Hey guys. So sorry for the LONG LONG wait. I've been soooo busy. So, by the way, we're ignoring the fact that she woke up to ten, because I randomly wanted to write a Lizzie/Doctor chapter.

In case you've forgotten, in the last few chapters, Lizzie woke up with her sister alive and the Doctor not existing. A while after he came back and they started Space-Dating, and Lizzie started remembering her adventure with the Doctor that was "Pandorica Opens". Enjoy!

Chapter 25: Never There

"Oh, you must be remembering the Pandorica, then?" He said, a bit of a grin on his face.

"Don't you even think about grinning, Doc, I swear I will slap it off of your face."

"Oh, okay then."

I let out a small laugh. "It's cute when you get a bit afraid of me."

"'Cute?'" He mimicked.

"Ok, Doc. Where are you in your timeline?" I mumbled, sort of to myself. "Between Amy and..." I stopped myself

"And who?"

"You think I'd say?"

"Not at all." He grinned, "So, what do you want to do?"

"I want to check up on Gracie."

"Alright, dear."

We soon landed and I started to walk out of the doors.

"Doctor, stay here." I said "I don't want her to know that you exist."

"Elizabeth please. At least let me take you inside, you're being hunted."

"Alright." I agreed with a sigh. I opened my door and walked in. He followed me in, but stayed a couple feet back, closing my door behind him.

"Can I stay for tea?" He asked

"No."

I walked forward, seeing the wheelchair in the middle of the living-room. I turned behind me, The Doctor seemed to be in shock. "Alright. You can stay for tea."

"No, it's not that.

"What is it, then?"

"Call an ambulance. Right now." He calmly replied

"Why?"

"If Gracie left her wheelchair in the middle of the living-room."

"Yeah,"

"Then why isn't she using her crutches?"

I looked around, seeing her crutches in the kitchen, on the floor. Life went in slow motion as I walked into the living-room.

I saw her body on the floor, and by the scorch marks, I saw very clearly that it was a Dalek that killed her.

I grabbed her corpse, hugging it for dear life. "No..." I whispered "No."

The Doctor keeled near me. He gently pulled Gracie from my arms and grabbed my hands. He slowly pulled me to stand. "Hey," he whispered, wiping my trailing tears. "I know how it feels, like it'll never be alright. But it will, Elizabeth. I'll be right here with you."

He pulled me into a hug. "You need-you need to call police-or something. And you-you need to call Amber."

"Just a moment, Elizabeth calm down."

I took a deep breath in and out and pushed out of his arms. I leaned over and grabbed Gracie. I put my hands on her and closed my eyes.

"Elizabeth don't. You'll lose a whole regeneration, and we don't even know if you have any more."

"And if I don't have any more?"

"You'll die. Elizabeth, her time is over."

"No. No, Doctor. She-she can't die, Doctor, she can't." I cried "She can't...die." My voice was now uncomprehendable

"I will call the police, you stay right behind me. Then, we will go to the TARDIS, and get out of here, okay?"

I nodded.

Soon, The Doctor had landed the TARDIS somewhere he said was safe.

"Elizabeth?" He said with a gentle tone

"Yeah?"

"Are you alright?"

"I just last the last person I had left, Doctor. Do you think I'm ok?"

"She wasn't the last person you have left, I'm here."

"No, you're not. I mean, I love you with all my heart, but you're not here. You're with Ameilia Pond, with Rory. You're with Rose Tyler and Martha Jones. But, no, you're not with me."

"Elizabeth, I have always been here. Always."

"No, you haven't. I have lived two lives, both so, so different. One of them where I met the man I had dreamed about all of my life, and one of them where all I had was Gracie, one of them where I knew you were never here, that you abandoned me, not knowing about what would be left in the wake of it. Both lives I was depressed and alone, and I welcomed you with open arms because it was too good to be true and maybe I had died, maybe I had killed myself and just didn't remember anymore. So, Doctor, please tell me how you have been here."

"I have watched you, keeping you safe since you have been a little girl. I was there when your parents died, when time was the right way 'round. I was there with you when Gracie died. The first life you lived was the right one, you know that. And I can assure you that you are alive right now because if you had been dead," He paused for a moment, the next time he spoke, his voice on the edge of yelling. "If you were dead, I would have killed myself as well."

I blinked, confused. "Why?!"

"Because without you I have nothing, without you I am nothing. I killed the Time Lords, I lost Amelia and Rory. Martha walked away, if Donna remembered me she would die, and Rose is happy with someone who isn't me. I am here, Elizabeth, I will always be here, and I very well won't abandon you again."

After he finished I collapsed into his arms, me sobbing.
