I'm finally back!

*Kazoos and celebrations happen everywhere except for one ingrate who keeps shouting "loser," but we don't talk about him*

Anywho, it took me a while to come up with the next chapter but here it is.

Again, sorry to everyone for not working on this sooner. I'm actually surprised that not too many of you yelled at me. I thank-you for that. For the ones that did, it's fine too. I definitely deserved it. The reason this hasn't been updated was pure laziness and I need to be yelled at for that. So, anyone who feels like yelling to get it off their chest; it's cool. I won't take it personally. I'd probably yell at me if I was in your place too.

It was a week after the wedding and Mayla, a member of the royal guard, was doing the weekly checks on the prisons in and outside of Pixie Hollow. Since Pixie Hollow was a virtous land, it did not have a lot of evil, thus not many prisons. Mayla had less than a dozen to check on and none of them had been open in thousands of years. So, when she got to the last prison, she froze in shock.

The prison was empty.

Queen Clarion felt a chill run down her spine.

"Empty?" She repeated in a hoarse whisper. Mayla had just shared the news about the empty prison and it made Clarion's blood run cold.

"Yes," Mayla replied, her eyes shining with fear. She looked at her queen for guidence, for any sign of consul. Queen Clarion, knowing that she needed to be strong for the younger fairy, quickly composed herself.

"How did the prisoner escape?" The queen asked in a steady voice, hoping to calm down Mayla. Mayla took a shaky breath and replied.

"Only a blood sacrifice of a living being can open the prison, but-" She took a deep breath. "-it is never specified that it has to be a fairy. The Witch used an animal for the sacrifice, although I'm not sure how she got access to it." Mayla said. Queen Clarion pursed her lips.

"Knowing her powers, she probably would found a way." Clarion thought grimly. Another thought occurred to her suddenly. Was the prisoner the Voice that Thorn had mentioned? She had suspected it at the trial but now her suspicions were confirmed since the prisoner had escaped. The Voice and the Witch are one of the same and Queen Clarion wasn't about to let her attack Pixie Hollow.

It was time to confront her old enemy.

There. The last of the pots were filled. Vidia had gotten all the pollen required of her in work today. In record timing too. She pondered about what she should do next when she heard someone familiar. The Voice.

"Hello, Vidia," The Voice said.

"I have no time for you," Vidia thought, flying off. As if that made a difference. This supposed telepath didn't need to follow her to talk to her.

"Now, now," The Voice coaxed. "Is that anyway to talk to me? After all, I'm going to drop by for a visit soon."

Vidia froze in mid-air. "What?"

"That caught your attention," The Voice said in a somewhat amused tone. "I'm going to be meeting your queen in the prison right outside your home. You are familiar with it, yes?"

"Oh yeah. I'm pretty familiar with it." Vidia thought bitterly back to when Lord Milori was almost killed.

"Wonderful! The queen is planning on going there, under the impression that she can actually stop me." Vidia heared the Voice chuckle in her mind. "When she does, I plan on setting a trap for her."

"A trap?" Vidia asked. Then, another thought occurred to her. "Why are you telling me this? Are you planning to set me up too?"

"Nonsense... why would I do that to my favorite fairy." The Voice replied with too much sweetness. "Make sure you are there. Oh, and don't tell anyone."

"Or else what?" Vidia challenged. She immediately regretted it.

"I happen to have a little fairy at my mercy," The Voice replied. "It'd be horrible if something... happened to her."

"Who is it?" Vidia thought angerily.

"Should it matter?" The Voice asked. "It's one of your fellow fairies. Don't tell me that you'd actually consider leaving one of them at my mercy."

Vidia growled. "Fine then, have it your way."

"Meet me at my prison at sundown." The Voice said. "Don't be late."

Vidia knew she was being set up but she had to help that fairy, whoever it was.

"Hey, Vid!" A voice called out. Thorn flew up to her, hands in his pockets. "How's it going?"

"Oh, uh... Thorn!" She greeted back, rather awkwardly. "Um, I'm good! How about you?"

Thorn raised an eyebrow. "...Fine. Are you feeling alright?"

"Why wouldn't I?" She asked a bit too fast.

Thorn held up his hands. "Just asking."

"So..." Vidia said after a while. "...What're you doing here?"

"Oh!" Thorn pulled somethng out of his pocket: Two tickets. "I was wondering if you wanted to go to Fairy Tale Theatre. I know you're not big on it but, you've always seemed interested in fairy history, so I thought you might want to go."

"Oh." Vidia said. Realizing she didn't sound ethusiastic, she added hastily, "I mean, great! When does it start?"

"Right after sunset."

Of course it would.

"Look Thorn..." Vidia shifted a bit in the air. "I have stuff I'm doing at that time and it's really important so I can't make it."

"Oh." Thorn said.

"Look Thorn, I'm really sorry..." Vidia started when Thorn held up his hand.

"It's alright, Vidia. I understand. I'll see you later, okay?" Thorn kissed her on her cheek and flew off. Vidia shifted her weight again.

"Yeah, see you later." She thought grimly. "If I'm not walking straight into a death trap this afternoon."

The Voice smiled to herself, knowing that the peices were finally falling into place. A fairy stood behind her, respectivly, allowing the Witch to finish "talking" with the fairies in Pixie Hollow. The Voice turned to this fairy, her face a mask, hiding all emotion.

"I need you to go into Pixie Hollow, there are fairies I need you to take care of." The Voice said. "Can you do this... Vixen?"

Vixen looked directly into the Witch's eyes and smiled. "I thought you'd never ask."

Later...

"Here you go, Lyria." Tink said handing over a contraption. "A new reed grass flute, just like you requested."

Lyria smiled shyly. "Thank you."

Suddenly, Lyria gave a cry out and clutched her head.

"Lyria, what's wrong?!" Tink asked rushing over to the storyteller's side.

"My head... all these visions..." Lyria gasped out. Then, turning around, she grabbed Tinkerbell's arms. "Queen Clarion and Vidia are in trouble!"

"Wh-what?" Tinkerbell stammered feeling very confused and worried.

"I just saw it in my vision. They're in danger!" Lyria said, shaking Tinkerbell. Tink backed up a bit, thinking Lyria was a few wheels sort of a cart.

"Right..." Tink said.

"I'm serious!" Lyria said, looking straight into Tinkerbell's eyes. "They were lying on the ground unconscious at some sort of temple place."

"Temple place?" Tink asked. Wait... she couldn't mean. "You mean, that prison the evil Entity is in?"

Lyria shook her head. "I don't know. All I know is that the place radiates evil."

Yep, it defiantly sounded like the place. Vidia had told Tink all about the place after the trial. Were Queen Clarion and Vidia really in trouble though?

"I'm going to go find them!" Tink said, thinking it was better to be safe than sorry. She hoped she wasn't too late.

Vidia glanced at her window and sighed. The sun was beginning to dip over the horizon, sending a golden light over the land.

"I better not keep that Voice waiting." Vidia thought, standing up and stretching. Zipping out of her house with a speed only a fast-flyer can accomplish, she flew over into the nearby forest where the temple was. When she got there, she was surprised to see a certain gold haired fairy. Said fairy was looking at some alters in front of the prison, as if inspecting them.

"Queen Clarion?" Vidia asked. Queen Clarion spun around, her eyes wide.

"Vidia, you have to get out of here!" Queen Clarion shouted. Vidia shook her head defiantly.

"Not without the kidnapped fairy." Vidia said.

"What fairy?" Queen Clarion asked, a clear look of confusion on her face. Vidia groaned.

She better have not been duped...

"Of course you weren't duped." A new voice— no —THE Voice said.

And this time, it wasn't in anyone's heads.

The evil entity stood at the top of the temple, smiling a sadistic smile. "After all, you are my favorite fairy."

Cliff-hanger!

Don't worry though, I'm already working on the next chapter. I will type through several days without sleep to give you the next chapter.

In all seriousness though, I will work hard on the next chapter. I owe it to you guys.
