Billy black rolled himself unto Charlie's back porch. He knew he was going to sleep here tonight. Rachel came out and sat next to him.
"What's going on dad, Paul wouldn't tell me anything. And why is the leech lover here? Is Jacob really going to take her back! After everything she put him through! And what's with the kids? Whose are they anyway and since when is Paul friends with Bella. Dad what is going on!"
Billy rubbed his temples, he could barely grasp it himself. He wanted to slap Jacob. You don't go kissing the girl who broke your heart and left you after five years. Billy was afraid, afraid for Jacob. His heart was going to get broken and now their were children involved.
" its all so hard to explain. The children in that house, they are….your nephews. Rebecca had them in Hawaii and somehow she met Bella and gave Bella full custody."
That's when all hell broke loose. Rachel black was on the war path. The first thing she did was call sam uley. Bella swan was not about to ruin her family.
Embry call knew his alpha was back, he just didn't know where exactly on the reservation he was at. Now everyone was gathered at Sam and Emily's except for Paul he had no idea where he was at. Ever since Rachel left, Paul had gone out of his mind it wasn't until recently he'd calm down. Embry didn't know why though. Colin, brady and Seth had been acting weird too. Embry shook his head as he grabbed a stale muffin. He cringed a little. He loved Emily but her cooking was, Awful but no one complained because no one else was cooking. Sam's phone rang and Sam picked it up. "wait. What! Rachel slow down. Whose back? Bella! Bella swan is back! I-is Jacob with her!?"
The whole pack froze. Bella swan was back and that only meant trouble at east some of them thought. Everyone kept their ears trained on Sam. "what you mean she has Rebecca's kids? Why would Rebecca give them to her- What no. oh you know what just come here and explain Rachel. Ok ill see you soon"
Jacob looked at bella's sleeping from. He could tell she hadn't slept in a while. Jacob went into the living room and dialed the number he should have called a long time ago.
"hello?" the voice said
"Rebecca."
"Jake? How did you get his number! Oh my god is dad ok! Did – is .jake why are you calling! How did you get this number!"
He could tell she sounded stressed.
"calm down. Calm down. I- I am so pissed at you! For a lot of things but first..i – I want to make sure your ok?"
He could hear her crying now.
"why are you doing this jake? Why are you contacting me. I left your guys . and I didn't want to be found. Look, I know your calling because Bella made it there with the twins. Look, I couldn't take care of them and I knew she was able to do what I couldn't. Tell dad..im sorry"
The line went dead.
"Don't be mad at her jake." Bella said standing in the door way. "I don't get it bells. They left me. Alone, with my wheel chair bound father. I was ten. Ten! If it hadn't been for Charlie. I don't know how dad and I would have survived. And don't you dare compare yourself to my sisters. You and I were caught up in the supernatural, they weren't. you left to get away from the vampires, they left because they didn't want to be here. It hurts dad. " Jacob sighed and wrapped his arms around bella. He was going to kiss her but then he growled. "how dare they!" he snarled as he headed to the door.
When he opened the door, there was Rachel, Leah ,Jared and..Sam. Jacob saw red. One thing about being alpha that Sam had never been experienced was sensing every member of his pack and thoer emotions. There were sixteen of them all together. And knew where their loyalties lied and right now, some of his pack's loyalty was wavering. After all the hard work he put in to unite them. Jacob would not allow petty emotions to ruin all the unity he created. Right then and there he phased. He was going to remind them why he was alpha.
"After everything I have done. You think I would drop it all just because she's home! Well your wrong!Dont you dare let rachel put lies in your heads! You all are MY PACK I will not abandon you!"
