Ashe: Okay, we own nothing. Enjoy… If you can…

Neusuada: -Cries- This chapter is based on our take of the Taylor Swift song Haunted. Enjoy!

Two eight year old girls were carefully tucked into bed by their mother, as she gently kissed both of their foreheads. Just when she was about to leave the room, she was stopped by the younger of the two girls.

"Mother?"

"Yes, Caoilainn?"

"Will you tell us a story?"

The woman smiled at them gently. "Of course. Do you want me to make one up, or do you want a real one?"

"Real," the girls said together. "And scary."

"Alright… If you're sure," she said. She sat down on the girls' bed, closing her eyes. "Once upon a time, there were two boys. They were identical in every way possible. Except… The younger of the two boys was blind. Though he greatly wished for it, he could never know what his brother looked like-What he looked like."

By now, both girls were holding onto each other, completely enthralled in the story.

"The boys' parents never really liked the younger boy. They thought that his brother was perfect, while they thought that his blindness made him a broken person. They hurt him on purpose, tried to make him regret who he was. He eventually learned to hate his parents. One day… A girl will come in through his window and tell him that she can help him. She will help the blind boy tie his parents up, and he will kill them. He'll tell the girl that he wants to meet her again one day. She'll agree. He'll lie to his brother, telling him that the girl had snuck in and killed them while he hid from her. Then… Later… A chance will arise… A chance to be immortal, with a bunch of kids just like them. They'll take it. They'll meet the twin of the girl who corrupted the younger brother. She'll have no idea what her sister did to these boys, but she will befriend them. And that will be their biggest mistake… The younger of the two girls will be there, too… And she will lead to the death of… Oh, I think I'll stop there tonight."

"What?!" the girls yelled. "No, keep going!"

Atoma laughed, before it turned into a cough.

"Mother? Are you alright?" Laisrén asked her.

"I'm fine. It's just a cough. Now… I don't want to spoil too much of their life, so I'll just skip to the end…"

Zavier walked down another pathway. Was he this way…? Nope… He went down another. Why were there so many rooms in this place…? Ugh… At the end of the one he'd just walked down, Zavier paused. Zander… He was just…standing there… Staring blankly at nothing…

"Zander…?"

Zander snapped his head up, glaring intently at his brother.

"Why are you here?" he said, his words practically dripping with poison.

Zavier glared back. "I came to get you! Is that so wrong?"

"Yes," he hissed.

"Why?" Zavier asked desperately. "Why do you hate me all of a sudden? I just want to help you!"

"Help? Help? You call this helping me?"

"Yes! I'm trying! What did I do wrong?!"

"Everything…"

"I did everything wrong? Me?! I'm the one who stood there and watched you walk away from everything we had!"

"I believe that was you, brother…"

"Oh, really? I don't think I'm the one who murdered two people, brother."

Zander growled, casting his twin a cynical glare. He reached over his shoulder, drawing out his sword. Zavier's eyes widened. He wanted to fight him…? Well, if that was how he was going to play it… So be it… Zavier drew his own sword.

"You want to play…? Fine. Let's play…"

"Something's… Something's gone terribly wrong…"

Charming looked down at Vincent, surprised that he was breathing, let alone talking. The princely man had taken Vincent back to Hook's ship, the few remaining Lost Boys trailing after him. Emma, Regina, Snow, and Hook had gone off to find the missing Lost Boys (And girl) making sure to heed the information of 'Don't step on the ice'. Back at the ship, Vincent had been put in a bed, Charming and Ryne sitting next to him while Rumple healed him. The wounds had damaged some pretty important internal organs (How he was still alive was a wonder to them) so the process was taking a bit longer than it should have. A piece of wet cloth of been put over his eyes to ensure that he didn't get a fever during his magical healing ceremony. He probably wouldn't, but it was just in case. He wasn't even supposed to be awake right now…

"What's wrong, Vinnie?" Ryne asked him, covering the boy's hand with his own.

"You can't-"

"-Save them both…"

"One of them-"

"-Will die…"

"A mirror-"

"-Will be shattered…"

"From-"

"-The other side…"

"Dead-"

"-But alive…"

"His soul-"

"-Will stay…"

"Without-"

"-A living vessel…"

"His soul will-"

"-Find a way…"

"Vincent…? Vincent, what was that? What does that mean? Vincent…?! What do a bunch of broken sentences mean? Hey!"

"Hey, kid, I don't think he's awake anymore…!" Charming said, putting his hand on Ryne's shoulder to stop him from shaking Vincent's sleeping body.

"But… What do the ends of a few sentences mean, Mr. Charming?"

"Has your friend here ever showed any signs of psychic abilities?" Rumple asked suddenly. "Because it sure sounded like he was finishing lines that someone else was beginning."

"No… Not that I know of, at least… He's got an eidetic memory, but I don't think he's psychic…"

"Hm… Maybe… No. No, it couldn't be."

"Mr. Rumplestiltskin, what's wrong with him?"

"If I'm right… Nothing. For now. But… There will be side effects later…"

"Please… Just tell me… What is it?"

"I believe that your friend did die when he was stabbed. But…"

"Just say it!"

"Vincent's life was restored by someone who is already dead."

They were walking on a fragile line, but neither cared. Their swords clashed, sending sparks around them. Their arms moved frantically, both trying to not get hit. It had become obvious that, while he was trying his best not to hit his brother, Zander didn't give a damn whether he hurt him or not. It actually seemed like he was trying to hit him instead of just blocking…

"You know!" Zavier grunted out through gritted teeth. "I thought I had you figured out! Apparently…! I…was wrong!"

"You've never known me!" Zander yelled, hitting his sword particularly hard and sending his brother's sword flying. Zavier ran over to it, tripping and falling right in front of it. Zander walked over to him, forcing him to crawl backwards until he touched the wall. "Heh… You always were the weaker brother… Even with my eyes not working, you could never raise your hand to me. Hell, you couldn't even tell me that you loved me! It was obvious that things would turn out like this, in the end…"

Zavier slowly reached next to him, grabbing his sword slowly so Zander wouldn't notice.

"I loved you, brother… It's a shame things had to go this way."

Zander raised his sword.

"Goodbye, brother…"

Ducking out of the way of the incoming blade, Zavier grabbed his own sword, before diving through his brother's legs, and somehow managing to get to his feet.

"Hey!" Zander yelled. "Don't move when I'm about to kill you! It's not polite!"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Zavier said sarcastically. "But didn't Fyre ever tell you not to monologue?"

Zander growled at him. He lunged at his twin again, cutting low, trying to hit his legs. Zavier moved at the last second, dancing around the blade. He barely noticed the sound of a scream coming from one of the other rooms in the cave. What was going on where Fyre and Felix were…? Ah, it didn't matter right now. Their identical swords clashed once more, Zander's blade splitting in two from the force behind the attack. He stared at the useless hilt for a moment, before he threw it to the ground at Zavier's feet. Startled, Zavier dropped his guard. It was only for a second, but a second was just enough time for Zander to get behind his brother. He nimbly wrapped the rope that was still tied to his wrist around Zavier's still-bruised neck, pulling it tightly. Zavier gasped for air, flailing wildly to try and get Zander off of him.

"Za… Zan…der… S… Stop!"

Zander grinned wickedly.

"She took my life… Now, I'm taking what she cherishes in hers…"

Wow. Zander really was being possessed. However, if he tried to kill the possessor by killing his brother, his brother would die and the possessor would not. That seemed to be a problem… There was a small piece of information Zavier remembered, though, about how to stop his brother from being like this. If Zander physically hurt Zavier, thus feeling emotions, he would go back to normal. However, since he didn't seem to care about hurting him right now…

"Ah!"

Zavier elbowed him in the ribs hard, forcing the younger boy to let him go. He stumbled back, one hand gripping at a possibly broken rib, while the other hand stayed limply by his side. Zavier watched as his brother bent to grab his broken blade. A broken weapon was still a weapon. The blade dug into his hand, causing a small trickle of blood to seep from the wound and down the metal. Zavier stepped back onto a portion of the ground that was covered in a sheet of ice. He nearly slipped, but he kept his ground. The boys held their weapons up in unison, before their eyes met. Green met green. And then, they rushed forwards.

"Now… I don't want to spoil too much of their life, so I'll just skip to the end…"

A blade fell to the ground…

"One twin will kill the other…"

A strangled gasp filled the air...

"He will not be himself when he does this… But he will never forget it…"

Green eyes widened, fading back to normal…

"He hurt his brother… And thus, became himself again…"

He looked down at his bloodstained hands…

"He will watch the life slowly diminish from his brother's eyes…"

A tear fell from a green eye...

"It will be his fault… And he will know it…"

"No... Brother…"

"And because of one mistake… He will be haunted for the rest of his life…"

"Brother!"

"The end."

Neusuada: That's not actually the end.

Ashe: Oh, and this isn't like with Vincent. One of them really is dead. Or, uh, dying. But the twin that's dying is one of the two that die. Spoilers.

Neusuada: Okay! Vincent wasn't finishing sentences for Atoma, it's someone else. Yes, ghosts. I like them very much. And they shall speak in bold italics.

Ashe: It's true. Vincent is not psychic! Just putting that out there! Oh, and we'll have more Haunted lyrics in the next chapter. Something else! We need a name for Zander and Zavier's sister. She was mentioned a few chapters ago, and she's coming back. But she needs a name first! We went to a concert last night…That was fun…

Neusuada: Heh, yeah… So! Review which twin you think died, and the name you like for their sister, or just if you liked the chapter! Review!

Ashe: Review!
