Chapter 25: "The End of Nephrite!"

Notes: Sorry I don't write a story last week. Next
week will begin the chapters dealing with the 'Rainbow
Crystals.' Enjoy!

**** The End of Nephrite! ****

Usagi thought about her friend Naru. Usagi needed more friends that she
could learn from. Naru didn't know what had happened to Usagi, but in
reality, Usagi was brainwashed by Nephrite with the power of Metalia.
The next day, Naru met up with Masaton Sanjouin. He greeted her.

"Hello Miss Naru Osaka, we meet again."

Masaton Sanjouin told her. Naru smiled and extended her hand.

"I am glad to meet you again Masaton Sanjouin."

Naru greeted him. Nephrite wondered why the Black Crystal would respond
to Naru. He wondered if she had the Silver Crystal. Naru's heart beat
wildly in her chest when she was close to Nephrite. Nephrite spoke to
Naru.

"I have been looking for this crystal you see, I was wondering if you
can help me locate it."

Nephrite asked.

"What does it look like?"

Naru asked.

"I am not really sure. A round white crystal I think. Can you help me?"

Nephrite asked her.

"I am not sure if I can, but I might know of the crystal you seek. Be
right back."

Naru agreed and left running back to O-SAP and grabbing her mother's
keys and unlocking a cabinet and taking out a round white crystal
and she shut the cabinet and her mother caught her.

"Where are you going with that rare crystal?"

Naru's mother asked.

"I'll bring it back. It won't be long."

Naru told her mother and Naru ran out of O-SAP. Naru's
mother ran out too and caught up with Usagi which was
walking down the street.

"You're one of Naru's friends, right?"

Naru's mother asked.

"Yes, I met her recently. Is something wrong?"

Usagi asked.

"Naru stole one of my rare crystals and ran off with it. She might
be in trouble."

Naru's mother told her.

"I will try to find her."

Usagi told her and Usagi ran off to look for Naru. Naru's mother
thought to herself.

'Naru just come back safe.'

Naru's mother thought to herself. Usagi ran down the street looking
for Naru. Naru caught up with Nephrite again. She showed him the
rare crystal. He used the black crystal on the rare white crystal,
but the black crystal didn't respond to it.

"It doesn't respond."

Masaton Sanjouin told Naru.

"Then, why does the Black Crystal respond to you and not to this crystal
here?"

Masaton asked.

"Because I have fallen in love with you,"

Naru replied. Usagi hid nearby and saw Nephrite and transformed and
encountered Nephrite and Naru.

"Naru! That guy isn't who you think he is! He isn't Masaton Sanjouin!
His real name is Nephrite, he is one of the four lords of the Dark
Kingdom! I know who he really is, because while I was controlled by
Dark Kingdom, he often used that disguise to go to earth to do the
wishes of Queen Beryl."

Sailor Moon told Naru. Naru stared in disbelief.

"So, Sailor Moon, you came back to face me? I can finish you whenever
I want, watch your back!"

Masaton told Sailor Moon. He dropped the rare white crystal and Masaton
vanished. Naru stared at Sailor Moon and wondered if she told the truth.
That night, Nephrite appeared in Naru's room behind the curtains
and Naru woke up and Nephrite spoke.

"My name is not Masaton Sanjouin. I am Nephrite, one of the four lords
of the Dark Kingdom. I am sorry I have involved you in this mess. We shall
not see each other again."

Nephrite told her and vanished. Naru ran to the curtains, but Nephrite
had vanished already. Nearby Zoicite saw his chance to get back at Nephrite.
He used three youmas of Queen Beryl to kidnap Naru. Zoicite kidnapped Naru
and left a note for Nephrite to rescue her if he dared. Nephrite saw
the note and read it and went to the site where Naru was held. He arrived
and The youmas attacked him and he used his sword and wounded one of the
youmas. One of the youmas wounded him on his right shoulder and he made
his way to Naru and set her free and took her from that location to the
street. Naru saw the wound on Nephrite's upper arm and took him to an
Amusement Park and she decided to take care of his wound.

"You're wounded! I need to bind your wound."

Naru told him as she tore her brown night shirt and wrapped it around
the upper arm near his right shoulder and wrapped his arm. Then
Naru had Nephrite sit down close to a tree and she talked to him.

"I am glad you saved me Nephrite."

Naru told him.

"I don't know why I saved you."

Nephrite told her.

"Maybe you wanted to. Right?"

Naru asked him.

"You're right. I just didn't want you hurt by those youmas."

Nephrite explained to her.

"You know what my dream has been?"

Naru asked him.

"What?"

Nephrite asked.

"I always wanted to take a dreamy guy and have a chocolate parfait
together with him."

Naru explained.

"What's a chocolate parfait?"

Nephrite questioned.

"It's a sweet dessert made from chocolate and milk. It's quite good."

Naru explained. Nephrite laughed at the thought of how fun it would
be to go and eat a chocolate parfait. Then suddenly the youmas returned
and Nephrite pushed Naru out of the way as he got stabbed by tentacles
from one of the youmas and then the tentacles broke off. Naru was horrified
as she saw the wound on Nephrite's right shoulder. She started to pull out
one of the tentacles. Nephrite tried to stop her.

"NO! get away!"

Nephrite yelled.

"HOLD IT!"

The Sailor Senshi yelled as they appeared.

"To hurt a couple who is in love that is unforgivable! I Sailor
Moon will punish in the name of the moon!"

Sailor Moon told the youmas.

"FIRE SOUL!"

"BUBBLE SPRAY!"

"MOON TIARA ACTION!"

The three attacks came together and dusted the three youmas and they
turned to dust. Then Zoictie appeared and captured the black crystal
and he spoke.

"We don't tolerate traitors, die in pain!"

Zoicite told him and Zoicite vanished. Nephrite spoke up.

"Sailor Moon, please forgive me for causing you harm."

Nephrite told Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon replied.

"Please don't die."

Sailor Moon begged. Naru tried to pull out the tentacles
again, but she was only able to pull out one. Then she
turned back to Nephrite. Nephrite looked sad.

"I am sorry I deceived you. I really wanted to have that
chocolate parfait with you. Naru, I am glad I met you."

He told her. Then he spoke up and yelled as he died.

"ENDYMION!"

Nephrite yelled as he faded away and he turned into a stone
of Nephrite. And the stone fell into Sailor Moon's hands.

"NO!"

Naru yelled as she sobbed in tears. The Senshi was in tears
too. Naru sobbed uncontrollably. This was the saddest thing
that they ever witnessed. Sailor Moon remembered the past about
her family dying. Sailor Moon knew what Naru was going through.
Naru was hurt beyond words. The Senshi couldn't do anything.
The next phase was about to begin.
