Yeah in the time since I last updated I decided to start a new game on Pokemon Y, been busy playing it including managing to level up the Charmander I got from Professor Sycamore until he evolved into the Charmander that I wanted (Mega Charizard has been worth it though!).

At their table in Harryhausen's, Mike sighed happily as he stared at his gorgeous girlfriend: he remembered what she looked like as the cute (but in a good way) little monster when they had first met all of those years ago, he also remembered how beautiful she was in that first year at Monsters University when they started going out and now she had grown into a gorgeous monster...

*IOTHM*

"Sorry about that son..." Mike said nervously at little Fillmore who grew uncomfortable describing how beautiful Laura was at the point (since monster or not, no child liked it hearing about the love life of their parents very much) and the others just laughed a little. Mike then took a big cough and said "Okay..."

Mike was so busy being memorized by Laura's looks that he actually wasn't paying attention to what he was saying. "What do you think Michael?" Laura asked Mike and he absentmindedly said "yeah sure whatever..." At this response Laura looked down in sadness and shook her head.

"So you agree, it is time for us to break up?" Laura asked and that one question sent Mike up in shock, the mistakes he makes when he doesn't pay attention to the question asked! "Yeah I guess we had a few laughs and the years since MI have been fun but we really should split." Laura said looking down "we will always be best friends, nothing will change that..."

"Wait Laura...I am sorry, I can change...I honestly don't want to break up...I can change, I Swear! Give me another chance..." Mike begged only to be incredibly confused to see Laura burst out into laughter and then smiled at him. "I was only joking Michael, I don't actually want us to break up." Laura said laughing "I realised you were not paying attention to what I was saying so I decided to have some fun, maybe this will teach you to pay attention when talking to someone."

Mike felt relieved as he said "I am so sorry Laura, I was not thinking! I was just..."

"Being memorized by my good looks, I could tell." Laura laughed before she stood up and posed for a second like a runway model "I do look beautiful." Laura did not like flaunting since it usually displaced arrogance. She did not like flaunting her famous father, the skills she had since each monster had their own talents or her looks as it got her unwanted attention from some lovesick boys in High School. However just to add to the situation at hand, she decided to make an exception for that one time. When Laura sat down Mike muttered to himself "She must be spending too much time with Colette..."

*IOTHM*

"Did you really trick him like that Laura?" Mr Sharp asked looking at his daughter curiously, "Had to teach the monster to remember when he is talking to his girlfriend." Laura replied with a smirk to Mike.

"Never make that mistake son..." Mike muttered to Fillmore and then said "So I think that is when Sulley..."

Then they spotted Sulley at the window and he came in with the bag and sat beside Mike, behind a menu Sulley began telling Mike about the door and spotting Fungus. "Fungus, didn't Randall say he was acting weird?" Mike responded. Laura took the menu away and with an annoyed look on her face she said "you know boys there is no point whispering, with my hearing I can tell what you two are saying just fine." Sulley then pointed to the girl who was walking about with the bag on her.

When the bag was off the girl the whole place had freaked out when they spotted her, Mike, Sulley and Laura had ran out and saw that the CDA had came to investigate.

Not too long afterwards the trio were in Mike and Sulley's apartment along with the girl who had followed them and caused them grief when her laughter messed with the lightning. Soon in the night they had managed to distract the girl by giving her some paper and crayon to draw. "Laura, I am so sorry that you have been dragged into this mess." Mike said with sadness in his eyes as he faced Laura who was helping him think of solutions to this predicament "if you want to break up with me for real, I totally..."

"I am annoyed by this situation yes Mike, but I am not breaking up with you! We will figure this out together! It was a big situation that we met and I won't let another one break ups apart." Laura smiled warmly at Mike before glaring at Sulley "besides you did not drag me into this, it was Sulley that drag the two of us into it!"

"At least things can't get any worse." Sulley told them and Laura slapped her head even more annoyed and Mike looked incredulously at Sulley while saying "you did not just say that, you did not just say that! At least things can't get any worse? You never say that because as soon as you say that...THAT IS WHEN THINGS GET WORSE!"

"That is just a superstition Mike." Sulley said and then pointed to the door "it is not as if that door will open just now and make this situation worse..."

"Hey guys, just wanted to make sure Mike and Laura were okay as I heard about the child that was causing trouble at the restaurant you two were to have your date..." Randall's voice was heard and the door opened to reveal the purple chameleon monster...

*IOTHM*

"I still can't believe you were stupid enough to tempt fate like that Sulley." Mike said glaring at a sheepish looking Sulley. "When me and Atta heard about the incident we just somehow knew Mike and Laura were involved somehow." Mr Sharp sighed.

"Okay I guess it is my turn next." Randall said "okay yeah the girl was actually one that I was a designated scarer off..."
