Percy's eyes fluttered open slowly, his mind groggy from exhaustion. He felt something soft and cool on his chest, and he slowly wrapped his arms around it. He smiled a little, and rested his cheek into the soft mat of fabric. 'Wait...' His sleeping mind whispered to him. 'This isn't fabric... It's hair.'

The mass on his chest slowly moved, turning a little and snuggling into the bare skin and satin sheets. Percy's thoughts clicked together slowly, piecing together what had happened. He had come into this room with Nico... He had pinned Nico to the bed... Then...

Percy's face darkened into a unnatural shade of pink as he realized what he did. He had made sweet love to Nico Di Angelo, in Nico's room. Percy's heart stopped dead in its tracks. 'After they got home from the club...' His mind grimly reminded him, ruining the sweet moment he was having. Percy sighed, slowly sliding out of Nico's soft embrace and into the room's warmer atmosphere.

Percy quietly slipped out of the room and found the bathroom. It was a decent size, white tiled floor, off white walls, a black shower curtain, and a cabinet full of towels. Percy picked out two towels and turned on the shower. He knew this was weird, but he felt all sticky and sweaty, he just had to get clean.

The water cascaded down his body gently, with the genteelness of a lover's kiss, and the warmth of a hot-spring. Percy closed his eyes and let the water wash away all his worries and let the stress just slide down the drain with the water. He started washing his body of the hard earned sweat and saliva when his mind started to wander back to the club.

'How could Annabeth do such a thing?" Percy though to himself, the embers of rage starting to build within the pit of his stomach. First, he tricked him, made him feel something he didn't for her. He had forgiven that bit a long time ago, but this... Trying to kill Nico with a dagger that was poisoned? That was too far. And she had hurting Rachel- He stopped before his mind reeled down a path he would not be able to come back from. Luna had sworn she would heal her, that she would be perfectly fine.

He slipped out of the shower and dried off, exiting the steamy bathroom into the hall. The sun was blinding when he entered the living room, almost forcing him back into the shadows of the hall. After a few minutes of adjusting to the brightness, he made his way to the kitchen. Nico would wake up soon, and if he he remembered him right, he would love some breakfast. 'Ok, that's not true.' He chuckled to himself. 'But he would eat it and appreciate the offer.'

He rummaged through the fridge and found some ingredients to make an omelet, and after a little bit he found a pan to make it in. He had just flipped the first one when he heard a knock on the door. 'Was Nico expecting someone?' Percy placed the omelet onto a plate and went to the door, throwing on his long trench coat before looking through the peep hole. He backed away from the door slowly, his face paling like he had seen a ghost. But all he saw was a pair of green eyes, and a mass of red, curly hair

'By the gods... It can't be.'

Rachel waited impatiently in front of the door, her face in a mask of annoyance as the minutes ticked by. She knocked on the door once more, this time getting a response.

"One sec!" Came a frantic whisper from the door. Rachel chuckled to herself as she leaned on the wall next to the door.

"Seems Percy's feeling better." She said to herself, smiling a little. "Wonder if they actually missed me."

The door opened as she said this, and Percy's big, infectious smile was spread across his face. "You bet your ass we did! Or at least I did." He said sheepishly. She smiled back at him, just as much as Percy was. God, she missed this lug head.

"You going to let me in?" She asked, her tone and expression becoming serious. "I need to talk to you and Nico."

"Why?" Percy asked, his smile starting to fade from his face. "Did something happen?"

"Yeah." Rachel said as she pushed past him into the apartment. "Something happened."

Nico woke up to the coldness of the bed, him mind registering he was alone in his room. He slowly sat up, pain shooting up his back as he did so. He groaned. "Percy really doesn't know the meaning of gentle." He groaned aloud as he slowly stood up. He sniffed the air, smelling the wonderful aroma of food wafting into his room. He heard his stomach growl, demanding food to quench its hunger. As much as he hated to admit it, he liked eating anything Percy made, even if it was all blue.

Nico wrapped himself in one of the unused satin sheets and made his way slowly to the hallway. He could hear the sizzling of eggs on the frying pan, the soft sound of Percy's loud whisper, and the soft patter of feet. Nico smiled a little, till he heard another voice. It was Rachel's.

Nico slowly disappeared into back into the darkness of his room. Why was she here? He slowly began his slow and painful process of putting on his boxers and baggy black jeans. 'She shouldn't be here. She shouldn't be with my Percy.' Nico thought. 'If she tries to steal him-' He stopped his thoughts as they knocked lightly on the doors of somewhere he did not want to wander.

"Oh hell no." Nico muttered dryly, running his hands through his hair. He shouldn't be getting jealous of Rachel. As far as he knew, Percy and Rachel were just friends. They have never had a romantic life, no kissing, no dating, not even holding- ok, holding hands maybe, but that wasn't romantic at all. Was it? 'No, no it wasn't.'

'But you don't know that.' a small voice whispered in the back of his head. 'You don't know if they were a thing...'

Nico shook his head, the whispers of doubt falling back into their place in his head. Percy loved him. He would have told him if Rachel and him were a couple. Though... they have lived in the same apartment... and he has run away because he didn't want to worry her... 'STOP RIGHT THERE!' Nico shook his head harder, trying to knock the evil thoughts' footing as they started to take a foothold in his mind. 'Percy would tell me if he and Rachel were a thing!'

'Would he?'

Nico left the darkness, his bare chest gleaming in the sunlight of the window as he softly crept from the darkness of the hall, his aching body protesting with every step he took. "Well, something smells wonderful."

Percy smiled over his shoulder at him as he flipped an egg. "Good afternoon, love!" Percy said with the chipper voice of a man who was on top the night before. Nico looked up at the clock and groaned. It was 3:56 pm. Shit. Percy placed the omelet on a plate for him and handed it to him, sneaking in a kiss that was tender and warm. "Enjoy." Percy said teasingly. Nico grunted in reply as he sat across from Rachel at the small table perfect for four people. She didn't look like a person who had just almost died from a poison dagger.

She smiled over at him."Hey, how was your morning?" She asked jokingly. She already had an omelet in front of her, half eaten with ketchup on it,so Nico imagined she had been here awhile.

"It was nice."He said politely, not wanting to give away how much he liked it. "How was almost dying?"

He watched her face darken, the look of someone who knew too much of how deep that question could dig into. Nico regretted asking the moment he saw that look. "It was... weird." She admitted slowly. "And it is also the reason whyI am here. Percy, get that ass over here so I can talk to BOTH of you."

Percy flipped his omelet in the pan, giving her a look that Nico had never seen. It was like a mix between a scowl and a smile, and it didn't fit Percy's face at all. "One moment, Rich girl."

Rachel sighed and played with her eggs. Nico began eating, getting the feeling that whatever this redheaded she-devil- 'She-devil? Oh gods not again.' Whatever SHE had to say, it wasn't going to be good. Percy joined them a few minutes later and sat down in the seat between them. "Ok, spill." Nico grunted, finishing his eggs as soon as Percy sat down. "What happened?" Rachel took a very deep breath, and looked between them slowly. She looked really sad, but when Percy reached to hold her hand like a gentle person he was, Nico shot her an annoyed glare. "Well?"He said acidly. Percy arched an eyebrow at him, his sea green eyes asking what the hell was his problem. In true Nico fashion, he ignored it. Rachel looked him dead in the eyes and calmly said the words that had been burning her tongue for the last few hours since she woke up in her apartment that morning.

"I think Luna is dead."
