I had to drive home after work and literally got in at like 1 am and I was so tired I practically died and slept till 11am, then I had to rush to get ready since I was going to Epcot with a friend and we were leaving at 1 and got home last night at 1am again.. yeah life.

Katara's POV

!LEMON!

I stirred from my sleep, cracking one eye and flinching from the early sun shining past the blinds. I was vaguely aware of my surroundings and what I was doing. Groaning I stopped trying to think so much and nuzzled back into the warmth of the bed, finding myself relax to the heat and the scent of cinnamon and ash from a body.

I stilled, flexing my fingers just lightly and felt the smooth yet toned skin underneath them. Experimentally I ran one hand over and let it slide along the side as I tried to comprehend in my half dazed state what it was I was touching. I finally came to a softer piece of flesh and squeezed it lightly, feeling the muscle clench and a deep moan just above my head.

Oh my God…

I quickly let go and stilled forgetting that I was in bed. With Zuko. Naked as the day I was born. He shifted slightly before grapping my waist and pulling me closer. I bit my lip hoping to God that he wouldn't wake and realize that I was practically fondling his body as he slept. Blush crept up my face as I waited for him to relax back into a comfortable slumber.

I released the breath I hadn't realized I was holding and moved very carefully so that I could look at his face. I wasn't sure how to comprehend the mass amount of feelings that racked my brain as I watched him. First, this wasn't the first night we had slept together. We had slept together a few times. However this was the first time we had actually had sex and I got to wake up when he was still sleeping. Zuko was always awake first and I had never watched him in his most vulnerable state. His face was extremely relaxed and comfortable. The soft sound of his breathing and the slight flickering in his eyelids that showed he was dreaming. His hair was tousled, completely ruffled up and out of control. I chuckled to myself, biting my lower lip, I guess that's what they called "sex hair".

Nervously I moved my hands to stroke his face tenderly. Feeling the soft skin beneath my fingertips until I reached just a bit above his jaw where stubble grew. I continued my trek along his jaw feeling the prickliness and then moved to his lips. Just parted enough that the warm air could escape. I hummed taking in the gorgeous man next to me and felt myself move a bit closer to his warmth. I moved my legs to a more comfortable position when the pain ricocheted throughout my body. Dear God that hurt, I shifted a bit more now realizing that I was actually sore all over. It wasn't a terribly excruciating pain but just a sweet soreness. A reminder of last night. I felt my face heat up again as I tried my best to get comfortable when I felt something hard along the inside of my thigh.

How the hell was it so hard right now? I felt it throb and my body shook, remembering the intoxicating pleasure I had received a few hours ago. Daringly I moved my leg again so that it brushed against it. The muffled moan stopped my actions as I glance upwards into blazing gold eyes. My heart hammered in my chest and I felt like I was going to die.

"Y-you're awake…"

"Kat look at me." He said deeply. That voice shook the bed and I twitched in his hold. I looked up to his eyes reluctantly and felt his hands release mine and cup my face tenderly. He descended towards my lips, pressing his own against them. I relaxed feeling his love for me in that kiss and moaned quietly. His tongue swept the inside of my mouth, running along the roof and my own tongue. I gasped for air feeling that arousal build and wove my fingers into his hair, pulling him closer so that he rested between my legs. I hummed in approval when his own hands ran down my sides and wrapped around my waist.

We parted just slightly before he kissed the corner of my mouth and then down my jaw. I mewled at the family feeling and ground my core against him. "Oh, Zuko…"

My heart stammered in my chest as I buried my face into the crook of his neck while I blushed. I nodded to answer his question and felt his body shake beneath me as he chuckled.

He nodded and watched me move back to my ministrations. I ran my hands along his forearms, feeling the muscle ripple beneath my fingers and then to his biceps. I admired the toned muscle knowing very well that Zuko liked to work out and pressed soft kisses to both. After I continued down to his shoulders and kissed under his jaw to his Adams apple. Zuko rolled his hips and moaned as I continued my trek downwards. I looked up to see him completely lost over what I was doing. My ego probably got a huge boost because my confidence grew as I continued kissing down to his abs.

Watching Zuko crumble beneath me and lose control was a very dangerous thing that I could possibly get addicted to. To see his composure die and his breathing become shallower as I went further down. I kissed just above his hips and stopped. Knowing that past this point was his well endowed erection. I bit my lip, unsure of what to do. I giggled looking at him pout as he placed the mugs in the cabinet. "Oh please, you're hungry too."

He smirked deviously, walking past me and delivering a swift slap to my ass. It stung a little but in a good way. A very good and dangerous way. "Yeah I'm hungry. For you."

I had probably turned beat red and turned away from him. Finishing our breakfast and plating it up so that we could eat.

The rest of the day had continued like that. We unpacked and put things away while casually flirting and leaving lustful kisses on each other's lips. That was until he got a phone call from Toph and left to sort out business. I watched him leave and sighed happily, enjoying our time together.

After a few hours of Zuko being gone at work I started feeling lonely. I missed having him around and holding me but I knew that work was important. Tired of feeling depressed I took out a notebook and wrote down what we needed for the apartment and got dressed. Finding the most comfortable thing I grabbed my keys and sent a text to Zuko about how I was going out for shopping and would be back later around 6 in the evening.

It had been awhile since I had just went outside to enjoy myself. I went to a couple of stores and got what we absolutely needed before dumping the bags in my car. When I looked at my watch it was only 4:00. "Zuko won't be home until 6…" I looked around and noticed that a few of my favorite clothing stores were nearby. Happily I locked my car and decided to do a little bit of shopping for myself.

After popping into one or two of my favorites I decided to have a little look around at what other stores where nearby. I walked past multiple ones, not really seeing anything that I liked. I was quite the picky shopper only enjoying a few things that matched my interests. I would be fine walking around aimlessly just to enjoy the weather and that was what I planned to do until I saw her…

Mai.

I prayed to God that she didn't see me but unfortunately luck was not on my side. She walked out from a children's store and turned to see me. I stood my ground as she approached me with a sickeningly sweet smile on her face. "Oh Katara, I wasn't expecting to see you here."

"I know me either." I seethed.

Mai chuckled looking me up and down before shaking her head. "Out shopping?"

I rolled my eyes. "No I'm walking to the end of the Earth."

"Oh someone is a little feisty today." She smirked.

"I just don't like pieces of shit raining on my parade."

"Oh well I suppose you will have two pieces of shit in your life then."

"Really? If the first one is you who is the second?"

"Zuko." She said simply.

I looked at her with a bemused expression. "Excuse me? Zuko is my fiancé."

"Yeah…about that. You might want to reconsider marrying him." She said sighing. Every time I saw her she either had this look of boredom or bitchiness. Right now it was a mixture of both and it unsettled my stomach.

"You must be delusional. I would never-"

"You see, I called him last night to speak with him about something important."

I paused, "You called him?"

"Yeah around 6, he sounded like he was somewhere. Anyways I needed to talk to him about something. I want to warn you before I tell him and he drops your sorry ass."

Last night? At 6? We…we were at dinner. That phone call…

"Who was that?"

"Nobody. I think it was a wrong number."

"Why the hell were you calling him! And what the hell makes you think that when he dropped your pathetic ass for being such a bitch and not loving you!" I screamed.

"Because I'm pregnant with his kid."
