Randy sat near a wall of the hospital, he looked at his friends who were scattered around the room, Torrie looked nervous, Edge looked like he had gotten hit with a bus, Lita looked annoyed, and some other guy whom Randy didn't recognize, was sitting next to Torrie whispering to her, he was tired of his stupid sling that was around his arm, he was tired of the smell of the hospital, he was tired of their food, and most importantly he was tired of the damn hospital, Randy stood up, "I'm going to leave for a while, call me if anything changes."

Lita looked at him before nodding her head, she was too caught up with Edge and how he was feeling to worry about anything else, "Yeah sure, do whatever."

Randy rolled his eyes as he walked out if the room, once he had made it to the elevator he took his sling off, despite knowing that he was supposed to keep it on for a few weeks, but he didn't really care, he pushed the button with his good hand and waited for it to come, once it opened he stared in to the faces of his ex girlfriends and a worried Chris Jericho,

"Randy," Mickie's voice showed her discomfort, she knew she was going to run into Randy, after all his step brother had been attacked with a lamp, but she wasn't prepared for it then and there, her eyes went to his arm and the sling he was holding in his hand, "put that back on."

Randy looked at Mickie with clear annoyance, why should she get to tell him what to do, "You can't tell me what to do."

Maria glanced between Mickie and Randy, she was starting to think that she wouldn't want to watch the rest of this, "Chris lets give them a minute."

Mickie rolled her eyes not even noticing the two people she had came with had left, "Randy I'm only trying to help you just put it back on."

Randy sighed at the brunette as he stepped in the elevator, he knew that Mickie cared about him, but he was starting to see it as more of a game, he knew how she felt, but she had no idea how he felt, so he was winning, "Because you love me."

Mickie's jaw dropped was he trying to use her feelings against her, well if he could use that against her she could use things against him, "Well Randall if you're going to play it that way, John was better than you."

Randy looked at her confused, before his eyes widening in realization, "Maria is better than you."

"Jeff was better than you."

"Trish was better than you."

Trish stared up at the ceiling as she lay on her hospital bed, the stupid therapist had told her she was battling Depression, maybe she was but what was the point of her even trying to get better? Sure she had a friend in Randy Orton and Adam Copeland, but well they were her ex boyfriend and the annoying actor who had millions of fans, plus it wasn't like Lita would actually let him talk to her,

Chris walked in Trish's hospital room, looking at t he broken girl in front of him, a girl who was broken because he didn't wear a condom and got her pregnant, he had changed her from the innocent girl she had once been, but he had to be strong for her, "Well Trish here we are again."

"Chris?" Trish found herself asking though she already knew the answer, "Who told you?"

"Is it important?" Chris asked, he really thought that she wasn't going to find herself back in the hospital.

"I guess not." Trish replied, in a voice that sounded nothing like her own, it was getting harder for her to believe she didn't have Depression.

"Trish, why did you do this?" Chris asked.

"Because of me." Lita stepped into the room, she knew it was past the time she should have visited but she had to gather up the strength to do so and with how Adam had been feeling she didn't really have time to worry about much else, tears fell from her eyes a she looked at her best friend, "I am so sorry Trish, I didn't mean anything that I said."

"Then why did you say it Lita?" Trish asked, not quite knowing why that was her response, but she found herself sort of happy, well as happy as person who had just tried to kill herself could be.

"I had just gave birth Trish, I know that is no excuse but I was all over the place, I told Randy that I loved his performance in the Titanic, can you ever forgive me?"

"What did you say to her?" Chris asked, wondering what the two girls were talking about.

"I told her that I wished she had died and I never wanted to see her again." Lita answered shamefully.

"You have no right to talk to her like that! What did you think she was going to do Lita! Are you just that selfish that you were willing to let something that had nothing to do with you destroy your friendship with Trish!" Chris yelled.

"I know and if I could go back in time and do it again I wouldn't, I would help her through everything she's been through," Lita turned to Trish, "Your my best friend and I love you please forgive me?"

Trish felt herself smiling, something she hadn't done in a while, "I forgive you Lita, now go get everyone and then tell me the names of the twins."

Trish's therapist, Jackie Gayda, found herself roaming around the hospital, sure she was a young therapist but she was also one of the best in the business, that was why Trish's mother had hired her. Jackie stopped in front of a file labeled Theodore DiBiase, Doctor, she had heard many things about his release from the hospital and her husband's journalist career could really take off if he knew exactly what happened. She grabbed the file and opened it, not even prepared for what she was about to see.

Dwayne stood up as well, "No it's not you delicious looking piece of pie, it is only just beginning."

Stephanie was about to question what he meant by that but before she could question it he leaned in and kissed her and as soon as he pulled away Stephanie slapped him, "What the hell are you doing?"

Dwayne laughed, "When Dwayne sees something he wants, he takes it."

Stephanie took a step back from him, "What do you want?"

Dwayne stroked Stephanie's hair, "Dwayne wants you," Dwayne took his hand off of her hair, "Now you have two options, you can do what Dwayne wants you to or Dwayne will kill your baby."

"I'll do anything just don't hurt my family." Stephanie told him.

Dwayne nodded, "Dwayne likes that answer, now Dwayne has a friend, Dwayne's friend did some bad things, now you are going to help Dwayne undo those bad things."

"What bad things did his friend do?" Paul asked.

"Paul this friend is Doctor DiBiase, I've been so confused Paul, just some of the things he told me make no sense."

"Like what?" Paul asked.

"He said that Doctor DiBiase had an illegal business, a sick twisted business, but a business." Stephanie told him.

"What was this business?" Paul asked wondering what kind of business was that bad.

Stephanie whispered something in Paul's ear, before backing up, "This business started ten years ago Paul."

"Isn't he the doctor that told Mar-"

"Yeah he is."

"Are we really going to play this game Randy?" Mickie asked growing tired of the game as she stepped back in the elevator.

"I guess-did the elevator just stop?" Randy asked.

"Yeah," Mickie replied looking around the elevator, "what are we going to do?"

Randy saw the fear in his ex's eyes, not knowing the answer to her question, he felt sorry for her and for a minute got lost in his ex girlfriend's beauty, it had always been there, but maybe it was just her being stuck in an elevator that made her look even better, of course he couldn't tell her that so he decided to take a different approach, "You remember when I went to meet your grandma?"

Mickie laughed at the memory forgetting about her surroundings, "How could forget that?"

Randy looked over at his girlfriend as she hugged her grandmother, he didn't know how she had gotten him to agree to this, actually he did and it involved a very fun game, well for him anyways, "Hi I'm Randy Orton."

Mickie's grandmother looked Randy up and down, "Maxine Rivers, my I say my granddaughter did very well."

Mickie smiled, agreeing with her grandmother's statement, "I know."

"If I was forty years younger you'd be mine sweet cheeks."

Randy laughed as Mickie seemed to be embarrassed, "Well I think I'll stick with your granddaughter for now."

"Randy are you flirting?" Mickie whispered, wondering if he really was flirting with her grandma, "Grandma where is Cuddles?"

Maxine picked up a small white dog that began barking at the sight of Randy, "Cuddles down."

"Did I do something?" Randy asked annoyed by the little dog.

"Um-"

Before Randy knew what he was doing he grabbed the dog and began petting it until it bit him, "Ow you stupid little, um it's fine," Randy gave himself some cool points on being able to stay calm, however that caused him to stop thinking and well.

"Randy what did you do?" Mickie screamed.

"You killed her dog." Mickie said as someone pried the doors open.

"Sorry about that folks, that never happens." an engineer said.

"Want to take the stairs back to the waiting room?" Randy asked.

"You read my mind."

"Excuse me are you all here for Mr. Cena?" a doctor asked.

"Yeah." Torrie responded her life was counting on him being alive.

"He's okay and should be ready to go tomorrow morning he only had a slight concussion."

"Hey everyone follow Adam and I to Trish's room." Lita said.

Once everyone was there, Lita gave Adam a look silently asking him if he was alright.

He nodded at her, sure he had lost a daughter, but he had two sons to be grateful for, "Okay so we have been talking about the names of the twins and we have decided to name them in a way so we don't exactly have to tell you who their godparents are, Lita."

Lita smiled down at her baby, "Everyone this little guy is Nathan Patrick Copeland."

"Wait does that mean I'm his god mother?" Trish asked, really hoping she was the god mother.

Adam laughed, "Yeah, we couldn't ask for a better one."

Mickie huffed, "Should have been me." Maria and Torrie gave her a glance before saying the same things under their breath.

"Okay Adam say our other son's name." Lita commanded.

"Alright, everybody this is Jayden Keith Copeland."

"Woo! Yes this is awesome I'm the god father woo! Yes this is amazing!" Everyone in the room gave Randy a look, "I mean thanks guys means a lot."

"Yeah well you were there for Lita when I wasn't so this is our way of repaying you." Adam said.

"Thanks man." Randy and Adam fist bumped, "Even if you are old now you are still kind of cool."

"Old?" Trish, Chris, Lita, and Adam said in unison.

"Old." Randy, Maria, Torrie, and Mickie replied in unison.
