Meredith and Elena had gotten dried off and sat back in their chairs. Elena had finally decided to join Mer in the pool. Apparently, they had fallen asleep, but one woke up. Elena. She felt ill, but tried to ignore it. You know when you're asleep and in your subconscious, you feel like you suddenly need to wake up? Well that's how she felt, but didn't wake up. No matter how hard she tried to open her eyes, they wouldn't. No matter how many times she tried to scream for help, she couldn't, because blood instead came out.

"Elena! What the heck happened here? Sweetie open your eyes. C'mon, I need you to open your pretty chocolate-brown doe eyes for me." Kol said. He had been walking to the kitchen when he saw blood splatter out on the back patio. He (obviously) ran out to see who was injured, and when he saw Elena, his un-beating heart, stopped. She couldn't be sick. No. No no no. She was his. A nosebleed was completely different than puking blood.

When Elena tried to open her eyes, more blood came out. She could think though. And she was thinking that, Jeremy was probably drowning in a lake of his own blood. But when she tried to tell Kol to go check on him, the only thing that came out was. . . yep you guessed it. Blood.

She couldn't stop though, she felt as if her body was on an endless amount of blood supply, and it would just keep coming up to make her vulnerable and miserable. A bottomless pit of blood, and it didn't help that she couldn't exactly think. She tried sending messages to Jer to see if he was awake or okay, and to help Kol understand. The following are her attempts:

'Je-'

Puke.

'Jer, help-'

Puke

'Are you oka-'

She puked again, but the difference was, she stopped trying after that one because it hurt her more, and her nothing was coming back.

Soon enough, all of the Originals were down on the patio watching Elena. Including Bekah.

"What happened? Why are her eyes closed? Why won't she open them? What's wrong? Why is she puking? How come she isn't listening?" Caroline asked with Bonnie and her jogging up to Kol. Kol growled and told them to "back away from his girl". They were nothing compared to him.

"I DON'T KNOW! Help her, please! I love her so much and I can't stand to even think of a life without her! Please, please, oh please help me help her!" Kol was begging and sobbing, and muttering other incoherent phrases.

"I can see what her blood pressure is and check other stuff, but I get the feeling that this isn't a medical problem for the most part, it seems to be a supernatural element. I'm sorry, Kol but their bon- Oh no! Where's Jeremy?!" Rebekah suddenly looked alarmed, and sped off.

Rebekah came back with Jeremy in her arms. He was past out, and like Elena had thought, was literally drowning in his own blood. Luckily Rebekah got to him first, and he coughed it up. He was fine now, he just needed rest but she was never taking her eyes off him again.

Elena had stopped puking up blood about seven hours into it. She had just stopped now and was resting peacefully, while Meredith (with the help of others) set up a small home-hospital room. She lost so much blood, that it was shocking that she was even alive right now!

Once everyone was back in the room, with Jeremy and Elena both sleeping on couches that were parallel to each other. Rebekah sat on the foot of Jeremy's and Kol did the same to Elena but not only him. Klaus did too. Everyone turned to look at him with questioning eyes.

"What? I'm exhausted. In fact, I think I'm going to head on up to bed. G'nite." (A/N: Please remember this! Veery important for the future!)

Just as Klaus was about to turn onto the first step, Elena and Jeremy sat bolt upright chanting, "We are death. You are death. Your death shall come. Death is your gift, and should you choose to accept it, will be your only destiny." Over and Over again they chanted that. Until at once they fell back into their deep slumber, leaving the Originals stunned.

A/N: Hey everyone! It took me awhile to type this up because I have broken my laptop charger. I'm on a different computer, but it's one I have little access to. 3.) To Kiki (guest), there is no need to worry about Klaus and Elena. He nor she feel that way about each other, but something is going on. Klaroline will always be a couple in the story, that will never change. Same for the other couples.
