Everyone Please Vote on Poll! (Extending the Date)
(Please Read All The Way Through Very Carefully!)
I know I said the closing date for the poll would be on March 1st. But since there has been only one vote on the poll, I will be extending the date to March 31st.
I just find it hard to believe that over two months of people reading/favoriting/following this fanfic and only one vote on the poll.
If I don't get anymore votes by the end of this month, I may just discontinue this entire fanfic.
This poll is for all the readers that says I should update. I personally decided that I should discontinue it, but I wanted to see first what you guys/the readers thought first.
The rules for the poll are as followed:
The poll will close on March 31st.
The poll is located on my profile, for those who are not able to find it.
The poll will have three choices:
Continue (the story without changing anything.)
Discontinue (Drop the entire fanfic, but I will possibly still be writing oneshots in the future or continuing the other fics.)
Rewrite (As in rewriting the story in a better way that flows a lot better and that captures the original idea that I had in mind for it.)
Personally I do not like the fanfic crossover I have written as it is all over the place. I planned for this fic to be quite dark but, it turned out being all messy as I tended to go one direction with the plot and decided to go another route. I also do not remember what it was that I planned for it in the first place. As back then I use to just write fics without any planning. Now of days I try to write down my thoughts and plan out a story more realistically. Plus I have lost most of my original files for most of my fanfics.
So for whatever choice you choose, I would like to hear your own responses. Please send in a review/comment has to why you think this crossover fanfic should be continued/discontinued/rewritten.
For Guests or for those who are not able to vote, you can send in a review/comment and I will count it as a vote.
For those who have an account and are able to vote, I will not count the reviews/comments as votes, only the poll votes. I am also open to PM/Personal Messaging if you don't want other people seeing your opinion.
But I would still like to hear everyone's opinion on the matter.
When sending a response to your opinion:
Please do not keep it simple.
For example: "Please continue because you haven't updated in a long time."
Yes, I know and I apologize for being too busy with my life to update.
However, I want to know why you want it to be continued.
What is it about the plot/story that you like so much that you want me to continue it?...etc. You can quote or give me an example from the story.
For those who want it discontinued/rewritten.
Tell me why you think that and give me certain examples from the story as to why. You can quote or even criticizing my way of writing could work. (I am not great with criticism of my own work. But I have grown up since then and even recognize my horrible writing skills in this piece.)
For those of who would don't want to publicly put it out there about your own personal opinion on this fanfic, you can always PM/Personal Message me.
I apologize if this seems harsh or similar to school work. If you vote on the poll and don't send in a comment/review of your own personal opinion or even if you don't vote at all, that's your choice and I won't say or do anything about it.
I just what to see what my readers think to give a more clearer view on their own thoughts on this. I am also not pushing this poll on anybody, I would be happy even if I got 5 votes by the end of this month.
But with so many people following this fanfic and only one person cares enough to vote, is just too much. Everybody says I should update but they don't even bother to vote on an important poll. It just makes me think nobody is bothering to actually read this...
So those of you who have read this all the way through and very carefully. Please vote and response. I always love to hear feedback from my readers.
