroline didn't say anything, just stared back at Bonnie while everyone else in the room looked at her. Bonnie's eyes held rage, and not any true emotion for Caroline other than hatred. Less than twenty minutes ago, that probably would have broken her heart, but at the moment, she couldn't find enough emotion in her worn out body to care.
"Everyone out," She ordered.
"Well don't you think we should discuss this?" Kol asked.
"I'm naked Kol, and this isn't really a conversation I want to discuss without any cloths on," Caroline snapped. "So out!"
"When you're done getting dressed," Bonnie said, "I want you out of my house."
Caroline didn't say anything, just watched Kol pull her out of the room, followed by Elijah who closed the door behind him. As soon as the door shut, Caroline discarded the sheet and zoomed around the room, pulling cloths on.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Klaus growled.
"I guess it slipped my mind Klaus," She said.
"Slipped your mind?" Klaus questioned, grabbing her arm, forcing her to face him. "What else has slipped your mind Caroline?"
"That I'm sleeping with a man that less than two days made me want to kill myself to put me out of misery," She hissed, ripping her arm away. "You're never happy Klaus, are you? I save you from your father, and somehow it's my fault he even attacked you. So I find a way to end him, and you're upset with me for doing that too. I can never win with you, can I?"
"You betrayed me Caroline by not telling the truth about your connection with Mikael, that same connection is the reason why you needed to save us. And you never told me in order to end him is to end you as well," Klaus yelled, seeing red.
"How else did you see this ending Klaus? Did you really expect this to end with me still standing? It seems to me you're just in denial."
"It seems to me there's no other way you want this to end," Klaus hissed, stepping forward.
"You actually think I want to die? You actually think I'm doing this because I have a death with?"
"Why else are you insisting this then?"
"For you! All of this is for you!" Caroline shouted.
They both just starred at each other breathing heavy, waiting for the other to make a move. Maybe to take the other in their arms, apologize, tell each other it would be okay. But it wouldn't. Klaus knew that.
"I never asked you to save me Caroline," He said coldly.
Caroline broke a little, and she took a step back, glancing away to recollect herself. "No," She agreed, looking up at him. "I suppose you didn't, but it never stopped you from taking advantage of it."
She left the house quickly after that. What was the point in staying? There was nothing left for her there.
Alex had given up a long time ago. He tried, he really did. Maybe he hadn't tried his hardest, but nobody couldn't say he didn't give it a shot. He found it sad how whenever things went wrong, people turned to alcohol, and he had no right saying that since he did the same exact thing, but he felt like he had the right to do that.
A lot of people lost their girlfriends or broke up with them, but he had given his up. He did the right thing, for her. He did the stupid noble thing that good guys did, guys in comic books and fairy tales did, he did something he didn't do. He did the right thing.
"You better be sharing."
"We're going to need another bottle then, cause I've got a lot of shit to forget," He said.
"I bet I could beat you."
He over at her and from the look on her face, she could be right. "What did you do?"
"Alcohol first," She said.
Wordlessly he passed her the bottle and she immediately took long gulps from it. "We're going to need another bottle," He said to the bartender who immediately went to grab it.
"My damn witch is out of control," Caroline growled, slamming the bottle down at the same time the bartender gave them another one. He looked at Caroline like she grew another head. She looked at him and dilated her pupils. "Forget anything we say, and keep those bottles coming."
"Okay," He nodded, going away once Caroline let him go.
"She was always out of control, what made you just realize it?" Alex questioned.
"She stormed into my room and started yelling and cussing me out, and then had the nerve to tell me to get out!"
"She kicked you out of her house?"
"I paid for that damn house!"
"Why did she kick you out?"
"She read the fine print in the spell."
Alex furrowed his eyebrows and looked at her. "I'm gonna need that bottle," He decided if he wanted to get through this conversation sane.
"Bartender!" Caroline yelled.
"Okay okay, I think I'm drunk enough to understand this now," Alex slurred. "You found a spell, that would cause Mikael to lose all of those pesky Original qualities, and make him a weak vampire- "
"Not weak asshole. He'd whatever strength and shit I have, and I'd get what he has. Then we would kill him," Caroline said, shoving him. It was weak because she was drunk, but he was drunk too, so it was enough to cause him to stumble and nearly fall if he hadn't caught himself on the bar.
"So what's the problem? Did I miss something?"
"We have to be linked in order for it too work," Caroline said.
"So…."
"He dies, I die."
"So have Bonnie unlink you guys!"
"Then Mikael gets his shit back."
"You guys are over complicating this," Alex said, swatting his hand all around.
"What do you mean?" Caroline rasped.
"What are there, four Originals? Why can't they take him out? For godsake, one of them is a hybrid!"
"It's never that simple Alex," Caroline sighed, closing her eyes.
"Why? Are they afraid of their daddy?" Caroline's lack of response answered his question. "Oh my God, they are, aren't they?"
"For good reason!"
"This is great. At least I'm not the only one."
"You were afraid of Mikael?"
"And you weren't?"
"No."
"Liar."
"Excuse me?"
"Liar."
"Did you just call me a liar?"
"I ain't calling you a truther!"
Caroline just stared at him. "You just stole that from a TV show, huh?"
"Drake and Josh."
"Why do you know about that?"
"It was a good show!"
"I fear I did something wrong when creating you."
"You gave me your tainted blood."
"My blood isn't tainted."
"Yes it is. You got it from Mikael, didn't you?"
"No, I got it from Elijah."
Alex's eyes grew wide and he slapped his hand on the bar. "Why didn't I know about this?"
"It wasn't important."
"Of course it is! I came from that stuck up suit wearing gentleman!"
"Gentleman? Do you have a crush on Elijah?"
"No. Don't even suggest that kind of thing!"
"I mean, I wouldn't blame you, he cleans up good."
"Do you have a crush on Elijah?"
"No, but if I did it wouldn't be a bad thing. He has that whole protective, older brother thing going on, it's pretty hot."
"Plus he wears a suit."
"And he wears a suit!"
"I think it's the same suit every day."
"None sense, he smells amazing every day. It can't be the same suit."
"Nobody owns that many suits Caroline! And how do you know what he smells like?"
"No, I won't answer this," Caroline said, shaking her head, getting off the stool. "Whatever I say you'll try and use against me, and I won't accept that."
"Just admit it, you sniff Elijah Mikaelson," Alex said, also standing up.
"Stop," Caroline laughed.
"I bet you sniff him on a daily bases!"
"Alex," Caroline begged, laughing.
"God, if I knew you had a habit of smelling people I would have done a better job a showering."
That cause Caroline to fall on the ground, laughter shaking her body. In all honesty, it wasn't even that funny, but when you were beyond wasted and had a rough day, anything was funny.
"Alex!" She exclaimed. "You made me land in Jeff!"
"I suppose we should take care of these guys, huh?" Alex asked, looking around the currently dead bar. Dead because everyone in it was no longer breathing. There was probably five or six of them, but they were scattered all about, blood smeared on their neck and whatever surface they were on.
"It probably would be easier just to burn down the bar," Caroline mused.
"But where else will we drink?"
"I'll be dead."
"True, and I'll be far far away from this place," Alex mused, glancing around. He hopped over the counter and started piling alcohol all over the bar, mindful of the dead bartender. "Now I'm just wasting alcohol."
"Eh, we drank enough anyway," Caroline shrugged, helping him sprinkle it all about.
"Never too much when you're heartbroken," Alex muttered.
"What?" Caroline frowned. "Is that why you were drinking tonight? You and Rebekah broke up?"
"That's one way to put it."
"How would you put it then?"
"I let her go."
"Bullshit. You don't just let someone go."
"Yeah, well I did. I let her go, and now I'm a miserable son of a bitch who gets to drink I'll the time."
"Why did you let her go?"
"I wasn't right for her."
A bottle of Jack Daniels was thrown an inch away from his head, and turned and looked at Caroline. "What was that for?"
"For you to stop being so cryptic and tell me what the hell happened," She said, suddenly leaning heavy against a table. "Damn alcohol."
"You didn't drink that much," He frowned, hopping over the counter and going over to her.
"I drank enough," She said, dropping her head, wincing as she felt a sudden pain in her left shoulder. "Tell me about Rebekah."
"I will, once we get home and lay you down," Alex said, pulling her off the table and towards the exit.
"You drank more then me," She argued, staggering out by herself.
"Yeah, and the fact that you're acting like this concerns me," He said, lighting his lighter, glancing at her. "You ready?"
"Whenever you are," She agreed.
He threw the lighter and they were off, running far away from there. Caroline felt weak and disoriented, her legs not working as fast as they should be. Alex was outrunning her and she was falling further and further behind. She had no choice but to stop and slump against a tree. Alex would realize she wasn't following after a while.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked, coming back to her.
"Alcohol," She rasped, swatting the air and placing her hands on her knees, bending over slightly. "So uh, tell me about Rebekah."
"Caroline."
"I'm good Alex," She said. He touched her shoulder and she gasped in pain and collapsed on the ground, her vision going fuzzy. She thought she heard him talking to her, but she was trying not to lose conciseness. He tugged on her shirt and she moaned at the feeling of air touching her burning skin.
"When the hell did this happen?" Alex asked, examining the nasty looking werewolf bite. It was bad, a sign that this happened a while ago, also a sign she didn't have long.
"Damn Klaus," Caroline cursed. "I was so upset I forgot about it and left."
"We need you to get you too him," Alex said, pulling her up and into his arms.
"I'm trying to avoid him Alex," She grumbled.
"Just close your eyes, that way you don't have to see him."
"It's not the same."
"Better then dying."
"I doubt it," She grumbled.
"I called Elijah, he said he would send Klaus right away," Alex said, sitting next to Caroline.
"Elijah, huh?" She grinned weakly.
He smiled slightly and looked away, biting his lip while he starred down at the floor. "I'm leaving after all of this Caroline."
"Where are you going?" She asked quitly.
"I don't know yet to be honest," He laughed. "I just need some time to myself, time to process everything that has happened."
"You know I don't blame you for what happened, right?" Caroline asked.
"I know you don't Caroline, but I do," He said, cutting off whatever she was about to say. "I know it wasn't necessarily my fault, Mikael compelled me, but he didn't compel me to do that Caroline. He compelled me to do whatever I wanted to do to you, whatever I've always wanted to do. So a part of me wanted to hurt you like that, a part of me wanted you."
"Is that why you broke up with Rebekah?"
"That's part of it," He agreed. "I love her Caroline." Wordlessly she held her hand out to him, and he gratefully took it, slightly squeezing it. "I love her with everything I am, and I have no idea how this happened, or when it happened, but it did. And I'm not a good guy, I don't do the right thing, especially when it comes to women. I'm selfish and only care about myself in relationships like that, but with her, it's different. I want to do right by her, I need to do right by her. Why is that?"
"You said it yourself, you love her."
"Which is why I have to leave. I love her, but a small piece of me, even if it's just a small piece, wants you. I know it's harmless, every man wants a beautiful women, but after what happened between us, after what I tried to do, it wouldn't be fair to Rebekah. I already see the look in her eyes when I'm by you, I see the hurt, and that kills me. It's not fair to her."
"My little boy is all grown up," Caroline whispered. "Falling in love and wanting to do what's right. At least I did something right, tainted blood and all." A cough racked her body and she sat up in an attempt to get air to her lungs, and Alex rubbed her back soothingly, trying to help her anyway he could.
A knock on the bedroom door revealed Elijah with a small container of Klaus's blood. "I apologize for the wait," He said, handing it to Caroline who drowned it quickly. "Miss. Bennett is at the witches place preparing for the spell."
"Thank you Elijah," Caroline said. "I take it this was Klaus's way of avoiding me?"
"I'm afraid my brother handles such situations by avoiding them all together," Elijah smiled slightly.
"At least we get you rather then Kol," Caroline smiled.
"Yeah, you smell better," Alex agreed. The room was silent for a moment, then Caroline started to crack up while Elijah gave him a look before excusing himself.
"You just freaked him out," Caroline laughed.
"I know," Alex grinned.
Caroline sobered and gave Alex a dazzling smile. "You do what you have to do Alex, I'll support you in whatever you decide."
"Same goes for you Caroline," He said, standing up.
"I'm surprised. You're okay with me dying?" She frowned, a line forming in between her eyebrows.
"Not at all," Alex said. "But I know you. You aren't going to let that perv win after everything that happened over the years, and that's exactly what would happen if you die with him. All those other fools can freak out about you trying to sacrifice yourself, but none of them know you the way I do. You'll figure this out and do it the right way, that I'm sure of."
"I don't deserve you," Caroline said after a moment.
"No, and I certainly don't deserve you. Why don't we go make ourselves feel better by raiding Elijah's suits to see if they all smell like him?"
Caroline grinned and took Alex's extended hand to do just that, laughing the entire time.
