They stared off in to the water for a moment, until Edward stood up and pulled her up with him. He looked at her hoping she was ready.

"Let's go home." He said softly to her. She smiled at him and nodded her head. He took her hand and they walked out of the meadow and towards home. It was then that he remembered that he had bought something. He pulled it out of his locket and looked at her.

"When I was looking for you I stopped to ask if you had passed through the town. The nicenice lady said you had. I saw in her mind you looking at something." He pulled out the necklace. "I got you this." He handed it over to her. He was surprised at how nervous he was about her reaction. When she smiled at him he was relieved. Then she leaned forward and lightly pressed her lips to his. He stood shell shocked. He just looked at her. He didn't notice the slight smile on his lips. He didn't notices her blush. He couldn't think of anything other than the feeling of her soft warm lips on his. It wasn't until she grabber his hand and started to walk that he was able to start thinking of anything else.
