Official Cancellation.
It's with a heavy heart that I must announce the official cancellation of this story. For the last couple of days I've been looking over this work, and I've decided there's simply no way I'll be able to finish it. My heart's just not in it, and I've long forgotten the direction I wanted to take.
I know most of you probably guessed as much already, given how long it's been since an upload. But I also announced recently my interest in rejoining the ranks of fanfiction writers, which may have brought some new hope.
For my incomplete story, and for not getting around and announcing this sooner, I apologize.
This being said, there are a few potentially positive things to look at. Or at least, here are some things you might be interested in knowing.
1) I will not take this story down. What is here will remain here as long as I have a say in it.
2) I may update chapters with better grammar, spelling, etc. Some day. Don't count on this too much, but keep it in mind as an extra promise that I won't just up and delete the story.
3) I do intend on writing more Link x Pipit stories. Legend of Zelda is a life long passion of mine, not just a phase I was in around High School. I've loved it since I was a child, and still love it very much today. You can be sure to look for more Zelda stories with various pairings in them. I would like to write a (perhaps shorter) Link and Pipit tale though, to make up for what I lost with this story.
4) This is potentially the most important thing to note: YOU MAY USE THIS STORY! I am giving full permission for anyone out there to take this story and work with it how they please. You may take my chapters word for word, and simply continue on. You may take the basic idea and write your own story. You can also take my chapters, edit them, and continue on. All I ask is that you credit me for whatever I continued to your story, and that you send me a link to you work. You don't even have to ask me before taking the chapters. Just go right ahead and copy them.
