-The Crash-

As she came around the bend in the road she felt like something was up with her brakes then suddenly there was a figure standing in the middle off the road with a burning flair.

"Annie slow down... Whats up with this guy"

"I... Can't!...Oh my God!"

She swerved to avoid hitting him causing her to go off of the road, thankfully she had installed seat belts per order of her grandfather. She only hoped that the classic model wouldn't sustain much damage, then she saw the tree and new she was probably done for.

"Jack...son are you ok?" she mumbled in a daze. her face hit the steering wheel just right upon impact. Some blood dripped down from above her eyebrow.

the passenger side windows were smashed and Jackson was passed, his head went through the window. He came too as Annie unbuckled and rubbed his arm..

" What... the actual hell was that. why was he in the road is he lost." Jackson whispered.

" we have to get out, can you move."

"I think so darling."

Suddenly her door swung open and the man from the road now armed with a gun was aiming his weapon right at them."

"Get out little brat" he shouted. "You too! out now.."

" What the hell. who are you what do want?" Annie's fire spirit was ready to fight even after bouncing her head off of the steering wheel.

They were surrounded. She counted 7 men, had she not just crashed her car into a tree she'd be able to disarm and fight all of them off.

Markus appeared from the shadows and Annie was suddenly repulsed. One of the men forcefully removed her from the car.

"Annie! get your hands off of her!" Jackson shouted to no avail.

"You. I remember you. You killed my mother you son of bitch! Why are you doing this? Why did you sell Kelly out after everything she did for you?"

Markus and Annie were now face to face for the 1st time since her mother died. She studied his face, his body posture, everything about him. He was gonna pay for everything he had ever done as soon as she got free from the clutches of his henchman.

He raised his hand as if to slap her, instead he stroked her cheek. "Almost as beautiful as your mother, I almost regret letting her die. If only she hadn't recognized and threatened to go to the cops."

"My mother was young, she had a child to take care of and had already been through enough... and you ended her life, for what? why couldn't you just leave her alone. you were powerful enough to evade capture for whatever it is she saw you do." she wanted to cry but held everything in.

" Your mother got me into some pretty hot water with my wife, and so did Kelly. I could have lost everything, Kelly wanted to live a life free of everything that I gave her and she caused a lot of problems for me when she left. Then I did lose everything all because of her."

"Our Families know where we are, you should probably let us go. You son of a bitch. Get your hands of me." With all of her might she got free of Henchman number 1, elbowing him in the stomach. Then she launched at Markus, scratching his face with her freshly manicured nails. Markus grabbed her by her neck and started to choke her. She still fought.

"Bring him over here!" Jackson's head was throbbing, he was fading in and out. They dragged him over to Markus and he loosened the grip on her neck. "I dont want to have to kill the two of you, you're better off to me alive. Kelly will come for you and to kill me. So you can either do this the easy way of the hard way."

They were both in the dirt now Jackson wasn't doing so good his head was still bleeding. She grabbed his hand. " Please just let us go, he needs a doctor." she said still gasping for air.

"I'm afraid I can't do that Little miss Annie, I have plans for the both of you." with that there heads where covered and they were being shuttled away in a van.

"Light this bad boy up, someone will have called to police by now.

"Oh my God, this can't be happening again Jethro."

"I'm so sorry Jenny, this is all my fault. I should have ended him long ago." Kelly started to cry.

Tony and everyone else were trying to wrap their heads around what was happening.

"Wait so you're telling me that the man who murdered my sister, now has my niece and Jackson. why? What is his agenda?"

"He wants to get back at me for leaving and for ruining his plans for the organization he started. It was a government funded program designed to silence certain foreign and domestic enemies. I worked for them, I began training after I was rescued from the Mexican Cartel that murdered my mother and the NIS agent who's protective custody we were under. I made a fatal mistake and I had to get out. I didn't want to be a cold blooded killer anymore. Jenny helped me get out. Markus still feels I betrayed him, my next target would have brought him a 30 million dollar profit but I told him he needed to find another puppet."

"But hot did my sister get involved with him, I just don't get it?"

" I never met your sister, I'm sorry I have no idea."

"I think I know the answer to that Kel"

"Kris? I know I can trust you, but he is your father, Are you prepared to kill him if necessary"

"Trust me, that man stopped being my father a long time ago. I always had to manage him, as a kid I had to make sure he didnt die in his sleep from alcohol poisoning, before you came along he beat my mother everyday and I will never forgive him for what he did to that girl."

"Wait, what do you mean, what girl?" Lea had been listening intently.

"I came back to the states just after Kelly had decided to leave, I hated my father with a passion, but I handled his business and his assets. I eventually planned to use that to my advantage. After years of abuse and my father's infidelity, my mother decided to leave. I came to my father's house to grab a few things that my mother left behind, family heirlooms that my father had no right too. I was in town for a few days so I stayed to keep tabs on him, like I said, I wanted to screw him over. One night I followed my father and he ended up at a club, he made a pass at this young woman, maybe college aged, she was far to young to be with him...she didn't seem to interested she threw a drink in his face when he grabbed her ass. this angered him. I tried to get him to leave he wouldn't... then she and her friends left and and my father made a b line for the exit. I lost track of him somehow but I couldnt get to him in time to stop what he did, and I will never forgive myself for not doing more."

"Are you saying what I think you're saying?" Lea began to cry.

"I caught up with him, I found his car about a mile from the club parked near an alley, I don't know how he caught up to her but he did and It took me pulling out my gun to get him off of her, he was..." Kris closed his eyes and shook his head. "he was raping her, I could hear her sobbing and crying. Just like I had heard my mother, so many times. I should have killed him right then and there but I wanted to help her."

"He's the one? who raped Angelique? The reason why she left me? oh my god" Tony exclaimed.

"I left him the alley, I took her to the hospital gave a statement to the police and I left. I felt sick to know that his blood was running through my veins."

"How did he find her three years later and kill her?"

" I don't know. But I know that he did it. there's something else Kel.. His DNA popped up on Angelique's murder case and was matched to another case from 1991."

"What case? Kris?"

"His DNA was matched to your case from the crash in 91. it was found under the finger nails of your mom"

Kelly was confused and angry everything she had gone through in her life was because of Markus.
