Well, what can I say, this is a relatively a short chapter...but meaty, to say the least... ^^;

Lucifer tried to follow where Maya may have went to but when he came back to the observation deck, all he found is Luca and Yuda who were discussing something. When they saw him, they approached him, worried about his expression.
"What is it, Lucifer?" Yuda asked. Lucifer looks around.
"Have you seen Maya? I know he went this way..." Luca gave a nod and pointed towards the transmission pod area.
"Yes, he was acting a bit...different. He ran towards the transmission pod and head home." Lucifer looked even more worried. Luca looked all the more concerned.
"Did...something happened?" After a few seconds of silence, Lucifer gave a soft sigh and massages his right temple.
"No, nothing happened. Maya may just be really missing home." The three men were silent; two not sure how to ask Lucifer so he started the conversation.
"If you are so worried about the humans, do not worry. I did not tell them that much. Just an advice, that is all." The two Commanders looked relieved but still uneasy. Lucifer continued.
"I find no ill intent among them. My son is right; they are of good character. I have nothing against them entering our Planet." The two had twin expressions of delight but Lucifer held his hand as if to say he is not yet finish.
"...But I am only one voice. I am not sure what the councilmen will say. And your Father." Yuda and Luca looked at each other at the mention of 'father'. Zeus is known to be the very first one to defend Lucifer's right to stay in Planet Empyrea along with his half blood children. But it came with a lot of risk: losing the throne, losing the trust of the people, losing the right to stay in the planet.
Yuda tries to imagine what the risk might be if a FULL blood human enters the planet. He immediately regretted thinking about it.
"If it's our reason for bringing them is your concern, then we have a valid point. Planet Earth is no longer a habitable place to live. They need help." Yuda said. Lucifer shrugs.
"So? You can put them in a different planet, a planet that has the exact same component as Earth, more habitable compared to Empyrea. Next." Yuda's eyebrow furrowed.
"We cannot leave them in a different planet. We do not know what those other aliens will do to them!" Luca retorted. Lucifer gave another shrug.
"So? It is no longer our concern what happened to them. We have done our part and that's it. Next." Luca looked furious, startling even Yuda.
"Are you telling me that we will just leave them alone?! That is something we will never do! I have finally found my other half and you are telling me to discard him away?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" Lucifer just looked calmly at a trying-hard-to-restrain-his-anger Luca.
"Then tell that to Zeus and the councilmen. Both of you know them better than I, I will not be a good attorney for them." Kira then just came in and suddenly noticed the tense atmosphere in the room. He stopped in his tracks. Yuda is grateful for Kira's coming.
"Kira, what is it?" Kira looked at the red haired and to his Father then to a silently seething Luca and even if he is unsure, he reported to Yuda.
"Commander, I would just like to have your instructions on what to do with the prisoners?" Lucifer raised an eyebrow.
[Prisoners...?]
Yuda gave a sigh.
[Yes, Shiva and Pandora]
Lucifer looked shocked but immediately recovered.
[...We really need to talk]
Yuda gave a nod. Lucifer looked thoughtful. He then addressed his son.
"They will stay here. We need to clarify what happened." He purposely looked at Yuda and then back to Kira. "Along with the humans until we get clearance for them. The other crew will stay behind to keep watch." Yuda looked unsure but Luca stopped him. He is back to his calm composure.
"Do not worry, Yuda. I have faith with our men, I am sure that they will be able to protect them when push comes to shove." Yuda looked at him.
[...How are you feeling?]
Luca looked at the other way.
[...I don't know what to tell him after this. I understand what Lucifer wants to do but...]
Luca looked in pain.
[Do we really have to part already...?]
Yuda placed a hand on the silver-white haired mans' shoulder.
[We have to. It is for their sake as well. A small sacrifice is needed if we want to achieve the best result. Just tell him what you feel and I know he will understand...]
Luca gave a nod. Unknown to them, Lucifer looked at the two with sadness in his eyes. Kira noticed this.
"Father...?" Lucifer just gave Kira a pat on the shoulder.
"We have to get going. Give your orders to those staying behind. After that, meet me at the transmission pod. I don't want Maya waiting too long." He then went ahead and left the deck. Yuda looked at Kira.
"Kira." Kira stood in attention.
"Yes Commander!"
"Tell Takeru to come back home. We will need him to convince whoever we need to convince back there. Also Saki, make him order his men to make sure that the humans are well guarded at all times. We will all wait for you at the pod." Kira made a salute.
"Roger. By your leave." Yuda gave a nod and Kira ran to fulfil his orders. He then looked at a thoughtful-looking Luca.
"Let's go. The faster we end this, the better." Luca gave a nod.
The door opened and Shin looked up to see who entered the room. He gave a soft, warm smile when he saw a certain red haired make his way towards him. He set down the book on the table and stood up. Yuda stopped a few inches from Shin.
"Sorry to keep you waiting." Yuda is also smiling warmly.
[It feels like coming home right here...]
Shin softly shook his head.
"That is alright." He then saw Yuda close the few inches and felt himself engulfed in a warm hug. Shin felt melting in that broad chest and gave a soft sigh of content as he hug Yuda back. Yuda smelled Shin's shampoo and his own human scent that is his alone. They stayed like that for what felt like hours (it was actually just a few minutes) when Yuda talked. He is caressing Shin's back while the other plays with Shin's hair.
"We have to leave momentarily." He felt Shin tense up and tried to look at Yuda but the red haired did not let him as he hugged the smaller man even tighter.
"We will be back, I promise. It's just that, there are certain things that me and Luca had to deal with." He felt Shin relaxed a bit but not entirely. He then continued his caress.
"I promise, I will be back. I will finish it as fast as I can. Until then..." he then cupped Shin's face in his hands. He saw Shin's eyes swimming with unreleased tears.
[Oh Shin, please don't cry. It breaks my heart...]
He kissed Shin's forehead with such gentleness, Shin is not sure if that did happen or not. He could no longer hold back and the tears came rolling down. He felt Yuda bump his forehead against his.
"...until then, please. Wait for me." Shin gave a short nod. He could not trust his voice yet so he did not reply. Instead, he covered Yuda's hands with his own.
"I will. I will...wait for you." He then tipped his toe and gave Yuda a kiss on the lips.
Luca and Rei's hands are entwined. Luca looked at their joined hands and marvel at the simple yet the perfection of it. He then looked at Rei's bent down head thus he could not see his reaction. He just told him what was about to happen and he has yet to receive a reply from the human. He waited patiently and then looked at the ground. He then noticed several small puddles just in front of Rei's feet.
[Is he...crying...?]
He then immediately cup Rei's chin and carefully raised it. He was shocked to see the amount of tears flowing down. Rei's face then changed to some sort of embarrassment as it hid itself on Luca's well chiselled chest.
"Dummy! Don't you know that you are not supposed to see me cry?! Dummy! Why are you leaving me here?! I hate you! I hate...you..." he then no longer controlled himself and cried out. Luca looked like he is in pain. Not knowing what to do, he hugged Rei with such intensity; but he suddenly remembered their fragile state so he eased up but not entirely.
"Rei, I..."
[Words fail me at the time I needed them the most...]
He felt Rei's anxiety about their sudden parting. His overflowing love for Luca and a small part that forebodes something not good about to happen. He then remembers the last words Rei uttered.
[I hate you]
"Please don't hate me. I...I don't want to leave either. I..." Luca looked helplessly as he stares at the ceiling. If he had tears, he probably cried more than Rei, that was just how much painful this is for him.
"I...Why is it so hard to talk...? It hurts...so much...I love you too Rei, so much...I-I, I don't know what to do...I-"he was stopped as Rei kissed him so passionately that Luca forgot what he was about to say next. He felt his eyes closing as he felt Rei's eagerness and could not believe he felt the same as well. After a few minutes, Rei released him and caressed Luca's cheek.
"Come back to me. I don't care how, just." He kissed him again. "Just, come back. Okay?" he then hugged Luca. Said man returned it back.
"Yes, I will. No matter where..." he plucked a feather from his wings to which he did not realized he spread out earlier.
"I will come back to you...only to you."
A quiet Yuda and Luca entered the transmission pod room. Inside stands a patiently waiting Lucifer and Kira.
"Status report, Kira." Yuda ordered. Kira made a salute.
"Yes Commander! I have already relayed their new orders to Takeru and Saki. Takeru already went ahead. Saki is staying with Goh for some training. We are ready to leave at anytime." Yuda gave a nod and looked at Luca.
"Alright, let's go." Luca gave a nod and stood at one of the transmission pods that look like a white circular lighting on the floor. A few seconds later, they are engulfed in a soft blue light and they are gone.
Shiva looked at the window, watching as Yuda, Luca, Lucifer and Kira went back to their planet, Empyrea. He did not miss the planet that much, what he missed is Yuda. Pandora walks behind him.
"So it appears they have left." Shiva gave a nod.
"Yes. Now," he then looked ahead, towards the pod where the humans were moved into.
"Time to clean and throw some trash. Once. And. For. All."
Once the soft blue light disappeared, they heard a very loud and booming noise outside. They are inside a building that houses the transmission pods. They immediately saw their father, the King of Planet Empyrea.
"Father!" Yuda and Luca both said in unison. Zeus, a tall and very majestic looking walked towards his sons.
"My sons! You have returned! I am so happy to see both of you in good condition! Come, Father wants to see you closely." The two gave a small smile and obeyed their father with Lucifer and Kira following behind. Zeus has a silver wavy hair that is tied with a simple gold band. When the two are at arms' reach, he pats their head.
"It has been awhile, hasn't?" he gave each a pat on the shoulder. Then he noticed Lucifer and Kira behind.
"Lucifer, I apologize for making you come there instead of me. I had-" Lucifer held a hand, telling him to stop whatever he is planning to say.
"No worries, my King. I am happy to serve." He then made a bow before Zeus and kissed his ring. Zeus smiled.
"You make me happy, Lucifer." He then looked at Kira.
"My goodness, look at you Kira! You have grown yet again. Come here child and let me have a good look." Kira looked embarrassed but he approached the King nonetheless.
"Look at you, growing stronger and stronger every time I see you." Kira blushed.
"Y-You are too kind, my Ki-" he got a strong slap on the back, courtesy of Zeus.
"Ahahaha! Still shy around me huh? Haha! You should learn more from your little brother, Maya! Ahahaha!" he then continuously slaps Kira's back but then he stops (much to Kira's relief) when he remembered something. Lucifer pulls Kira to safety.
"Wait, where IS Maya?" Yuda shrugged.
"He went ahead of us. Maybe he is back at the palace already." Zeus made a series of small nods.
"I see, he must have missed home. Or must be his teddy bear he missed, huh?" he then looked at Lucifer who smiled.
"Yes, that might be the case." Zeus looked happy.
"Oh well, no worries then. I will see him at the Palace. Now, let us go everyone!" he then merrily went ahead, towards the exit. Luca ran after him.
"Father, there is an urgent thi-" Zeus held his hand to stop Luca from talking.
"I know, there is nothing that my crystal ball cannot see. We will talk about that later. Before that..." he stopped and grabbed Yuda's hand as well.
"You must greet your people first." He then pulled the curtains away from the door. It then revealed a large, cheering crowd in front of the building.
"Prince Yuda! Prince Luca! They are back!"
"We miss you, Prince Yuda and Prince Luca!"
"Oh my! They are more handsome than the last time I saw them!"
"Please, marry me!"
"You wish! Marry ME first!"
"WHAT?! You ugly duckling! Take that!"
"Why you, equally ugly pecking duck! Take this!"
And then the two went all out against each other. It took about six guardsmen to stop them. Yuda and Luca both sport a sweat drop on their heads while Zeus looked pleased.
"My, my! My sons are SO in demand! What am I going to do?" he is practically twinkling with excitement. Yuda sighed as Luca made a face palm.
"Father..." Zeus caught himself and made a few clearing of throat coughs before looking composed once again.
"Ahem!" He snickered but this time, Lucifer made the sound of clearing his throat. Zeus got a sweat drop on his head.
"Right, let us travel towards the Palace. Yuda. Luca." The two looked at him.
[Remember, wave and smile. Make eye contact from time to time. I know you hate politics but just bare with it for now, okay?]
The two gave a nod. And they then did as what is instructed of them. A hover vehicle awaits them and so all five boarded it with Zeus in the center on a higher platform and the two just below him. Lucifer and Kira took a seat and the vehicle slowly made its way towards the Palace. Zeus pushed a button.
[Alright, we can talk now. I have activated the fire wall for such events]
You would not notice that they are talking because they are still waving and smiling to the crowd who were now following their slow procession towards the Palace. Kira feel uneasy.
[Good thing the Palace is not that far away...]
Lucifer rests his hand on Kira's leg as comfort.
[Just a few more minutes, Kira...]
Kira made a barely noticeable nod to his father. Zeus looked apologetic.
[I apologize for this my child...]
[Oh no, please. Do not mind me. By the way, Commander. You were about to say something earlier...]
[Ah, yes-]
[Before that, I saw something in Olympus...]
[...]
[I want to hear a detailed report about that]
[Yes, Father...]
The plan to talk about what Zeus saw inside Olympus was immediately forgotten as soon as they arrived at the Palace. Outside, high officials of the councilmen were waiting for them and Zeus was suddenly taken away for some urgent political matters.
And before the two could even discuss what to do next, they are taken away as well to discuss their recent travel and the energy they were able to amass during their exploration.
By the time they had time to go back to the main concern, they find themselves dining with the high officials of councilmen. A party has been prepared for the return of the two princes and they are obligated to entertain guests.
Yuda may not look like it but he has the strongest urge to talk to his father about Olympus' guests. But he bears with the formalities and finally, the party has ended. Zeus was the one to last see the last guest leave the Palace. He then went back to the main dining room and found it deserted. He then saw the veranda area open and went there. He then saw Yuda and Luca leaning on the immaculate white wall of the Palace.
"Father..." Yuda and Luca approached Zeus who gave a small smile.
"Well, that certainly took longer than I thought but we can now begin. Follow me." He then left the dining room and went to his room. Once inside, he took a seat and ushered the two to take the chair near him. They obeyed and looked at their father.
"Now, tell me where it started. From the beginning."
