What's this?! Another chapter?! WHOA! Wasn't expecting that!

So, my co-author Mr. Cartoon and I were chatting one day, and we came up with an idea for some bonus-chapters for all you readers out there! They'll all be one-episode, kind of a two-parter plus a prologue and epilogue, but still worth the read! They'll center more around Scooter Chan, but don't worry, Shaggy, Pugsy, and Flip will still have a major role!

So without further ado, here's the beginning of... The Lost Episode!

Director Flanigan walked down the hallway of his office, whistling a cheerful tune while having a quick skip in his step. The new Shaggy, Pugsy, and Flip series had been a success during the season, making the ratings sky-rocket and starting a new trend amongst fans.

Now that it was Fall, everyone could take a break. All the staff and cast members had vacations planned, and Flanigan was no exception- having booked a flight to Tahiti for two whole weeks of fun, relaxation, and a worry-free environment.

I haven't felt this good since we gave Darla Dimple the boot! the director thought happily, referring to the bratty child-star that used to work in Hollywood, until it was revealed she had sabotaged the set just because a few animal co-stars were aiming for a bigger role in the movies. But, that was the past, and now Flanigan was working with three new stars- ones who weren't spoiled little pipsqueaks- Shaggy, Pugsy, and Flip, all who enjoyed working with him and didn't cause the director any trouble (save for the first time they showed him the scripts for the show, but that's another story).

Walking into his office, Flanigan stepped behind a random changing-screen, and stepped out wearing a Hawaiian shirt, shorts, sandals, sunglasses and straw-hat, and pulled a pre-packed suitcase out from under his desk. "Sand, surf, and sun, here I come!" he exclaimed.

*knock knock knock!*

"Come iiinnn~!" The director sang.

In walked a recurring celebrity cameo from the show- Cartoon All-Star Shawn K., host of many game shows, champion of many sports, and all-around nice guy. "Hello, Flani...gan?" he began to greet, pausing when he noticed Flanigan's wild attire. "Whoa, is Mammoth holding another Studio Luau tonight?"

Flanigan looked down at his outfit, blushing a bit, but was too excited to feel embarrassed. "Oh, not really. I'm just getting ready to start my vacation!"

Shawn laughed. "Finally managed to get some time off, huh? Well, that's good to hear. ...Oh, say, before you head out, I wanted to know how the 'Shaggy, Pugsy, and Flip' season is going?"

"Oh, it was fantastic! A nationwide hit! ...You've got quite a following on Twitter, I heard."

"Oh yeah, a lot of fans have been... wait, did you say 'was'?"

"Yes. The season was a success," Flanigan paused, noticed the smile faded from Shawn's face. "Er, is something wrong, Shawn?"

"Well... are you sure you aired ALL the episodes?"

"Of course- except for that dreadful one written by Howard Generic... but why do you ask?"

Shawn K. rubbed the back of his neck. "Well, you see..."

Suddenly, Scooter Chan (Flip's little brother and youngest of the Chan Clan) came running in. "Shawn! Shawn! Did you talk to him about the episode yet?" he asked, excitedly.

"What episode?" Flanigan asked, suddenly feeling as if his vacation was about to get delayed.

"Well, you see Mr. Flanigan, there was another script we had for the show. Apparently, it got misplaced when Flip, Shaggy, and Pugs came in to introduce the show- being in a hurry that morning and everything." Shawn K. explained.

"But Flip found it last week and sent it to Shawn K. to look over, and Shawn liked it and said he was going to talk to you about it before the season ended!" Scooter said all in one breath. "So... did you tell him, Shawn?"

Shawn and Flanigan exchanged glances, then looked down at an eager six-year-old- and believe me, there is nothing more difficult than explaining something that could disappoint a young child. "Um... I hate to say this, Scooter, but I think we're too late. Flanigan just told me the season is over,"

Scooter's eyes widened, on the brink of unleashing tears. "It is... aw man, and Flip and I worked so hard on it!"

"You helped write it?" Flanigan asked.

"Actually, the whole episode was his idea," Shawn replied. "Flip only helped with parts involving him, Shaggy, and Pugsy."

"But I guess it was a waste of time," Scooter sighed. "We stayed up three hours past our bedtime working on it, and called a lot of other cartoons asking if they wanted to be part of it, and I told all my friends at school about it too..." he hung his head low. "All of that for nothing..."

"W-Well, wait! It might not be too late, Scooter!" Flanigan said quickly. "We can still air it before everyone goes on vacation!"

Scooter's face perked up. "Really?"

"Of course! ...though, it will cause some confusion amongst the fans as to why an episode aired so late..."

"What if we made it a LOST episode?" Shawn K. suggested.

"Cool! I love lost episodes!" Scooter exclaimed.

"Hmm, Lost Episodes tend to bring in a lot of viewers... Alright, we'll do it! But we have to be quick!" Flanigan said, then picked up his phone to make a few calls.
