Fem-Tsuna is the middle child of the Sawada. Giotto the first born and the younger twin (of Tsuna) Natsu. But Tsuna was very small and ill. Nono told Iemitsu to put 5 year old Tsuna in a Orphanage, so Nana and the boys wont see her dying slowly. Iemitsu placed Tsuna in Orphanage in Sternbild City. When Tsuna turn 9 Next Power activated when wild tiger who was cant use his hundred power (when his five minutes was over) and losing a fight against a robber. Tsuna was afraid on what happened and didn't know what to do. Like inspired Wild Tiger (Kotetsu), Wild Tiger inspired Tsuna to use her powers for good and to save people. Later Tsuna work with Wild Tiger or Kotetsu as his little side kick, work with her and Kotetsu Sponsor the Top MaG. After 10 years of fighting crime Tsuna is very happy. But what happens if her brothers want to see her and want her back to the family? Can the world of hero's and mafia clash together.
