New Chapter, sorry it took so long, I have been super sick and I couldn't do basically anything for a while but now I'm back and wanted to give you something. It's nothing too special but it puts something in place that will keep you guessing until I finish the next chapter.

I don't own anything except the mistakes, sorry in advanced.

He allowed her to sleep for a while. He even closed his eyes for a bit but he did not allow himself to completely allow sleep to take him as it did his love next to him. He loved watching her sleep; he never got the chance back in their old land. She looked so young even though her hair was cut short in a sophisticated manner and her face was slightly different, that scar on her lip for one. He wondered how she got that seductive addition but even though he basically had an all access pass to her memory he couldn't remember, maybe there were some things she was keeping from him. but when he felt her move further into him while draping a leg across his and moving her head, snuggling into his chest even further he decided to ask her a a different time. She probably had a good reason and also he didn't want to break their state of bliss. They finally had each other back after all.

He turned his head briefly to check the time, the lights were off in her room but the clock on her night stand was a clear as day, the red lights showed him that it was nearly 4pm. She fell asleep around 1:30 after her body was derailed of all her strength from their love making. He knew she would not wasn't to sleep all day but just before he turned his head back around to gaze upon her sleeping form once again something caught his eye. He blinked a few times to make sure he wasn't imagining it. How could he have missed that laying around?

But there it was on what looked like an old jewelry box, his engagement ring he gave her all those years ago. It didn't really surprise him that she still had it but to have it out still need and dear to have it out in the open like that melted his heart.

He was able to get one of his hands free while not waking his sleeping beauty. He held the ring in his hand; it made him smile holing the old metal again. Then an idea hit him. He quickly placed the ring in his pant pocket, thank god he was lying on the side of the bed and his pants were in arms reach on the floor.

He felt her stir at the movement so he quickly moved back into his previous position. He placed a long kiss on her temple to wake her up gently. He saw her eyes flutter open but only for a moment.

"Good afternoon Sleeping Beauty." She said sweetly. She chuckled lightly at his comment before looking directly into his blue eyes.

"I assure you that I am not Aurora that is for sure dear." She said. She snuggled back into his arms before she placed a kiss on his chest.

"Well you might not be her darling but you are so beautiful even in your sleep."

He said quietly rubbing her back coaxing her to wake up slowly.

She blushed, the only man in the world who could make her do it. She felt like a young school girl all over again, so she tried to hide her face in his chest but being Daniel he smiled down at her before he brought his hands to her face lifting it so they could have eye contact once more. "Hey don't hide your wonderful smile love. "

It wasn't the fact that she wanted to hide her blush it was the reason for it.

"What is it?" He asked since she had a look on her face that looked like she needed to get something off her own chest.

"Daniel, I'm beyond happy that you are here with me, but I haven't had anyone say things to me like that in such a long time. I am not used to it. I have been called wicked, malicious, murderer and evil for such a long time…"

He could tell she was struggling so he decided to silence her with a kiss. It was sweet and so light but it did the job. And when they pulled apart he heard her hum.

"Listen to me. You are beautiful Regina, inside and out. You may have been broken but that's why I am here. I can see you for who you really are which is a smart caring wonderful mother with a loving smile and a beautiful heart." And then he saw her cry.

She never cried this much in her entire life. Daniel's hands came up to clear them all away and when he was going to retract them her hands took hold of his wrists keeping them exactly where they were.

She smiled up at him. God she love this man in front of her, maybe a little too much but this must be what true love was supposed to be like.

"I love you so much; I don't know how after all I have done that I can still deserve you."

She smiled at her stamen. Her eyes were so sincere and filled with love through tear stained rims that it almost made him cry.

:"Oh my darling, you are my one and only, now and forever." he said honestly with a small smile. He brought his body up to a siting position bringing her body along with him. Instinctively she brought the sheet with her to cover her chest while he let his chest feel the cool air in the room. Why Regina was suddenly so shy in front of her beloved she didn't know but he smiled at her girlish reaction.

"Shut up." She said teasingly knowing that look on his face all too well. She turned her body away from him so she could get dressed. He watched her, sheet in hand as her body swayed back and forth toward what he presumed to be her walk in closet.

Just as she reached the luxurious closet she turned to face him. She felt his gaze on her as she walked away and the look in his eyes when they connected made her smirk and raise one of her perfectly sculpted eyebrows.

"Something you like dear?" she asked seductively, while placing her that was not holding up the sheet and placed it against the wall wile popping her hip out.

" Of course Regina, even just wearing a sheet you are flawless." He grinned at her. He was so transfixed by her position against the wall that he almost didn't catch her statement.

"Well I think we both should get dressed wouldn't you say dear?" She wanted for him to answer. It took a few seconds but since he shook his head she knew he was barely paying attention to her so she repeated her statement again.

This time he responded once she left his sight going into her closet to get dressed. " Aright, alright but I'm going to have to go home to get some clothes…that is if you want me to stay…" he got quiet which scared Regina and hearing his tone made her panic. She was only dressed in her underclothes but she didn't care anymore. When she looked at him he was faced away from him putting on his jeans but even though he was not facing him she could tell that his head was down.

She walked over to him and took hold of his face so she could look into his glorious blue eyes.

" Daniel, I want you here with me. I know we haven't discussed it but I would not want it any other way. If you wanted I could just use magic to bring your clothes here to cut out the hassel…"

But then she was cut off. " Regina, magic is…"

"I know and I wont as long as you don't want me to." She knew where he stood with magic without even saying it. She didn't really wantto use it eather but not using it for so long its almost like it was begging to be used. But once looking into his soft and angelic face filled with so much love and general concern for her she knew using magic was not the answer. Only for the most important things should it ever arise.

" Thank you." Was al he could say before he placed a light kiss on her lips sealing their unspoken promis to eachother. Once they parted their forheads connected and Regina's eyes remained closed for a moment longer. When her eyes finally opend she saw her beloved stairing in wonder at her wcihc made her smile and laugh lightly.

" I think you should get changed and I think its time for me to go and get some clothes of my own. Howe about I stop a grannies on my way back and grab dinner. You shouldn't have to cook after everything that has happened today."

Her hands that were still on his face began to stroke his cheeks before she relpied with a simple okay.

Once he had his shirt and shoes on he began to walk out of her bedroom. She watched him leave but before he made it out the door he heard her call back to him.

"please don't be longe Daniel." She looked so small and helpless as she called to him. It reminded him of the young Regina he knew all those years ago.

He gave her a smile before quietly responding, " I won't be any longer than I have to Regina. I will be back as soon as I can I promise."

With hat he left her room and within a few moments Regina heard the door lightly open and close. He was gone and for a split second she allowed herself to feel a pain of sorrow not knowing if he indeed was going to come back. But that feeling faded when she brushed her fingers against her lips. She could stil feel the effects of his kiss there and it made her negative thoughts float away.

Daniel on the other hand was going to go to his home and get his clothes and then go to grannies to get their food but he also had another plan a plan that hand to do with the ring that was dangling lightly in his pocket. Hopefully Regina wouldn't notice the ring missing but I wouldn't matter anyway because once he was back into her house he was not leaving until his plan was put into place.
