Hi so I wanted to get this chapter out ASAP so there might be a lot of bad grammer that I will go back and fix soon but hope you guys like it. Thank you so much for sticking with me and sorry for the delay, college is hard.

"Aria please, at least entertain the idea of seeing a doctor?" Spencer begged as she helped the small girl back up the stairs and back to the safety of her bedroom.

Aria huffed, "Spence I don't want to see a doctor you know how much I hate being poked and prodded by strangers."

The older girl sighed sympathetically, she knew the brunette's fear of being touched, especially by strangers because of A, which was exacerbated by her rape in ways she knew she could only imagine. Spencer was no doctor, but she was as pre-med as it gets in high school and she'd picked up quite a few things from having Wren around and she knew that, while the majority of Aria's bruises had turned light yellow and mostly faded away, the tremors in her breath were indicative of lasting rib damage and the limp was most likely because her ankle was either badly sprained or fractured.

"Baby I know you don't want to go. But I'm not a doctor and you know that if these injuries were going to go away on their own, they would have by now and I can't stand to see you in pain." The taller girl tried to reason.

"Spencer I'm not doing it, okay?" Aria said with finality in her tone.

Spencer rose her eyebrows but not unkindly and took a half-step back. "Aria you know that if these injuries were going to go away on their own, that would have happened by now and they haven't. What do you want me to do? Pretend like you can breathe without your ribs hurting and act like you don't limp everywhere? It's your call. But you know what you should do."

Aria had her next snappy comeback ready but she paused. She knew that this was part of the reason there was tension in her relationship with Spencer, the constant bickering and she just got her back.

"I will consider it," Aria said diplomatically.

Spencer smiled gently; it felt like she was finally getting a glance at the old Aria. The thoughtful one that she'd fallen in love with instead of hyper-emotional one she'd been with since the attack.

"I think I want to go to the grocery store if that's okay. Just to get out of the house, maybe clear my head?" Aria said, but it came out more as a question.

The older girl hesitated "I think that's a good idea, but I want to go with you." Aria nodded and stood up, Spencer was at her side in a moment, making sure she didn't put too much stress on her ankle. The two girls grabbed their coats and descended the stairs gently. The younger girl grabbed the keys off the kitchen counter and tossed them to the older, who caught them with ease and a small smile, with familiarity. They both slid into Spencer's large Lexus and drove off.

"I'm really proud of you for being so honest," Emily said quietly. The two girls were curled up in each other's arms in the blonde's bedroom. Hanna's head was resting gently on Emily's chest and the tan girl was tracing patterns on the smaller girl's arms gently and mindful of her bruise. Emily knew that they still had a lot to talk about and deal with regarding her girlfriend's Dad but she didn't want to overwhelm her so soon.

The fasionista said nothing, instead pressing a kiss to Emily's lips instead. The tan girl smiled into the kiss, repositioning herself so she was hovering over her girlfriend, intertwining their legs. Hanna deepened the kiss, linking her hands in Emily's hair and pulling the girl down on top of her, allowing no space between them. Emily let out a deep moan into the other girl's mouth, as her hands began to wander over the blonde's breasts. Hanna's breath hitched as she looked up to meet her girlfriend's eyes; with a slight nod and a shy smile, she sat up and slowly removed her sweater and tossed it over her head.

"Han…you're so, so beautiful," Emily gasped, as her eyes raked over the blonde's tight stomach and sexy chest. "It hardly seems fair…" the blonde trailed off. Not needing to be told twice, Emily carelessly removed her t-shirt and tossed if off Hanna's bed and onto the ground, revealing killer abs and perfectly tan skin. Hanna gaped "Emily, you're beyond perfect. Seriously I want to lick your abs. How did I get so lucky?"

Unable to form coherent thoughts, the two girls reattached their lips with more severity, both understanding what was about to happen. Emily moved her lips to the base of Hanna's neck, fully intending to mark her territory; Hanna worked on unbuttoning her girlfriend's jeans, who quickly slid them off without missing a beat. The swimmer's hand drifted down to rest on the base of Hanna's hips and she looked into her girlfriend's heart-stopping blue eyes an exchange was made.

"Are you sure?" Emily whispered, knowing it would be Hanna's first time ever.

"Yes. Of you? Always yes," The blonde whispered back, heavy emotion causing her voice to shake slightly. Emily smiled softly, completely enchanted by the blonde bombshell in front of her. The brunette knew she would have to be gentle with her girlfriend, as her arms were probably still sore from her father's man-handling but nothing had ever felt so right as she laid Hanna on her back and kissed down her stomach. The blonde's breath hitched and she turned out her lamp, leaving her alone with her love in complete darkness.

As Spencer finished picking out more vegetables than she'd ever need to make Aria vegan dishes, she paused to smile at the whipped cream on display next to the apricots she was evaluating. That used to be one of her and Aria's favorite things of all time, to cover each other in whipped cream and take their time licking it off one another. A light blush covered the genius' cheeks just as her short girlfriend appeared next to her, wrapping her arms around the taller girl from behind.

"What's got you in such a good mood?" Aria asked playfully as Spencer pulled her around to return the hug.

"Oh nothing, just reminiscing to some…special memories," The older girl smiled mischievously. Confused, Aria followed Spencer's gaze to the whipped cream bottles and a slight blush covered her own cheeks.

"I think that's what I'm most excited about," the younger girl began "For the day I'm ready to pick up as many cans of that as they sell and spend all day in bed with you."

Shocked by her girlfriend's candor, Spencer dropped the bag of fruit she was holding. Aria laughed "You can pick your jaw up off the floor now Spence."

The two girls laughed as they continued down the aisles, teasing each other and laughing.

"Oh shit we forgot the milk," Spencer said turning her cart around to go get it. "Don't worry, I got it. Just go get a place in line to check out," Aria cut her off, leaning forward to place a quick kiss on her girlfriend's cheek. Spencer smiled gently, so proud of how well Aria was doing. The younger girl spun around quickly only to collide into another body belonging to none other than Ezra Fitz.

Shock coursed through the young writer's entire body and her every muscle went rigid.

"Aria, I've been trying to call you." Ezra began, reaching forward to grab her arm only to be intercepted by a murderous-looking Spencer. "You sick son of a bitch. Get out of here right now. And don't come back," she spat venomously.

Ezra, to his credit, played it off with a completely shocked expression. "Spencer, I don't know what Aria's told you, but clearly there's been some kind of misunderstanding," he said, his boyish smile in place attempting to charm the girls.

Unfortunately all his faux pleasantries did was infuriate Spencer but the girl was smart enough to know, even in her anger, that if she were to hit him, he could press charges and take her away from her Aria.

"You have 10 seconds to get out of here before I call the police and file a restraining order," The tall genius threatened though clenched teeth.

Ezra rose his hands in surrender, his eyes never leaving the smaller girl. "I'll be in touch, Aria." And with that, the handsome English teacher turned on his heel and left the supermarket, leaving the girls with a wink.

Spencer quickly turned her attention to her girlfriend, who was basically catatonic and tried to get any kind of reaction from the smaller girl. "Aria? Aria babe we have to get out of here okay?" Spencer knelt down in front of her trying to pull her back into the present. She reached out for the younger girl's hand only to be met with a violent flinch and fear-filled eyes.

"Baby I understand you're scared but we need to get back to the car okay?" Spencer whispered, knowing the entrance of a supermarket wasn't a safe place for her love to fall apart.

After that it was all a blur for the younger girl; she could vaguely register the comforting arm of her girlfriend around her waist while her other arm was, presumably, on the grocery cart. Next thing she knew, she was back in the passenger seat and Spencer was driving her home, shooting her worried looks every few seconds.

Ring…ring…ring…

"Hey it's Hanna, leave a message." Beep

"Come on Han," Spencer whispered to herself as she alternated between their two best friends, knowing Aria would need all the support she could get. Sooner than either girl was ready for, they were back at Spencer's house; the driver cut the engine and hopped out of her seat, racing around to open Aria's door for her.

"Baby come on, we're home," Spencer said gently, hoping not to spook her girlfriend. Aria met her eyes for the first time since the grocery store and nodded, following her love into the house.

"I t-think I just want to take a shower," Aria stuttered, tears forming in her eyes. As much as Spencer wanted to comfort Aria, or have her talk about what she was feeling, or honestly just be with her, she knew that she needed to let her girlfriend process the incident on her own. The taller girl nodded and placed a kiss gently on the other girl's cheek, relived when she didn't flinch away. Spencer was sad to see her girlfriend regress to some of the same behaviors from right after her initial attack but didn't want to push her girlfriend away.

As the small brunette ascended the stairs with difficulty, Spencer continued to call Emily and Hanna, effectively blowing up their phones. Sighing when neither picked up, she went to the kitchen hoping to make herself useful. She threw in some cookies into the oven and put on the hot water for hot coco, hoping Aria would eat something as she had become unnaturally thin since the incident with Ezra and waited.

"Wow," Emily breathed, unable to keep the smile off her face.

"Wow indeed," Hanna echoed, still breathless.

The two girls cuddled their slightly sweaty bodies together and pulled the comforter up to cover them. Emily smiled lazily over at her girlfriend, pulling their lips together again, truly happier than she'd ever been before. With Maya, the sex had been rushed and almost used an apology for the issues of their relationship. With Hanna, nothing had ever felt more right. The blonde was naturally sexy and knew Emily better than she knew herself.

"What are you smiling at?" Hanna teased, kissing the swimmer on the nose.

"I just really love you Han. And I'm so, so happy," The tan girl choked out, joyful tears swimming in her beautiful brown eyes.

Their moment was interrupted by the constant buzz of Hanna's cell phone.

"Babe that's like that 10th call you've gotten, you should at least see who it is," Emily advised.

Hanna groaned dramatically, untangled herself from her love and reached over to check the caller id only to find she had 14 missed calls, all from Spencer. Just as she was about to unlock her phone, yet another call from her best friend came in.

"Hey Spence, what's up?" Hanna answered, concerned.

"Where have you been? I've been calling and texting for an hour!" Spencer asked, exasperated.

"I'm sorry, Em and I were…preoccupied," Hanna answered guiltily

"Wonderful," Spencer snapped "Well Aria and I just ran into Fitz at the grocery store so she's locked herself in the bathroom for the past hour and I thought she might like the support of her friends but since you're "preoccupied" I will handle it."

"Oh My God, I'm so sorry. We'll be there in 10 minutes," Hanna said, stunned.

"No Han, it's fine I'm sor-," Spencer began to apologize only to be cut off by a dial tone.

White hot panic immediately scorched through her body as she rushed to pull her clothes back on.

"Shit where's my fucking bra," Hanna muttered, angry with herself for ignoring her friends in their obvious time of need.

"What happened?" Emily asked seriously, picking up on the mood change.

"She ran into Fitz, she needs us," Hanna answered, clearly devastated.

Emily's shoulders slumped, Aria just couldn't catch a break lately. She crossed the room and pulled her crazed blonde girlfriend into a circle of her arms and rubbed her shoulders in that way Emily knew she liked. "You didn't know Han; you couldn't have known that was happening."

The two quickly threw together their outfits and half-stumbled out of the house and drove off to the Hastings's house. Not even 10 minutes later, Emily parked in Spencer's driveway and the couple sprinted out of the car and bounded into the house, not even bothering to knock.

"Where is she?" Hanna asked, breathlessly.

"It's okay, calm down. She's still in the shower," Spencer coaxed her friend, seeing the panicked look on her friend's faces.

Emily and Hanna both relaxed slightly, allowing the knowledge that their small friend was okay to soak in.

"All we can do now is wait, and be there for her," Spencer acknowledged sadly, pulling her friends over to her couch and sitting between them. Both the swimmer and the blonde took one of Spencer's hands and sat together, waiting to be there for Aria in whatever way they could and to see just how much damage seeing Ezra had done.
