AN: ASTARTES ORGAN LIST
As was voted by a grand total of 1 dude (as of 19 January 2018), here's the list of new organs Naruto had for the Astartes bloodline and its functions in order of enhancements made for both yours and my own reference. All organs are taken straight from Warhammer 40k's Adeptus Astartes with the sole exception of the Linker Core, inspired by the magic power control organ within Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha (which is awesome btw). Also didn't take the Black Carapace, since Naruto will not be interfacing with power armour within this story.

Linker Core: A secondary chakra core to assist in chakra generation, control, filtration and compression and the regulation and usage of Bijuu youki. Will also assist in chakra system recovery upon damage to it.
Progenoid Glands: A set of organs that acts as storage containing the stem cells for every system within an Astartes' body that can be used by the body or by someone treating an Astartes to generate new organs for him, allowing even destroyed organs and limbs to be replaced or healed in conjunction with the other organs. Also acts as a tertiary brain that monitors his entire body functions with the assistance of the other organs, and will repair any deviations from the norm, preventing any cancerous growth.
Secondary Heart: As the name suggested, it's a secondary heart, made to improve blood flow which results in better oxygen and nutrient delivery, giving an Astartes his near limitless stamina and rapid healing when combined with the other organs he had. Both hearts can function independently and take over the other's operation, allowing him to fight and live on despite having his heart pierced, destroyed or removed for reasons.
Biscopea: Helps release special hormones that improve and strengthens muscle growth, giving an Astartes stronger, denser muscle fibre that can themselves act as a sort of body armour. Gives an Astartes a thick, leathery skin near impervious to regular attacks. Also helps assist recovery of any injury and prevents muscle atrophy due to lack of use.
Ossmodula: Helps release special hormones that improve and strengthen the skeletal structure of an Astartes, giving him stronger bones that won't break easily. Said hormones will also force the body to absorb metal and other materials to be used for the bones, giving an Astartes his trademark bonemetal silvery-grey alloy skeletal structure if enough metal was within his diet during an Astartes' lifespan. Just like the Biscopea, helps recovery of broken bones.
Sus-An Membrane: Short for Suspended Animation, the Sus-An Membrane puts the Astartes into a state of stasis when enough physical trauma was dealt, allowing his body to heal and recover even faster than he already could. Can be dangerous if triggered on a remote battlefield without support, obviously. Since it's a layer over the brain, also helps absorb a small amount of head trauma he would receive, preventing even more damage.
Larraman's Organ: Creates the Larraman's Cells, special immune cells that are hundreds of times more potent, allowing him to become immune to most diseases. The same cells also helps in healing, and will work together with the Progenoid Glands to attack and remove any cancerous cells, preventing any damage or modification to his body functions as monitored by the Progenoid Glands.
Haemastamen: An organ that changes his blood composition, giving him even better nutrient and oxygen delivery, which also gives him his near limitless stamina together with the Secondary Heart. Combined with the Larraman's Cells and Progenoid Glands, it allows his body to quickly respond to any invasion by viruses and/or foreign objects (like swords) and prevent infections while also kickstarting his recovery process immediately.
Catalepsean Node: Allows an Astartes to forfeit his sleep, staying days on end awake, lucid without any issues by shutting down certain parts of the brain as sleep replacement during regular operations. Also gives him a shorter sleep period. The organ had its limits though, and he will still need a full night's sleep after some time of staying awake, since its functionalities does not help replacing a good sleep.
Occulobe: Changes Naruto's eyes – and consequently sight, allowing him to see much, much further than what a regular person could. Will also give him near perfect night vision. Had 3 vision modes: a regular colour sight, a chakra sight that allows him to see chakra flow and strength like the Sharingan and infrared sight, allowing him to see heat, giving him sight and target recognition even in places where there were zero light sources from anywhere. The regular vision mode is all three activated at once, but they can be cycled mentally with a thought.
Preomnor: A secondary stomach located before the main, capable of neutralising any known biochemical contaminants and poisons ingested and isolate any unknown, dangerous materials, allowing the Astartes to puke it out, preventing any damage from the material. Works together with the Betcher's Glands, providing it with new poisonous material and/or its neutralisation.
Lyman's Ears: An ear replacement that prevents nausea, dizziness and vertigo from rapid motions and also prevents loss of balance in any situation, making his fall a very unlikely happening. Also gives him a listening ability beyond anything else, allowing him to accurately pinpoint the source of any minute sound he heard, allowing for target identifying even when his eyesight disappeared from any injury.
Omophagea: Allows an Astartes to absorb information from the brains of any creature he ate, giving him instant knowledge of the animal and skills it had.
Oolitic Kidney: Filters out any poison and abnormally high amount of chemicals that entered his bloodstream through any method, flushing them out immediately, though any extremely high concentration of hazardous materials in his body will take some time for it to work to flush them as quick, disabling an Astartes for a while as it works. It also works together with the Progenoid Glands to ensure proper operation of his body no matter the situation.
Neuroglottis: Located just ahead of his throat, it helps test the toxicity of anything that he ate, quickly identifying its edibleness. It also improves his sense of smell and taste, allowing him to track any prey in any situation.
Multi-Lung: A third lung that improves oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange, giving him enhanced stamina and the ability to extract oxygen from even the most oxygen deprived environment. In addition, in highly toxic air, his other lungs will close up, and only the Multi-Lung would work, filtering any toxins or chemicals that he breathes in. The Multi-Lung also allows him to breathe in water, though in both these situations, he would be weaker than usual due to him losing the ability of two of his lungs.
Betcher's Glands: an organ divided into two parts, one located within the mouth and another within his torso. The one inside his mouth will release poisonous, acidic spit when triggered, providing him with a weapon when all else is gone, and also allows him to melt and eat what was inedible to others. The second part will receive toxins from his other organs and recreates them, allowing him to become immune to the same poison in the future, while also giving him the ability to turn his blood into a cocktail of poisons that won't harm him, but can act as a last ditch vengeance weapon, taking out his opponent if they managed to injure him. The gland inside the mouth will also receive this information, allowing his poisonous spit to become even more dangerous with more toxins he consumed.
Mucranoid: Changes the composition of his sweat into a waxy substance that can meld together to create a sort of protective cover, allowing an Astartes to survive in extreme weather when activated. When not activated, it passively masks his scent, preventing detection and providing a lesser protection against said weather.
Melanochrome: Secretes hormones that changes skin colour, allowing him to last through strong blasts of sunlight, preventing heat stroke and skin burns in high solar radiation situations.
…And we're done! That's a fuckton of organs, yeah? With the new 8th Edition Codex Space Marines of Warhammer 40k, more new organs have been introduced with the introduction of the Neo Astartes, the Primaris Marines. However, I won't be using them within this fic, since I believe that the old ones are already more than powerful enough for the Narutoverse.
