Delsin had his hands full with the scores of gangsters who were trying to shoot him but as soon as he stopped one, the next one would fall soon after. He had taken the left side of the car park and Caterina had taken the right side. Both would work on the gangsters on that floor before they checked for any of the suspected Conduits being held captive then headed up to the next. Delsin was a bit more efficient and quicker at subduing the gang-bangers giving him a brief moment to look over and see what Caterina was doing. She was all over the place; jumping around and off walls and soaring through the air with limbs flailing around in a style that looked like it belonged in a cartoon. It was erratic, but strangely enthralling to watch as Caterina would bound from one goon to the next; freezing them to the ground as she went in between all the maniacal laughter and random screams of "Oh my God this is so much fun!"

Delsin just shook his head with a slight grin on his face before he made his way up to the next floor where more Akuran goons were waiting for him. They all raised their guns ready to fire at him, only to back up slightly as he smirked at them. He had just seen Caterina vault up to the same floor and sneak up behind the group; laying down a thin sheet of ice on the concrete mere feet away. Delsin mockingly dashed toward the guys making them all step back on to the ice where they instantly slipped. One or two of them still managed to stay on their feet until they were dragged down by their buddies trying to hold on to them for support as they fell. Caterina was stood almost doubled over from laughing so much at the Akuran mobsters trying to regain their balance on the ice and move away from it. A second later and Delsin noticed her face had changed from something so joyful and happy to something so much more sinister. He had seen that face when he fought her for the first time; the furrowed scowl with the gritted teeth. Caterina had gone in to full on animalistic attack mode and she meant business right now. Delsin couldn't help but think that she was turning this in to a competition and he would gladly entertain her; the looks that they gave each other confirmed it. Delsin and Caterina raced toward the bumbling gang members who were trying to fire their guns at the advancing Conduits.

Delsin launched a volley of Neon beams at the Akuran's, binding them with a swirl of Neon energy and making them fall to the floor struggling and helpless. Caterina dropped to the floor and skidded feet first as soon as she hit the sheet of ice underneath one of gangsters; grabbing his ankles as she slid underneath, making him land flat on his back now sporting a huge bulky pair of icy boots that come up round past his knees. It was at times like these when Caterina was thankful for the training she had back at the institute. She could get up close to the Akuran goons and take them out using all the close quarters' combat techniques she learned. Caterina could disarm the men and ground them quickly by freezing their wrists and ankles into chunky ice shackles leaving them totally defenceless. She glanced over at Delsin whenever she could. He was running rings around the gang members and picking his moments on when to attack with his Neon infused chain; the Neon turning the length of chain in to a colourful but effective sword-like weapon. The two Conduits made short work of the group of gangsters until one was left. He started to run away with no avail. Caterina and Delsin both dashed over to him, firing a well-aimed shot each at the man. He had no chance of escaping at all, the shots hit him and sent him flying in to a wall.

The two Conduits just looked at each other for a moment before they started laughing. The moment was soon over as a rather ominous sound could be heard.

'Choppers?' Caterina mumbled.

Delsin was soon on the phone to Eugene.

'I'm hearing choppers man.'

'Get to the roof! D.U.P. helicopters are picking up shipping containers there.'

'And the Conduits must be inside.'

'We're heading up to the roof I take it?' Caterina interjected.

'Yeah let's go. They're not down here.'

Delsin and Caterina ran up to the roof of the car park. Caterina caught her first glimpse of Eugene's Angel friends which were chasing several helicopters around the roof.

Delsin continued to talk to Eugene as Caterina stared at the Angels in awe. She'd never seen a Conduits power manifest like it. It was pretty impressive.

'Hey Cat! We gotta get on those containers and break the coupling to release them!' Delsin shouted over to the girl. She nodded in reply and followed Delsin over the roof edge.

'Release as many as you can. I'll come find you when it's done, okay?' Delsin shouted to the girl as they jumped off the car parks roof. Caterina hit the ground and bounced back up to the nearest building, catching a glimpse of one of the choppers in the distance. She could see Delsin in the opposite direction already releasing his first container. Eugene's Angels were following the helicopters around trying to stop them from escaping and as soon as a container would be released; they would take the brunt of the weight and safely lower it to the ground. Carmine set her eyes on the chopper closest to her. She jumped off the building and bounded her way over the rooftops getting closer and closer with every jump. Caterina soon anchored herself on to the side of the container, with Eugene's Angels waiting for her to break the coupling. She climbed on to the container roof and landed an icy punch on the coupling breaking it instantly. The chopper carrying it soon rose higher in to the air after dropping the extra weight, letting Caterina jump away safely without getting stuck in the rotors. She set her sights on the next chopper that was slowly getting away and kicked her gravity jump in to over drive. She launched herself off a building she had landed on and channelled everything she had in to her next jump, propelling herself even higher and further than usual. In mere seconds she was ice punching the roof on the second container.

Caterina retreated to another rooftop to see if she could find Delsin anywhere. There was a lot of noise coming from a distance away near Denny Park and she could see some of the Angels making their way over in the same direction. Caterina followed them to find a D.U.P. stronghold nearby and one of the containers that Delsin must have released. She soon noticed him running around a mass of D.U.P. Knights and soldiers from up high, stopping every so often to attack. There were just too many of them. Caterina jumped down from the building and landed right next to Delsin who was being advanced on by a pack of soldiers from behind. He turned just in time to see Caterina forming a huge wall of ice to stop the soldiers from surprise attacking him, giving them the chance to regroup and retreat for a moment.

'Where the hell have you been Cat? Missing out on all the fun!' Delsin mocked as he ran with Cat to a nearby car which they hid behind whilst they got their breath back.

'Looks like you've been having fun without me!' Caterina retorted.

'Well these guys are alright an' all but you're much more fun to play with.' Delsin grinned at her.

'Oh you have no idea just how much fun I can be.'

The two Conduits stared at each other, grinning before they were interrupted by a huge shard of concrete landing on top of the car they were crouched behind.

'GOD DAMMIT!' Delsin shouted. Caterina just cackled at him as they ran out from behind the car, ready to fight the scores of soldiers.
