Chapter 24: Welcome Zach Daniel Salvatore!
"Everything is ready for you, although the papers so now we go right to the birth room, here Stefan put your wife in the wheel chair" Meredith greeted us. "Oh and hello Nessie, are you ready to meet your brother?" she asked me and hugged tightly. "Yes I can't wait to see him as my parents" I said while we heard my mother's whimpers.
"So how are you Elena, feel the deferens between Nessie's birth and this one? And please change into this, Nessie dear please help your mother and you Stefan, you may sit here and be near your wife". Meredith asked my mom, and gave us orders while she makes sure that everything is prepared. "Well there is a little different between the constructions because I know how to react and behave like now" she stopped talking, put her one hand on her stomach and other one gave to me and breathed "Aww this one was painful, and the time between them is nearly 10 minutes. I read in the special book that you gave me that the second birth isn't so hard even there is a big different age from the children" she stopped again when we were on our way back from the bathroom to her bad.
"Here, Elena I am right here." My dad said that when he helped her to sat on the bad and feels more comfortable. I was sitting by her other side and rub her belly.
"Let's see you how long you are" Meredith said that and continues "well I guess that in more two hours you will start push and soon we all will meet Zach" Meredith told it to us with a very glad voice "you doing good love, my dad kissed my mom on her cheek, I want to buy something for me to drink, Ness you want something? Put eye on your mom from me" and he went. At this time I was chatting with Eliot and mom at the same time. "Nessie, are you listening to me? I asked you if you can grab my back to me and what I got, no reaction" she looked at me with a nervous look that then went to pain look. "Ohh mummy, I am sorry Eliot just asked me how you are. I'm coming" and I sat on her bad and rubbed her back. "Ahh, it is good sweetie, thanks you very much my beautiful daughter, I love you cutie" she give me a kiss and a hug and then I put my hand on her stomach and said "C'mon little brother, it is a big world waiting for you, you hurt our beautiful mummy and I think we both don't want to hurt her" as I said that I felled how he kicked and all this time my dad and Meredith were near the door and just listen to me and then all the adults just said "awww". My dad gives me a coca, and gave to my mom glass of water. "Thank you so much love and thank you so much Ness, I feel like you give me so much power that I ready to get out of me your brother, now Meredith I want to pee so please check me if I am allowed to stand and walk"
"Elena, you always allowed to walk and stand instead of if you have the argue to push so there defiantly you need to stay in bed and be ready to give birth. So feel free to go to the bathroom, let me help you" and they went together.
"Are you excited my sweetie girl?" my dad asked me and come to hug and kissed me and then went to help my mom to come back to her bad.
"I am excite very much, you already heard me" I started to chuckle and then there weren't time to chuckle because Meredith check my mom and said "Well Elena you are full dilated so when you will be ready just say to us and you will start to push, have a look on her I will come back soon" she left the room for a second and then the room was with 3 more nurses.
"Nessie, you will help me and rubbed your mother's hand when she will need it. Ok dear?" Meredith asked me and I just nodded my head to her.
"Stefan behind me, and Nessie take my hand please" my dad looked at my mom and went to say behind her and her put his both hands on her stomach. "Oh yes, right there" my mom said with a relief, my mom placed his hands and said "I am ready"
"Ok Elena on the count of three 1…2…3 push push push! Great job, take a break and then continue" my dad kissed the top of my mother's head and then mumbled "You are so beautiful, keep going dear, I love you so much" and then I added "Yes mom, you are brilliant please please please, you are so strong keep going" with this words I put my other hand on her stomach and helped my dad, it feels like we three were pushing but actually me and my dad only help to mummy, my mummy screamed little bit and said "Ahh it hurts but not the same as was with Ness" then she pushed more with "ohhaaww". After some more pushes Meredith said "you have only 2 more pushes: the first for the head of your boy and another one for his body, when you ready tell" Meredith said and looked at my mom. After 5 minutes my mom said "We are ready let's finish with it" and she pushed as hard as she could and after some moment suddenly we heard a quite loud crying from the little baby that Meredith was holding, he was so tiny and so beautiful. Someone took to clean him and then Meredith went to my mom to give her, her son. "It is already 10th of January, congrats you pretty family and welcome Zach. "Hello sweetie, I am your mother and right here is your father and on the other side is your big sister, we love you so much" on this words Zachy (this is my nickname to my perfect handsome little brother) opened his green eyes and my parents looked at each other and then my mom said "Look, Stefan he got your eyes, and mine color of hair" and my dad cut her "perfect mix" and lined down to kiss her passinly. "Now defiantly he will be your little copy daddy like I am mother's" I came closer to them and hugged them both. "I go out to call others okay?" I asked and started to climb out of the bad and then my mom stopped me "No, Nessie call from here and tell them that in more 2 hours they can come to meet Zachy". It was late morning so everyone was already up and it wasn't a problem to call. After about hour, after all the checks Zachy got his first breastfed meal and then he fall asleep, my mom gave him to me and I was cuddling him for a while, my mom was lying on the bad and my dad cuddled her and they were looking at us two until we heard a knock on the door. There was Alaric who entered and asked if he can hold his new grandson-in-law and form this moment till more hour little Zach was passed from all my family.
