Princess of Miracles
Disclaimer: I don't own Kuroko no Basket
"Kuroko-cchi, we need to talk," the model blond said.
"About?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.
"Why did you join Shotoku with Midorima-cchi? I mean, you could've joined Kaijo with me!" Kise complained.
Midorima scoffed. "You would've dragged her down"
"Would not!" Kise shot back. "She would've been my light"
"I don't know why I joined Shutoku. I mean, it was one of the schools I was interested in." The teal haired took a pause and blinked. "Also, I never thought about this, but Midorima, I guess you are my light"
Kise wailed at the mention of 'light'
"Can I be your light too?" Takao added in.
"Kise, I'm sorry," she bluntly said, ignoring Takao.
The model took a sigh and his expression immediately changed from easygoing to stern and serious.
The blond turned towards the green haired teen. "How about a bet? Let's play a game, one on one. If I win, Kuroko joins Kaijo with me and if I lose, I leave you two alone"
The green haired teen scoffed. "As if you could beat me". He then added, "I don't really need to take part in this"
"Remember, the stronger the light, the stronger the shadow. Are you worthy?" Kise taunted.
"Can both you guys stop? Don't I have any say in this?" Kuroko asked. "And I rather not do all the work of transferring to another school if Midorima loses"
"I know, let's all go Maijo and get some hamburgers!" Takao suggested.
"Sure, I need to replenish my vanilla intake"
"So, how's Kaijo?" she asked.
"It's fine, but it could've been better," he said.
Then there was a silence.
"Hey Mido-chan, why do you order red bean soup in Maijo?" Takao asked.
"I want to eat healthy," was his simple reply.
Suddenly, someone walked up towards them. "Kise, I won't lose again! I'll beat you next time"
Kuroko noticed it was the redhead from Seirin earlier in the evening.
"Big words for someone who lost," Kise challenged. "Wait, what was your name again?"
"Kagami, I told you before," the redhead angrily said.
"Sorry, I don't remember names of those I beat," Kise replied apologetically.
Kagami looked at him with fuming rage. "One on one right now!"
"Can't you see I'm talking with some people here?" Kise sighed.
Kagami looked around and then saw Midorima and Takao. "Oh, didn't notice. Sorry"
"Would you like to sit with us," Kuroko asked.
The redhead didn't notice the teal haired girl and felt like he had received a heart attack. "Where did you come from?"
"I was here the whole time"
Everyone face palmed as they heard that common phrase.
There was a silence and Kuroko repeated, "Would you like to sit with us?"
"Sure," Kagami replied, a bit flustered. He went up to the front and ordered some hamburgers.
Kagami came back a few minutes later with twenty hamburgers.
"Can you even eat all that?" Midorima asked, raising his eyebrows.
"Yep, so tell me, are you guys all part of the generation of miracles?" Kagami asked, and then took a bite out of a hamburger.
"Everyone, but him," Kise cheerfully said, pointing at Takao.
"How good are you on the girl's basketball team?" Kagami asked.
"I'm on the boy's basketball team," she replied, leaving Kagami gaping as a fish.
"So, you three are all generation of miracles?" Kagami asked.
All three nodded.
"Hmm, so after we're done, let's go. Two on two," Kagami smiled.
"Sure," the teal haired girl nodded, which was then followed by Midorima and Kise nodding.
'Why am I excluded?' Takao miserably thought.
Quick update, even though its short.
