Me: Hey, guys. Here's the final chapter to Elise's Wonder Wedding. This will be a wonderful ending.
Sonic: Yes, my mom will finally be nicer to Elise.
Elise: And we'll find out what Sonic's surprise is.
Me: Yes, and it will be a great surprise. So here's the last chapter.
Riskit's Park, Chapter Five, Elise's Wonder Wedding, Day 1
The next day, Elise woke up with flower petals and a poem again. Elise wondered if this was Sonic's surprise. When Elise got to the park, she saw Sonic dressed in a Christmas Island wedding suit and a curtain was over at the entry to the lake.
"Sonic, what's going on?" Elise asked.
"Well..." Sonic said and the curtain went up.
"Oh my gosh, everyone is here!" Elise said, excitedly.
"Elise, will you marry me? Right here in this park? Tomorrow?" Sonic asked.
"Yes. Yes!" Elise replied.
"Here, try this on," May said, handing a box to Elise.
"It's my dress! The one I picked out!" Elise said. "The one I really wanted!" Elise put on the dress and May said it was like it was made for her. Elise decided to wear the dress until the wedding, even if she has to work while wearing it. Elle refused to let this happen, but Sonic said Elise loves to cook so she wants to spend one more day doing her job. Elle agreed and everyone went to the tavern to wait for the big day. So Elise began the day. When the day ended, Jackie, Alyssa and Missy came.
"Elise, can we talk for a second?" Missy asked. "It turns out that all three of us want to catch the bouquet tomorrow."
"Alyssa, YOU want to catch the bouquet?" Elise asked.
"I do...now," Alyssa said, blushing. Jackie said Elise will have to choose to prevent anyone from getting bloodshot eyes. Elise decided to throw it to Jackie because he's her best friend and he gave her support. But Elise didn't tell everyone who she chose to make it a surprise. Jackie said everything has turned out right again, like he promised.
Riskit's Park, Chapter Five, Elise's Wonder Wedding Day 2
The next day, everything was set up and ready for the wedding. Matt walked Elise down the isle where Sonic was waiting.
"Now let's try this again with both the bride and groom present," Silver said. "Ahem. Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join Sonic and Elise in holy matrimony. If anyone has a reason for these two not to wed speak now, or forever hold your peace."
"You heard him, HOLD IT!" Alyssa yelled, finally taking Elise's side from Amy, who came to the wedding as well.
"Do you, Sonic, take Elise to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Silver asked. "In sickness and in health? For richer or for poor? 'Till death do you part?"
"I do," Sonic said.
"Do you, Elise, take Sonic to be your lawfully wedded husband?" Silver asked. "In sickness and in health? For richer or for poor? 'Till death do you part?"
"I do," Elise said.
"May we exchange the rings?" Silver asked.
"You don't want to know what I had to do to get that one back," Jackie said, who came up with both rings.
"You may now share your first kiss as husband and wife," Silver said. So Sonic and Elise kissed each other, and when they broke apart, Jackie shouted "LET'S PARTY!" This made everyone laugh, but as way of agreeing with Jackie. So everyone gather around one of the tables and Riskit said he will be serving in Elise's place while Tobias helped him. So throughout the day, Riskit served Elise and her family for the reception until they were completely full. When the day ended, Elise tossed her bouquet to Jackie, like she promised.
"Jackie, I wanted to thank you..." Elise said. "If it wasn't for your support back in Mobius, I might have called everything off."
"Elise, you are my best friend," Jackie said. "Besides, I'm sure you and Sonic would have...Cottons, no!"
"Okay, everyone! It's time to give the wedding couple to their big send off," Matt said.
"She's all yours, Sonic," Jack said.
"Where to, Mrs. O'Malley?" Sonic asked.
"Wherever you go, I go, Mr. O'Malley," Elise said.
"May your pockets be heavy and your heart light!" Snare said, holding Alyssa's hand.
"And give us some grandchildren," Elle said. Matt rolled his eyes as Sonic and Elise got on Jack's speedboat. They watched the finale, the fireworks like Elise chose.
Me: See? I told you Alyssa would finally let up with Sonic and Elise's marriage.
Sonic: Yep, that's what in-laws are like, they get nervous about giving away the bride or groom at first but in the end, they finally let up and let the couple get married.
Elise: Yes, even Sonic's dad was OK with our marriage.
