"Morning.." Daphne mumbled. She was laying half on top of Will, his fingers were brushing her back so she knew he was awake.

Will smiled. "Good morning beautiful. You really aren't a morning person, are you?"

"No.." She snuggled closer into him. "I always have trouble waking up."

"Well, I can help you with that." He gently pushed her on her back and hovered over her. He kissed her neck, leaving a hickey. "If you want to of course. I wouldn't want to do anything against your will."

"You are my Will." She joked.

He nodded, kissing her neck and caressing her stomach. "I see what you did there, word jokes."

"Those and sarcasm are a sign of intellectual humor."

"I already knew you were smart, but I'm not too sure about the funny part." He smiled at her as she swatted his arm. "What do you want to do today?"

"Can we lay in bed, just a little while longer?" She rubbed her hands up and down his arms. "I just.. I love you and I want to be as close to you as I can."

"Of course." He laid back down onto his back and pulled her against him. "Anything you want." She sighed and put her head on his chest.

He woke up half an hour later, he must have drifted off to sleep. He noticed Daphne softly crying, that must've been what woke him up. "Baby?" He softly asked, trying to get her to look at him. He soothingly rubbed her back. "What's wrong?"

She sniffed a couple of times, not looking at him but burying her head in the crook of his neck. "It's my dad's birthday."

He sighed, remembering Elise telling him. He felt like a moron for forgetting that, worst boyfriend ever. "I know, I'm sorry. You really miss them, don't you?"

"Yeah, especially days like this. They would've loved you." She chuckled.

"You think?"

"Yeah, my dad would've given you a hard time at first. Pretending he didn't approve, then he would welcome you."

"How do you know?"

She shrugged. "Because that's the way he was, he would've grilled you." She put on a male voice. "Will, tell me, what are your intentions with my daughter? They better be honorable." She looked up at him. "He would have put the fear of god in you before smiling and patting your shoulder."

"Is that what he did with previous boyfriends?"

She laughed. "No, they only met one guy. He only got to the fear of god part. He turned out a jackass. First guy I was in love with, thank god I found out how big of a jackass he was before I slept with him."

"Hence the virgin part."

"Yes, but I think I've made up for that since we had that amazing first time after the pool party."

"I think so too. So what do you want to do?"

"I don't know."

"What about tomorrow?"

"I don't know."

"I've got a friends party, want to come with me?"

She smiled. "Yeah, I'd love to go somewhere with you."

"Good. I'll go make breakfast, meet me in the kitchen?"

"Be right there."

...

"Are you sure you want me to come with you tomorrow?"

Will was making them breakfast. "Yes, they're old friends."

"What if they ask questions?"

"I'll just tell them the truth, you're my beautiful girlfriend and I'm a lucky bastard."

"What if they ask me how old I am? Or what I do?"

"I-" He put the breakfast down on the table and sat down next to her on the couch.

"Or how we met? Because those are the basics, and coincidentally the things we want to avoid."

He shrugged. "I don't know, do you always need to have a plan?"

"We got to tell the same story?"

"People always think you're older, right?" Daphne nodded. "So age will be fine, even if they ask it's not illegal to date a 19 year old. Tell them we met, I don't know Daph.. Tell them we met at the gym."

"Hi, yeah we met at the gym. What I do? Oh I'm in high school. "

"Don't make such a big deal out of it. We'll be fine." He finished his breakfast.

"You do realize this is the first time we're going out, don't you?"

Will nodded. "Daphne, will you go on a date with me? It's a friend's party, they're very laid back."

"Fine. I gotta go home now, see you tomorrow?"

Will nodded. "Can you maybe meet me there? I have to do some things beforehand."

"Sure, text me the address." She kissed him. "I love you."

"I love you too, even when you freak out."

"Good."

She took a deep breath before knocking on the door. It wasn't long until a man opened the door, she knew that was Pete. Will had shown her pictures of everyone. "Hey, uuh I'm Daphne. I'm Will's girlfriend, I was going to meet him here?"

"Yeah, right. He told me about that, come on in." He stepped out of the way and closed the door behind her. "He's been telling us about his mystery girlfriend. I'm Pete, by the way. We almost thought you didn't exist. Pretty much had to force him last week to take you here." He joked. "To prove you're not a mythical creature."

Daphne smiled at him, though her heart wasn't in it. "That so?" She walked into the living room and Will immediately got up to greet her. "Hey."

"Hey." He gave her a quick kiss. "Do you want something to drink?"

"Diet coke?"

"Sure, I'll go get it."

She smiled and followed him to the kitchen. "So, William.."

He looked up, that was the first time she called him that. Surely that wasn't a good sign. "So, Daphne."

"Did you want me to come, or did your friends force you to?"

He sighed. "Both." He turned around to face her and leaned back against the counter. "I wasn't sure if it was a great idea, with our.. situation. Then they went on and on about how they never met you.." He shrugged. "I gave in."

"So if they hadn't pushed.."

"I love you Daph, so much. I hope that us being together proves that to you. You know how much trouble I could get in if the wrong person finds out."

Pete walked in. "Trouble for what?"

"Nothing." Daphne smiled at him and grabbed the coke from the counter. "Thanks Will." She touched his arm, letting him know they were okay. "I'm going to introduce myself to your friends." She walked back into the living room and sat down on the couch, next to Will's empty spot.

A woman leaned in a little closer. "Daphne, right?"

"Yeah." She shook the woman's hand.

"I'm Tara, little overwhelming?"

Daphne smiled at her. "A little bit, yes."

"So how did you meet Will?"

Will answered her as he sat down. "Gym, but it's not an interesting story." He smiled at Daphne.

"Somehow I doubt that." Pete said.

"That it's an uninteresting story, or that we met at the gym?"

Tara smiled. "That it's an uninteresting story."

"She had been looking at me for a while before I went over." Will shrugged. "I asked her out she said yes."

"Can you blame me? Do you have any idea how hot you are when you're working out?"
