Chapter 25: Birthday Sex

It was going on two o'clock in the morning and people were starting to clear out of Ashley's house. The bartender had already broken down his station and left the party. All of the food was gone and there only a small section of cake left. The party had been great but Rae really wanted to get Amanda and leave. By three in the morning, the house had cleared out of everyone except Ashley, Simone, Maureen, Rae and Amanda. Like Rae's house, there were four rooms. But unlike Rae, Ashely had two brothers so all there weren't any guest rooms. Her brothers were sleeping over at their friend's house so Simone and Maureen took the upstairs bedroom and Rae and Amanda took the room downstairs. They'd both changed their sheets and blankets before leaving the house earlier that day so the beds were ready for them to sleep in. Ashley went to her room and Maureen and Simone went to theirs. Amanda tried to get Rae to go in the room to get ready for bed but Rae was still sitting in the living room on the floor eating the cake that was left over with her fingers. She scooped the icing from the cake and then licked it from her fingers, smiling seductively at her girlfriend. Amanda sat down next to her as she gathered more icing on her fingers. She brought her hand up to Amanda's lips and she took it into her mouth, cleaning the sweet frosting from her fingers. She pulled away and laid down on the floor on her back and stared up at her girlfriend. Her eyes were glossy and she looked really tired but Amanda got the feeling that sleeping was the furthest thing from her mind. Rae reached up and grabbed the top of her bathing suit and pulled her down on top of her.

"I wanna go" she whispered before kissing her again. "Take me to your apartment".

"Why….why don't we….just stay here?" she asked in between kisses. Rae was pulling at her suit and grinding into her leg.

"Because there's too many people in this house" she groaned.

"Well we're the only ones on the first floor".

"These walls are not as thick as they seem" Rae said putting her hand under Amanda's top. "Trust me". Amanda thought about what Rae was saying. She definitely wanted to be alone with Rae but she was questioning whether she was sober enough to make the right decisions for herself. "What are you thinking?"

"That you're drunk and we should get you to bed" Amanda said getting off and Rae and standing up. She reached out her hands and helped Rae to her feet. She held onto her hand and led her to the bedroom. Rae went in before her and laid on the bed. Amanda shut the door and went over to the bed, pulling Rae to sit up so she could help her get dressed for bed.

"I wanna go to your place" Rae said again. Amanda could tell that Rae wasn't going to give up on leaving Ashley's to go to her apartment. She grabbed their bag and took out their clothes so they could change. "I'm not drunk" she lied. Amanda looked at her and she knew there was no way she was buying that line. "Ok, I am drunk but so what". She crawled over and kneeled in front of her, "Don't be a cop" she said knowing that was the reason she didn't want to leave with her. As an SVU detective she saw girls all of time who had sex when they were drunk and later don't remember or feel they were taken advantage of. Rae was drunk but she knew what she wanted. "You're not taking advantage of me" she said kissing her on the neck. "I want this".

"What about Ashley?" she asked.

"I'll call her in the morning" she whispered. "Come on, let's go" she said coaxing her to leave. "Come on….please".

"Alright" she said finally giving in. "But you and I both know that Ashley won't be happy about this". She took their clothes and put them back in the bag. She zipped it up, put it on her shoulder and quietly left the bedroom.

"She'll get over it" she said, following her out of the bedroom. She grabbed her shoes and walked to the front door behind Amanda. She stopped in front of the door but wouldn't open it. "What?" Rae asked.

"I shouldn't be driving" she whispered. She looked down and saw Rae was holding her shoes in her hand. "Put your shoes on". She always told Rae that it was bad to walk around without her shoes on, which she did often. If she just had to run out to her car or downstairs to get her mail, she never put shoes on, not even sandals. She refused to open the door so Rae sat down on the floor and put her sneakers on. She pulled on Amanda's arm to help herself to her feet.

"Ok. Let's go" she said impatiently.

"I can't drive a car" she reminded her.

"We'll call a cab from outside". Amanda opened the door and stepped outside. She waited while Rae locked the door and shut it quietly then they walked to the end of the driveway together. Amanda called them a cab and they sat together and waited. Rae couldn't seem to keep her hands to herself despite Amanda constantly pushing them away. The cab finally pulled up after twenty minutes of waiting. They got inside and Amanda gave the driver her address. On the drive to her apartment, Rae climbed on Amanda's lap, kissed her, and tried to pull her clothes off. Amanda let her do everything she wanted short of taking her clothes off and fucking her right there in the taxi. It was proving very difficult for her to control her drunk girlfriend. She could see the driver focusing more on what they were doing in the backseat than he was on the road. She was finally able to calm Rae down when she told her if she didn't stop the driver would crash their taxi and kill them. She laughed and climbed off her lap, hitting her head on the window when she fell back into her seat. "Ouch". The taxi pulled up outside Amanda's building and Rae stumbled out onto the side walk. Amanda paid their driver then got out and helped Rae up the stairs to her apartment. Rae kicked her shoes off inside the door and took her shorts off as she walked into the bedroom. Amanda followed behind her watching her strip out of her clothes as she went. She went straight to the bathroom and started the shower. "Amanda" she yelled from inside the shower. She walked over to the bathroom and stood in the doorway.

"Yes, Araeyah". Rae pulled back the shower curtain and held out her hand.

"Come in here" she said inviting Amanda to join her. Amanda hesitated for a moment before taking off her shorts and bathing suit and getting into the shower with Rae. She pulled the shower curtain closed and brought their lips together. The water poured down over them as they stood there with each other, their naked bodies pressed together; tongues exploring each other's mouths. The hot water was starting to fade so they turned it off and got out of the shower. They didn't bother to condition their hair in the shower or use a dry towel once they'd gotten out. "That's true but…." She paused to kiss her again, "your screams are much louder than mine". Rae couldn't argue with her. She'd always had a problem with volume control.

"Fine" she relented, "I'll try to keep it down. Can't make any promises though" she added with a smirk. They picked up again where they'd left off. Rae tried hard to control her noise level but she didn't know if she was doing a good job. She figured she was doing well enough because no one else came to knock on the door to complain. Light was starting to shine through an opening in the curtains when they finally collapsed from exhaustion.
