Jari and the rest of them reached the island by noon the next morning, and Brant immediately ran to tell his father what was happening. He was shocked that it did not surprise the man that much.
Hiccup had come out to greet Jari and although a bit suspicious, did relatively like the boy. It was a demi-awkward situation.

Snotlout was approximately a day's journey away from the island. His army of 5,000 Berk warriors and Alvin's of 7,000 would easily outmatch the Dragonrider's army (which mostly consisted of Peaceables anyways) of 2,000, if they were fighting on the same grounds. But they weren't, because true to their name, the dragonriders rode, well, dragons!
But that was OK, because they had a plan, and that plan would work. The only thing left to worry about was getting his son and heir back. His daughter, who was also on the ship, however seemed oddly unconcerned about her brother's disappearance. Weird.
He sighed, breathing in that salty sea air. Damn, revenge smelt so good.

A girl with brown hair which was tied in a braid that was very uncommon for her, walked down an aisle in a library and opened a book. One of her favorites, a variation of one of their heroes stories and hummed to her self. Oh, she loved this one, she opened it up. She believed she was on chapter- what? 20-something. She flipped and flipped and flipped, ah- yeah, that's where she was. She hummed, skimming through the pages of a book she'd read a million times.
War, win, die, w- ah. Oh yeah, she wasn't supposed to be here. The librarian had banned her from coming two weeks ago. Whoops. Oh well, the librarian was on break, she wouldn't notice if an annoying brunette was here for an hour or two.
Why was she banned? You ask. Simply because none of your business, not to be rude or anything, but she'd rather not talk about it. It was just so inappropriate to the younger readers of this story that- nah, lol, she ran around screaming about how unfair the ending was to one of the books and the librarian got pissed and chased her away.
Oh well.
She smiled, slipping the book discretely into her pocket to read later, nobody would notice anyways.
Almost nobody ever came to this section of the library.
