"Princess, calm down we'll be totally fine." Austin says all nonchalant.
"Fine?Fine?!-" I start my voice laced with disbelief, I could feel my face heat up with anger at the choice of words he's using especially in the current situation were in. I close my eyes and take a deep breath before I snap at him.
When I look up at him he has this smirk on his face.
"Yeah, fine." He says without a care in the world as he leans against the grey wall behind him.
"WERE IN JAIL AUSTIN!" I shout at him unable to control my anger any more.
"At least were together." He says, I scoff and sit on the metal bench.

My body felt hot but with the cool metal of Austin tongue piercing it just added more fire to the flame. I wanted to clench my legs or add friction to my womanhood but I couldn't as I was straddling Austin. I have never been so turned on in my life before and I didn't know how to act. At this point I was certain I would have a hickey but I didn't care. It was as if the effect of the weed and Austin's actions made me act like a mad woman.
Unknowingly I started grinding on Austin, and I heard him groan in response. He leant his head back against the wall.
"Fuck! Baby we need to sto-" I didn't let him finish what he was saying because I placed my lips on his. It was a completely different kiss than all the others, it was filled with lust. Pure lust. I want him, I want him so badly.
It all ended way too soon for my liking because we both leaned out gasping for air, I smiled while Austin played with his lip ring his eyes still constricted, but he looked a lot better than before.
"Mm...Baby?" He says.
"Yeah?"
"You know I'm crazy about you right?" he says chuckling.

"Good cause I'm crazy about you too." I say smiling cutely to him. He smiled at me, making my heart flutter at the rare sight of a smile of his face its mostly a smirk or a grin.
I couldn't help but giggle like a school girl- oh wait! I am, a school girl. I instantly furrowed my eyebrows at that thought and snuggled into Austin's chest more.
"Austin...What time is it?" I ask, my voice coming out muffled because my face was literally in his chest.
"If we were at school we'd be having lunch by now." He replies.
"Okay." I reply softly, before we sit in complete silence on the floor. I couldn't help but notice the way my body reacted to his. Every simply gesture would have me craving more. Hi hands were currently resting at my hips his thumbs slowing massaging and smoothing my skin. Even though his intentions were pure my reactions were not, and I couldn't help but look up to see him, leaning his head on the wall, eyes closed allowing me to freely study his face.
I noticed a few faint marks and scratches other than his piercings and it made me wonder where the marks and scratches came from. Whether or not he's been in a fight or something, this made me notice how little I really know about him.
Before I could comprehend what my body was doing, my hand did a little wrist flick towards his cheek making his eyes open in shock.
"Ouch! Ally what the fuck?" He asks me while caressing the cheek I had just unintentionally slapped.
"Oh my gosh I totally didn't mean to do that!" I say trying to put myself in the clear. I couldn't help but giggle because Austin's face had confusion written all over it and he had furrowed his eyebrows together and his bottom lip was slightly jutted out creating a pout. He looked so damn cute!
"And now your laughing after you just abused me? Nice." He says sarcastically.
"No! I didn't mean to I just wanted to wake you up."
"Doesn't matter babe it's all good. You hungry?" He asks me while putting away the now cooled off bowl into his bag but I couldn't stop staring at the pile of ash he left on the concrete.
I look up and nod sweetly before getting up from him and helping him up himself. I glanced around while stretching my head, but apparently that was the wrong move because my head started banging and I suddenly felt faint. I felt Austin's arm wrap me around my waist helping me stay upright.
"Shit! Ally? Are you alright?" He ask's me concern laced in his voice.
"Yeah, just head rush. Stoop up too fast." I mumble weekly, before biting my lip and I knew my body was starting to kick in the use of the drugs we had currently done.
Even though I had shrugged off the problem it still didn't stop Austin in practically carrying me to the car. I couldn't help but find his little gesture sweet.
When we reached the car and settled in he started to reverse the car before asking me a question.
"You up for school, or just skip the whole day?"
"Might as well just skip the whole day no point going in for half a day." I say while changing the radio station. I noticed his body tense near mine but I didn't question it feeling too light headed.
I closed my eyes before slowly dozing off.

"Austin I swear to god if you tap me one more time I will kick you where the sun doesn't shine."
"pfft-" I heard Austin chuckle, and I arched one of my eyes in a threatening way even though my eyes were closed I could tell he was smirking.
"Come on Princess wake up I got you something." He says softly and I swear I could hear the desperation in his voice.
I groan, before opening my eye's only to grimace at the way by body felt stiff. I yawned and pulled my legs and arms as far as I could in the confined space to get some movement back into my body.
I looked over at Austin and saw he had this cute little smile on his face and he was watching me intently, I couldn't help but feel embarrassed about the actions I did before. Totally so not sexy or attractive in any way! I mentally scold myself while I feel my face become red hot.
"Um- I got you some refreshments and lunch." He says while handing me a brown bag and McDonalds' take out bag. I couldn't help but smile at his sweet gesture.
"Thanks but what about you?" I ask while scavenging through the McDonalds bag to find some chicken nuggets and chips.
"I already ate, you're a really deep sleeper you know that right?" He tells me, and I instantly groan and blush red.
"Oh god don't-" I practically plead him while he's laughing his head off. I rolled my eyes at his actions before switching the radio on filling the car with the sound of the radio.
While I was eating my chicken nugget I turned to him to find him tapping away on his phone.
"You want some?" I ask chomping away on my chicken nugget in the least lady like way possible, but right now I couldn't be bothered to contain myself. He simply nodded his head no, not even glancing away from his phone. I couldn't help but furrow my eyebrows at his actions.
After a while of silence I saw Austin start the car engine. I arched my eyebrow at the sudden movement. "Where we off too?" I ask.
"Our place." He simply says.
My eyes widened at his words. I wasn't aware that we had a 'place', and for the first time ever I was actually excited about this surprise.
After a couple of minutes I noticed the familiar path that we were on and I couldn't control the butterflies in my stomach at the thought that he thinks this was our 'place'.
When he parked the car, and opened his car door I waited till he came round to the passenger seat to open my door. Who said chivalry was dead? I sarcastically thought.
"This is our place?" I ask him sweetly when he lock the car door and places his arms around my waist, my arms instantly wrapping around his neck.
"Yeah..I-I mean.. I-I k-kind-da-" He fumbled over his words, looking flushed. Had I, Ally Dawson, made Austin Moon bad boy blush? Score! I internally scream making sure I'm well composed on the outside but I'm pretty sure my smile gave me away.
He instantly groaned and nestled his head in my neck while I was giggling, running my hands through his soft hair. I made him lean out and gave him a peck on the lips.
"That's sweet Austin." He doesn't say anything but look at me with an emotion in his eyes. Joy? Horror? Confusion?.
"You up for it?"
"It's still day time. Anyone can see us and I'm pretty sure we'll get in trouble for trespassing." I tell him chewing my lip nervously.
"It'll be alright, I've done this many times and never been caught we'll be fine."
I still couldn't help but feel uneasy about this now.

I flinch at the sound of the metal clack together very loudly. The room was cold. So cold every time I breathed out I could see the plain white smoke that came from my mouth. This seriously worried me as it's practically summer outside and in here it felt like I moved to the North Pole. Austin had offered me his jacket but I was too angry at him too even take up his offer.
"Ally seriously, nothing bad is going to happen."
I didn't reply. I didn't say anything or do anything to indicate that I heard him. I stood up and started pacing in the little room they had us in.
"Princess, calm down we'll be totally fine." Austin says all nonchalant.

They warned me about him and I completely ignored their warnings and now I'm in fucking jail. I could kiss that Princeton position goodbye now because I'm pretty sure they don't allow kid's with a criminal record into their facilities.
"Look- this isn't even the real thing. It's just a room they put us in until someone comes to pick us up. Stop stressing." He says while watching me pace up and down.
"Think of it as purgatory." He says with a simple shrug and a smirk falling on his lips. But he could tell that I found his comment that least thing as amusing.
"All-." He starts.

Bang!
"Ah! Mr Moon. I hadn't seen you in here lately; I almost thought you were up to good things. But as always I'm proved wrong!" A voice says and an officer comes out holding two files one was thick and looked over filled the other practically had nothing in it only one piece of paper.
I look to Austin and see him scowling at the officer on the opposite side of the gate. I couldn't help but furrow my eyebrows. I recall the officer's words and remember he said something about Austin not being here for a while. Does that mean he's been here before? Before I could draw up my conclusion of the questions running through my mind, the officer separated the two files on the table.
He picked up the thinnest file.
"Miss Dawson!- ." he says before blowing a low whistle when he opened up the file.
"This is the cleanest file I have ever seen in my life!" he practically shouts. I couldn't help but look down in shame because he's probably wondering why I was here.
"Miss Dawson. I have already contacted your parents they are on their way." The officer says. I look closer at him.
"E-excuse me what's your name?" I ask politely.
"Oh silly me! I'm Officer Latch. Well Miss Dawson your parents want to talk to the head board before we put any permanent markings on your record for trespassing. " He says with a cheeky smile, he seemed like a funny character, but serious when he needs to be. I couldn't help but feel a bit of relief that my parents were going to sort it out for me but I knew that nothing good would come out of this. My parents were still under the influence that I and Austin had broken up and that I've stayed well clear of him. I have no idea how they are going to react in this situation.
"Now! Mr Moon. Where the hell do I start?" I hear him say while picking up Austin's file which was overfilled with papers pulling me out of my thoughts. I unknowingly walked closer to the cold grey gates so I was further away from Austin and closer to Officer Latch.
"No need Sammy I think we both know where I stand." I hear Austin say calmly, but my eyes widen when I hear him call the officer by an unofficial name.
"Oy! That's Officer Latch to you mister." Officer Latch scolds Austin but was only greeted with a smirk and a head nod. I found it unusual how he knew the police man in an informal way and this just added more thoughts to my mind. I honestly know nothing about Austin and vice versa! My mind was running wild as I saw Austin avoid eye contact with me and Officer Latch opening Austin's files and mumbling a few words but I could hear him.
Loud and clear.
"Vandalism...Assault...Riot...Hijacking...Possession of class A drugs...Shoplifting...Drug
Trafficking...Harassment..." All these words flew out of Officer Latch's mouth and I could hear my heartbeat drumming against my ears I suddenly felt very light weight. I felt my hands trembling as I saw him skip through all of Austin's papers that were neatly tucked into the folder, reading the criminal charges Austin has faced.
I couldn't help the emotions running through my body. Shock, anger, sadness...regret.
I regret not listening to my parent.
I regret shouting at my friends.
I regret thinking they weren't looking out for me, when honestly it's all they've been doing.
They told me over and over again...
"He's not good for you Ally!"
"He's bad news! We don't want you to get hurt!"
"Public intoxication...Fraud...First Degree Murder... "

When the words left his mouth, I hadn't processed what he said.

Sorry sorry SO sorry for the late update I honestly will try to get my timing better because me and time do not cooperate. Like at all. I hope everyone had a happy Christmas and new year's hope you were all safe and everyone got everything they wanted from Santa!
Anywoo I was supposed to update this on new years but then I forgot because of the buzz of it being new years and all and I completely forgot about doing that so I'm sorry but WHOA! First degree Murder? Austin what the hell?! What have you been up to! At least now we begin to unravel secrets and Austin's life! Oooft! Please prepare for the drama that is about to come because I can tell you even I can't handle it! Ally's regretting everything! Does this mean it's over?!

I need to clear a few things up first though.
1)Ally is still a virgin! Nothing sexual but a bit of dry humping has happened between the two!
2) Ally's Parent's believe that her and Austin have broken up.
