The Last Hurrah

"Did they see you?"

"No but I over heard them saying they were getting up at 8. They must want to get to the chapel at 9 so they can wait for us to show up. What are we going to do?"

"We'll get there at 10 and go through with what we have planned."

"Sounds perfect. When I saw them it looked like Nico was going to lean in and kiss Thalia but he stopped to look over to where I was standing. Do you think they're already together?"

"I don't know but if they are, it'll make our plan a whole lot easier." Annabeth smiled.

Annabeth POV:

We rushed around the room the next morning trying to get everything together.

"Annabeth have you seen my—"

"Blue shirt?" I say raising an eyebrow and holding up his shirt.

He comes over to me and kisses my cheek. "Thanks Wise Girl."

"No problem Seaweed Brain." I smile. I take my dress and make up and go into the bathroom to get ready. I don't usually wear make up but I figured today was a pretty important day (how many times do you get fake married in your life?) My dress what white with a blue ribbon around my waist to match Percy's shirt. I managed to tame my hair in a reasonable amount of time and quickly put make up on. I walked out of the bathroom and slipped my shoes on.

"Ready?" I turned around to see Percy struggling with his tie.

He looked at me with a lopsided grin. "Almost?" I sighed and went over to him. He'd knotted the tie terribly and I quickly went to work.

"You know Seaweed Brain it's not that hard."

"For you, but for us normal people it's hard."

"I wouldn't exactly call you normal…" I smirked.

"Annabeth!" He whined and quickly pinned me to the wall behind me.

"Yes?" I asked arching an eyebrow.

"Take that back. That was mean." He pouted.

"You're not going to let up are you?"

He smiled. "Nope."

I let out a huge sigh. "Fine. I'm sorry." I huffed. He pressed his lips to mine quickly.

"I forgive you." He smirks. I look at the clock and see it's almost 9:30. I hurriedly tied his white tie.

"There now don't mess it up."

"I don't know it might be hard for me since you know I'm not normal." I gave him a cutting glare.

He put his hands up defensively "Just joking." He laughed nervously. I grabbed my purse off the desk.

"Do you have everything?" I asked Percy.

He nodded. "Yep." And with that we headed out the door to set the last step to our plan, in motion.

Nico POV:

I paced back and forth. "How long do you think we'll be here for?"

"As long as it takes." Thalia lounges on the chair in the chapel.

"Do you think it'll be long?" I ask.

"I don't know Nico! Does it matter?! We don't have anything better to do." She had a point. If we weren't here, doing this, what would we be doing? Nothing.

I sigh, "You're right." I lean over and quickly kiss her on the lips. When I lean back up I finally see Annabeth and Percy come in. I tap Thalia on the shoulder frantically.

"What?" I point over to them.

"What are we doing standing here? Come on!" She grabbed my hand and dragged me towards Percy and Annabeth.

"Annabeth! Perseus!"

Annabeth's POV:

"Annabeth! Perseus!" I heard Thalia yell and I look over towards her.

"Hey Thalia long time no see." Percy grinned then leaned down to me and whispered, "Look at their hands." I glanced down and saw what I'd been hoping for.

I smirked. "Hey Thals."

"Don't Hey Thals me! What the hell do you think you're doing?!" She practically yelled.

"Nothing anymore." I tried hard to contain my laughter.

"What?" Nico asked confused.

"WHAT!?" Thalia screamed.

"We've accomplished exactly what we wanted right Perce?" I looked up at him.

"Yep." He grinned and pecked me on the lips.

"What are you two going on about?"

"We did this whole thing so you and Nico would get together." Percy said.

"You guys have been acting so weird after you drunkenly slept with each other. We just wanted you guys to get past it because we could tell you were mad for each other." I looked over at Thalia to see her blushing and Nico looking down at his feet.

"So?" I prompted

"So what?" Thalia asked.

"Is it official? You guys are together." Thalia opened her mouth to answer but was cut off by Nico pressing his mouth to hers. When they broke off they leaned their foreheads together looking into each other's eyes.

"We're official." Nico said grinning.

After Nico and Thalia's announcement we all went out to dinner and Percy and I explained our plan to them. About how it had started off as totally platonic (okay maybe not totally) but we quickly realized how we really felt. We all caught up and told each other about our crazy adventures on the way to Las Vegas.

HEY GUYS! I'm sorry it's been soooo long and short :( it's almost end of the semester where I am so I've had a lot of school work to do and basketball is starting for me and that's going to eat up a lot of my time but that's okay because *sniff* this is almost the end. Yep you read right this is the second to last chapter :'( It's been amazing guys and I'm never going to forget all the things you guys have said to me. I'll save my goodbyes and thank you's for the next chapter though. BIG shout out to rhodders12 for helping me out with this chapter you rock dude! ^_^ So review and tell me what you think!
