Hermione met her brother outside of Dumbledore's office at the hall. When he saw her, he walked towards her and took her in his arms. He hugged her tight and stroked her hair. ''I missed you Mia, more than anything.'' He said and looked at her

Hermione put her palm to his cheek and with her thumb she stroked it. ''I missed you too Severus. But I am so angry. You haven't even met your niece and nephew yet. I am so angry that all this period I thought that you had betrayed me.'' She said and a tear rolled from her eyes.

''Mia, my sister, I know very well that I have missed a great deal of your life, but if everything goes okay on Saturday we will be together again and this time nothing is going to break us apart.'' He said to her and whipped the tear from her cheek.

''You think Sev? You think that everything will be okay again?'' Hermione asked him with disbelief.

''I don't just think so Mia. I believe in my previous statement.'' He said and Hermione smiled at him

''I love you Sev. I have missed terribly my brother'' She said and hugged him again

''It's okay Mia everything will change from now on. I promise you my sister.'' He said and responded to the hug

''I have to go Sev. I will see you on Saturday. I love you'' She said and kissed his cheek

''You are right Mia. I will see you on Saturday! Be careful'' He said and the two left from Hogwarts and returned to their houses.

Saturday came quickly. Dumbledore had organized a meeting at the Potter Mansion.

''Why did you called us here Albus? What have happened?'' Alastor Moody asked him when he sat down.

''This matter is not like all the others Alastor. At this meeting I hope that we will offer protection and a place between us to some people.'' Albus said and looked at Hermione without anyone seeing the movement of his eyes.

''Could we know to whom, Albus? Or is it too soon to ask this question'' Charlus asked him.

''Yes Charlus it is too soon.'' Albus answered him

''Very well then, tell us few things about them'' Gideon Prewett said to him with a smirk. The same smirk had his twin brother Fabian.

''As you may have guess I am not talking about one person but about six people. They have worked for me for two years as spies from the Dark Side. Because...'' He was stopped by Sirius who yelled. ''We are talking about Death Eaters?'' and glared at Dumbledore. Whispers between Order members had started. Remus and James who were beside Sirius tried to calm him. Sirius had started to swear under his breath. James and Remus thought that no one had heard Sirius but they were wrong.

''Sirius that's enough'' Hermione and Dorea Potter yelled and looked at him. Before someone else could speak Dumbledore raised his hand and everyone stopped talking.

''Sirius I am not talking about Death Eaters as you very well put it, I am talking about people.'' Dumbledore told him. ''Now if you will let me, I would like to continue.''

Sirius nodded and looked down.

Dumbledore looked at him and said ''Thank you my boy'' and continued ''As I was explaining to you these people were helping me to collect information about Voldemort and his plans. They came to me for help two years ago. They offered me help in return. They were the only people who could give me information about Voldemort. Now I think it is time to repay them with a place between us and under our protection. I want from all of you to do the same.'' He finished and sat down to his chair. For few moments the members were talking between each other. At last Alastor stood up and said. ''I suggest a voting for the six people.'' Everyone nodded

Alastor sat down and Dumbledore stood up again ''Very well, who vote to not protect and to not accept these six people?'' He said and looked around the room.

Sirius was the first one to raise his hand. He was soon followed by James, Peter, Dedalus Diggle, Benjy Fenwick, Caradoc Dearborn, Emmeline Vance and Sturgis Podmore.

Hermione closed her eyes and looked down. Her hopes to be together again with her brother were lost when she saw own husband raise his hand. Few tears fell from her eyes. Marlene felt her depress and took her hand in hers. Hermione looked up and smiled at Marlene

Dumbledore spoke again. ''Who vote to protect and accept these six people''

Hermione looked at her husband who was looking back at her. She raised her hand as did Marlene, Alice, Dorcas and Remus. The fiVe friends were soon followed by Alastor Moody, Albus Dumbledore, Aberfoth Dumbledore, Edgar Bones, Elphias Doge, Fabian and Gideon Prewett, Frank Longbottom, Minerva McGonagall and Charlus and Dorea Potter.

Hermione took a deep breath and calmed down.

''Very well, let me go and fetch these six people.'' Dumbledore said and left. While he was outside from the room conversations had started. Everyone stopped talking when Dumbledore came back, followed by Lucius Malfoy, Severus Snape, Regulus Black, Augustus Rookwood, Rodolphus and Rabastan Lestrange.

Dumbledore looked at them and then around the room. ''Gentleman from now on you are considered members of the Order of the Phoenix.'' He said and with a movement of his hand the six people had gain a phoenix tattoo. ''This is a new start for everyone my children'' said Dumbledore. Few moments later he added ''Everyone is dismissed except our six new members.'' He said and everyone left.

Outside the room James stopped Hermione. ''You knew it was them right? You knew.'' He said and looked at her

Hermione turned around and looked at him ''Yes James, I knew. What are you going to do about it?'' She said and tried to keep her tears.

''Hermione, you didn't tell me anything, why?'' James asked her

''Tell you what James? To vote something you didn't want? I am not going to make you do something you don't want to.'' She said and took a step towards him.

''But without me knowing, I make you most of the times unhappy for things like this. Don't you understand?'' He said and touched her cheek with his palm.

''I do my love. That's why I love you James.'' She said and put her head to his chest.

James took a deep breath and put his hand to her head and caressed her hair. ''I love you too Mione.'' He said and looked outside from the window ''I will make sure to not make you unhappy ever again my princess'' He said and Hermione smiled. She looked at him and said. ''Let's go home James.'' He kissed her head and together they went back to their house and to their children.
