Chapter 25

When they got back to the mansion Stefan and Rebekah quickly went up to their room while Caroline showed Bonnie to her room. Of course they couldn't get there without Kol flirting to Bonnie and her giving him another aneurism. Caroline knew that every time Bonnie did something to push Kol away it would only make him want her more. She didn't try to warn Bonnie because she thought that Bonnie would be a good edition to the family and that Kol needed someone. She eventually managed to find Klaus in what she assumed was their room.

As soon as she entered the room she saw Klaus sat on the floor and had a small wooden size box in front of him. She recognised the box instantly as he kept only the best of memories in it. As she closed the door, she had a small smile on her face when he looked up and finally noticed her. She sat down beside him and saw that he was holding a wooden figure "have I ever told you the story behind this?"

He gestured towards the figuring but then she smiled and took it from him. She grazed her thumb across the knight's shield and said "you didn't but Bekah did" he gave her a look that said why "she told me that she was scared of the lightening one night and you told her that you wouldn't let it hurt her. You gave her this so she would be brave like a knight...a few weeks after I arrived and met you, there was a thunderstorm and I was scared, so she gave me the knight and said..."

She hesitated but then he said "said what?"

She was looking down as he said it but after a few moments she looked back up so her eyes met his and said "she told me that you would protect me. That you would never let anything hurt me".

Klaus placed a hand slowly on her cheek and moved his thumb up and down to caress her cheek. He leaned closer to her and just as his lips brushed against hers, he whispered "always". He then placed his lips on top of hers and they were both putting everything into the kiss. At first it started off soft and slow but soon turned passionate, to the point where they were devouring each others lips. He pulled her closer and she was practically sitting on his lap when she wrapped her legs around his waist. He wrapped his arms around her waist so that he could pick her up and place her on the bed.

All the items on the floor were soon forgotten when Klaus placed her on the bed. As she lay below him, he ripped her top in two and threw it across the room. When there was nothing in between them, Klaus finally pulled his lips away from hers and glanced at her body. He had not seen her body below his in five years and he didn't want to see anyone else's but hers. As he looked into her eyes they both saw the same thing, lust and longing.

Just as Bonnie was about finished unpacking she heard a knock on her door. She opened the door to see Kol stood there smiling so she slowly closed the door. Before she could close it, Kol pushed on the door slightly with his hand and not using that mush strength as he didn't want to scare her or pressure her. He said "please don't close the door".

She stopped trying to close it and said "what do you want, Kol?"

He held up his hands in surrender and said "I just want to watch a movie and I thought that you might like to join me" she rolled her eyes "come on take a chance, you can pick".

She sighed as she knew that he wouldn't let it drop and said "fine". Kol smiled as she opened her bedroom door wider to walk out. As she closed the door she could see that Kol's smile widened and she dared not to look at him as she knew that she would blush or join him smiling. She looked down to the floor and Kol stared to walk and as he glanced back at her she knew that she had to follow him.

Kol eventually led her to a large room and she gasped as she saw what looked like a mini cinema. On one wall was a wide screen TV that covered the entire wall, on the opposite was chairs and above them was the projector. Bonnie smirked at the pop corn machine behind Kol as it was decorated to look old fashioned. She smirked as she knew that he must have known that she was going to say yes. Kol smiled at her and said "pick any movie you want" he gestured towards the left side of the room which was covered in DVDs.

She walked towards in and gasped "how did you make this place?"

He laughed slightly "Rebekah and I had to persuade Nik to let us. After that, we went DVD shopping and I think we might have bought every DVD". She looked across the shelves of DVDs but then one caught her eye and she picked it up. She turned the DVD around so Kol could see it and he said "Beastly. I have actually never seen that one but Rebekah did recommend it when we bought it".

She walked closer to Kol and handed him the DVD then said "well I love it".

He smiled and said "as you wish" he whooshed off for only a second then the projector turned itself on and the adverts started. Kol returned two seconds later next to the popcorn machine "do you want some popcorn?"

Bonnie sat in the centre chair of the second row and said "yes please".

Kol filled two small buckets of popcorn and walked over to Bonnie and handed her one. As he passed her a bucket, her fingers grazed his. They both felt a shock of electricity go through them but Bonnie quickly took the popcorn and looked away. Kol sat on her right and kept on thinking about her fingers on his skin. When Kol first arrived in Mystic Falls he was just after some fun but when he was partnered with Bonnie to do the assignment on the American civil war, the time he spent with her, he started to feel something. Although, throughout the entire time she was being stubborn and had a sharp tongue, it was then that he started to be attracted to her. Not just for her beauty but for her other qualities. The movie started and they both concentrated on it but every once in a while Kol would glance at Bonnie and he would catch her glancing at him.

AN: It is 03:20am where I am from right now and I can't get to sleep so I decided to update my fanfiction. which is good news for you but bad for me. I wrote two chapters and I will place them online now. Sorry if there not that good but it is early in the morning. Please review
