Chapter 25: Caged
Peter followed Valerie and Davy around a garden path from the parked Monkeemobile. They carefully and quietly approached a very large mansion in the dim light of dawn. The images Peter had seen in those pictures haunted him. How could anyone be that close to them without them noticing her? She'd taken very personal pictures of Micky and none of them were able to stop her. What else would she be able to do before they could stop her?
"What now?" Davy asked as the three of them crouched behind a hedge to peer at the driveway of the mansion ahead of them.
"We go in and see if we can find them," Valerie answered.
"How do we get in?" Peter asked.
"Very carefully," Valerie answered.
"We can't keep breaking and entering," Peter said. "We should just go talk to the cops. Call Kenda and Epps."
"We can't do that," Valerie said.
"Why not?" Davy asked.
"What are we gonna tell them?" Valerie asked with a slight hint of anger in her voice. "We broke into a school and looked at federally protected student files? They'll arrest us."
"So we're going to commit even more crimes?" Peter argued. "Mike's gonna kill me…"
"He's only gonna kill you if we find him before he dies," Valerie said. "If he's not dead already."
"You really think she'd kill him?" Davy asked.
"She doesn't need him," Valerie answered. "She doesn't want him. She wants Micky. Mike and Ginny were just in the way. They're disposable. If she feels the need, she'll kill them in an instant. If she hasn't already."
"Then what happens if we go in there and get caught?" Davy asked. "She'll feel threatened, won't she? She'll kill them."
"Then we just have to make sure we don't get caught," Valerie said.
"What if they aren't there?" Peter asked. "These people have millions. She could be holding them somewhere else. She wouldn't be keeping them somewhere so obvious; especially if this is her parents house. She wouldn't be keeping prisoners right under their noses."
"That's all the more reason for us to get in there and start looking around," Valerie answered darting out from behind the hedge and running for the mansion staying close to the ground and the shadows.
"She's nuts, you know that?" Davy sighed and raced after her.
"I'm sorry, Mike," Peter said before following them once again.
"You're awake!" Ginny said wrapping her arms around Micky startling him. Micky groaned as he slowly opened his eyes. He was extremely tired and just wanted to go back to sleep, but knew he couldn't.
"How do you feel?" Mike asked.
"Tired," Micky answered. "What's going on?"
"She drugged us," Mike said. "Well, she drugged you. I threw up so it didn't work for me."
"Why?" Micky asked.
"My guess," Mike said pointing over his shoulder, "so she could get that built." Micky's gaze followed Mike's finger and saw a large metal cage in the corner of the room. Bars extended from the ceiling to the floor in a square section of the corner that appeared to be able to fit only a few people comfortably. Well, as comfortable as you could be in a cage.
"What the hell…" Micky breathed not wanting to picture what Abby had planned with the cage, but having at least some sort of idea.
"I can only guess what she wants to use it for," Mike said. "She dragged us back in here and it was built. She didn't say anything about it."
"I'm not going in there," Ginny said.
"You may have to," Micky said.
"I don't care what happens," Ginny said. "I won't go in there. I'd rather her shoot me than stand in there and watch her hurt you. I did nothing before and look where it got us."
"Ginny, listen to me," Mike said firmly holding her shoulders. Micky's mind was foggy and he wanted to get through to her, but he couldn't form the words. Mike, however, always knew what to say. "You have to do what she says. I know it's hard, but you have to. If you let yourself get shot, all it's going to do is leave Micky in mourning. It's not going to help us escape. It's just going to get you killed. We'll still be here. She'll still hurt Micky. You have to do what she says so you can be here for Micky when this is all over. So we can be there for each other."
"I'll be fine, Ginny," Micky said reaching out and placing his hand softly on her face. "Mike's right. I can't lose you and deal with this all at the same time. Please." Ginny sighed and looked at the ground. She stayed silent for a few moments while covering Micky's hand with hers.
"Ok," Ginny said. "But I don't have to like it."
"No one said you had to," Mike said. They sat there for a few more hours before anything else happened. Micky tensed when he heard Abby's footsteps on the other side of the door and Ginny squeezed his hand.
"Do what she says," Micky said kissing her softly. "Please."
"Did you enjoy your naps?" Abby asked when she entered the room closing the door behind her. She didn't wait for an answer; she pulled a gun out and pointed it directly at Mike and Ginny. "Get in the cage."
"Please don't hurt him," Mike said.
"Get in the cage, now," Abby said. "Or I'll put another bullet in your arm."
"Do what she says," Micky said firmly. "Both of you." Mike glanced at Micky with fear and pain in his eyes. Micky knew he wouldn't want to listen to Abby either in Mike's situation. But they all had already seen what she was capable of if she got upset. Mike relented begrudgingly and pulled Ginny into the cage with him. Abby smirked horrifically and pushed a button next to the door. The door to the cage slammed shut and locked with a loud clang making Mike, Micky and Ginny jump.
"Do you like it?" Abby asked walking towards him.
"You built that?" Micky asked.
"Not exactly," Abby said. "I paid a friend to do it. But I did it for us. Now we can be alone."
"We aren't alone," Micky said. "They're still here. They can see us."
"Yes, but they won't interfere," Abby said sitting next to him.
"Please, just let them go, Abby," Micky tried again. "They have nothing to do with this."
"I wish I could do that," Abby answered leaning close to him and whispering in his ear while resting her hand on his waist. "But they've already proven they're bad. They need to learn a lesson."
"Leave him alone!" Ginny screamed.
"See what I mean?" Abby said sounding a little annoyed.
"She's worried about me," Micky said. "She doesn't want you to hurt me."
"I could never hurt you," Abby whispered in his ear. Feeling her breath on his neck sent a shiver down his spine. "Touch me, Micky."
"What!?" Micky gasped.
"I've wanted this for a long time," Abby whispered moving her hand over to his crotch. He jumped back a little and tried to shrink away when he felt her cup him tightly. "I can't wait any longer, Micky. I need you."
"Don't," Micky said firmly. "Don't touch me. I am not going to touch you, either."
"Your friends got to you again, didn't they," Abby said turning cold. "I need to punish them."
"No!" Micky exclaimed when he saw her reaching for her gun. "Don't hurt them. Please."
"Leave him alone, you bitch!" Ginny yelled.
"Ginny, shush!" Micky ordered seeing anger flash across Abby's eyes. Her back was to the cage, so she couldn't see them and they couldn't see her face. But they saw him and they could see what she was doing to him.
"Touch me, Micky," Abby repeated. "Or do I have to punish your friends?"
"No," Micky said quickly. His mind raced. He didn't want to let any of this happen without a fight, but he couldn't let anything happen to Ginny or Mike, either. He had already seen what she was capable of. He really had no choice. He relented quietly and readied himself. "You...you don't have to hurt them."
"Good boy," Abby smiled. Micky closed his eyes and put his hands on her waist. He hoped closing his eyes would let him block most of it out. But just because he couldn't see, didn't mean he couldn't hear or feel anything. He felt her hand slip down his pants and undo them and Ginny screamed for Abby to leave him alone again. He tried to think about anything else. Anything better to pretend he was somewhere else.
Abby took his hands and guided him to where she wanted him. He wanted desperately to resist, but he couldn't. Images of Mike lying on the ground with blood pooling under him swam through his mind. He'd already been shot because of Micky; Micky couldn't let it happen again. He couldn't let it happen to Ginny. So he'd do what he had to do.
"Leave him alone, you stupid bitch!" Ginny screamed and rattled the cage door as though she were trying to get out. "Touch him and I swear to God I'll gut you like a fucking fish!"
"You need to relax and shut your mouth," Abby said getting off Micky. He opened his eyes and saw she'd taken most of her clothes off already as she walked over to the cage door.
"Abby, please, leave her alone," Micky said.
"You aren't right for him," Abby sneered to Ginny. "You don't deserve him."
"Go fuck yourself," Ginny snapped. "He could never love you."
"Wanna bet?" Abby asked. "I can do things for him you can't. I can offer him things you can't. Because I'm not a whiny little bitch."
"There's nothing you can do for him that I can't," Ginny sneered.
"We'll see," Abby smiled sinisterly and turned back to Micky. He really didn't like where this was going and quickly tried to think of a way out of this. Or at the very least a way to get Ginny to stop antagonizing Abby. But nothing came to his mind. He had no way out. He couldn't do anything while Abby returned to him and ran her hands over him to push him into a lying position. She kissed him intensely before pulling his clothes off. He wanted to fight. He wanted to run away. But the memory of Mike being shot paralyzed him. He couldn't, wouldn't let that happen again.
So he lay there when Abby caressed him. He lay there when she kissed his bare skin. And he lay there when she wrapped first her hands, then her lips around him. He squeezed his eyes shut once again trying to block everything out. He thought of Davy and Peter. Trying to go to a happier place, he thought of everything the four of them had been through. Winning against all the evil forces they'd encountered and coming out just as strong, if not stronger than before.
He soon felt his body react, however, in a way he didn't want. Abby giggled to herself as his body responded in a positive way to her and he tried desperately to fight it. He tried to think of bad things now. Anything to stop his body reacting this way. Mr. Zero, Babyface, Mama Maria, and even Mr. Babbit yelling at them. He pictured Valerie lying on the ground bleeding from a gunshot wound. He pictured her in the hospital bed. Ginny's terrified face as Sebastian smacked her around and as she'd discovered the message on the mirror. The tactic helped a little, but his negative reaction was only temporary. His body seemed to have a mind of its own. Before he knew it, his body shook as he reached climax. He tried with every ounce of strength to fight it, but couldn't.
"That's a good boy, Micky," Abby said moving back up to cradle his face. Micky hated himself. For the first time he could understand someone's desire to want to die. He just lay there trying to tell himself this was just a bad nightmare; none of this was real. He almost jumped when Abby's voice pulled him from his thoughts. "Look at me, Micky."
Micky noticed that the room was silent except for Abby and he grew scared. He opened his eyes and saw Abby first. She was kneeling next to him and now she was completely naked like him. She was smiling and looked incredibly content. It sickened him. Micky moved his gaze to check on Mike and Ginny. They were sitting on the floor, Mike holding Ginny close to him and trying to comfort her. She was staring at Micky and Abby as if she couldn't look away; like watching a terrible train wreck. Mike was looking away and trying to move Ginny's head so she would as well, but her eyes bore into Micky's. He felt the pain that glimmered in her eyes and wanted to end all of this. He just didn't know how.
And when he saw the tear run down her face, he realized why she'd suddenly grown so quiet. He paid no attention to the fact that Abby was now positioning herself on top of him. He paid no attention to the fact that she'd elicited another response from him, allowing her to begin having sex with him. Abby's words echoed in Micky's head. She could do something for him that Ginny couldn't. And Abby had proven herself right. Not only had she made Micky respond positively in an act Ginny couldn't do for him, but Micky also realized Abby had to have seen him and Ginny together. It was the only way she could have known about it. He knew Ginny felt more betrayed by that than the fact that he'd finished for Abby.
He looked away, unable to bear seeing the pain in her eyes anymore. He felt sick to his stomach. Ignoring the sensations working their way through his body was becoming harder and harder. As was ignoring Abby. She was moaning and rocking on top of him. When she finished, he thought she was finally going to get off him, but she didn't. She smiled down at him and started rocking again.
"Come on, baby," Abby cooed at him as though urging him.
"Get off me," Micky said. "You got what you wanted."
"Not quite," Abby said softly. "I want you to finish, Micky. Finish for me?"
"Get off," Micky repeated.
"Not yet, baby," Abby said. She started rubbing her hands over his chest and leaned over him. Micky tried to fight again, but at the same time he knew that if he'd just stop fighting it would be over sooner. So he closed his eyes and just let her win. He couldn't bear having Mike and Ginny see him like this much longer. When it was all finally over and Abby got off him, he rolled over with his back to Ginny and Mike. He couldn't bear to look at them. Abby smiled and giggled in his ear before getting off the bed and putting her clothes on.
He heard a buzzing and metal clinking and assumed Abby had unlocked the gate before she slipped out the door. He briefly thought about pulling his pants back on, but didn't really want to move and didn't have the energy either. He heard shuffling of feet and fabric and flinched when he felt a blanket placed over him. Mike set his hand on Micky's shoulder, but Micky shrugged him off. He didn't want anyone touching him right then. He just wanted to be alone. Mike took the hint and Micky heard him walk away. He felt bad that Ginny was probably still too upset to move. He just couldn't shake the feeling of Abby touching him.
