HI guys! look new chapter YAY! so yeah... sorry i haven't been updating as much as I've wanted to, seriously I was all set on writing fan fiction for my 2 week break but I ended up watching a season of Doctor Who, 2 and a half seasons of supernatural, listening to welcome to Night-vale watching anime, ignoring my friends and their attempts of having a conversation with me over social networking sitesand seeing the musical Grease for the second time. so yeah i disappointed myself and apparently i was very polite because after I saw Grease I went to the bathroom and when I was going out some people were coming in so I like stood at the door holding it open for people who were coming in and out of the bathroom for like a solid thirty minutes.

I'm starting school tomorrow so I'll probably be updating slowly or fast-ly it depends.

"Alec calm down" Magnus whispered, "They won't send you back."

Alec buried his head into Magnus chest. He wasn't crying he was just scared, he didn't want to go back he wanted to stay here with his siblings and Magnus and even Vicky.

"Alec" Magnus whispered, Alec looked up at Magnus, "Calm down okay, they won't send you back. Mum loves you too much to send you back."

"But I heard them talking about going back to the orphanage" Alec said, burying his head back into Magnus's chest.

"Maybe they just want to ask some questions around there or something" Magnus said, "but they won't take you back, I won't let them."

Alec looked up at Magnus, "you promise they won't take me back there?"

"I promise" Magnus said, smiling down at Alec.

"Magnus! Alec! Breakfast is ready!" Vicky called from down stairs.

Magnus stood up and pulled Alec up with him, "let's go get some breakfast" Magnus said, grabbing Alec's hand.

Alec shook his and pulled away from Magnus, "I don't want to go down there, but you can if you want to."

"I'm not leaving you alone" Magnus said, "I'll get us some breakfast and we can eat up here."

Alec shook his head, "no its fine."

Magnus shook his head, "I'm bringing food up here and we're going to eat it."

"You don't need to do that" Alec mumbled, looking down at his feet, "I'm fine."

"You're not fine, Alec" Magnus said, "I know you aren't, so I'm going to get breakfast and I'll bring it up and we can eat."

Alec was about to protest again but Magnus left the room quickly. Alec sighed and sat down on his bed, he ran his hands through his hair and flung himself back on the bed, his feet dangled off the side.

They were going to send him back to the orphanage, he knew it. Why didn't he realise sooner? They never wanted him they only want Jace, Isabelle and Max the perfect ones, they only took Alec in because he was tied down with the three, If a couple wanted them they'd have to have him as well.

Alec sighed and closed his eyes, why did Magnus have to save him? Why couldn't he just be dead? It would be easier for everyone.

"Alec" Magnus said, Alec could hear Magnus's footsteps coming towards him and he could smell the freshly cooked bacon, "I got breakfast."

"Just go back downstairs, Magnus" Alec mumbled, his eyes still closed, "I'm not hungry."

"You are hungry" Magnus said, "and I'm not going back downstairs."

Alec sighed and sat up, opening his eyes and looking at Magnus, "fine" he sighed.

Magnus smiled and handed Alec the plate and a plastic knife and fork.

"Why plastic?" Alec asked, looking at the utensils.

"Because" Magnus said simply shrugging his shoulders and sitting down on the bed next to Alec.

"Because what?" Alec asked.

"Just because" Magnus said, stuffing some food into his mouth.

It's because he doesn't want you to use the freaking knife and fork to cut yourself loser, the little voice said.

Oh….

"Do you think, I had a metal knife, I'd stash it somewhere when you're not looking and use it or something?" Alec asked, looking at Magnus.

"Can you blame me for thinking that?" Magnus asked, "I'm just being cautious and stuff, I don't want you to hurt yourself ever again."

Alec nodded and looked down at his food.

"Hey isn't it like Tuesday?" Alec asked, looking over to Magnus, "Don't we have like school or something."

"Oh yeah" Magnus said, "Mum said that we could all have the day off because of what happened last night and stuff."

"Okay…" Alec said he looked back down at his food.

I should try to eat something, he thought, I don't want Magnus to worry anymore. He poked at the bacon with his plastic fork, the fork snapped.

"Um…" Alec said, looking down at his now broken fork.

Magnus laughed, "I guess plastic sucks."

Alec nodded.

"Here" Magnus handed Alec his knife and fork, "use these, I've finished eating anyway."

Alec took the knife and fork off of Magnus, "thanks" he mumbled. Alec ate silently he listened to Magnus talk about shoes or something, okay maybe he wasn't listening that well. When Alec had finished eating Magnus took the plates away and told Alec 'that he'd be back in a flash.'

Alec lay down and looked up at the ceiling, what if they did send me back? He thought, I wouldn't be able to see any of my siblings again, I wouldn't be able to see Magnus again.

Magnus walked back in and jumped on the bed and lay down next to Alec, "So" Magnus said smiling at Alec, "what do you want to do now?" Magnus asked, "we could do anything like watch a movie, read a book, cuddle, dance badly, make-out" Magnus kept listing off things to do Alec just shook his head at every suggestion.

I have an idea! The little voice said. Why doesn't Alec kill himself all ready? It would be fun to stumble across his lifeless body and on the plus side for you Alec it would probably be a quick death! The voice said cheerfully. Let's think of some ideas on how to kill yourself, all right Alec! The little voice said, Alec could practically feel it smiling. Hmmm you could swallow a shit load of pills or… you could jump off a cliff or you could choke yourself to death or… you could reopen your cuts or you could drown-

"Shut up!" Alec yelled at the voice, "shut up, shut up, shut up!"

"Oh sorry" Magnus said, turning on his side and facing Alec, "I was annoying you wasn't I?"

"No" Alec said, shaking his head, "you weren't annoying me, it was-

"The little voice again, right?" Magnus asked.

Alec nodded and Magnus wrapped his arms around him pulling Alec towards him, "it's okay," Magnus said, "What was it saying?"

"To kill myself" Alec said, "it was even suggesting ways too, like I could swallow pills, jumped off a cliff, drown myself, they were all pretty good suggestions because they would all be pretty quick except for the drowning on though that sounds like -

Magnus pressed a finger to Alec's mouth, "Shhh" he whispered, "Let's not talk about this anymore."

Alec nodded "okay."

Alec snuggled into Magnus's side a little. He felt a little safer like this, he felt like the little voice can't get him in Magnus's arms. He moved closer so he was right up against Magnus's chest.

They laid like that for a while, Magnus would tell Alec some stories and Alec listened, not missing a word.

There was a knock at their door, "Alec? Magnus?" it was Vicky.

Alec sat up, pulling out of Magnus's embrace. Magnus casted him a worried glance before calling out, "what is it mum?"

"I need Alec" Vicky said, "We're going to go somewhere."

"Where are we going?" Alec asked, softly and quietly he was pretty sure that Vicky couldn't hear him.

"Just somewhere" Vicky said.

Alec looked at Magnus, "I don't want to go" he whispered.

"I'll go talk to her for a bit okay" Magnus said, getting up from the bed and walking to the door. Magnus opened it and quickly slipped out shutting the door behind him.

Alec tried to listen to their conversation from the bed but he couldn't hear anything, probably because he was too far away from the door and they were probably whispering.

After about fifteen or twenty minutes Vicky walked in shutting the door on Magnus.

"Alec" she whispered, sitting now next to him, "Why would you think that we'd send you back."

"I overheard the conversation you were having with Jeffery in the kitchen" Alec said, "it sounded like you wanted to send me back there."

"We'd never do that" Vicky said, "We love you too much and I know that Magnus wouldn't even let you go he loves you more than all of us combined."

Alec was silent for a bit, "I think I should get some help" he mumbled.

"That's good" Vicky said, "I can get Jeffery to book you another appointment with the doctor."

"Okay" Alec said, "But can Magnus come with me to the appointment? I don't want to go alone."

Vicky nodded "of course he can!" she stood up and walked to the door.

"Thanks" Alec mumbled.

"No problem, sweetie" Vicky said smiling, "by the way I'm knocking some sense into Jeffery so that you and Magnus can be together again."

Alec smiled, a little, "thanks, again" he mumbled.

Vicky smiled and opened the door and walked out of the door.

Magnus looked into the room and smiled at Alec, giving him a thumbs up. Alec smiled back, and it was a real genuine smile, he felt happy for once.
