Berserk's POV

After shifting around the bed, I noticed Blaze next to me, sound asleep. His snores were light. I smirked and started cooing in his ear.

"Make Berserk some pancakes. M&M pancakes, to be exact. She'll love you a lot more if you do it without burning down the kitchen again. Wake her up with a gentle hug and kiss, then take her to the kitchen. She'll love you a lot more. A lot more, more, more."

My last words faded as he shifted around.

"Nice try, Berserk."

I jolted when he smirked and popped an eye open. He chuckled and brought me closer, pecking my forehead.

"It was worth a shot," I shrugged.

"Well, since you were so desperate to the point where you tried hypnotizing me in my sleep, I'll willingly make you some M&M pancakes," he said with another annoying smirk.

My cheeks burned a scarlet red as a glare settled on my face. "Don't call it hypnotizing! It's more like...unconscious persuasion."

One of his brows rose questionably. "You sure? My word describes it more simply, but I won't use it because you'll probably give me an unwanted punch."

"You know me so well."

He got up as I ran a hand through my hair.

"What the-?"

Blaze glanced over me. "What is it?"

I looked under the bed. "Where are my ribbons?"

"Chill. They're hidden somewhere, but I'm not saying."

"Blaze! Where did you put them?"

"I don't want you to wear them. Keep your hair down just for today; it looks beautiful."

For the second time this morning, I blushed with a glare while one of my hands reached for a brush. It ran through my orange locks, untangling them. After stroking it a couple of times, I was about to put it into a ponytail, but Blaze snatched the only hairband I owned off of my wrist.

"When I said 'Keep your hair down', I meant 'Keep your hair down'."

"But I don't want it down!"

"But I do! Now come on, we're going to go eat."

I sat on the bed, stubbornly crossing my arms. "No."

Blaze turned on his heel, facing my with his own arms crossed. "No?"

"No."

"Don't say I didn't try taking you calmly."

In a blink of an eye, he pounced on me, his hands tickling my sides.

"B-Blaze! C-Cut it o-hahahaha-out! Stop! Hahahaha! Oka-hahahaha-okay! Fine! Fine! I'll go to the kitchen!"

The tickles ceased as he stood up straight, giving me a swift kiss in the process. I shoved him away and stomped into the kitchen, where Momoko was taking out some ingredients. Her miniature self sat some bowls on the table. Brute and Blade walked through the door, carrying some groceries. Brat walked out of the shower, drying out her hair with a towel. Blare walked out of his room in a sweatshirt and a pair sweatpants, seeming to be freshly bathed.

"Where are Kaoru and her mini self?" I questioned.

"Right here."

They walked through the hallway, sweating.

"You let some of your steam out on my punching bag?" Blade asked, giving Kaoru a side hug and ruffling her damp hair.

"Yeah," she nodded. "I'm going to take a shower. Can you watch Mini Me for a sec?"

"I will. Don't trust Blade with children," Brute informed, not even sparing a glance at her offended boyfriend.

Kaoru nodded and walked off.

"Don't take too long! We're going to make some M&M pancakes!" Momoko yelled after her.

She waved without looking back. "Sounds good to me! Oh, and don't forget to drag Miyako out of her room!"

"I'll go get her," Blare said, getting up.

"I'm going with," Brat insisted, following Blare into her counterpart's room.

An awkward silence settled in the kitchen.

"Everything's so depressing in this house," Blaze muttered to himself, taking a seat at the kitchen table.

His hands covered his face. I walked over to him pecked the top of his head.

"It'll end soon."

Momoko cracked some eggs into a bowl. "Yeah. I'm looking at house for my sisters and me."

We both snapped our heads at her.

"What? Are you serious?" Blaze asked in disbelief.

"Yup. With the money Brick, Boomer, and Butch paid us, we can live on our own for a month or two," she remarked, saying boys' names in a monotone voice.

"C'mon, Momoko. Let's not be irrational," I cautioned, walking over to her.

She smiled. "Relax. There's a house a block away from here that's really cheap and big. I'm going to call the couple after dinner to get an Open House tomorrow."

"Which one? The yellow one?" I quizzed.

Her head bobbled up and down. Blaze exchanged glances with me. He shook his head. Miyako and her mini self walked in with Blare and Brat.

"Do you want help with the pancakes?" Miyako offered.

"Yeah. Can you get the bag of M&Ms from the cabinet?" Momoko requested, pointing to the dirtiest one.

"Why'd you put it there?" I questioned.

"Because that's the last place Blade would look," she answered with a small giggle.

"She has a point," Blade shrugged, taking a seat away from Mini Kaoru.

Brute took a seat two spaces away from Blade. "The next time I see Butch's ugly face, I'm going to rip one of his eyes out."

"Boomer's going to be missing something very important soon," Brat growled.

"Brick's going to need a blood transfusion the next time we face each other," I hissed.

The boys didn't say anything. Weird. They'd usually be the first to make threats against the RRBZ. I exchanged glances with my sisters, who seemed to be suspicious as well. Before any of us could comment about it, Blade yelped.

"Ouch!"

We glanced over at him. He cradled his fingers while Mini Kaoru smirked triumphantly.

"She bit my finger again! I feel an infection coming on!" he cried, holding his finger that was showered with bite-marks.

"He was trying to poke my eye again!" she countered. "So, I gave him a little something-something."

Brute groaned, smacking her forehead. She picked up the mini and switched places with her.

Seriously, he can be so immature sometimes.

Brat's POV

When Kaoru stepped out of the shower, her miniature self dived in to take her own bath.

"So what'd I miss?" Kaoru questioned, noticing the sulking Blade.

"Your miniature self bit his finger again," Brute explained.

The green puff snickered and went to help her sisters with the cooking. Blare yanked me onto his lap and nuzzled his nose on my neck.

"Hey! What gives?" I demanded, looking at him.

"I'm bored and there's nothing to eat yet!" he complained.

I rolled my eyes and went back to my seat, but as soon as I did, my counterpart yanked me back.

"Stay," he said simply.

"No," I replied bitterly, going back to my seat.

I was yanked back.

"Stay."

I moved to my seat.

"No."

Yank.

"Stay."

Back.

"No."

Yank.

"Stay."

Back.

"No."

Yank.

"Stay!"

Back.

"No!"

Berserk, who kept looking back and forth, gave us a glare full of annoyance. "Will you two cut it out? I'm getting a migraine!"

"Tell him to leave me alone!" I said, pointing at him.

He gave me his finger in return. "Tell her to sit with me!"

Before we could get into an argument, the bathroom door opened to reveal a clean Mini Kaoru. She wore one of Kaoru's smallest tees. Her body plopped itself next to Brute, away from a defensive Blade.

"Pancakes are done!" Momoko announced.

Miyako walked over to me, placing a plate full of M&M pancakes in front of me. I licked my lips, but Blare shot me a look. I understood what he was trying to say and waited for everyone to get ready to pray for the food. We all held hands and closed our eyes. Blaze led us in prayer, and when he was done, we all dug in. My mouth welcomed the M&M pancakes.

"So, Momoko, about that 'moving to another house' idea, don't you think it'd be better if you and your sisters stayed?" Blaze questioned, giving her a pair of pleading eyes.

"I'm sorry, but I know you and the others would like some privacy," she replied casually.

"But I don't! Please don't leave me with him!" Berserk begged, jabbing a thumb towards Blaze.

"How about all of the girls stay while the boys move?" I suggested.

"Aw, admit it! You'd miss me in one day," Blare smirked, pulling me closer to him.

"In your dreams," I scoffed, moving back to my place and finishing my second pancake.

"Always," he winked.

"Yuck," the mini Puffs irked, sticking their tongues out.

I glared at him and decided to ignore anything else he'd say or do.

Momoko bit an M&M. "I'm positive on the fact that we should move."

"Where are you guys moving to?" I questioned.

"The big yellow house a block from here," she answered.

"I'm surprised the couple is selling it. They've been living there for years," Berserk inserted.

"Yeah. If you guys need help on moving the stuff, just tell Blade," Brute said, taking another pancake.

"Why me?" the said man questioned.

"Because they're going to need a mule to carry their stuff."

The whole table 'ooooh'ed. I tried to keep my laughter in check.

"Dating a mule would be better than dating you," Blade muttered, only to slap a hand over his mouth right after.

The room a deadly quiet.

"The feeling's mutual," Brute shrugged, finishing her plate and walking out.

"Wait, Brute?" Blade called, running after her.

"They'll make up. They always do," Blare said after noticing the miniature Puffs' looks.

"Well, I'm full. I'm going to make that call; see ya," Momoko dismissed, taking her phone and mini self to her room.

"I think I'm done too," I said, getting up and going to the room I -was forced to- share with Blare.

My headphones and phone greeted me, playing one of my favorite songs. I laid down on the bed and scrolled through my news feed, checking my messages and notifications. One of my messages caught my eye.

To: Brat

From: AJ Hernandez. Sent at 7:23 pm from Tokyo, Japan. Subject: Cutie

Hey girl. I'm chilling at the docks. HMU?

My eyelids went halfway down in annoyance. He always sends me these texts and Blare always gets mad. Just as I was about to reply a 'Stop talking to me', Blare walked in and jumped next to me.

"Who're you texting?" he questioned, looking at my phone closely.

"Same old, same old," I answered nonchalantly.

He glared at the device in my hands. "When will he give up?"

I pressed my lips on his and closed my eyes, taking a picture. Once the small kiss was done, I checked the picture. Both of our eyes were closed.

Perfect.

After typing a quick message with it, the picture was sent.

To: AJ Hernandez

From: Brat. Sent at 7:25 pm from Tokyo, Japan. Subject: Get lost.

Stop trying to get with me or else my boyfriend will kick ur flirty behind. And BTW, im blocking u!

Blare smirked at the message and took my phone, pausing the music. He threw it on the night stand and hugged me tight, his whole body enveloping mine.

"I love it when you tell other guys to beat it," he murmured into my ear.

"And I love it when you tell other girls to beat it," I responded, pecking his temple and starting a new topic.

"So, what're you and your brothers hiding?"

He stiffened.

"What do you mean? We're not hiding anything."

"Oh-ho-ho! Don't think you can trick me, now spill or else no more kisses until next month."

Brute's POV

I simply stared at Blade after he finished his story.

"Seriously? That didn't even look like a fake fight! It looked like you really wanted to beat him to a pulp!"

He put a hand over my mouth, hissing like a snake.

"Quiet it down! Do you want any of the girls to hear us?" he whispered harshly.

My teeth sunk into his palm, making him jerk it back. He cradled it, whining.

"Why is everyone abusing my hand?"

With a roll of my eyes, I got up. Blade rose an eyebrow.

"Where're you going?"

"I'm going to go somewhere you're not. We're not dating since you'd rather have a mule than me."

His face blanked, but then it quickly transformed into a pout.

"But ba-abe! You called me a mule!"

"You sure do have a point, but you should've said something that didn't involve our relationship."

With a growl, Blade trapped me between him and the wall, hiding his face into my hair.

"Why do you have to be so difficult?" he murmured lowly, kissing my cheek.

I managed to cross my arms through the limited space he gave me. "Because."

"Come on, you want to go chill somewhere? My treat," Blade offered, his tone hopeful.

"It's late," I pointed out.

"Then how about we play some video games? May I suggest Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe?"

I contemplated on his suggestion. Better than going out this late. He didn't wait for me to say yes; instead, he threw me on the bed and tossed me an Xbox remote. He had his already on, so all he had to do was leap next to me. Once we got comfortable, the game stared. I chose Sub Zero and he chose Barraka. I smirked and did an ice slide. He countered with an uppercut. We started getting serious. Seconds turned into minutes, and minutes turned into hours. A loud knock was heard, followed by the sound of a door slamming open. A dark looking Berserk stood in the doorway. Blaze, who was behind her, seemed sleepily angry.

"Are you two aware of the time?" Berserk growled.

"Um, midnight?" I guessed.

"It's freaking 3:30am, you morons! Go to sleep!" Blaze lashed out.

"We'll just watch some movies, then," Blade shrugged.

The couple glared at us. Before they left, they unplugged our console, DVD player, and TV, taking it with them. I sweat dropped.

"You just had to say something," I sighed, snuggling into a pillow.

"It was mandatory," he smirked playfully, snuggling into my back that faced him.

His arms snaked around my waist, making me face him. He pecked the tip of my nose with a smile.

"I love you," he murmured, burrowing his face into the crook of my neck.

I flushed. "Love you, too."

He pulled back, whining. "Noooo! Say it right!"

"SHUT UP YOU TWO!" my screeching blonde sister bellowed with her oh-so-wonderful boyfriend.

"Noooo, say it right," Blade repeated in the same tone, lowering his voice to a whisper.

My eyes rolled. "Love you, too."

"Noooo," he lectured, taking my cheeks into his hand and squeezing them so my lips resembled a fish's. "Say it after me. I."

"Blade, this is stu-."

"Repeat it or else I won't let you sleep for the rest of the night."

With a groan, I gave in to save my slumber. "I."

"Love," he continued with a satisfied smile.

"Love."

"You."

"You."

"Too."

"Too."

"I love you, too."

"I love you, too."

"There you go," he said, giving me a small peck on the lips.

I yawned and dug my face into the pillow. "Let's go to sleep. Dealing with you all night is tiring."

A low chuckle erupted in his throat as he hugged me to his chest. He smelled like pine trees. I took his scent into my lungs, smiling. Blade draped a blanket over us.

"Goodnight, babe."

"Goodnight, mule."

During The Afternoon...

I rolled over to see my boyfriend for the nth time. This is something on my expectation list. Wake up, see Blade, wait until he wakes up, then pretend to sleep again to see what he'd do. I glanced over to see the TV and other things back. And as for Blade, he didn't stay asleep for long. His eyelids lazily went up. I snapped my eyes closed and tried to act like I was still dreaming.

"Brute, babe, wake up," he murmured, gently rocking my shoulder.

"Mmmmm," I mumbled, shifting to the other side of the bed. "Lemme sleep."

"No, it's already 1:30pm. Time to get up," he encouraged, laying down on top if me.

"Elsa, Elsa! Time to get up," he grinned cockily, shaking me.

I stayed quiet. When he noticed I wasn't going to play along, he started jumping on top of me, 'waaaaaaah'ing like a child. After enduring his tantrum for a minute, I growled and played along before he fractured any of my bones.

"Go back to sleep, Anna," I hissed.

I could practically hear him smirk in victory. Blade laid down (STILL ON TOP OF ME) stomach-side up with a dramatic sigh.

"I can't. The sky's awake, so I'm awake, so we have to play."

Once he finished that sentence, needless to day, he was shoved off.

Roughly.

He 'oomph'ed and waited a second before gasping as if he had an idea. His body climbed back on top of me, opening one of my eyes.

"Do you want to build a snowman?"

"No."

Blade laughed and pecked my forehead. "Come on, babe. Let's go see when the girls are going to go visit that house."

I groaned and got up, walking into the bathroom and doing my morning necessities, thinking on how Butch would make Kaoru forgive him.

"That boy is in some deep trouble," I thought, spitting out the remains of the mouthwash inside of my mouth.

Momoko's POV

I was getting my purse and wallet when Brute and Blade walked in.

"Hey guys," I greeted.

"Morning, you on your way to your Open House?" Blade questioned.

"Yeah. Everyone's waiting outside," I informed.

"Well, we came just on time," Brute smirked.

I smiled and led them out, only for them to get glares from their fellow siblings.

"Did I miss something?" Miyako questioned.

"You don't want to know," Blare stated.

Mini Me floated by my side as we all started to walk.

"I miss the guys," she said.

"I don't," I huffed.

"Don't you think you're being a little too harsh about this?" she continued, looking at me.

I gazed forward so she wouldn't see the hesitation in my eyes. "No. Brick loved me, I loved him, he lied, I broke it off. End of story; period."

"But maybe he wanted you to stay with him," she protested.

"He didn't need to lie to my face, making me his maid for a longer period of time," I pointed out. "Why are you taking his side anyway?"

She blushed a tiny bit, immediately becoming defensive. "No reason. I just think it'd be better if we went back to the mansion to sort things out with Brick."

It all clicked. I smiled widely. "You have a crush on Brick, don't you?"

"W-what? No! He's your ex-boyfriend!" she sputtered, turning bright red.

"No, no, no! Don't give me any of that! You and I both know we're talking about Mini Brick!" I teased.

"I don't like him!" she denied.

"Sure you don't," I laughed.

We kept talking, or in this case, one teasing and another denying, until we reached the open house. The walk didn't even take long. It was just five minutes away from Blaze's house. Once we arrived, there was a note stuck onto the door. Berserk, being the first one to reach the porch, took it and started reading aloud.

"To whomever requested for the Open House,

My husband and I recently decided to travel all over the world in a cruise for the next couple of months, so we had to leave today. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. And if you're interested in the house, great. If you're not, please leave the key to our trusted neighbors. They will take care of the money, so give them the check (made out to Patrick Jenson) and/or cash. They're the ones that lives in the light green house. Feel free to search the house. There's nothing to steal, the house is completely empty, except for the basic things. Toilet, shower, stove, dishwasher, etc.

Thank you,

Christina Jenson."

We all looked at each other.

"Well, I guess we can move in already," I grinned.

"I'll go give the neighbors the money," Kaoru volunteered, taking the envelope full of cash and walking to the light green house.

Brute took the key into her hand and unlocked the door. She walked in with everyone trailing behind her.

"Not bad," Blade commented, looking around.

"I call the master bedroom!" I hollered, zooming towards it to officially make it so.

The house had two floors. There was 3 bedrooms, a guest room, a small library, living room, beautiful kitchen, two bathrooms on each floor, and a great backyard.

"This is a great place live in," Brat awed.

"I know, right?" Bubbles grinned, taking the room closest to the stairs.

"Come on, we have to move your beds and other belongings in," Blare stated, walking out of the house.

I nodded in agreement, zapping the 'For Sale' sign into dust. It was lucky that we had super powers. Moving my stuff into my new master bedroom was a piece of cake. It was night when we all got settled.

"You know, we never had that sleepover," Berserk commented.

"That's right," Brat mumbled.

"You guys want to have one tonight?" Kaoru asked.

"No!" Blade interrupted, taking Brute to his chest, gashing his teeth out. "You can't take her from me! I won't allow it!"

The girls and I sweat-dropped. Blaze took Berserk's waist and kissed her cheek.

"Don't you want to stay with me?" he pouted, nuzzling his nose to her neck.

"No," she replied.

"Why not?" he whined.

"Because you took my ribbons," she answered with a slight growl.

"Poor brothers," Blare teased, grabbing Brat's hand. "At least my girl will stay with me, isn't that right, Brat?"

She rose an eyebrow at him. "Um, nope."

His face fell. "B-but-!"

"No buts," she said, cutting him off. "I see you every day and Miyako needs me to stick around to keep Boomer away from her."

"Who's going to keep the monsters away from me during the night?" he wailed, hugging her tightly.

She managed to pry his arms off of her and step back. "Blare, stop being a wimp. You know you're not scared during the night."

"Okay, I admit that part, but I only use it because it's the only excuse I have!"

"You can survive one night with your brothers."

"No I can't! Blaze always thrashes and Blade snores like a hog!"

"Hey!" his brothers growled.

The Punks rolled their eyes and shoved their boyfriends out the door, slamming it behind them. I giggled.

'Poor boys,' I thought.

Kaoru's POV

"Bye guys!" my sisters and I yelled loudly towards the door.

Just when we were all going to walk into the living room, a knock was heard. Brute opened it, only to meet Blade.

"What? No goodnight kiss?" he asked, pointing at his lips.

"No!" she growled, closing the door in his face with a huff.

The rest of us snickered when we heard Blaze and Blare laughing, saying 'I told you so!' and 'Reject!'.

"You got any PJs we can borrow?" Berserk asked.

"Yeah, I've got some red ones upstairs," Momoko said, leading her up to her room.

"Come on, Brat! I've got some cute shorts and a tank top for you!" Miyako grinned, grabbing her hand and dragging the poor victim upstairs.

"Sweatpants and a tee?" Brute questioned simply.

"You got it," I nodded, walking up to my room with her on my heels.

Mini me was in my room, jumping on my bed.

"Hey! You're going to break it!" I growled, lunging at her and landing on the mattress, giving her a noogie.

"Ouch-hey, cut it out! It hurts!" she complained. "Uncle, uncle!"

I let her go and smirked triumphantly. "Good, now chill."

She huffed and crossed her arms in defiance, diving under the covers. I chuckled on my walk over to my dresser. After chucking some clothes at Brute playfully, I changed myself. My PJs consisted of black sweatpants and green tank top with some black socks. Brute pulled my hair back into a ponytail, letting my bangs flow free. She just let hers flow free. Her pajamas were some dark green sweatpants and a black shirt.

"Let's go downstairs, Kaoru. Munchkin, you should wear a tee," she advised, heading out the door.

"I'll catch up in a sec!" I called after her, rummaging through a drawer and throwing Mini Me a green shirt.

She rolled around in the blanket she was covering herself in and sucked the shirt down with her. After a quick second, she zoomed out and went for the door. I sighed when she closed the door behind her. Butch. You've done some pretty stupid things before, but this beats them all. That simple fact stabbed through my heart, making it ache.

"You're so stupid for believing he actually changed," I mumbled to myself, feeling like I should just curl under the covers and stay there for good.

At least no one could hurt me there.

A knock was heard on the door, and Brute walked back in. She leaned on the door.

"You're thinking of him," she stated plainly, crossing her arms.

"And I'm hating myself for it," I admitted.

"You know, this whole fight is getting out of proportion."

"I never did like doing things with a limit."

"But this is affecting you. Yourself. Plus, it's killing a certain-someone, too."

"May he rest in peace, or better yet, pieces."

"Don't you think you should give him another shot?"

"Another shot? He asked for one, not two."

"He's trying, Kaoru."

"I don't see him doing anything besides picking fights with Blade."

"Just because you don't see something doesn't mean it's not there."

"And what's that supposed to mean in this situation?"

"I don't know, figure it out. I just wanted to use the quote."

I cracked a smile. Brute smirked.

"See? There, better. Now come on, everyone's going to wonder where we're at."

"Alright."

We walked down to meet the girls, who were all in a circle. Miyako was walking around, lightly hitting everyone's head.

"Duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!" she squealed, smaking the top of Berserk's head and running for it.

The red Punk shot up to her feet and lunged for Miyako, who ducked down. Berserk met the floor as Miyako met her goal. I rose an eyebrow at them.

"What are we? 8?" I questioned, making them all look at me. "...Move over."

The girls cheered and made room for Brute and me.

"Alright, my turn," Berserk said, walking around and hitting our heads. "Duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!"

I was her next target, so I zoomed up and ran after her. She grinned and jumped down to where I was sitting at.

"Hey! That's cheating!" I accused.

"We didn't say there'd be any rules," she pointed out smugly, crossing her arms.

A light bulb went off in my head. I walked around the circle, tapping everyone's head (giving Berserk a harder one).

"Duck, duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!" I screeched, smacking Brat's head and running around in the circle. She was about to tag me, but then I shot lasers at her feet, making her stop in total surprise. I skipped to her old seat and sat down triumphantly.

"Hey! No powers!" she snapped, placing her hands on her hips.

"Berserk said there wasn't any rules," I smirked.

She glared at me, then continued the game and giving me a big smack atop of my head. I winced before checking to see if there was a bump there. Nope, I'm good.

"Duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!" she screamed before running around the circle.

Momoko was her victim, and since Brat took forever, she was slow on getting up. Brat was already waiting for her to get up by the time she got up to run. Knowing it was futile to argue, Momoko huffed and continued the game. She was slow.

"Duck...duck...duck...duck...duck...duck...duck...duck...GOOSE!"

When she yelled the key word to the game, Brute's eyes widened as she realized she was chosen. She got up and chased Momoko. Momoko led her all around the living room. They continued the cop-like chase upstairs, then suddenly, my red-headed sister sprinted through the door, sitting next to me. Brute came back downstairs, crossing her arms.

"There was no way I was going to jump out of the window," she informed flatly.

"I knew you weren't going to, so that's why I took it," Momoko said matter-of-factly.

The rest of us either laughed or chuckled as Brute flopped down on the couch.

Miyako's POV

Everyone calmed down after a minute, letting a small silence pass by.

"Am I the only one that realized that the munchkins aren't here?" Berserk pointed out.

My head snapped around, looking for my miniature self.

"Where'd they go?" I questioned frantically, shooting up to my feet.

"I think they went to the RRBZ Mansion," Brute stated plainly.

"What makes you say that?" Kaoru asked, raising a brow.

"Because they left a note," she replied, passing it to her counterpart.

My green-eyed sister skimmed through it before passing the note over to Momoko, who read it aloud.

"Dear Older People:

We went to the RRBZ Mansion to get some answers, so we'll be back as soon as we can. We know you guys won't come because you're too stubborn to face the boys at the moment. Oh, by the way, Older Blossom, look under your pillow. Brick didn't mean to put it there, but when we honeyed his hat, we stumbled upon it. Don't forget to look behind it, too.

Love, the PPG!

PS: Please don't kill us when we come back."

Momoko clutched the note in her hands, one of her veins bulging.

"Why are they on their side?" she demanded to no one in particular.

"Well, what do we do now?" I quizzed quietly.

"How about my sisters and I go to the RRBZ Mansion and retrieve the girls while you three stay here?" Brat suggested.

"That doesn't sound too bad," Berserk nodded. "Do you girls mind waiting for an hour? The mansion is pretty far from here."

"Yeah, we'll be fine," Momoko responded. "When you girls get back, we'll watch movies and eat all of the junk food we have."

The Punks smirked at the idea.

"Alright, we're heading off," Brute said, walking out of the door.

Her sisters followed. Once the door was shut, Momoko walked upstairs.

"You going to check what's under your pillow?" Kaoru asked.

"Yup."

I floated towards my red-headed sister's room with Kaoru by my side. She stood still in the middle of her room, a small piece of paper in her hands. I leaned over her shoulder to see a picture of her and Brick together. He was kissing her cheek and she was blushing. Momoko's hand shook hesitantly as she turned the picture around.

We'll meet some day again, and when we do, I won't be letting go of you ever again.

"Those seem like the words of a stalker."

I tried not to laugh at Kaoru's statement, but the leader girl sure didn't. She laughed and laughed and laughed, letting her shoulders shake up and down. I couldn't help myself anymore; I laughed with her. Kaoru simply snickered. Our good little mood was interrupted when Buttercup's phone played a short ringtone, alerting her that she had a message. She walked downstairs for a minute or two, only to surprise Momoko and me by coming back up in a sprint.

"Girls! Lock the doors! The windows! Everything!" she barked, already closing a window.

"Why?" I questioned with a puzzled tone.

"Just do it!" she ordered strictly.

I ran downstairs, locking the front and back door. Momoko locked the windows in the kitchen, living room, and the bathroom. We all gathered up in the living room after Kaoru's orders were obeyed.

"Why're we having a lockdown?" Momoko quizzed.

Kaoru simply showed us her phone. "The munchkins were texting the boys through my phone."

There was at least twenty messages of them coming up with a plan. A specific message caught my attention, though.

From: Butchie Boy

Sent from Tokyo, Japan at 10:23 pm. Subject: Plan

Alright, now hurry up and come to the mansion. The punks will pretend to think you 3 are gone, suggest to leave for an hour, then the girls will be alone in the house, which will be the perfect time to get them.

My eyes widened. The minis, the Punks...they were helping them? Who knows if the Rights were involved in this, too!?

"Um, uh, ah, a-all we have to do is just calm down and make sure none of the boys come in, which will be impossible since all of the entrances are closed," Momoko instructed nervously, sitting down on the sofa and turning on the TV.

Kaoru and I nodded slowly, following her suit. A SpongeBob Squarepants marathon was on. After watching the episode where SpongeBob made that nasty sundae, the lights flickered off.

"A fuse?" I mumbled, looking around the room.

Suddenly, a red streak passed by, making Momoko disappear.

"They're here!" Kaoru hollered, making a beeline for the front door.

It was too late. A green streak zoomed around her, fading away and leaving me alone. I jumped behind the sofa, my guard up. A blue streak surrounded me, and a pair of blue eyes bore into mine. Two strong arms scooped me up as my kidnapper ran out the door, taking me into the woods. Fear filled my features. It's him. The man I never wanted to see again.

Boomer.

He slowed down in front of a lake and sat me on a picnic blanket.

"Boomer, what're you doing? Take me h-!"

He cut me off with a hug. A strong, firm hug. My arms tried pushing him away, but he wouldn't have it. I stood still. Once Boomer let me go, I looked around with a little surprise. There was a full moon out tonight. A stereo was playing music, a small dinner was on the blanket, and some candles were lit. My head shook in denial.

"No, no, Boomer, take me home. I don't want to be here, not with you, not like this. Please, leave me alone."

His eyes were full of regret and apologies, but I didn't want to accept any of them.

"Miyako, listen to m-."

Before I could let him finish that stupid sentence, something inside of me snapped.

"No! I'm done! We're done! You can't seriously think I'd let this slip by like the little clueless girl you and the whole world think I am! Can't you just move on? Why can't you accept the fact that I don't want to be in a relationship with you?! Actually, I don't even want to be acquainted with you! Just LEAVE ME ALONE, BOOMER!"

He looked taken aback. My lip quivered, but I kept my tears back. I recomposed myself and turned around, only to feel his warm arms around me.

"Miyako, I'm sorry, but I won't accept the fact that you want to move on. I don't think you're a little clueless girl. You're nice, sweet, caring, and strong. I don't want to move on. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't. You're one of a kind. I can't leave you alone, Miyako, because I LOVE YOU!"

My breath quickened at his last three words. I always fell for that trap. Not this time. Never again. I turned on my heel and pushed him off of me.

"Stop it," I said in a strong tone. "We're never going to get back together."

His face fell. "M-Miyako..."

"Goodbye, Boomer."

I turned around and was about to fly off, but the sound of something falling into water stopped me. My head snapped to see...Boomer drowning himself?!

"Boomer?!" I screeched, flying over to him and grabbing his arm in an attempt to get him out.

He struggled against me, trying to fall back into the water.

"Let me drown! If you truly don't love me anymore, let me die!"

Panic rose in my head. He can't be serious.

"Tell me you don't love me anymore," he said seriously, locking his eyes with mine.

I didn't know what to do.

"B-boomer, please, don't do thi-."

"Tell me you don't love me anymore," he repeated desperately.

My mouth opened, then closed. What to do, what to do?! Boomer noticed I was hesitating, so he dived back into the water. I lost grip and he seriously fell in! Without another thought, I lunged in after him. He was letting himself sink! My arms grasped his torso and hauled him back up to the surface. He wasn't breathing, so I pressed my lips on his and blew in and out. His breath came back as I pulled away to let him regain himself. He looked broken, scared, angry, and tired. That makes two of us.

"Boomer, stop this. You don't need me, I know it. Someday, you're going to meet a girl that's better than me and you'll forget whatever happened between us."

He shook his head furiously, pinning me on the ground. His hair loomed around his head, letting a couple of drops of water land on my face.

"I don't want that girl, because I'm pretty sure she doesn't exist. Miyako, no one can possibly be better than you. I love you for you. Now, don't think I forgot what I was asking for. Look at me in the eyes and tell me you don't love me," he said, putting his hands over mine and tangling our fingers.

My eyes widened. A small silence passed.

"Miyako, please," he pleaded. "Tell me; I'll respect your choice. I promise."

I looked into his eyes, already set with an answer. My mouth opened.

"I...I don't un-love you."

He seemed to be confused, but then he took a couple of seconds to figure it out. I used that time to slip away and run for it. The girls are going to kill me when they figure out I forgave Boomer! Seconds later, someone caught me and ran back to the picnic blanket, setting me down before attacking my lips. I blinked to see Boomer, his own eyes opened. Actually, they were half-closed. I tried to resist the kiss, but it couldn't be helped. I answered and wrapped my arms around his neck to bring him closer. His hands cupped my cheeks.

"I love you," he murmured.

I took a while to say it back, and he waited patiently for me to do so. Our lips separated.

"I love you, too," I whispered.

His face broke into a huge smile as he got on a knee. Butterflies fluttered in my stomach. This isn't a... It couldn't be... Can it? He took out a small navy box and held it up.

"Miyako, I'm tired of us separating, then coming back together. I want to stay with you for good, so I'm going to ask you once: Will you marry me?"

His eyes were now full of hope. My hands slapped themselves over my mouth as tears prickled at the sides of my eyes. I nodded.

"Yes...yes! Yes, I do!" I squealed, jumping into his arms and placing kisses all over his face.

Suddenly, a thought occurred to me. Where are my sisters?

Kaoru's POV

I fought against the arms that carried me.

"Butch! Let me go!" I demanded, trying to bite one of his arms.

He was silent throughout the whole run. It wasn't until 10 minutes later that he came to a stop. We were on the top of what seemed to be an abandoned building.

"Where are we?" I questioned, looking around.

I've never been here, and trust me, with me being a superhero and all, it makes every single street in Tokyo as easy to find as repeating the alphabet. Butch sat down on the edge, looking up to the sky.

"This is my secret place," he mumbled quietly.

Not wanting to be here anymore, I floated towards the opposite direction to go home. A hand held my arm back and another one poked my stomach, making me wince. The bruise was almost healed, but it still hurts if pressure is added.

"I knew it didn't healed yet," he said.

"Oh gee, I didn't know either," I snapped sarcastically, trying to get away.

Butch pinned my arms behind my back, making me turn around.

"What do you think you're doing? Cut it out!" I hissed, raising a leg and slamming it into his manhood.

It didn't faze him, but his eyes did widen a bit.

"Does that make you feel any better?" he wheezed out, narrowing his eyes after regaining his normal eye size.

"No," I answered angrily.

He punched my cheek, adding fuel to the fire.

"Well, I dunno about you, but that made me feel better," he smirked.

My anger grew, turning into fury. I clutched his hair and banged our heads together. His forehead started bleeding a little bit, and for some odd reason, it made me feel good. He punched my side and threw me on the ground, which was a far way down. There was a group of sharp rocks waiting for me there. I cut my arm, side, and legs, but they were minor. Butch flew down in front of me and took some of my blood on his finger, licking it. My face scrunched up in disgust.

"I love you," he whispered in my ear, kissing my cheek, and floating back up to the sky.

He put his hands out, motioning for me to come at him. With a seething look on my face, I zoomed up to him and kneed his stomach.

"Lies! Those words are a bunch of lies!" I roared, now taking his head in my hands and sinking my nails in.

Blood oozed from the pressure, and to be honest, it would be the least of his worries. I slammed him to a wall and started giving him a punch after punch. He coughed out blood, making me smile maliciously. He received a kick to the chin, sending him to the sky.

"Everything we've done together is gone! I could care less about any of it!" I screamed furiously, sending a blast his way.

He didn't say anything. His silence annoyed me, so I punched him in the gut, cheek, stomach, temple, side, and face. All of my anger and frustration was getting to me, strengthening my hits. For my final attack, my hand formed a first while the other covered it, and the both of them slammed themselves on top of his head. He was sent to the top of the building, crashing through all of the floors. The whole building collapsed on him. My eyes widened. What have I done? I flew down at full speed and threw all of the pieces everywhere.

"Butch! Butch! Where are you?" I called.

When there was no answer, I used my X-ray vision. Why did I beat him up? He's probably dying! The mere thought made me look faster. Something moved behind me, making me turn my head. A hand stuck out, and before I could go get to it, it went limp. I ran over to the lifeless-looking body part and started removing the rubble.

"Don't you dare die, you dimwit! You can't! I won't let you!" I yelled, removing a rock to see his ripped up shirt.

After digging for a minute or three, he was completely dug out. His eyes were closed and his body wasn't moving.

"Butch?" I whispered quietly.

No answer.

I wanted to cry, but I didn't. Only if he was truly dead. I hovered over his stomach, my legs on each side of him. I placed my hands on his chest and pushed, trying to put air back into his lungs. He didn't budge. My hope started vanishing as I pressed my lips on his, pinching his nose. I breathed our air; in and out. To my utter relief, he coughed and turned to a side, clutching his stomach. Some blood came out of his mouth, making me wince.

"Did that feel good?" he asked between bloody coughs.

"The fight or the fact you were about to die?" I inquired.

"Both would be nice."

I sighed. "The fight? It actually felt good, relaxing, and nice. The fact you were about to die? It was horrifying, you nimrod!"

"So you still care," he said with a small smirk.

My pupils dilated. Crap. "Yeah, I'm a hero. It's common to worry about injured people."

"But did you have a relationship with any other person you've ever saved?"

His own eyes shrunk. "Actually, please tell me you didn't."

I chuckled. "No, no I didn't."

He looked up at me. "So, am I forgiven?"

I thought about it. He did let me beat him up and he did care when we were dating. He was loving and always jealous if I ever blinked twice at another guy. Realization dawned on me. I've only been thinking of the things he's done wrong. Not the things he did right. I looked at him and leaned down, teasingly putting my lips near his.

"I don't know. Are you?"

He grinned playfully. "I'd say I am."

"Really?"

"Really."

"Well, since you think so, then I think so, too."

My lips brushed above his. He flipped me over so that he'd be on top now.

"Are you sure you want to be on top? You seem pretty beat up," I stated.

"And who's fault is that?" he grinned.

"Yours," I answered, leaning up and connecting our lips.

He wrapped an arm around my torso, the other balancing the both of us.

"Marry me?" he asked into the kiss.

My eyes snapped open, pulling away to see him holding a ring.

"This is a joke," I said, shaking my head in disbelief.

"No, it isn't," he reassured, holding my left hand.

"Leave it to you to ask a girl to marry him when you're injured and in front of a destroyed building in the dark," I chuckled.

"And leave it to you to say yes to me in front of the destroyed building in the dark," he smiled.

"Well, to answer your question, Jojo, yes. Yes, I will."

He placed the ring on my left ring finger. "I love you, Kaoru."

I kissed him. "I love you, too, Butch."

Momoko's POV

Brick took me up into the sky, passing the atmosphere, and onto a boulder. It reminded me of the one my sisters and I hid in when we were first created.

"We need to talk," he said, getting straight to the point.

"There's nothing to talk about," I spat.

"Are you sure about that? Because I know there are some major things that are pissing you off," he informed.

"I wonder what type of things? Maybe the fact that I gave my ex-boyfriend a second chance and he blew it by making me his freaking maid for a longer period of time! You were lying to my face, Brick!"

"I didn't want to, but you and I both knew that you'd leave!"

"I would've visited!"

"But I'm the freaking boss and owner of a famous company, not to mention that I'm one of the rulers of Japan! And guess what? I've been cutting my meetings early just to spend a couple of hours with you! I've been cutting them off for so long that after today, I won't getting anymore vacations for a year! In reality, I work from six o' clock in the morning until 8 o' clock, but I manage to take away four hours so I can see you! That's how much I love you, dang it!"

I was taken aback. He's been doing all of that for me?

"And what's so special about me that makes you to sacrifice all of that? What do I have that any other girl in the world doesn't? Just pick one of them out and they'll be all over you! Why me? What have I done to make you love me?"

His eyes narrowed as he stepped closer, taking my face in his hands and making my eyes lock with his. He crashed our lips together, leaning his head to a side to deepen it. I don't know what possessed me to kiss back, but it happened. My hands tangled themselves with his hair, knocking his hat off. His arms brought me as close to his chest as they could.

"You make me feel alive when we kiss," he said, separating our lips and embracing me.

"You make something spark through a simple hug," he continued, digging his chin into the crook of my neck, making me giggle.

"You make me have goose bumps just for laughing," he carried on, taking my hand and placing it on his arm to prove his point.

"You make me calm through a simple touch," he listed as his goose bumps disappeared. The sentence made me blush.

"And only you can make me smile by just blushing," he finished, smiling a tiny bit.

My mouth was glued shut. He's been trying hard to make sure we'd see each other every day and I'm over here, getting mad at something that seems minor now. A small silence passed by.

"Please say something," he pleaded, wrapping his arms around me and pushing my body towards his chest.

"What am I supposed to say?" I asked silently.

"Anything you want."

I looked up at him. What should I say? Suddenly, the perfect thing came to my head.

"We'll meet some day again, and when we do, I won't be letting go of you ever again."

His face fell, a huge blush settling on his cheeks. "Y-you..."

I reached in my pocket and took the picture out while smirking. "Oh yeah."

"I'm going to kill the munchkins," he mumbled, mainly towards himself.

"And speaking of the munchkins, where are they?" I quizzed.

"Oh, they're hanging out with the Punks and Rights," he answered carelessly.

"When do you think they'll go back to their dimension?"

"Hopefully, soon. Mini Me is really annoying."

"I know. I fought him when I younger."

"He-ey!"

I giggled. "It's true."

He smirked and nuzzled his nose against my neck. "So, does this mean we're back together?"

"Why yes, it does."

"Good. Now, I've got something to ask you."

"And what may that question be?"

Brick sunk to a knee, holding out a red velvet box and popping it open. "Will you marry me?"

I almost tripped over my own two feet. He's really going to do this? Now? Out of the freaking blue?

"Are you sure you want to be with me for the rest of eternity?" I hesitated.

He got back up, took the back of my neck with one hand, and crashing our lips together. When we parted for air, he immediately went back for my lips. After doing this for the nth time, I stopped him by holding his shoulders back.

"Okay, okay, I get it," I laughed. "And yes, I would love to marry you, Brick."

He grinned cheekily and placed the ring on my left ring finger.

"This, my dear Momoko, means you can't back down," he said, kissing my hand.

"What about the part of the speech where the priest says 'If anyone objects, then speak now or forever hold you peace'? I can always ask Blaz-!"

He brought his face close to mine. "No. Stop right there. If you even consider doing that, I will un-invite he-who-will-not-be-named-at-this-moment and his brothers. Heck, I'll even pay the priest to keep that part out."

I laughed and pecked his forehead. "Don't worry about it. There is no way I'm going to be leaving you on the altar on your own."

"You better mean it."

We tangled our fingers together, flying back to Earth in peace.

No One's POV In Particular...

Miyako and Boomer were the first ones to meet up with the Rights, Punks, and munchkins, who were watching TV in the mansion.

"I'm engaged!" Miyako announced, catching everyone's attention.

"You actually proposed? I thought you chickened out!" Blare exclaimed.

"Guess you owe me $10," Blaze smirked.

"Shut up," Blare mumbled, taking out a $10 bill and handing it to him.

"Where's Kaoru?" Blade inquired, looking around.

Before Boomer could answer, the green couple walked through the door.

"Guess who's going to be my wife?" Butch asked with a goofy grin.

"The Grinch?" Brute asked, earning a laugh and high-5 from Blade.

Butch glared at her. "No! Kaoru is!"

"She said yes?" Mini BC questioned.

"Yup," Kaoru nodded.

"I'm so happy for you two!" Miyako squeaked, hugging her sister. "I'm getting married with Boomer!"

"You both getting married, too?" a voice asked.

The Puffs turned around to see Momoko leaning on Brick, who proudly held up her left hand.

Miyako squealed and hugged her sisters. The Mini Puffs and Ruffs celebrated together, and since they were getting along, a portal opened.

"We're getting along?" Mini Brick asked towards Mini Blossom, who shrugged.

"I don't wanna go! Him and Mojo Jojo don't have a mansion!" Mini Butch complained, trying to fly away.

"Oh no you don't!" Older Butch yelled, catching him by his shirt.

"Just to let you guys know, you are the sappiest people on Earth," Mini Boomer said, waving at his older self.

"Yeah, yeah, goodbye, have fun, don't smoke, stay in school, yadda yadda, BYE!" Brick said, taking Mini Brick and Blossom, chucking them through the portal.

"SEE YA NEVER AGAIN!" Butch dismissed, taking Mini Butch and Buttercup and throwing them into the portal like footballs.

"WE'RE NOT SAPPY!" Boomer informed, annoyed. He took his mini self and Mini Bubbles, tossing them into the same portal.

The girls and Rights sweat-dropped.

A year later...

The Puffs and Ruffs welcome three new boys to the world.

Momoko and Brick named their son Akito Flame Jojo.

Miyako and Boomer named their son Hikaru Rio Jojo.

And Kaoru and Butch named their son Katashi Teruo Jojo.

The parents were each dearly attached to their sons. Unknown to the newborns, they'd meet their counterparts another year later and grow up to know and love them. But, for now, everyone was at peace, and it would stay like that for a very long time.
