Omake: Why Flash Doesn't Date

Flash and Megami opted to return to the Watchtower after the staged fight with what was left of Luthor's gang. It wasn't that they were too tired to head back home. It was because they want to celebrate… if celebrate meant make out in the back of the Javelin like horny teenagers with the intention to christen either one or both their quarters on the Watchtower. (Maybe Batman's, GL's, Hawkgirl's and Superman's too~ Just to see how they'd react~ She knew she enjoyed the horror on Superman's face when she whispered her idea into Flash's ear~)

It had started right after the police left with their new prisoners. Megami strutted towards her now undisguised boyfriend, grabbed the front of his suit and planted a big one right on his lips. Kosshi and Sekkou exchanged amused looks and ushered the others, who were in several stages of shock (Wonder Woman), embarrassment (J'onn and Superman) or frustration (Batman, Hawkgirl and GL), with invitations to stay in their condo for those who normally resided in the Watchtower while Keigo promised to make sure they'd stay in their own rooms before making his way to the hidden Javelin.

Needless to say, the couple took the opportunity to… enjoy their time together~ Multiple times~

Megami strolled through the corridors of the Watchtower in a blissful daze. Thankfully, the hallways of the Watchtower were empty, allowing her to wallow in post-coital bliss in private. Her moment of privacy ended though. Hawkgirl was nursing a glass of water and J'onn was binging on a pack of Oreos when she walked in, still with a dreamy smile on her face.

"You look happy…" she started uncertainly. "Should I be worried?" Megami hummed contentedly and shook her head. She was in far too good a mood to take the Thanagarian's suspicion to heart.

Besides, it wasn't as if her paranoia wasn't justified.

Hawkgirl's eyes narrowed as she thought of what could have Megami in such a good mood that didn't involve someone's discomfort or complete humiliation. She wouldn't put it past Keigo to… miss the couple if they decided to roam. She turned to the resident telepath only to see him looking away from the satisfied kunoichi with a dark green tinge to his face. The thought struck her like lightning. "Flash then?" Now that she thought of it, Flash had left an hour ago with a satisfied grin on his face and his costume ripped in several places. He also mentioned having a very good time with his girlfriend… and her clones~

Hawkgirl had to steady J'onn from his sudden bout of lightheadedness caused by that mental image.

Megami sighed happily. J'onn choked on a cookie before making a hasty retreat. He made some comment about going to Earth to get milk and (much) more Oreos but neither woman paid him any attention. "So I'm guessing Flash wasn't too fast then~" the Thanagarian said with a smirk.

"Not everything about him is over in a flash~" Megami replied. "Not just that but he's certainly gifted, creative and hardly boring in bed~ He was caring, very generous and more than a little enthusiastic~ Something that was much needed and very, very much appreciated~ I wouldn't doubt that the reason he hasn't dated anyone before was because women wouldn't want him to leave the bed… or any other appropriately inclined surface~ I know I was very disappointed when he had to leave earlier to go to work. There are also benefits to having a speedster for a boyfriend~"

"Do tell~" Hawkgirl was dying from curiosity. It had been too long for her as well… not that she'd go after Flash. Megami doesn't seem to be someone who'd tolerate someone else flirting with her boyfriend and she liked living. She preferred someone with a more serious personality and a more muscular physique.

"Faster metabolism means he doesn't have to rest much between rounds as long as he eats enough and all the running he does means he has much better stamina than regular people~ I lost count after a while~"

A light blush dusted Hawkgirl's cheeks. "Really?"

Megami nodded before standing up. "I have to get ready for school." She starts to walk out before looking over her shoulder. "Oh, and Hawkgirl? He also vibrates." That had the Thanagarian blushing even harder.
