*Silver, still fused with his Zebstrika, frantically looked around the snowy area outside the studio, trying to find the other spear of fusion.*
KKD: You're not gonna find it dude. Come back in before you freeze to death.
Silver: Zippy had Flame Charge when I fused to him! I'll be fine! I need to find that thing, otherwise I'm stuck as a Zebra-man forever! *continues searching*
*At the moment, neither of them heard a knock at the other door*
KKD: Ugh… he's gonna freeze to death out there. It's been two weeks already...
*knock on the other door occurs again*
KKD: Let's see here… it flew out the window, landed in the snow, and then… *hears knock at door, and opens it.*
Pikatwig: *walks in, whistling, holding the other Spear that was lost in SEGA 24* Lookin' for something?
KKD: ...I'll take that. *takes the Spear in question* You have no idea how long Silver's been looking for this.
Pikatwig: ...Two weeks?
KKD: Nonstop… why didn't you bring it back sooner?!
Pikatwig: Sorry about that… didn't know he got stuck like that. But there was something I wanted to do with it. *then, in walks a combo of GokaiYellow and KyoryuPink*
KKD: Whoa! Deja vu!
Pikatwig: You may be wondering what I did. Oh… I just combined two of the cutest girls from the Sentai.
KKD: As cute as that would be, I would think they wouldn't be too happy about that. *aims the Spear at the combined fem-Senshi* We'd better split them and Silver back to normal.
Pikatwig: And I got some pictures. *takes out phone, showing the human version of the combo GokaiYellow and KyoryuPink, with hearts appearing in his eyes* So kawaii…~! But before you split them… Amka, do the sort of roll call I came up with for you two when fused. *starts up camera to record*
GokaiYellow-KyoryuPink combo (In a combo of Amy and Luka's voices): *sighs* Tsuno no Yuusha! GokaiYellow & KyoryuPink! There, you happy?
Pikatwig: *smiles, having recorded it* Oh… they're just so adorable combined… *looks to phone, a picture of the combo KyoryuPink and GokaiYellow* Okay aibou, you can split them again.
KKD: Finally. *splits the two senshi into their normal forms* Now, you'd better get outta here before Silver finds out you've been holding onto this for two weeks.
Silver: *suddenly walks in* Wait, what?!
KKD: Uh oh… you'd better leave… like now!

Gathered friends… listen again to our legend… of the Bionicle. The Toa were in a deep mess against the Makuta, but they were saved by Ignatius, whom they thought was dead, and his mentor MetruRed, Xero. The duo help take out the Makuta, Ignatius using the power of the mighty Golden Kanohi, granting him his Golden Armor, which he uses to wipe the floor with the Makuta. The Toa beat the Makuta and return home, unaware of Vezon watching them. And now, the adventure continues…
It was another quiet day at the base, with the Toa just doing their usual things, and Aqua was over at Karin's work table watching her examine the Golden Kanohi mask.
"So what exactly are you doing now, Karin?" Aqua asked.
"I'm examining the Golden mask's aura to see how it can react to the other masks. This includes your Kanohi's and the ones that your senseis gave to you," Karin explained.
"Well, how did it react?" Aqua checked.
"It seems a bit unstable whenever the masks are close to each other," Karin replied, "However, considering the extra slots I noticed in the Mata-Calibur, it may be more stable to power it up for an attack."
"Interesting," Aqua nodded before Hikaru came over and peeked over Aqua's shoulder.
"Whatcha girls doin'?" Hikaru asked getting their attention, and bringing a blush to Aqua's face.
"Oh, Hikaru-nii-chan!" Karin smiled, hugging him, "I was just examining the Golden Kanohi."
"And I was just watching her do that," Aqua added.
"Okay. You girls need any help?" Hikaru asked.
"I think we'll be okay," Karin answered.
"Ok then, jaa ne," Hikaru smiled, walking off and out of the room, no one noticing Vezon observing the girls through the window from a nearby rooftop.
"Those two are like peas in a pod," Vezon chuckled, before pulling out his Spear of Fusion, "Let's see how much closer they like to be."
(Insert Intro Theme: Move Along by All-American Rejects)
*As the instrumental piece at the beginning plays, we see the 7 Matarangers walk out of the darkness in civilian form, before they change into their Senshi forms before the title appears onscreen*

*The scene then shows MataRed/Ignatius standing at the Ta-Koro shrine in Hawaii, looking out into the sunset before his senshi form appears as an illusion.*
When you fall everyone stand
*He then turns, before the scene shifts to show MataBlue/Aqua, looking out on the beach, showing a similar sunset.*
Another day and you've had your fill of sinking
*We then see MataGreen/Ventus as he glides over the forest before shifting to MataWhite/Yuki snowboarding down a mountain *

*Scene then shifts briefly to MataBrown/Mason and MataBlack/Terra fighting off Vahki before the scene fades suddenly.*

*The six rangers stand, surrounded by Vakhi around them before MataGold/Hikaru appears, his Avokanexus ready for action*

*The original six pull out their Metranexuses, all seven preparing to henshin.*

*Shoots the blaster morphers, changing into Mataranger form.*

*The seven Senshi fight alongside each other, attacking all the enemies around them*

*The Matarangers then look to see the Rahi Kaijin of the week, before they all nod and attack it.*

*The scene then shifts repeatedly, one by one showing the Matarangers attack with their signature weapon in both Mata and Nuva modes.*

*The seven then appear with the Midak Skycannon, which blasts through the Kaijin.*

*The group then appear in their MataMachines, which form into the two Toa Kaita-Oh and Avoka-Oh, with Toa Nui-Oh as an image in the background*

*The seven senshi turn, and slash away at the screen, shattering it, as they appeared in front of their logo*
Chronicle 25: A Mixed-Up Mess
We then see Hikaru walking over to Ignatius, who was in the middle of training in hand-to-hand combat.
"Hey brother," Hikaru greeted.
"Hey, Hikaru. What's up?" Ignatius asked.
"Just wanted to let you know Karin's looking over your new Golden Kanohi. Think she's trying to figure out its max potential or something."
"I agree, I think there's more power to the Golden Kanohi than we know."
"You of all people should know since you're the only one able to use it."
"Oh really?" Ignatius replied, not looking away from his training, "Did you notice multiple mask slots on the Mata-Calibur? Maybe there's some way you guys could help at one point with it."
"Really? Huh… never noticed," Hikaru admitted, before the alarms started ringing, "A Rahi alert? You thinking what I'm thinking?"
"Time to go, min'na," Ignatius said as the other Toa rushed over to Ignatius before they ran off.
The Toa soon arrived under a bridge to encounter Vezon, currently in human form.
"Hello, Mata-domo," Vezon smirked, removing his hood, Fenrakk currently perched on his shoulder.
"Vezon! What are you up to now?" Ignatius demanded to know.
"Oh nothing much. Just looking for a little amusement. And I believe I just found it. How about I play with you guys for a bit?" Vezon teased, before mutating into his Skahkdi form as Fenrakk jumped off, transforming into his full form, Vezon pulling out his Spear of Fusion, "...Saa, koi!"
"Looks like we gotta take him on, guys!" Ignatius told the others, all pulling out their Kanohi and their henshin gear.

With that, they transformed into their Mataranger forms and charged forward at Vezon. The seven Rangers charged in, but only Red and Gold were able to get past the charging Fenrakk and battle Vezon, who used his spear to block and attack.
"Seems you have more strength since we last met. Let's see if you can keep up in the speed department," Vezon smirked before he sped away so fast that it looked like he faded into smoke.
"Where did he go?" MataGold responded, confused as he and Red looked around, before Vezon popped up out of nowhere and slashed the two, knocking them over.
"Grrr… stupid… speed ability," Red grunted before recalling something, "Mason! Kanohi Nuva, Quick!"
"Okay!" Brown nodded as he and Red prepared their masks.
=KANOHI HAU NUVA! TO PROTECT ALL!=
=KANOHI KAKAMA NUVA! SPEED DEMON!=
"Nuva Transform!"
And with that, the two activated their Nuva modes, Brown gaining Red's shielding powers, and Red gaining Brown's speed, which he used to go into a blur and catch up with Vezon, before slashing at him with his Magma Swords.
"Clever move, using your Nuva powers to share abilities," Vezon smirked.
"We always had that ability when more than one of us use Kanohi Nuva. Now it'll be your downfall!" MataRed smirked.
"Well let's see how you feel when you share more than just Mask powers," Vezon smirked, blasting energy from his Spear of Fusion at Red and Gold, fusing them once more, and not long after he blasts Green and White, and then again at Brown and Black, the Matarangers being fused reverting to civilian mode as the fusions began to form.
"Oi vey! Talk about Deja vu!" MataBlue groaned, turning to Vezon and then charged forward to attack, the Skahkdi managing to block her attacks, and knock her down afterwards.
"Now who should I fuse you with?" Vezon asked, chuckling.
"Minna! Minna! I found out more about the Mata-Calibur!" they heard a voice shout before they turned to Karin running before she stopped and noticed a dark and near psychotic aura coming from around Vezon, the auras' energies being spiked up due to the battle and adrenaline pumping, "I… wait… that aura… oh no…"
"Ah, the little blind girl. That should be quite humorous," Vezon smirked.
He then fired his Spear of Fusion at both Karin and MataBlue which caused the two to fuse.
The resulting fusions of heroes were for the most part just average. Red and Gold's fusion was the same as before, Green's and White's having Yuki's eyes, Ventus' hair, and an outfit consisting of green shorts, a white hoodie, and bright lime sneakers. Brown's and Black's had Mason's hair, Terra's eyes and a brown shirt and jeans, and black shoes and vest. Aqua's and Karin's fusion set their body at an age between their actual ages, being about 13, with yellow-bluish hair styled in pigtails, and was wearing a mostly blue outfit consisting of a blue skirt, a light blue t-shirt with a cobalt blue shark on it, and navy blue shoes. The fusion also had one normal eye of Aqua's, and one blind eye of Karin's.
"Oh boy, not this again," the Ignatius/Hikaru fusion groaned in Ig's voice.
"I feel really weird,' the Yuki/Ventus fusion added in Ven's voice.
"You're not the only one," the Mason/Terra fusion replied in Mason's voice.
"At least you boys are still at your normal ages," the Aqua/Karin fusion replied in Aqua's voice, pointing out herself, "I mean… look at me! I look like a little kid. And my other eye doesn't work."
"Nee-san! That's not nice! I'm in here, too!" Karin's voice snapped through the fused girls.
"Oh, suma, Karin."
The group of fused heroes, their numbers shrunk from eight to four due to the fusions, walked back to their base. The Ignatius/Hikaru fusion had a somewhat easier time since they had already fused prior, but the others… had a more tougher time.
"How the heck did Ig and Hikaru pull this off so quickly?" Ventus asked, trying to walk properly in his current state before we see him and Yuki in a sort of white limbo.
"At least you aren't stuck in this fused limbo with a complete dork," Yuki groaned.
"Oi," they heard Hikaru respond, "I'm no dork, Yuki! And I don't think Ven appreciated that remark at all!"
"You're right, I didn't," Ventus added.
"Aye aye aye, this is gonna be very tiresome." Yuki groaned.
"Oi! Just calm down, min'na! I'm sure we can all work through this until we encounter Vezon again," Mason pointed out.
"True, this is no time to fight," Terra added, before noticing something, "Hey, where's Aqua and Karin-san?"
"We're still trying to get used to moving around. I'm not used to being half blind," Aqua pointed out, trying to walk while also trying to see out her good eye, "No offense Karin, but this is… I mean it's not easy to…"
"It's okay...this is new to me, too. I'm not use to actually seeing." Karin responded, before they arrived back at the base.
"Why did you get caught in all of this?" Mason asked.
"I was about to show you guys the results of what I found out involving the Golden Kanohi, but I saw this strange and crazy aura, which turned out to be Vezon, and he fused me with Aqua-nee-san," Karin replied, sighing, "Honto Suimasen (I'm really sorry)!" as she said that she bowed, but unknowingly hit her head on a table, before sat down and rubbed her head.
"Ite," Karin and Aqua both winced, rubbing their heads together in their own white limbo.
"Seems if one of us gets hurt in our fused bodies, it affects both of us. So we'd best be careful," Terra informed.
"Wakatta," Ignatius replied, "Now what did you find out about the Golden Kanohi, Karin?"
"Well, Ig-san, I managed to find out that the Golden Kanohi is linked to the other Kanohi's. So, it is possible to the others' masks to add their power to your Golden Armor." Karin explained.
"You know, come to think of it, I was actually able to use Yuki's Kanohi power when I first used it. Hikaru told me about the extra mask slots in the Mata-Calibur, you got an idea about it?'
"Actually, yes. If you put your masks together on the Mata-Calibur, it will unleash a powerful slash attack."
"Before we do that, I suggest that we find a way to fix this mess." Yuki brought up.
"Yea, good idea. Best not to get each other hurt while we're at it, too," Ventus added, "So, how are we gonna turn ourselves back?"
"His spear fused us, so it can undo fusions as well," Hikaru informed, "And before you ask, we know because it happened with me and Ig before. And we'll make it happen again."
"It might not be that easy to locate him, though," Aqua pointed out.
"I can locate his aura, that way we'll find out where he is," Karin informed before she got into a meditating position, Aqua following suit just so they could sync with each other.
They both then scanned the auras around them, the Toa's being colored their respective colors in terms of their suits, but since they were fused, the colors were half and half. They then scanned outside their HQ and then their vision made it look like they were flying outside the base before they stopped at a quarry and found a familiar crazy and psychotic aura.
"We found him," Aqua said as she and Karin both opened their eyes, "He's over at the quarry with a bunch of Vakhi!"
"Why is it that most villains here seem to go to that rock quarry, anyway? It's not like it has some valuable minerals they could actually use," Ventus pointed out.
"I think it's better that way, so that when we fight, no innocent bystanders can get caught in the crossfire," Mason pointed out.
"Good point, anyway, let's go!" Ignatius ordered as the fused heroes rushed out, before they noticed that the Aqua/Karin fusion didn't move.
"What's wrong?" Hikaru asked.
"Um… I-I never actually fought before… and I'm a little nervous." Karin stuttered as Aqua put her hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry, I'll help you however I can," Aqua assured, comforting the young girl.
"Arigatou, Nee-san," Karin smiled, the two standing up allowing the Karin/Aqua fusion to join the others.
The Sentai arrived at the quarry, before seeing Vezon laying on Fenrakk's back rather lazily.
"Oi, why are you just laying down doing nothing?!" Ventus demanded.
"Just waiting for you to show up after the fusion thing I pulled. I'm still laughing my ass off at how stupid you all look," Vezon laughed, rolling off his spider before getting back up, "Oh man, you all look so ridiculous that it isn't even funny… but it is!"
"Better watch your mouth, because you're about to feel the pain," Ignatius shouted, as the fused Matarangers inserted their Kanohi into their morphers, Ig/Hikaru using the Avohkii, Ven/Yuki using the Miru, Terra/Mason using the Kakama, and Aqua/Karin using Aqua's usual Kanohi Kaukau.

"Toa Transform!" the team shouted, executing the transformation sequence.
The results included the MataRed/Gold hybrid from the previous Vezon encounter, MataGreen with white accents on his suit, and a brown and black MataBrown. MataBlue, however, looked completely normal, for some reason, even to the point that her height was back to normal.
"MataRed, but also Mataaaaa… GOLD~!"
"MataBlue!"
"MataGreen, but also MataWhite!"
"MataBrown, but also MataBlack!"
"This is honestly really strange…" Yuki noted.
"I honestly gotta agree with that," Terra responded.
"Just go with it for now," Ignatius muttered as the team posed.
"Unmei no toitsu gimu! Toa Sentai… Mataranger!"
"Spirits Unite… IKUZE!" MataRed/Gold shouted before the four charged, attacking Vezon with their different unique weapons.
MataRed/Gold started with Red's Fire Sword and Gold's Starlight Staff, which seemed to have an advantage on Vezon. Before Vezon could counter, MataBrown/Black leaped in, kicking the Skahkdi with Brown's Leg Smashers before slashing at him with Black's Earth Claws. MataGreen/White meanwhile were fighting against Fenrakk wielding both the Aero Ax and Ice Sword.
"Well… not quite what I expected… but I have a feeling I'll do fine. Koi, Fenrakk!" Vezon shouted, causing Fenrakk to come to him, as he threw into the air what looked like a cigarette lighter before he aimed his Spear of Fusion at Fenrakk before he blasted at the spider, Fenrakk touching the lighter before the blast hit, and then the spider mutated into a humanoid spider-kaijin with fists, feet, and head being on fire while it had a red coloring to it.
"Uso! He just fused his spider with a lighter? It's a lighter spider!" Hikaru gasped from inside MataRed/Gold.
"HIKARU! It's a bad time to joke around about this!" Ignatius snapped, whacking himself in the head, "...Ow. Let's just focus on the task at hand…"
"I got this, boys!" Aqua shouted, spraying the Flare Fenrakk with her power over water before smacking it with her Aqua Hooks, somehow able to predict the beast's movements.
"Nanda?! How are you-? Wait… it's because of the Aura reader, isn't it? Well, I'll finish you off soon enough!" Vezon shouted, before shooting his Spear of Fusion at MataBlue, separating Karin from her, who fell to the ground.
"Ite~" Karin winced as MataBlue rushed over to her.
"Karin! Daijoubu?" Blue asked.
However, just as she rushed over to help Karin, the Flare Fenrakk knocked MataBlue to the side and started to attack her.
"Okay, that's it! Time to go Nuva!" MataBlue shouted, setting up her Kanohi Nuva.
=KANOHI KAUKAU NUVA! DEEP BELOW!=
"Nuva Transform!"
And with that, MataBlue rushed out and, using her Aqua Axes, was able to fight back against the fire kaijin, before slashing it backwards into the air before blasting it with more water and knocking it to the ground, allowing her to go back over to Karin.
"Daijoubu, Karin?" MataBlue asked.
"Yeah, I'll be fine," Karin assured.
"Good. Now find a place to hide, we'll handle this yaro."
Karin nodded in response, running away as the Toa charged at Fenrakk and Vezon before he fired his Spear at them in an attempt to kill them, but they all dodged the blasts. Eventually, MataBlue grabbed Vezon before making him blast the other Toa, splitting them back into their normal Toa forms.
"Yosha! You did it, Aqua," MataGreen cheered, Blue quickly kicking Vezon away.
"Onore, Mata-domo, I'll get you for that!" Vezon roared as MataRed quickly transformed into his Nuva form before pulling out the Golden Kanohi.
"I highly doubt that," Red smirked, setting the Kanohi in place.
=KANOHI GOLDEN! ELEMENTS UNITE!=
"Golden Transform!" Red shouted, before firing his Metranexus and turning into his Golden Armor mode.
"Grr… Ike, Fenrakk!" Vezon roared as the spider sent a burst of fire out at the Toa, but Red just absorbed it.
"You forget who you're messing with? Toa of FIRE, BAKA-YARO!" Red exclaimed, as he ran towards Fenrakk and slashed at it with his Mata-Calibur, "Okay Minna, let's put our Kanohi together!"
"Hai!" the five Matarangers, bar MataGold, all nodded, pulling out their normal Kanohi before they all put them in the slots that was around the center one and Red put his Golden Kanohi in said center as well as his normal Kanohi Hau.
=MAXIMUM UNITY CHARGE! ELEMENTS UNITE!=
With that, the Mata-Calibur began to charge up with elemental powers, and the other Toa all stood near Red, MataWhite and MataBlue placing their hands on each of Red's shoulders, with Black placing his hands on Blue's, Brown's hands on White's, and Green's hands on Brown's.
"Hyper Toa Slash!" the Matarangers shouted, sending forth a massive sword beam straight at Flare Fenrakk, cutting the beast square in half before it exploded, leaving a weakened Fenrakk in its place.
"Temera, you will pay for that!" Vezon shouted.
"You kinda said that, already," MataRed pointed out.
"Whatever! I'll be back next time, Toa-domo! Count on it!" Vezon warned, before he and Fenrakk disappeared.
Back at HQ, the Toa cheered in their victory, all of them laying on the couch and/or floor because they looked exhausted.
"Okay, that was SERIOUSLY a weird day," Ventus noted.
"Agreed. It felt odd having to share a body," Yuki replied, shuddering a bit.
"Although, if we hadn't have, then we wouldn't have realized we could combine our powers into the Mata-Calibur," Mason stated, smiling.
"That is a valid point there," Terra replied.
"I don't know. Judging by what Karin noticed, it seemed more inevitable that we'd find out," Aqua pointed out.
"Agreed. Still, I think that the Spear of Fusion is gonna be at a high danger level when it comes to facing Vezon. Same thing with Roodaka's Rhotuka Spinners, don't let that thing hit you," Ig announced.
"Wakatta," they all responded, looking over at Ignatius and nodding.
"One question I have to ask, though… Aqua, how did it feel when you were fused with Karin?" Hikaru asked.

"Aqua?" Hikaru asked, waving his hand in front of her face. However, after a few seconds, she came out of her trance, screaming.
"Whoa! Aqua, calm down there!" Ventus gasped, the others rushing over to her to help her relax.
"What happened, sister?" Yuki asked as Aqua tried to catch her breath.
"I don't know… for a second… I saw… something…" Aqua gasped.
"A vision? What did you see?" Ignatius asked.
"The world… it was crumbling. A giant came through the cracks and started attacking everything. The MataMachines destroyed… and then… I saw these two giant beasts…"
"What did they look like?" Terra asked intently.
"...Well… one looked like… some kind of… giant silver bird, the other… some kind of crocodile…"
"They were probably some other type of ancient machines, like the MataMachines…" Terra guessed, "But… where could they be?"
"I saw them… coming from somewhere… from the center of the Earth… and they were attacking the Giant. I also saw… some sort of broken spire inside the Earth..."
"...Karda Nui…" Terra realized, "A now forgotten realm that was the former home of the Av-Matoran in the Before-time. But… how are we going to find them?"
"It's simple enough. If this is where the MataMachines come from, then we need to find our way down there and help them before it's too late," Ig noted.

KKD: I honestly saw that as more like the finisher from Gaoranger with the HajaHyakajuKen. And yea, I kinda can see the similarities, and that finisher is also a favorite of mine, as well as the hinting of the bird and croc Aqua saw… hmm… I wonder what those could be…?
