Hey guys! I hope you all had a fantastic week. I've been beyond busy, but super excited for everything! Though, this afternoon, I developed back pain and a headache that wouldn't go away, even with advil :( Oh well, it should go away soon :D I've been writing a lot this weekend, working on stuff for this story, a new series based on the anime Fairytail, and a Jelsa one-shot shot, called "Starbucks Lovers," that was posted yesterday. Check it out!

Now, who is ready for some awesome moments? :D

Disclaimer: I don't own anything... yet ;D

"Come on, Merida. You need to talk to her."

Merida sighed and looked at her phone. Hiccup, who was sitting next to her in his usual spot on the bed, glanced worriedly at her.

Merida's curls bounced as she tipped her head down. "I know. You would think that for all my bravery with other people, it would be easy to stand up to my mum."

Hiccups fingers found her chin and he tilted her discouraged-looking face up to meet his. He rested his forehead against hers. "You can't always be brave. No one can. It's okay to be weak once in a while. But right now, you just need to be yourself. It's okay if that isn't super brave, but you do need to tell your mother how you feel. I'll be right here."

Merida's blue-green eyes flashed, a look of gratefulness on her face.

Hiccup leaned back, and put a hand in his hair nervously. "Can I kiss you? For good luck?" This was their first time being alone after their little make out session after last week, and he wasn't sure where they stood.

Merida chuckled at his indecision and nervousness. She rose her eyebrow, her mouth quirking into a smirk. "Didn't realize you were so unconfident that you had to ask."

He broke out into a grin and then his lips were on hers, kissing her passionately. Hiccup tried to pour all his strength into her and let her know that he was there for her. His arms pulled her close, holding her tenderly.

They broke apart, Merida truly smiling for the first time in a couple days. She sighed, gripped Hiccup's hand, and made the call.

Her mom picked up in two rings. Merida! Finally you call me back. You know, you can't keep ignoring me. You have a duty to your - .

Merida gathered her courage and cut her mom off. "Mum, I'm not going with you."

What!? Young lady, you have a duty to your family. Now abandon this silly dream of yours and come do what's best for you and your family.

"I'm nineteen, mum. I'm an adult and I'm going to make decisions for myself. I understand that you need help with the boys, but you can always hire a nanny. If I go with you, I will have to throw all my education and a fantastic scholarship away. I can't be at home forever mum. I need a job eventually and I want to live my own life. I can't just live at home forever, and I don't want to marry someone I don't love and be a housewife. That's not me."

"Come on, come on, come on!" Giselle shouted from the door of their hotel room. Her pink dress flared out at her knees as she spun in circles waiting for the rest of them. Vanessa sauntered into the hallway in her plum purple, skin tight body con dress. She ran her fingers through her jet black curls and smirked.

"You look like a little girl in that dress, Giselle."

Giselle just pouted, "I like it, so I don't care."

Meg walked into the hallway, joining the girls, her light purple chiffon top brushing the top of her black skinny jeans. "Don't be rude to her, Vanessa. She looks adorable."

"Exactly, like a little girl," Vanessa smirked back.

Ariel and Elsa joined the rest of the girls just as a knock sounded on their door. Giselle flung it open to find the boys waiting.

"Come on slow pokes!" Marty shouted, grabbing Giselle's hand and dragging her out the door. Giselle just giggled and followed.

Jack offered his arm to Elsa, who gladly took it. "You look lovely," he said, smiling down at her.

Elsa looked down at her black lace dress that hugged her body and ended mid-thigh. She had chosen to wear tights because it was short, but was happy with the stretchy-ness of the fabric, which allowed her to dance in it. She grinned up at Jack, "Thanks, I was excited to have an excuse to wear this dress!"

Puss walked up behind them, draping an arm around Elsa's waist. "You can wear it around me anytime you want," he said suggestively. Elsa laughed, pushed him off, and slugged him in the arm.

The group laughed at their antics. Moments later, Simba pushed open the door to the room of the party.

The party was already in full swing. Dance music was blasting through the speakers, lights were flashing throughout the room, and people were already dancing.

Elsa stood frozen, a look of panic on her face. Too many people…

Giselle reached out and snatched her and Meg's hand, "Come on! Vanessa, Ariel, let's go dance!"

The girls pushed their way to the center of the dance floor. Elsa could feel the music pulsing through her veins and smiled. She happy to be with the girls and was going to have fun tonight. Giselle started dancing, pulling Ariel with her. Soon, they had created their own circle and were all having fun doing what they love most.

Some boys came beside the girls, one snaking his arm around Vanessa, who turned and winked at him.

One right next to Elsa, with tussled black hair leaned over and asked in her ear to be heard over the music, "Mind if we dance with you?"

Elsa looked around, seeing that the group had already merged. She shrugged in response, just hoping that they wouldn't get too grabby. Vanessa was already flirting and dancing with the blonde who had approached her, and the others interspersed within their group.

Black hair guy got closer and closer to Elsa, infringing on her space. She moved closer to Meg, turning her back to him and dancing with her. She could feel black hair guy getting closer and saw Meg's glaring face. His hands went to her hips and she stiffened.

Suddenly, her hand was yanked and she collided with a hard chest. She smelt Jack's familiar sent and looked up to see him glaring at black hair guy.

Black hair guy retreated, beckoning his friends as the rest of DDW's boys showed up.

Jack looked down at Elsa and leaned down, his breath tickling her ear as he tried to speak above the music. "You can always say no to them."

Elsa just shrugged at him, and then pulled him into their group.

"Come on, come on, come on! The sun will set soon!" Anna grabbed Kristoff's hand and pulled him out the door and down the hallway. Kristoff, startled, stumbled and then caught himself. He smiled down at the perky red-head as she bounced, waiting not-so-patiently for the elevator to come.

They had been studying in Anna's living room with Rapunzel and Flynn. Kristoff had invited Anna to go with him to walk Sven in the park, and Anna, needing a break, had enthusiastically agreed. Very enthusiastically.

Soon, Kristoff found him and Anna strolling along with Sven, listening to the various street performers play and watching the sun set. Anna was, as usual, talking his ear off. But he didn't mind. He had found a special place for her in his heart, and with all of their friends coupling off, they found themselves in each other's company more and more often.

Kristoff found himself slightly blushing as Anna hooked her arm through his. He hated to admit it, but this girl had wound her way into his life, and now things were incomplete without her around.

But I don't know how she feels.

"Come on, Princess. Dance with me. This is an awesome song!" Jack's hand found Elsa's, as he dragged her from the table onto the dance floor.

Elsa listened to the intro of the song as she and Jack made their way to the middle of the dance floor. She leaned forward to his ear, "Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Do you hear it?"

Jack grinned, happy that she was reading his mind. It's not many people that can find a salsa beat in a dance song. "Let's pull out the big guns and give these fools her something to watch."

He pulled her into traditional ballroom grip and pushed her back into the basic salsa step just as the words started.

I was running on an empty heart, not a trace of gasoline

Trying to dim every single spark, that could hurt, that could burn all of me

Like a soldier on the battleground lying wounded on the field

I was fighting alone with a broken sword, Now I'm caught in in a war with no shield

Already, people were moving, giving them space and turning to watch. Jack and Elsa had already added fun spins and tricks and were moving to claim more space of the floor.

If you hold me now and leave me never, say you'll stay with me forever

Then I surrender, surrender

Just as the music dropped, Jack pulled her close, going more into a tango style. Elsa's leg wrapped around his waist and he dipped her in a circle.

If you hold me now and leave me never, say you'll stay with me forever

Then I surrender, surrender

As the music pumped up again, they went back into a salsa. They tangled and untangled, almost forgetting the crowd in the fun of it; it was as if they were just back at Jose's, lost in the music and each other.

I pushed and pulled all the ones that tried, then I watched them fade away

As I look around a vacant room, I see nobody left here to blame

Cause I made myself a prisoner, Shackled up bay all my fears

But I fell you breaking away at the walls, making them, make them all disappear

By this time, the whole room was watching them and they had most of the dance floor. Many people were amazed; they had never seen anyone salsa to anything other than salsa music. The tricks and complex moves were flying, and Jack and Elsa were laughing

If you hold me now and leave me never, say you'll stay with me forever

Then I surrender, surrender

The music dropped, and this time, Jack and Elsa seamlessly went into a Bachata step. As the nature of the dance, things started to get a little steamy. Elsa's hands began to tangle in Jack's hair and his dropped lower on her waist, pulling her closer.

If you hold me now and leave me never, say you'll stay with me forever

Then I surrender, surrender

Surrender, surrender

The music pumped up again, but the couple still stayed in Buchata, Jack pushing Elsa back into a pivot spin, where they spun around the dance floor. They froze just as the music did, jumping back into a salsa when it started again.

Hold me now and leave me never, say you'll stay with me forever

Then I surrender, surrender

Then I surrender, surrender

As the last strains of the electronic dropped out, leaving a piano ending, Jack and Elsa's feet began to step together, turning the dance into a slow dance. Her head rested on his shoulder and he pulled her close, his breath in her hair. The DJ, rather than fading to another song, allowed the music to die and stop.

Elsa and Jack were startled out of the embrace by a thundering applause, led by their teammates.

The song is Surrender by Cash Cash. It is literally my new favorite right now! I just liked it cause I could hear how to salsa to it... I didn't realize how perfect the words were for this story until I was typing them. Go listen to it for the full effect! Also, did anyone catch the repeating motif throughout this chapter? :D Go back and see if you can find it! (hint: look right after all the line breaks...)

Go check out my new one-shot when you get the chance and tell me what you think! Thank you all for your support :D

Review Replies: Thank you all for the encouragement!

Randomperson: Moms love hugs, just like Olaf! :D And thank you, I'm glad you liked the choreo. I love learning from that guys tutorials.. he is so good! And when Natalie and M&M start reading, please let me know! Or have them let me know. I'd love to know what they think! Hopefully, they will enjoy it as much as you seem to ;) Siren, out

Guest (March 17): Thank you very much!

Frostbite: Thank you!

OoPoPcAnDy: You know, I actually haven't decided if they are going to dress up for the waltz... I might have Elsa wear a skirt... hmm...

GoudelPrincess: Any specific ones you want to see? I was going to try to breeze through to the day three suprise event asap, but if you want some, I'll be sure to add them in :D

manyotpsforlife: No worries! We are a forgiving bunch. Just glad that you are up and running again! Good grades, or in my opinion trying your best on schoolwork, is important! And honestly, when I write it, I see it in my head as a movie... or a TV show... hmmm... ;D

countrygal15: Oooooooooohhhhh I forgot about tap! Which is funny, cause I tap dance... lol. I was half asleep on a train when I wrote the previous chapter. But that will be in either this competition or... yea :D And project Wintergreen sounds perfect! Our catch phrase should be "Minty Fresh," like fresh as in cool. cause it sounds like gum or something... That way no one would know... wow, I'm lame. But thanks :D

RasberryCheeseCake: Thanks :D I thought so too!

disneyobsessionist: I think it would too! I don't know how to email them, or I would... I haven't played around on this site that often. Mostly just on my phone and that doesn't work as well. I post from my computer though :D And good job beating everyone on the Wii! It's hilarious, cause I'm a dancer and I suck at the Wii dance games because I want to hit the moves exactly on the beat or add stuff sylistically and so I never get the points... But I look so much better than everyone else dancing! :D And thank you for always reviewing, it's super encouraging

NAndM: Thank you for the suggestions, but I'm not sure if them singing would work in this fic. Maybe in another! Though I see that a lot. Thanks for the review!

Have a lovely week guys!

xoxoxo,
