Chapter 25
Ignoring Jeff's comment, they got on the bike and drove a little ways away to another house.
"This one's gonna be a little more troublesome." Nobu said with a serious face as she started walking to the back of the house.
"How come?" Jeff asked following her.
"It's a 3 year old kid. It has the purest hart, seriously the happiest thing I've ever seen. So we gonna kill it." Nobu smirked as she jumped up to the window and climbed in, Jeff following after.
They found the child sleeping peacefully in his bed without a worry in the world.
Walking up to the bed, Nobu shook him awake without any hesitation. As he awoke, he looked at Nobu with curious big eyes.
"You will have to be a good boy now and come with us." Nobu said smiling as the kid stared at her in wonder, not even noticing Jeff.
"Are you a wolf person?" the kid asked with curious innocence.
"Uh yea, let's go with that. Now come with us." Nobu grinned as she held her hand out for him to take. Without any hesitation the naïve child took the hellhound's hand and let her pick him up and jump out of the window.
"Are we gonna play? Will it be fun?" the kid asked excitedly as Nobu just nodded.
They went back to her motorbike and she sat him down on the seat.
"Stay still ok?" Nobu asked as Jeff walked behind the kid and knocked him out by hitting the back of his neck. Nobu used her black shadow to teleport him to the cave and got on her bike.
"Ok. Let's do this." She said grinning as they drove back to the said cave.
Jeff found it when he first got to the Under Realm and only he knew about it up until now. He thought it would be perfect for what they needed it for and offered to take Nobu there.
As they arrived, Nobu killed the engine and they went inside. The cave was dark and deep, but with their heightened senses they got around just fine.
Reaching their destination, they started to set the ritual up. Nobu was already in the white clothes, all they needed was the blood, hearts and souls.
Jeff set up some lanterns to light the cave as Nobu woke the two humans up.
While the kid looked at Nobu happily, the guy looked at her terrified, to which Nobu only gave a sadistic smirk to.
"All ready." Jeff called with the book open in his hands and the page turned to the circle they need to draw with blood.
"Good. Let's get this show on the road." She growled out in a sadistic voice, smirking at the two as she closed in on them.
They looked back at her with fear in their eyes at her as she summoned a chained sickle out of her black smoke. As soon as it finished morphing the guy made a run for it, only for the chain to wrap around his torso and pull him back. Nobu didn't wanna waste any time so she decapitated him without a second thought. Truth be told she loves playing with her victims but she had better things to get done at the moment.
The guy's head rolled by the little kid and he started screaming until she cut his head off as well. She cut them up a bit more and used their blood to soak her white clothes in red.
Next she cut their hearts out and took a bite from each, chewing and swallowing it. Hey it could have been worse, besides she loves the taste of blood, it's so sweet.
Jeff helped her draw the magic circle using the two human's blood and set everything up for the ritual.
She drew the souls out of the bodies and stepped into the circle. Jeff held out the book so she could read the spell and cast it on the two souls.
She whispered the words carefully and with each word she could feel the air changing and wind pick up. The moment the last word left her lips, the two souls disappeared into her and pain took over her body.
Nobu screamed falling to her knees, clutching her arms as unbearable pain rushed through her body in sync with her heart beat. She has never felt such intense pain in her life. It hurt everywhere and the pulsating pain made it even worse. She lost complete control of her body and fell to the floor helplessly screaming in agony.
The only thing Jeff could do now is watch and be patient until it's over. He had a sick enjoyment in her pained screams. He just sat down, leaning up against the cave wall watching her.
It was after a few hours, maybe 8 or 9 that she had finally stopped screaming and just lay still. Out of sheer curiosity, Jeff walked up to her and crouched down beside her.
She had a whole new air around her now. He could feel the difference in her soul now that she had her full power back.
"Are you still alive?" he asked poking her head as she lay faced down on the blood soaked ground.
"Of . . . course I am." Nobu answered with a weak voice. To both of their surprise she was still conscious. Her spirit impressed Jeff as he turned her around checking for any injury, but found none.
"You look like shit." He commented as he picked her exhausted body up bridal style.
"After all that, no wonder." Came her weak reply, then she faded away into a deep sleep.
By the time Jeff got back to Slender Mansion it was around noon. Luckily no one was home so they would get away for now. He put Nobu in her bed and put the covers over her. He thought about cleaning her but thought otherwise, she wouldn't be too happy when she wakes up if he did that. So he just left her to rest and went back to his own room to take a nap himself.

Back to this morning.
Slendy greeted everyone who came down for breakfast and served the food. Although he was surprised about the absence of two particular pastas. He went to their rooms to check on them but just as he suspected they weren't there. He woke up in the middle of the night as he felt movement in his forest but brushed it off and went back to sleep. Oh they're gonna get an earful when they turn up again. Not giving it another thought he proceeded with his day as usual. He felt that it was something important that Nobu is doing so he reported them ill for the time being. Although the others were more than curious as to where the two were.
Stepping into his mansion he immediately felt the presence of the missing teens and relaxed. But he couldn't help notice something different about Nobu. So he went up to investigate.
Knocking on Nobu's door gave no result so he thought it would be alright to go in so he opened the door only to find her in her bed . . . covered in blood. Panicking, he ran over to her and checked her body for injuries. Finding none, he relaxed a bit, but the human blood was making him uneasy. He was worried about what she could have done.
Slendy tried shaking her awake but to no avail. In the end he found it best to let her sleep, seeing that nothing was life threateningly wrong with her.
So instead he went to find Jeff. Knocking on his door, he got a faint 'come in' then entered.
"Jeffery. I think you have some explaining to do." Slendy said sternly as he crossed his arms in a disapproving manner.
"Uh. I know. But trust me this was in Nobu's benefit." Jeff explained as he stood up, ready for what is to come. Nobu told him that he could tell Slendy but not Zalgo.
"To my office. Now!" Slendy said in a stern voice not pleased as he watched Jeff walk out of his room and followed behind him to his office.
"Explain what you two were doing out in the middle of the night and not turning up for school, please." Slendy said demanding as he sat down behind his desk and Jeff on the puffy chair in front of him.
"Well. Nobu found a way to get her Slender powers back and I was helping her with it." Jeff explained with a simple shrug, fumbling with the hem of his white hoodie as Slendy straightened up in his seat at the news and gestured for the teen to carry on. He explained everything they had to do from going to the Human Realm to carrying Nobu back home.
"You do realise what you have done is against the rules and have severe consequences, do you not?" Slendy asked as Jeff just looked back at him with a pissed off expression.
"Sorry for trying to help your niece get her powers back." Jeff growled out annoyed.
"Jeffery calm down please. Because you helped her, I will not punish either of you. She will be able to learn to control her abilities and you helped her with that. So I will cover for you two, but remember I won't be so forgiving the next time you break the rules. You can leave now." He finished as Jeff jumped up happily fist pumping the air.

Nobu woke up in her bed confused and lost. But looking at her blood soaked clothes, the memories flooded back to her mind. She was surprised she was feeling completely fine.
Standing up she summoned her black smoke around her hand. It seemed fine, just stronger now. It seems that getting her Slender powers back made her hound ones stronger as well. She felt her power cursing through her veins and it just made her more excited to learn control over them.
Grabbing some clean clothes she went to take a shower. As much as she liked blood, being covered in it for too long is just gross.
The hot water felt amazing against her skin as it washed all the blood away. She must have been in the shower for at least a good hour. When she got out the bathroom was covered in steam.
Putting some black ripped jeans and a red hoodie with its arms fading to black on, she went back to her room. Drying her hair and making sure her eyes were still hidden by her long bangs, she headed downstairs.
"Morning guys." She greeted everyone happily.
As they noticed her presence they all ran up to her worried and started to talk all at once.
"Shut the fuck up! How the hell am I meant to know what you're saying if you talk at the same fucking time?!" Nobu yelled annoyed as she pushed past them to her seat.
"Welcome back to the world of the living." Jeff said from beside her grinning, as he was the only one not to run up to her.
"What do you mean? How long was I sleeping? What day is it?" Nobu asked confused.
"Nobuki, its Saturday. You slept for 2 days straight." Slendy informed as he ushered everyone to sit back down.
" Holy shit!" Nobu yelled wide eyed. "Looong nap." She said emphasising the word.
"What happened to you?" Clock asked with a worried look in her eyes.
"We were worried you wouldn't wake up." EJ said with worry clear in his voice.
"You were out for so long. What did you guys do?" Ben asked from her other side, looking at her with worry laced eyes.
"I'm ok guys, really. And I needed to rest after I got my powers back." Nobu explained after she saw Slendy and Jeff nod that they told everyone.
"I'm excited to see your full potential." Ticci exclaimed excitedly as the rest cheered. They went back to having breakfast and various conversations.
It felt good that everyone was so worried about her. It made her feel like she finally found the place she belonged to.
