Last time on Elementalist Swordsman
The black chidori lit up Sasuke's hand, Kakashi and Naruto woke but were too paralysed by chakra exhaustion to move. They could only watch in shock and horror as Sasuke punched his fist into and out the otherside of his elder brother and effortlessly boot the body off.
Harry remained standing "You made your choice, very well. Next time we meet one of us walks away. Farewell Uchiha Sasuke, I Hatake-Uchiha Potter Hadrian to hearby denounce you as an Uchiha and call you kinslayer." With that Harry sank to his knees his sword flying into his hand.
"Harry-sensei?" Called the distraught Naruto who crawled/dragged himself to the fallen body of his sensei.
"Ototuo, come on please don't die on me. I'm not telling Shizune-chan that her koi died on me." Kakashi begged feeling for a pulse his clothes reduced to a similar state Harry's were after his fight with the Kyuubi.
"Naruto, get my brother to his feet. He's undsteady but alive." Said Kakashi relieved finding a faint but solid pulse.
"Guys don't worry...I'm fine." A weak voice told them and they saw Harry push off Naruto, plant his sword into the floor and gingerly get to his feet a gaping hole in his chest. Harry had a look at the hole on the right hand side of his body in the shoulder.
"Had worse, looks worse than it is." Harry grunted as Kakashi, took his weight onto the older mans shoulder, with a hop, skip and a jump the three were bounding through the trees back into Fire Country.
"Naruto, I know you're going to say I'm going to bring back Sasuke but I'm telling you Sasuke can't be saved otherwise he wouldn't have snapped your neck and run me through with a chidori...Speaking of which Kakashi-niisan why teach him that?" Harry asked causing Kakashi to hang his head.
As they made their way back to Konoha, Naruto contemplated what he had just observed with Sasuke ramming the chidori through Harry. "I'm telling Sakura that I'm not bringing him back. Not after what he did to you." He vowed solemenly.
It took four hours of leap frogging/fireman carrying Harry between them Konoha appeared on the horizon. Where they were joined by Lee carrying Gaara who had managed to defeat Kiminaro by wearing out his willpower. Kankuro landed with Kiba and Akamaru in one of his puppets.
"HARRY-SENSEI!" Shouted Kiba and went to hug the man who had helped him his training when Harry shouted in pain and collapsed and the bandages came loose.
"FUCK! SHIKAMARU GET A MEDIC!" Screamed Kiba as he began pannicking as Kakashi and Naruto picked the groaning man off the ground. Together the three staggered into Konoha, Kakashi and Naruto's clothes slowly turning red.
"Harry, Kami hold on." Kakashi begged as he hauled Harry towards the hospital. Shizune met them halfway.
"Harry-kun, what happened?" She asked she turned to Kakashi and the medic nins "...GET HIM INTO SURGERY NOW!" She ordered and Harry was placed onto a bed and rushed off.
During the commotion Tsunade arrived to find Kakashi, Naruto, Shikamaru waiting outside an operation room. "Who is in their? Mission status." She ordered.
"Harry-sensei and total failure." Replied Shikamaru but Naruto let out a cold bark of laughter.
"Correction baa-chan, it was a total fuckup. The teme got away after Choji, Kiba, Neji, Shikamaru, Bushy brows and Kaka-sensei and Harry-sensei took on the sound five and the teme himself." Naruto explained and Tsunade's eyes widened hiding the tick mark.
"Then how does that explain the HOLE in one of my best new jonins chest." She growled at the blonde who stared back at her.
"Harry-sensei and the teme had a discussion...something about him holding himself back...not the village and a choice which Harry-sensei wasn't going to stop him from doing. Then the teme lost his temper said somethings and used a new jutsu kuro chidori. THAT'S why he has the hole in his chest." Naruto finished.
The sign on the door went off and Tsunade stuck her head inside and withdrew minute later "Shizune-chan, your lugheaded baka will live. Needs serious bed rest but he will live...Oh and try not to kill him as he has something he nearly forgot to tell you."
Three medic-nins a few hours later rolled Harry out of surgery, by now all of Harry's classmates had gathered in the hospital, including Kurenai who was now showing signs of being pregnant. 'This is going to be painful. VERY painful.' Harry thought.
He was saved from the interrogation by Tsunade "OUT! HE NEEDS REST!" She ordered. Harry nodded his thanks and he fell asleep but the dream was disturbing.
Dream
Albus Dumbledore was consulting an orb that Harry remembered as a Orb of scrying. The orb allowed the user to see anyone in a specific area, Harry knew that the Hokage was utilising this orb to watch of Konoha and by extension eavesdrop.
It wasn't eavesdropping as such it was more like conversation tracking to root out all too frequent spies.
However this one was an orb of tracking. "Where are you Harry? Send us a sign so we can get you out of their and back here. I know right now you're probably enjoying yourself but I'm afraid the wizarding world will need you more than where you are. I'm sorry."
Suddenly the orb began to beep and Albus smiled "So he's got home...This will be difficult but ultimately it could work to the Light's advantage."
Then the door to his office burst open or more rather exploded violently as the Minister of Magic burst in with an impressive retinue of guards "ALBUS PERCIVIAL WULFRIC BRIAN DUMBLEDORE! WHERE IS HARRY JAMES POTTER!" Screamed Fudge perpetuantly.
"Minister, calm yourself. I have found Harry, however..." But the old man was cut off by the screaming minister.
"THEN BRING HIM BACK! THE PUBLIC NEEDS HIM! MY JOB HANGS WITH HIM!"
Harry smirked 'I'm not going back...I like it where I am.' He thought before knocking over the sherbert lemons and inscribing 'I'M LISTENING!'
Dumbledore smiled and Fudge screamed as he realsied his plans were in the balance of someone they couldn't see.
"What I was saying was that Harry is in the Shinobi Isles protected by various enchantments and are rather wary of everyone. Especially outsiders such as us, so finding Harry was the easy bit but getting him back is another all together."
Fudge stood up and picked up his bowler hat "Just get him back Albus, just get him back."
Dream end
Harry shook himself from the dream in time to see the faint morning sunlight, he knew it wouldn't be long until he had to confront Shizune-hime and Kurenai. "Let's get this over with." He thought as he waited for visiting hours.
He didn't have long to wait as the moment Tsunade entered with a tray of food "Shizune forced me to bring your food otherwise you wouldn't eat...something about being a stubborn gaki."
Harry nodded and began to eat, he really hated the food in the hospital and with the woman who could shatter his bones with a flick of a finger he didn't dare disagree.
Soon enough Shizune and Kurenai entered the hospital, Harry sagged "Hime, Kurenai-chan first of all I want to apologise to you Kurenai for what happened those years ago...speaking of which how come you're not pregnant?"
Harry turned to Shizune who had tears in her eyes at that statement, he grabbed Shizune's wrist "Hime, I just came back from the dead and I was celebrating. Had far too much alcohol and woke up with Kurenai. That one mistake being with Kurenai hurts alot more than anything anyone could do to me. Do I regret being a father nope, do I regret that my first wasn't with you definately...I love you Shizune. I know I've fucked up and majorly but losing you I just can't take."
Shizune turned to Kurenai and Harry "I forgive the pair of you...Harry-kun you are going on the sofa for the next three months. Same question Kurenai-chan how come you're only displaying the pregnancy now?"
Kurenai grinned at the two of them "Through an elixir that I brewed with Harry's help and my kinship with the Kurama clan I was able to place the baby in a stasis basically."
Shizune grinned at her old friend "Harry and I are willing to split custody of the child when he or she is old enough to understand and until then Harry and I will send you a monthly stipend to get everything you will need for the child."
Harry sighed in relief and slowly pulled himself out of the bed, hole still visible in his chest. "Hime, think you can get me out of here and into some bedrest."
Shizune smirked and helped pull the medical appliances out of Harry's body without much subtly, Harry gritted his teeth as they were pulled out. "And just where do you think you're going Harry-kun?" Came a honey laced voice with a strong hint of 'Get your ass back in bed before I put you in bed.'
Harry from the wheelchair he had been pushed into saw Tsunade leaning against the door frame "Ahhh ummmm Good morning Tsunade-sama, I was just being discharged by Shizune-hime, sending me home for bed rest and besides I have some urgeant information that I need to tell you in person that I would have discharged myself anyhow." He gabbled.
Tsunade nodded "Figured as much, just get him home Shizune." Shizune nodded and pushed Harry out of the hospital and through the streets of Konoha back to the Hatake estate to find Kakashi sitting on his porch reading his porn.
"Ohayo, Shizune-chan...I'll take him from here." He said putting his book away and wheeling Harry inside.
Meanwhile at one of the training fields the Konoha eleven gathered, Neji and Choji in wheelchairs being pushed by the respective females on their teams. Naruto on the other hand looked like a half mummy with both his arms, half his chest and neck covered in bandages. "Why have you called us all together Forehead? Choji should be resting." Said Ino resting on her arms on Choji's wheelchair.
"I want to know the status of Sasuke-kun of course! Ino-pig! Naruto-baka where is Sasuke-kun?" Demanded Sakura perpetuantly.
"Sakura-Manko! Shut the hell up about your precious Sasuke-teme. Not even a 'how did the mission go?' Fucked from the word go Sakura-Manko but thanks for asking. As for Sasuke-teme, he can eat shit and die after what he did to me and Harry-sensei." Naruto growled menacingly before stalking off.
"I, Uzumaki Naruto of the Konoha eleven do pertition for exhiling Uchiha Sasuke from our ranks and vote him a missing nin." He finished not noticing several raised eyebrows and a noticable fracture in the group.
"I, Nara Shikamaru as a member on the mission do second that motion."
"I, Hyuuga Neji as a member on the mission do third that motion."
"I, Inuzuka Kiba as a member on the mission do forth that motion."
"I, Akimichi Choji as a member on the mission do fifth that motion."
"I, Aburame Shino as a bystander and observer of Uchiha Sasuke's temper and mental state do sixth that motion."
"I don't even need to pass my vote to make it official but I am, and I'm guessing this also counts for Hinata-san, Lee-kun and Tenten-san as well. I, Yamanaka Ino do agree with the backing of the four mentioned do agree with the pertition." Declared Ino.
"But, he's one of us." Protested Sakura.
"Deal with it, once an oath has been said and passed it can not be undone. Sakura-gaki deal with it." Came a distracted voice everyone looked over to see Jiraiya standing under the shadow of the tree with various shinobi including the Hokage.
"Hokage-sama, Jiraiya-sama." The group intoned and bowed or tried their best due to their states.
"The Hokage and I didn't bother with Orochimaru as our generation is all gone save for us two. The Yondaime's generation and Kakashi's generation are either clan heads or dead except for Itachi but that is a different story. Your group is the only one who has formally exhiled a member from their ranks." Explained Jiraiya calmly.
Meanwhile back in Hogwarts, Dumbledore and Snape were puring over all of the different ancient and most likely forbidden texts that the headmaster had accumulated over the years during his travels. "The only references I have found Headmaster is a character known as the Rikodu Sannin who placed a barrier between our world and these shinobi lands and a poem."

Dumbledore looked over the Potion Masters shoulder "We have finally found it. Albeit a puzzle but one I shall decipher and soon enough Harry will be back where he belongs."
