Chapter 25: Homecoming? PT.2

Sora's POV

"Riku please!"

"No."

I'd been begging Riku to come to homecoming, but his answer was always no.

"Fine, but promise me that we'll hang out and play video games all day tomorrow." I pouted.

Riku smirked and nodded. "Ok, deal. Now go get ready before your late."

"I don't know about this Paine girl. I haven't even seen her."

"You'll be fine. Now, go your going to be late."

"Ugh, fine." I got up from Riku's bed and went to my room. I showered and got out the outfit I had bought. When I was dressed I went back to Riku's room. "So, what do you think?" I struck a pose for him. He sat up on his bed and just looked at me.

The way his wonderful aquamarine eyes looked at me with a sparkle made my heart flutter for some reason. He was looking at me like I was his all and that made me feel so content and happy.

"You look wonderful, Sora." He said getting up and walking over to me. He fixed my tie and smiled. "Now you look, perfect." He looked down to me and I up to him. the space between us slowly closed and our foreheads touched.

"Riku..." I said softly not wanting to ruin the moment, but feeling the need to say it.

"Sora..." He looked at me again in that same way. I couldn't take it any more.

I latched my lips on to his in a passionate kiss. He kissed back and deepened the kiss by pushing his tongue through my lips, and placing his arms around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck, as I moaned into the kiss. Our hot wet muscles slid over each others and it felt magical. The need to breathe became too much and we parted. We looked at each other panting trying to catch our breaths.

Riku then cleared his throat. "Uh, I think you should go."

That brought a frown to my face. "But why?"

"Because your going to be late, Sora. Paine? Remember?"

"Oh, yeah. Ok."

"We'll talk later I promised." He said then pecked my cheek. I felt my face heat up and I smiled.

"Ok. See you later then." I waved as I left. I went to Roxas's room to see if he was ready.

When Roxas opened the door I could barely tell it was him. His hairstyle and the makeup made him look so different.

"Hey- OH MY GOD WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO!?" I yelled.

"Shut up it's just a little makeover for tonight." Roxas said waving off my comment.

I took a moment to look at him, then smiled. "You look great Rox." He did really look good, and I like the style on him.

"Thanks." He said, then took a moment to look at me too. "You look great too, Sor." He gave me a quick peck on the cheek, the same cheek Riku had kissed, and I smile and blushed all over again.

"Thanks. Want to go and pick up the girls together?" I asked

"Sure I was just about to go anyway."

Roxas and I made our way to the girls dorm. Paine was an ok girl when I met her. She seemed to be a bit presumptuous, but still an ok girl.

She dragged me to the event hall and made me dance with her, while she insulted my clumsiness when I stepped on her boots. She then insisted I get her some punch, and when I gave it to her she said it was horrid and spit back in the cup and threw it out into the crowd of dancing then declared she was going to go talk to Ku-Ku.

I let out a sigh when she was finally gone and went to see if I could find Roxas. I found him talking to Axel, but I didn't interrupt they looked so happy together. So I went to find Xion only to see her dancing with Namine. Xion looked happier than I had seen her in a while, and Namine looked to be having fun too.

I was walking around when I bumped into some by accident, and fell to the ground.

"Oh, I'm sorry." I said getting off the floor, and not looking at the person. When they didn't say anything I looked at the person only to find a very familiar girl with blue silver hair. "FUU! How have you been?!" I said excited to talk to her since it had been awhile.

She smiled and nodded at me, and I knew that meant she had been ok.

"So are you here alone?"

She quirked her mouth and nodded.

"Well, then may I have a dance?" I said holding my hand out to her

She smiled, nodded, and took hold of my hand.

We went out on the dance floor just as a slow song came on. She put her around my neck and I put my hands on her hips and we danced. As the song began to end so did our dance. Fuu smiled at me and I knew it was her saying thank you.

"Thanks for the dance, Fuu."

She hugged me the by surprised me. "Sora." She said softly and smiled at me, and I just smiled back. She then waved and ran off through the crowed.

The music then died down and the Dj made an announcement. "Now all you lovely people it's time for a special performance. This goes out to Demyx Savajé." I knew then it had to be Zexion and Roxas's performance. I looked over to Demyx seeing him at mid crowded with Larxene and Axel. I made my way towards them just as a cloaked figure began to sing. I knew it wasn't Roxas cause it didn't sound like his sing voice.

The figure then threw his cloak on the stage revealing a completely different Zexion. He was dressed kind of like Roxas. I just couldn't believe he was singing in front of pretty much the whole school. I had heard Zexion had major stage fright.

"Zex-ion?" I heard Denyx uttered through the cheers of the crowd. I looked at him to see his eyes glossed over.

Roxas and Zexion jumped off the stage and moved to the center of the dance floor. Everybody formed a big circle around them and watched and cheered. Zexion walked right up to Demyx and sang in his face while playing with his tie, Then pushed him away and dance back over to Roxas. They made their way to the stage. I couldn't believe that Zexion and Roxas had kissed. Right on stage in front of everyone.

The DJ turned on more music and everyone went back to dancing. All my friends and I were gathered in a circle discussing what happened, well except Demyx who had run off and Larxene who had followed him.

When Roxas and Zexion appear everyone began shouting at them. Roxas was about to answer and I was listening when I say a flash of silver. Thinking that Riku had come to the dance after all I turned. Only to see Riku and Kairi arm and arm.

"RIKU?!" I shouted.

Everyone turned to see what I was seeing. Kairi and Riku together.

"Hey guys! Meet my new boyfriend." Kairi said cheerfully.

"You two are dating?" I asked.

"Yep! Riku here came by my dorm not to long to go all dressed up and asked me to be his girlfriend and if he could escort me to homecoming. Now here we are."

"Is that true Riku?"

"Y-Yes." Riku said not looking me in my eyes.

I felt my heartbreak some and it the need to cry. I mustered up the best smile I could. "I-I'm happy for you too. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go." My voice was cracking and tears were already running down face, so I just ran away.

I ran to the courtyard as fast as I could, with out tapping into my powers. I couldn't believe this. Why? Why would he kiss me if he liked Kairi? Why would he give me false hope and let me fall? Why did my heart hurt so much? Why was I sitting on a bench wailing and sobbing. Why was I shaking and crumpling? Why?

"Sora!" I looked up to see Roxas coming towards me. He knelt in front of me and wiped my tears. I was so glad I had him.

"W-W-Why would he- he d-do this t-t-to me!?" I sobbed.

"Sora, take a breath and tell me what's wrong?" Roxas instructed calmly.

I did so and it calmed me enough to where I could at least talk again. "Earlier Riku and I kissed. Rox, it felt like magic and so good. Now he's with Kairi. I really thought he liked me.'"

"Sora, it's okay. If he can't see you're a catch he doesn't deserve you." Roxas said hugging me.

"I really liked him though. I thought he and I could have been something. Besides Kairi doesn't even like him. I know she doesn't." I starting to cry again.

"Well then Sora play the game."

"The game?" I said pulling away and looking at Roxas questionably.

"Kairi wants to make you jealous. She's using Riku because he's confused on his feelings, but it not going to work. Because you want him, and you're going to make him come to you."

"You think I can actually do that?"

"Most definitely. Now, come on let's go make Riku your's."

Roxas and I walked back to the dance everybody was dancing including Riku and Kairi. Roxas and I went right over to where they where dancing.

"Come on show him." Roxas whispered in my ear. I nodded feeling confident. We began to dance, very suggestively. I looked over to Riku and Kairi. Riku was staring somewhat and Kairi was scowling.

"They're falling for it." I whispered in Roxas's ear.

"Let's kick it up a notch then. Follow my lead."

Roxas took my hand and spun me around then pulled me close. He then put his hands lower on my waist. I moved my hips in his direction. I bit my lip as Roxas brought my hips to his and we moved them together. I saw Riku look over so I winked, and his mouth went agape. Kairi saw this and dragged Riku off. I laughed to Roxas and he laughed too.

We sat down at one of the many tables as the song ended. We both were still chuckling too.

"Do you think that worked?" I asked.

"Well it certainly got his attention, and that's always good. He'll be begging you to be your boyfriend in no time."

"Well that'd be nice, but it would be better for him to just admit he likes me without me having to seduce him."

"He'll see, just you wait." Roxas said, then looked over my shoulder. "Look." He pointed behind me. I turned to See Zexion and Demyx talking at another table, and they weren't yelling.

"You think they'll get back together?" I asked.

"I hope, so neither of them are functioning correctly without the other."

OK change of plans next chapter won't be for awhile sorry, but it if I'm lucky it will be sooner.I hope you liked this chapter if so tell me why if not tell me why and yes it was really short but for a reason. well till next time...
