A/N Its been five weeks sorry :( But here it is! R&R please

Whomever was behind me definitely knew what they were doing. I was frozen in place from fear of what was going to come next. I knew this person was a trainer, but I didn't trust him. When I could feel breath on the back of my neck, I let out a breath, and tried to kick him backwards.

I hit nothing but air.

I turned around and barraged the air with punches and kicks trying to locate my attacker. When I was sure he was not close to me I ran farther into the darkness. I was sure that the only way he knew were I was before, was because of the lit pathway. Now that I was running into darkness he wouldn't be able to find me. It was a logical way to think.

Then an all to familiar voice rang through the room, "Where are you going? Do you think you can escape?" I ran even faster trying to find a wall so that I could hopefully find a light switch. Then I hit something causing me to tumble to the ground. When I landed, I hit my head and yelped. The extra weight on my body made it hard for me to retaliate. Once I was up I realized my precious hat had fallen off my back. I frantically dropped to the ground looking for the hat. I felt around the floor when suddenly my hand touched something hard. It felt like a military boot. Damned me to hell. Looks like I found the trainer. I slowly got up. Everything was so dark I couldn't see an inch in front of my face.

"Looking for this?" The trainer asked. Then a single tile lit up not to far from me, on it was my hat. I ran and dove for it. But as I was just inches from my hat, Someone else snatched it up. I could still see their hand in the light. I quickly tried to snatch my hat but the person pulled their hand away. Then I was punched to the floor by the trainer. My back erupted into pain as face planted the floor. I propped myself up on my elbows. My entire back felt raw from that single punch. Whoever this was, he was powerful.

Then a blinding light filled the room. I did the best I could to cover my eyes. "Whoever you are, give me back my hat!" I screamed. That hat, it was the one thing I had left of Dr. Gehane and Rika. I was not going to loose it to this guy. I heard him laugh. That was what made me snap. I bounced up form the floor with my eyes closed and punch in the direction I thought he was.

"Tekkai" he said.

When my fist made contact, it was me who yelped in pain. I fell to the ground holding back tears. My hand was definitely broken. The extra weight on my forearm made the impact even stronger than I could have ever punched normally, Why didn't he even faze?

I opened my eyes and stared at the floor, holding my hand I asked though small sobs, "Who the hell are you." Once my eyes adjusted I looked up and saw a smirking Coby.

I placed my gaze to the floor. I should have known it was him…

Then I felt something fall on my head. With my other hand I grabbed the material and brought it up to my face. It was my hat. I quickly secured it on my head and stood up. I supported my broken hand and turned to him.

"You look annoyed, Yon." he spat. "Look, I should be back at Marine Ford. BUT, I am here, training you on Vegapunk's request." I snarled. I should have knowed Vegapunk was behind him being here. I can't tell if I should trust Vegapunk or not. While he has proven him self in some cases, he hasn't in others. I should probably keep my guard up. Especially around Coby, if I ever want to escape. "My right hand is broken. You can't expect me to train."

He perked up his head to me and smiled. "That's even better. Now I can really train you."

"What are you talking about? I need a splint and hand brace before it heals crooked!" I yelled.

"Stop ordering me around." He turned his back to me and yelled," HEY, someone get me a nurse with a first aid kit." he turned back to me and smiled. "See you'll be fine. For the next couple weeks this is going to be your home."

"Weeks! Did Vegapunk really want me gone that long?" I thought aloud. He didn't specify how long I was going to be gone but I thought that he would want to perform more modifications.

Coby answered my question, "Yes, he needs your body to get stronger for the next thing he want to do to you."

I sighed and clenched my hand a little harder to try and ease the pain. My entire pinky started to feel numb, I hope I didn't chip a part of my ulna. I looked around the room, it was smaller than I expected and one entire wall was made of glass. I could see what looked like a beautiful forest on the other side of the glass. I also noted that on the other three walls there were large doors in the middle of them. Two must lead to other training areas.

My thoughts were interrupted by Coby, "Admiring the craftsmanship? Vegapunk designed this area. Below us there are countless weapons and set up just waiting to be used." he chuckled to himself.

I sighed inwardly, "Unless you are going to change your attitude, I'm not going to cooperate."

His face fell, "Soru."

He instantly disappeared. I franticly began looking around the room. My search was stopped short and I was flung across the room and crashed into a wall. Wow, he was fast. My entire body was unresponsive as I tried to peel myself of the ground. Then in a split second he was towering over me again. "Having fun?" He asked smiling, "You do not get to order me around. Yon, in the next couple weeks you are going to go from a meager boy to a hefty young man."

Luckily to my rescue a nurse finally showed up. She didn't speak to me other than asking my vital signs. She was quick to. In fact most of the medical personnel here were very inert… Something was definitely wrong. I whimpered when she yanked my broken hand from my side, and reset it. The splint she used looked very different than the normal ones that were regulated. It had a small screen on it and a timer. "Ma'am, what's all this stuff on the splint?" I asked inelegantly.

She looked up at me with a cold stare, "Simply a timer to see how long it will take to heal." She stood up after she finished dressing my other scrapes and cuts. "Call me if you need anything else, sir." She bowed stiffly and left through the a small door on the opposite side of the room. I stood up and admired her handy work. It was definitely above average work. I turned to Coby, "What the hell was that for?"

He stared at me with an unmoving expression. "I was testing your reflexes. Quite frankly you suck." A vein became visible on my forehead. He was a little to blunt, and knew how to press my buttons. I decided to try hitting him with one of my reinforced forearms. I swung hoping to hit.

"Kami-e" Coby whispered. When I swung his entire body flopped around my attack. I started offensive onslaughts. No matter what I did he was able to dodge around it. It frustrated me and only provoked me to continue the attack. Once I took a breath he instantly retaliated.

"Shigan." he yelled.

Out of nowhere his finger, quick as a bullet clunked with the mettle in my forearm. My entire arm was pushed back from the sheer force of his finger, If he had hit flesh… I forced myself to not even think of the results.

I had no time to retaliate, he smirked, "Rankyaku Hakuro."

He jumped back and slashed the air with his leg. A large visible gust of wind sped at me. I had just enough time to bring up my arms. When it hit, I was pushed back several feet. Then, something strange happened. Out of my calves, a piece of metal embed itself to the floor below. It gave me enough support to hold up against the attack.

When the dust settled I stared wide eyes at Coby, "What just happened."

"Looks like you didn't know you could do that? I actually have a list of things you likely don't know you can do." he replied nonchalantly.

When I tried to move, my legs wouldn't let me. I pulled and tugged but to no avail. I tried hitting the shrapnel with my arms. Still nothing. I eventually gave up to Coby's amusement. I relaxed my muscles, and to my surprise the metal retracted. I shook my legs wondering how I was even going to use this to an advantage.

"I'm glad you finally figured that out." He said.

I huffed, "No thanks to you. Why don't you just tell me the other things Vegapunk has for me?"

He scoffed, "That's for you to learn and me to know."

"Why are you so high and mighty? I really didn't see you being like this." I replied haughtily.

"Boy, you don't know anything about me or my life. You don't know what I have gone through in life. You don't know what I had to do. You have no right to judge me. When I was depressed the government pushed me farther. When I was tired, they forced me to do horrible tasks. When I finally became an Admiral, they left me alone. You have no right to judge me. You do not know what this position is to me. I made a promise one day. I told a man that I would become an Admiral. I fulfilled that promise. But he was not here when I achieved my goal. That is who I am. A man with a promise still needing to be fulfilled. So I can be damned stuck up when I want to." He yelled furiously.

I was stunned. He had probably held this in his head for a while. I knew how hard it was for someone to never be able to let it out like this. For the first time since I knew him, I sympathized with him. All of his pent up anger was definitely taken out on me . Before I could even reply:

He explained. " I'm going to show you a technique that only a master of the Rokushiki arts can learn. Rokuogan." He walked right next to me and placed both his fists in front of his body. He aimed at the wall to my left and whispered the secret technique. Then an ear splitting noise rang through the room. I stared in aw as a shockwave erupted from his arms, entirely crushing the wall and bits of it that chipped off. When the shockwave ended a large hole was left in the wall. He turned to my shocked form. "Yon, this is just one of the weaker forces the Marine's have. I will teach you just the surface level of some of these skills. You will also learn to wield a weapon that Vegapunk has picked out for you."

He motioned for me to follow him. He walked over to a small screen on a wall directly in front of us. He pushed a couple buttons, then a tile next to him popped up on it was a Bo staff. On one end a weight was on it.

"Yon, I want you to take the staff." he ordered. I walked over to it and picked it up with my left hand. It felt pretty heavy but nothing too bad. "Yon, I have a friend waiting for us in the forest dome." Me and Coby headed over to the forest. When we arrived, I noted that the large forest was filled with animals and scattered shrubbery. We walked through the forest until we reached a clearing.

"So where is he?" I asked.

Before Coby could reply, a large man wearing a dark red suit with a lighter red shirt underneath it and a tie, jumped out of the bushes and disarmed me faster than I could react. His ponytail waved in the breeze created by his quick attack.

"Nice of you to arrive Kibin." Coby laughed.

"Good of you to invite me. I was getting bored being stationed in Secon." he looked over at me. "So is this the boy you wanted me to train?" Kibin asked as he scratched a scar on his chin.

"Yes, I don't know anything about pole arms and I knew you were quite skilled with one. Look, I'm going to go for now. If you need anything, or finish training I would enjoy a call." Coby said. He waved at us both and quickly left the scene, with one word, "Soru"

I turned to Kibin, "So, What are you going to train me in?"

He smirked, "Here," He handed me my bow staff. "I am going to teach you how to use that weapon. It might take a while but it is necessary. First I want you to hold it above you head…"

He had me try to block his attacks at first. I failed every single time. I was never a fighter. I tried to predict his movements but he was too fast. He corrected my stance and had me try again. This went on for a while, him having me learn from the way he blocked, and me learning how to copy. Then I finally blocked an attack, but my happiness was short lived. Immediately afterwards he barraged me with even harder attacks.

Hours went by and I slowly got better. I learned some patterns he would use, and eventually tried to counter. None of my attacks landed but he seemed glad I was enthusiastic. Eventually he had us take a break. He led me to a stream and told me stories of his time in the Marines. I asked him if he ever met Monkey D. Luffy. When I said it he seemed to get agitated. He simply replied, "That prick? He defeated me before I could even attack him once." After that he had me train even harder. We worked into the night, taking very little breaks. He changed things up a bit by me not just blocking with my weapon but also with my right arm. This opened up a new, and easier way for me to block. Thus I was quickly able to block each of his attacks. After that he showed me to a tent where we slept for the night.

Days past and he taught me more about how I should use a weighted bow staff. It took around two weeks of constant training before he said that my skills in blocking were sufficient in a fight. Occasionally during those two weeks Vegapunk and Coby would stop by to see how I was doing and give me gifts. This was one of those days.

Today, I had been talking with Kibin by the stream about some different ways I could use Rokushiki with what I had learned. Then there where some rustling in the bushes. Both me and him looked over to the source of the noise. Kibin proclaimed, "Probable just some animals." he turned to me and smiled. The rustling grew louder and out popped Vegapunk yelling, "I'm no animal!" He jumped out of the rubbish.

"Vegapunk what are you doing here?" I asked. He smiled to me, then took a whistle from his pocket and blew. An ear piercing whistle erupted through the forest. Directly after he blew some people appeared behind him carrying tables, medical equipment, and many different props.

"I guess your going to perform surgery on Yon?" Kibin asked.

"Yes, Actually this is to help you train Yon. I am going to embed a chemical to enhance your learning abilities. Too much of this can have dangerous side affects. The amount that I am going to put in you should only last for a couple weeks. Of course, there are some side affects from even a small dose of this. Too much will cause permanent side affects. Everything you will learn from training won't go away when the serum wears off." He led me over to a table some of the personnel had set up. I got on it and laid down. "Yon, I'm also going to do some things to your right hand." I nodded and closed my eyes. I felt them put the gas mask on me. I breathed in, the gas filling my lungs. I closed my eyes, and everything became black.

"Yon…" A voice called out. "Look up…"

I did as the voice said, but nothing was there. Everything was pitch black. Then the moment I looked away light flooded in from every direction. Everywhere I looked I could see different things from my past. Some were good others were bad. Then there were even a few I did not remember doing. Then everything went black again. I blinked for a split second, and my environment changed. I was in a lobby room, There were a couple I hadn't seen before arguing. The boy was wearing a cloak and girl, around fourteen, was wearing a red sundress.

"You mustn't do this!" The man yelled. He was holding a door closed with one hand. The girl looked him in the face and gave him a rude slap. He stood there shocked. I got up from were I was and tried to walk over to them, but as soon as I blinked the scenery changed. This time I saw the same girl from before, but she was in a blue tank top and green jeans. She had been located in a bustling street. I followed her. The young dame walked into a pub and sat at the bar. I sat down next to her, when I tried to speak nothing came out of my mouth. I blinked and the scenery changed again. This time she met up with a gruel looking man.

"I have the information." She smirked.

"Give it to me." The man scratched out.

She handed him a paper her red curls bouncing as she did so. I blinked again this time the scene changed and Vegapunk was in it. He was performing surgery on the girl. Could this be the girl he told me about before? The one who died from all the modifications?

Before I could get anymore information, I returned to my consciousness.

My head pounding and my right hand throbbing with pain, I slowly opened my eyes and was greeted with the artificial night sky in the forest dome. I groggily got up to a sitting position and yawned. That dream I had, it was weird. I decided to tell Vegapunk about it, maybe he could make sense of it. I looked around me to see Kibin and Vegapunk sleeping close to my bed. They must have fallen asleep when they were waiting for me to wake up. I tried to get out of bed but when I did, suddenly my legs gave out, I became short of breath ,and my head started to spin. Something wasn't right. I tried to call out for Vegapunk, but nothing came out of my mouth. Suddenly, a loud beeping noise rang through the forest. Vegapunk was quickly at my side. I stared at his face as he slowly laid my head down on the grass. I closed my eyes to try and ease the head ache I had felt. Then my chest began to contract and I could hardly breath. Suddenly, something jabbed at my leg, causing my eyes to jolt open. Vegapunk tried to calm me down but my body was twitching like crazy.

"Kibin!" Vegapunk yelled. After a few second Kibin was at Vegapunk's side.

"Yes?" Kibin asked.

"I need you to get my bag over there. In it is a first aid kit and a surgical kit. Also there is a purple bottle. I need you to get those for me!" Vegapunk commanded.

Kibin made haste towards the bag. Vegapunk turned to me and said, "Yon, something went wrong. I think that I may have calculated wrong with how much of the serum you needed. I added too much. Some of the negatives effects of it may last. I'm sorry."

Negative effects? What the hell was going to happen to me. Pain was jolting throughout my body. I was involuntarily moving my arms and lower torso, when I tried to stop them from moving my muscles would tighten only causing me more pain. My breathing problem was getting worse. My diaphragm was beginning to refuse to move. Was I going to die here? Was this the end of my life? Then an emotion I had hoped to never feel again exploded throughout my consciousness: fear. This fear only made my situation worse.

Vegapunk noticing something was wrong and tried to calm me down with soothing words. I could hardly hear and my head felt like it was going to explode.

"Vegapunk, I got it." Kibin announced.

"Bring it here." he commanded. Vegapunk snatched the supplies from Kibin's hands. My vision began to blur, I grabbed Vegapunk's coat with all my strength and forced out two words, "Save…me." I could feel my grip loosen, but I held on for my life.

When Vegapunk noticed the change he stared me straight in the eye, "Stay awake."

I knew what he meant. If I lost consciousness it would all be over. I fought the tired feelings, I fought the pain, but I couldn't fight the visions. I saw the redheaded girl again and again. All of the scenes were of her and Vegapunk. She smiled, she laughed, and she sang with him. They looked like they were very happy with the progress. Then the visions stopped, and I was stuck with the image of the young redheaded teen on a surgical table. She had a gas mask over her face, she looked peaceful. Her peace I had envied. Then Vegapunk brought out a red liquid, he put it into a needle. Then he proceeded to inject the needle into her upper arm. He returned to surgery. Vegapunk jumped back, the redhead was screaming and clawing at her body. Then metal shards began to pour out of her small frame. Her eyes became yellow and purple then she began to slowly die. Vegapunk stood there dazed by what he was witnessing. She screamed, her body shaking violently, it became limp… dead.

He fell to his knees and began to weep. The scene changed and everything was black. I opened my eyes to see a familiar face looking down at me. It was Vegapunk. The pain I had felt before was non existent, I had no trouble breathing, or seeing. I felt great.

He smiled and rested my head on the grass. "You stayed conscious. It was amazing I thought you would have succumbed to its beckoning call…" he trailed off, "Just like she did." He slowly got up and stretched. I lay there thinking of how to approach Vegapunk with this newfound information. How would he react? I smiled and closed my eyes, an artificial breeze rummaging through my hair. I had finally achieved the peace I had envied. I stretched and sighed. This experience would stay in my memory forever.

"Hey Yon." Kibin asked, "Shouldn't we get back to training?" I opened one eye and looked at him. He looked rejuvenated from the nap he had taken, but I was still tired.

"Not now Kibin, I am a little tired." I replied. I closed my eye and let out a comfortable breath. He grunted in understanding.

"Vegapunk?" I asked, "I was wondering if you could tell me about someone I saw."

"When and where did you see this person?" he asked.

"During the surgery, and when I was fighting to stay conscious a little while ago, I had these weird… visions per say." I criss-crossed my arms and put them behind my head. "I saw this young redheaded girl. In one scene she was bustling through a crown, another she was in a bar with a man, then she was with you." I paused and opened my eyes to see his reaction.

Grief.

It was written all over his face as he stared at the ground. It was like nothing I had ever seen from him. Silence between us made the time more tense than it should have been.

"Yes, her name was Bayssa. She was the girl I had told you about. The one with the AB- blood. I dare say she was an interesting character. While she was a pirate, I got along with her very well. We had become very close, and I was devastated to loose her. You said that you saw her in a bar?" his interest heightening.

"Yeah, she was with a brute of a man and had handed him some information." I replied.

"She did tell me about that. That information was a map. She ended up getting it back from him though. It led to a devil fruit she told me." He paused. "I told her she could go and find it after we finished the adaptation for her. But as you know, that never happened."

"Vegapunk, how was I able to see all of that? In fact, how is that even possible?" I questioned, hoping to get an answer.

"That medicine, was made from her blood." he quietly admitted to.

I sat up and clenched my fist. He used her body to try and make me stronger? How could he do such a thing? Using human blood as a steroid of type? It was sickening.

"Why" I asked, swallowing my anger.

"Her blood was filled with resources we needed for you that we no longer had. It was the only way we could help you." he argued.

"It was wrong." I corrected.

"I had no choice!" he exclaimed.

"Did you really?" I said with a stare.

"Shut your mouth!" he cried defensively.

"My father was a great doctor who valued human life more than anything. He always told me it was wrong to use the corpse of a human to create medicine. I stand firm on that belief." I told him.

"When did your father ever have to face with something so difficult?" he scoffed.

"He found the cure for a poison gas on Punk Hazard." I retaliated.

He stared at me for a second, "Why don't you go back to training. I have some things to think about." he whispered. Then I screamed and held my face. My eyes were burning for some reason.

"What's wrong Yon?" he asked franticly.

"My eyes they're burning!" I took my hands off my eyes and tried to look around. Everything was blurry and I couldn't make out a thing. Suddenly out of nowhere water splashed on my face causing the burning sensation to stop. I closed my eyes and held my hands over them.

"Yon, open your eyes." Vegapunk commanded.

I did as I was told very slowly. But I found I could hardly see. The world had become fuzzy and dark. Then something was hung in front of my face. I felt it touch my eye. Then it grabbed something. Pain filled my face as it slowly peeled a layer of skin of my left eye. I whimpered as it finished and began on my right. When it was done, I rubbed my eyes hoping to relieve the pain and gain some sight back. I opened my eyes to see perfectly fine.

"What the hell!" Kibin yelled, "Your eyes, they changed color!" I looked over at Vegapunk who had a dumbfounded expression on his face.

"What color are they?" I asked.

"Ones purple the other is yellow!" Kibin laughed. "That's freaking hilarious."

I didn't know how to react, how should I? My normally brown eyes, suddenly to change color, what could it mean?

Vegapunk stood up and stuffed the skin he peeled off my eyes into a bag. "I must go to my lab to study this further. Have a good day you two." He quickly gathered his things and headed to the exit, his lab coat fluttering in the artificial wind.

I got up and stretched, "What are we going to work on now?". I passed by a puddle, and saw my face looking up at me, and then darted back, shocked. I stared at my eyes. The yellow eye, my left eye, was tinged with black specks. But the whole iris color had changed. I stared at it longer. It was a darker shade of yellow, almost like raw-sienna. I looked at my other eye. It was a vibrant shade of cosmic-purple. I was fascinated. Kibin pulled me from my thoughts.

"Well, it is night, so we should work on your offensive." He replied. We walked over to the small training area we had been using. For the rest of the night, he taught different strategies and counter attacks I could use. While I may not have been proficient, I did learn the basics quite quickly. For the next two months we trained hard and long, he helped me develop different attacks that I could use. I didn't master any of my own techniques or any of his in the time we trained. Since we were pressed for time I was only tutored very lightly. But today I was going to be tested on what I had learned.

I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for whatever Kibin was preparing for the test. I sat up, grabbed some clothes, and made my way over to the river to bathe. After I cleansed myself, I put on a white shirt and blue breeches. I put my hair into a pony tail and quickly shimmied into some black military boots. Today I was going to prove to Kibin that I could move onto the next area of training. I walked over to my tent and grabbed my bow staff. I stopped next to my cot and looked over the battered stick. We had been through a lot. I glanced over to my hat sitting on my pillow. I smiled and reached for it with my right hand. I grabbed it and slung it in my usual fashion. I tightened my grip on the staff. Today was going to be a good day. I walked out of the tent and headed for my destination. I observed the trees, grass and bushes. I was going to miss them. Even though this place was artificial. It was very serene. I loved it. I pushed my way through some shrubbery and entered the training area. I saw Kibin leaning against a tree, he was holding his iron bar jitte.

"Yon, you finally showed up." he smiled and began to walk towards me. He gave a laugh, then stopped in his tracks close to the center of the ring, "Attack me." He held up his jitte in defense, slightly leaning his body back. I gripped my staff and ran at Kibin. I slashed aiming for his head, he move his jitte up quickly. He blocked and forcefully pushed my weapon off his. I jumped back a couple feet, then charged, my left arm brought behind me back. I powerfully swung at his left, he blocked. I pulled back and jabbed straight to his left shoulder landing a hit. It forced his body to twist. I pulled back and fully swung at his right arm. My attack was blocked and countered. He swung his jitte landing a direct blow to my lower abdomen. I grunted and grabbed his weapon with my right hand. Then I proceeded to swing at him. He artfully dodged the attack, and kicked my body away, forcing my grip to loosen on his weapon. He pulled it out from my grasp. I took a step back. "You need to focus more." he instructed.

I took a deep breath. "Daibingusupiningu." I jumped in the air, holding my staff out, and forced myself to perform a front flip. My spin stopped when my staff hit contact with his jitte. He held my forceful attack back with both arms clutching the jitte. He pushed back my attack, forcing me into a sloppy landing. Once my back hit the ground he yelled, "Chikara o pusshu!" He charged me and using only the tip of his jitte, forced my left arm backwards. He then proceeded to swing at my head, I ducked just in time as I heard the air above me being split with the force of his swing. I then used Gurando sutaffu no janpu I pushed my staff into the ground, then propelled myself up towards his chest. I kicked him in the ribs, forcing him to give me a couple feet of ground. I un-lodged my staff from the ground. I followed up with a swipe to his head, I made contact. I then punched him in the stomach. He grunted and whacked my upper right arm. I yelped at the slight pain. I stabbed the earth next to me with my staff. dropped to the ground and slide kicked his leg, forcing his body to loose some balance. I stood up and panted. He then retaliated with an attack straight for my ribs. His powerful swing made a large crack as it hit my chest. I fell to the ground holding onto my staff and clutching my chest. I felt like giving up, but I needed to surpass him. I screamed and stood up with all the energy I could muster. I charged him with a barrage of swings. He blocked and dodged each one. Then he made a small mistake he had told me never make. He swung on my readied defensive side. As his jitte approached it seemed like time stilled. I had to grab onto it. It was my only chance. I leaned back with my attacking arm ready to swing on his weapon side. Just before he made contact, my right hand grabbed the center of his jitte, and not a split second later my attack made contact on his hands, forcing him to let go. I yanked the jitte out of his grasp. I took a step back, as did he. A smile crept onto my face. I had defeated him. I began to laugh.

"What's so funny!" he yelled at me. I just looked at him and slowly rested on my staff. I was catching my breath. He walked over to me and reached for his jitte, which I gave him back with no delay.

"Thank you." I told him in between breaths. "I had a great time training with you. I hope we can meet again soon."

I stood up straight and held my hand out. He grasped it and shook my hand, "It was a pleasure training you. I'll contact Coby so that you can begin your second part to your training." He let go and turned to walk over to a bag that was near a tree. I sat down and stared into the forest. While he talked to Coby I watched the wildlife that had been rehabilitated here. There were all different animals that I was going to miss. This place had been my home for a couple months. I took a deep breath.

I heard footsteps approach me, "He said he will be here soon." Kibin announced. I looked over to him and gave him a smile.

"I'm going to shave some of my hair when I get out of here." I told him. He was very particular when it came to hair.

"Why would you do that?" he questioned, "It looks fine just the way it is."

"Well I wouldn't want to be called a black haired version of you." I mocked.

He grunted and turned to where his bag was. "I'm going to gather my things, you should do the same." He disappeared into the shrubbery. I picked up my staff, fixed my hat, and headed towards my tent. The walk wasn't far, but it felt like an eternity. The time I trained, while difficult, was tranquil. The only human contact I had made where between three people, three people who I had grown fond of. When I arrived at my small tent, I couldn't help but simply stand there and take in the scene. The white tent had some patches in it, around the tent were various articles of clothing that had fallen from a branch I used to dry them on. I stuck my staff into the ground and began picking up the clothing. One by one, I gathered them into a pile. It wasn't very organized, like my life. I liked it that way. I walked into my tent and packed up the cot Vegapunk had given me on his first visit. I then grabbed the small bag Kibin had given me on our second day of training. It was a Marine messenger bag. Holding the cot in one hand, and a bag in the next I waltzed out of my tent. As calmly as the area around me I picked up the clothing and put them in the bag. Vegapunk had given me almost a wardrobe full of clothing on his fourth visit. I had been very grateful that I would not have to put on wet clothing everyday. Once everything was packed I headed back to the clearing.

I heard some voices as I edged my way closer to them

"Are you sure he is ready for this," I heard Kibin say, "We only had a couple months of training.

"He beat you didn't he?" A very familiar voice asked, "I'm sure he will be fine."

I pushed my way through the clearing to be greeted by Kibin and Coby.

"Long time no see, "I told Coby, "How have you been keeping up?" I adjusted my messenger bag.

"I've been good, how's your hand?" Coby asked. He criss-crossed his arms awaiting my reply.

"Metal." I nonchalantly said.

He didn't reply. Instead he turned to Kibin and shook his hand, "Thanks for taking care of him."

"No problem anytime Coby." Kibin replied, "Yon I most likely won't be seeing you for a while. Until then, have a great life."

He bowed and headed towards the exit. When he was out of ear range Coby turned to me, "We should be going." He turned and headed out of the biome. I quickly followed.

I wonder what he will be teaching me. But then I remembered what he had promised. I was going to learn the basics of the Rokushiki.

"Yon, this is going to your hardest training yet. Because now we are going to enhance your physical capabilities. You will also learn the extra modifications Vegapunk has to offer you." Coby explained while we walked. "Life is full of ups and downs, but sometimes life throws a curve. Sometimes you just have to go for the curve. It seems easy enough, but sometimes the curves are worse than the downs."

A/N Good chapter? Yes, No? You decide, I would like that very much. Ok now for the techniques that Yon used.

Daibingusupiningu: Spinning force: Yon jumps, preforms a front flip, his weapon is held with both hands straight in front of him creating a spinning attack.

Chikara o pusshu: Push force: Kibin used this but Yon has also dabbled in this technique. It is when, while using a pole arm you charge at your foe. Holding your weapon with both hand you use all the force and momentum you can to push the tip of your weapon into your enemy. Or to block an attack diagnol to your self.

Gurando sutaffu no janpu: Ground staff jump: Pushing against a lodged item into the ground Yon pushes himself off the item and at his foes.

Ok thanks and please review :3
