It is only several months till the big day for Jessie and James so they seemed help from their students. As weird it may seem that they would get help from a bunch of twerps, but they are the only help they will have. Since it is spring break for the students, it will be easier to get stuff done. The couple headed out to Jubilife City for some shopping.
"Do you think that we should get help from a bunch of teenagers? Especially if they are twerps." James questioned as he, Jessie, and Meowth were walking to the mall to meet the teens. "Do they know how to help with a wedding?"
"James, it is the only help we have at the moment, they can't be useless. Plus, its only for a few things." Jessie said.
"Do you hear yourself?" Meowth spoke up. "These are the twerps! TWERPS!"
Jessie then stopped in her tracks. The twerps were their enemy, even if they were a bunch of kids. She was part of Team Rocket, and evil organization that stole Pokémon. She was evil…or well she was supposed to be.
"James, what if we were not to be part of Team Rocket?" Jessie asked. James stops walking, looked at her and spoke up.
"What are you talking about dear?"
"I am talking about living a normal life, forgetting all of this Team Rocket stuff." Jessie said as she held her future husband's hand. "It's not worth it, it doesn't make me happy. I enjoy being a teacher and not running around all day with a boss who doesn't give us the time of day. What is the point of it all? You enjoy being a teacher too, I see it in your eyes James."
James was silent because she was right. All of his life he wanted to be happy, who wouldn't? Being a teacher was fun for him and he loves it.
"Are you alls going to consider dis?" Meowth asked.
"You are right, I guess it is time to leave it all behind." James quietly said as he hugged her.
"We can be our own family, we don't need Team Rocket." Meowth spoke.
For such a big choice, they all new deep in their hearts that their previous life is not what they wanted.

They met up with the other kids and started right away. They all sat at a table in the food court and began discussing ideas.
"Did you think of a venue? It would help with what type of dress you are looking for." May pointed out.
"We thought about it and decided Dustox Flower Field." James answered.
"That is a beautiful place! It is were Dustox find their own mate and they basically get married themselves. How romantic!" Dawn squealed.
"Well, let's go dress shopping!" Misty chimed as she got up. The rest of the girls got up from their seats and started to head out of the mall until the boys started to get up themselves and followed them.
"Uh, where are you guys going?" Dawn asked.
"With you four." Drew answered.
"No! You can't come with us, we are going dress shopping!" May exclaimed.
"So what? We might get bored but it's mandatory right?" Paul said.
"You don't get it at all, do you?" Misty mumbled as she faced palmed.
"What? It will be quick anyway! Just pick a dress and leave." Ash assumed.
Still confused, Jessie finally spoke up. "The groom are not allowed to see the bride's dress before the wedding."
"What? That seems ridiculous." James said.
"How did you not know of all people?" Jessie questioned. "You were about to get married to a complete psychopath when you were younger."
"Do you honestly believe that I would want to remember that memory?" James mumbled. "That she-devil drove me insane, I can't even bother to hear her name."
"You mean Jessebelle?" Meowth reminded causing James to cringe.
"Okay here is the plan then; James, you and the boys go tuxedo shopping and please, do not get anything flashy." Jessie instructed. "Us girls are going to look for wedding dresses, call me when you are done."
And with that the girls left leaving the boys in tow.
"Do not worry Mr. James, I know exactly the place to get this tux of yours. Besides an international jewelry store chain, my mother owns a whole chain of wedding stores for tuxedos and dresses." Drew mentioned
"What does your mom not own?" Ash snickered and the four left to the store.

The girls were walking on the sidewalk and then Jessie suddenly realized something.
"I don't even know what kind of dress I want! Nevertheless a store to start with."
May than walked up to Jessie and then showed her a flier.
"What's this?" Jessie asked.
"Drew gave me this, apparently his mother owns a wedding dress store here in Jubilife City." May said handing Jessie the flyer.
"You are all more prepared for this wedding that I am." Jessie mumbled.
"It's just something that would be a last resort just incase you didn't find a dress." Dawn said.
"Might as well have you be my wedding planners." Jessie chuckled.
The girls walked to the store and inside was filled with beautiful dresses alike. Ball gowns, mermaid fit, slim fitting; you name it, they probably have it.
"I don't even know where to start." Jessie spoke as she awed at all of the wedding dresses. "This place also seems very exclusive, what makes you think they will give us service right away?"
"I got this." Dawn confidently said as she walked over to the front desk. "I would like one of your best assistants please."
The lady at the front desk eyed her down then looked back at Dawn.
"Aren't you a little young to be getting married?"
"Of course darling, I am here with this woman right here." Dawn said as she pointed to Jessie who gave the lady a small wave.
Dawn then started to have a full on conversation with the lady. Jessie, Misty and May were just watching in confusion. As words were exchanged, the woman started laughing. Dawn then came back with a piece of paper and handed it to Jessie.
"You can thank me later, I got the best consultant in this store to help with the dress." Dawn exclaimed with a smile plastered on her face.
"How did you do that?" Misty asked.
"I have my ways. Now let's start shopping!" Dawn squealed and led the rest to the the room to meet with a consultant.
Inside the room was no bigger than a regular living room and inside there were a few dresses. As the girls were waiting for Jessie's consultant, they decided to look around. After a few minutes, the door suddenly opened and entered a small elderly woman with short gray hair and dark sunglasses. She wore a sharp black blazer with a matching skirt and to top it off with a walking stick with a small dusk stone to embellish it. With her was a Chandelure who followed her every step.
"Who is zhe bride?" the elder spoke in a heavy French accent and sharply causing the girls step back in shock and pointed to Jessie.
"Follow me la femme!" the woman called to Jessie then looked to the teens. "Sit!"
May, Misty, and Dawn followed the lady's orders and sat down on the ground. The woman looked at them then spoke in an annoyed tone.
"On zhe couch you little Slowpokes."
The woman then lead Jessie in the changing room and the Chandelure stayed back with the teens. Inside the dressing room, Jessie was changed into a silk robe and and sat down on a chair.
"My name is Sonia Kiméra, I will be (h)elping with your dress." Sonia said as she took out a small notepad. "What are you looking for?"
"Uh, something traditional yet a bit modern." Jessie nervously replied. "I am not sure what I should wear."
With years of dressing up in different disguises, she should be a pro yet this is the hardest thing she is doing.
Shutting the notepad, Sonia got up and trotted out the door and came in within a minute with a rack filled with dresses.
"You are to try zhese dresses." Sonia said.
"Are you crazy? This is practically half the store on this rack!" Jessie yelled.
Sonia then gave Jessie a death glare and handed her a dress.
"Come out when you are done." Sonia sneered.
"Y-Yes ma'am!" Jessie said.
After a few minutes, Jessie came out of the dressing room with a haltered top and a straight skirt that styled into a lagoon puddle on the floor. It was plain but elegant.
"Zhis is Lagoon Beauty by Linda Wallace." Sonia said and motioned Jessie to turn.
"I am having mixed feelings about this." Jessie said as she looked at herself in the mirror.
"I don't think this fits your style, for starters your shoulders are too broad for a halter." May commented.
"Watch your mouth little twerp." Jessie sneered under her breath.
"I kinda like it." Misty said.
"Mist, you are going to say that about every dress." Dawn said. "I think you should try another one."
Jessie went back and came out with a long sleeved ballgown with loads of beading and a puffy and big skirt.
"Styled by R.K. Hedger, zhe Modern Cinderella."
"I don't think so." Jessie said. " This skirt is three of me combined!"
"What is not to like! You look like a princess." May said.
"NO!" Dawn and Misty yelled and gestured to the changing room.
After tons and tons of dresses and saying no, Jessie might actually have found the perfect dress. It was a strapless sweetheart neckline with just enough beading to look chic yet elegant. The skirt was a modern A-line with lace adding a vintage touch to it.
"I look fabulous!" Jessie exclaimed as she twirled in the dress.
The girls agreed and looked at Jessie.
"I think this is the dress." Jessie whispered as she admired herself in the mirror. "I can't believe I am getting married."
"Are you saying yes to zhe dress?" Sonia asked with a small smile.
Jessie nodded in reply and the girls cheered in excitement. After payments were made, Jessie looked at the girls and thanked them.
"Thank you for coming with me and helping, I never knew you twerp- I mean kids were so helpful."
"It was really fun! I am so glad you found a dress!" Dawn exclaimed.
"I was wondering if you could be my bridesmaids." Jessie asked.
"Us?" Misty asked.
"Why not? I mean, its a small wedding and a few members of my family is coming. I already have a Maid of Honor in mind and I need bridesmaids." Jessie explained.
"Yes! That would be so fun." Dawn agreed along with the rest of the girls.
"How about tomorrow we go look for bridal dresses?" Jessie suggested and the girl agreed.
As they were walking back to the mall, Jessie smiled to herself. Who knew, someone who were the enemy of these kids, someone who was up to know good; warm up to them. She even wants to leave Team Rocket for the sake of it. But if she were to leave the organization, how would her mother think about it; wherever he mother is for that matter. The reason why the rest of her family looked down upon Team Rocket is when Jessie's mother Miyamoto went missing. After trying to look for Mew, her mother got lost on the mission and was never heard of again. Her mother was passionate about Team Rocket and cared for Jessie. Miyamoto had to choose one and in order to take care of Jessie she had to take on the mission so she could make the money. But after being lost in a blizzard; being part of Team Rocket can be very dangerous.
"Maybe that's why I want to quit, it's way too dangerous…but would that make mom proud?" Jessie thought to herself.
