2-4-15
Tonight I would reveal what stipulation I had chose. I thought about it all week and I was ready. Sadly, I didn't have a match since Charlotte and Bayley would be tagging against Sasha and Becky tonight. I just stayed in my street clothes and headed to the guerilla, since our promo would be first. When the show started, my music cued up and I walked out to the ring and got in.
"Last week, Charlotte let me pick the stipulation for our match next week. I've made my decision so Charlotte, could you come out here so I can tell you my decision face-to-face?" I explained. It was quiet for a moment until I heard her music play. She walked out with the title and a mic in hand. She walked down and got inside the ring.
"I'm all ears." Charlotte said.
"All week, I thought about match types that the women haven't done yet in NXT and I've made my decision. So Charlotte, at NXT Takeover: Rival, I challenge you to a Ladder Match for the NXT Women's Championship." I announced. She looked at me shocked and then smirked.
"I accept. Next week, I'll beat you and retain this title." Charlotte said confidently. I smirked back.
"We'll see about that Charlotte." I said. Suddenly, we heard Sasha's music play and she walked out with a pissed off look.
"Amber, you don't deserve to be in that match. It should be me!" Sasha yelled.
"Uh, I pinned you fair and square, so yeah, I do deserve it." I said while smirking. She got in the ring and we had a stare off.
"You got lucky against me! I'm the rightful Number One Contender!" She began yelling. I had heard enough, so I kicked her in the gut and hit the Twist of Fate. She rolled out of the ring.
"You didn't see that coming, did ya?" I asked smirking. Charlotte laughed at that. I smiled at her before hitting her with the Twist of Fate. Most of the crowd began booing at that. "No offense Charlotte. I respect the hell out of you but next week, you're losing this title." I said while picking up the title and raising it. I heard the fans boo but I ignored them. My music then played and I dropped the title before heading backstage.
"Amber, what was that about? I've never seen you do this before." Bayley asked surprised.
"Don't worry about it Bayley. Good luck in your match tonight." I shrugged it off and walked away.
NXT Takeover: Rival
2-11-15
Tonight was finally the night and I was pumped and ready to go. I dressed into my usual attire and headed to catering. A lot of fans thought I went heel last week because twitter blew up but I honestly didn't care. The fans were allowed to think what they wanted to.
"I have to admit, what you did last week was awesome." I heard. I looked and saw Seth walking up to me.
"Thanks I guess. What are you doing here?" I asked.
"What? I can't come to cheer you on? I mean, tonight is a big night for you." Seth explained. I nodded.
"Well thanks. I appreciate it." I said.
"No problem. Although I'm sure Ambrose and Reigns are gonna be here too." Seth said, rolling his eyes. I laughed at that.
"They better be if you're here. I need all the support I can get." I said while looking at the monitor as my buddies Enzo and Colin went against The Vaudevillians in a dark match.
"Oh trust me, you have a lot of support here." Seth said. I looked at him surprised. Although, when you think about it, I did. I had made a lot of friends here and some friends from the indies.
"You know, it's so different. In the indies, I had no friends who looked out for me and I was a loner. But as soon as I get here, I've made a ton of friends. I guess the thought of having so much support didn't register with me. Is that weird?" I asked a little embarrassed that I was talking about this to my once enemy.
"Not at all. It just shows that you've changed since being here and your talent gets recognized in NXT. Otherwise, Triple H wouldn't have wasted his time in hiring you. Sure, some people may say you only got here because you were trained by Lita but you didn't. Hell, believe it or not, I watched some of your matches and I thought you were impressive." Seth explained. I gave him a shocked look. "What?"
"The world must be ending if you're giving me a pep talk. Help! Seth's gone crazy." I said mockingly. Seth just lightly shoved me but laughed.
"Shut up." Seth said smiling. I laughed. I then watched as Enzo and Colin defeated Simon and Aiden. That was good.
"I'll see you later. I got to go and congratulate my team." I said standing up. Seth just nodded and I left. I soon found them and walked over to him, "Awesome job out there you guys."
"Thanks a lot, Amber." Enzo said wrapping me in a one arm hug.
"Just make sure you win that Championship." Colin added and I nodded and smirked.
"I plan too." I said. I said bye to them and began walking down the hall.
"Good luck tonight, Ams. I'll be rooting for ya." I looked and saw Tyler walking up.
"Thanks Breezy. I hope you win your match tonight." I said while smiling.
"Thanks. I'll make sure to do it." Tyler said. I nodded. Tyler soon had to leave since his match was first up. I headed down the hall and came across Finn, Adrian, and Sami.
"Hey you guys." I said walking up to them.
"Hey Amber. Excited for your match tonight?" Finn asked. I nodded and smiled.
"Of course I am. I plan on winning that title." I said confidently.
"We'll be rooting for ya." Sami said. I nodded.
"Thanks. I do wanna say good luck to both of you guys on becoming Number One Contenders, and Sami, kick Kevin's ass." I said to them.
"Thanks a lot. It's gonna be a hell of a match." Adrian said. Finn agreed.
"I'll make sure to do that." Sami winked. I nodded. We spent a good while talking and watching the show on my phone. Tyler ended up losing his match to Hideo which sucked. The next match would be Baron Corbin going against Bull Dempsey.
"My money's on Baron since he's still unbeaten." I said proudly.
"Yeah, but Bull has been dominate too." Finn said. I shrugged.
"We'll see." I said. The match been good and I was right, Baron ended up beating Bull Dempsey.
"Ha! Told you. I win." I said proudly.
"Yeah, yeah. You win." Finn said rolling his eyes. The next match was Buddy Murphy and Wesley Blake going against the Lucha Dragons for the tag titles.
"Our turn. I'm going for Murphy and Blake." Adrian said smirking to me.
"Lucha Dragons all the way. They'll get this win." I said smirking back. In the end, I was wrong. Buddy and Wesley retained. "Damn."
"Now who's better?" Adrian said. I rolled my eyes. "All right Sami, it's up to you to beat her. I tied it for you."
"Will do." Sami agreed. I rolled my eyes. We told them good luck as Finn and Adrian left to do their match. "So, I'm going with Adrian."
"Finn for me. He's been on a roll since his debut." I said.
"How long have you known Finn?" Sami asked curiously.
"When we were both in New Japan Pro Wrestling. We met after a mixed tag and became friends. So, we've known each other for a good while." I said reminiscing. We then watched the match. It was definitely a helluva match and in the end, Finn Balor won the match. "Yes, I reign supreme! Bow down to me." I joked. Sami just shook his head.
"What the hell is going on here?" We both looked and saw Dean and Roman standing there with amused looks on their faces.
"Nothing, just beat Sami, Adrian, and Finn at the betting game. 2 to 1." I said while smirking.
"Nice going. But you now have a match to get to." Roman said. I nodded.
"Yup. See you later, Sami." I said while smiling. Sami nodded and Dean and Roman accompanied me to the guerilla. We ended up walking past Adrian and Finn, and I smirked and said, "I beat you guys so you better have something planned for me when I win the title." I said. Adrian and Finn groaned playfully and I laughed. We soon got to the guerilla and I saw Charlotte.
"I admit, you got me last week and I probably would have done the same thing, but tonight it'll be different." Charlotte said.
"We'll see. I will win." I said. Charlotte smirked before holding her hand out. I thought about it for a minute and then shook her hand. Her music then cued up and she went out.
"Good luck out there, we'll be rooting for ya." Dean said. I nodded.
"Thanks. I'll do my best." I said. I soon heard my music and I walked out and did my usual entrance. I stopped and looked at the ladder and then to the title hanging down from the ceiling. I then slid in and Charlotte and I had a stare down. The bell then signaled and the match began. We immediately went at it trading blows. Charlotte then grabbed me and Irish Whipped me into the turnbuckle. She charged me but I quickly kicked her away, causing her to turn around. I then ran at her and hit a bulldog. I then threw her out of the ring and went for and jumped over the top rope but she dodged and I hit the metal barricade. I then heard clanking noises and saw Charlotte throw a ladder into the ring. I crawled and looked for a kendo stick. I grabbed it and slid back into the ring as Charlotte was climbing it and pulled her down before hitting her in the gut with the kendo stick. I began to repeatedly hit her with it until she stayed down. I then went to climb it and was halfway there when I felt someone pull me down and felt myself getting beat down. I knew it was Sasha and Becky. I saw Charlotte standing next to the ladder and then grabbed Sasha and started taking her down. I managed to fight back and hit Becky with a Twist of Fate and threw her out. Charlotte then threw Sasha out of the ring.
Once they were taken care of, we went back at it. I grabbed her into a headlock, wanting to hit Rebel Knock Out but Charlotte pushed me off her. I bounced off the ropes and she hit me with a Big Boot. I laid on the mat and held my head. Suddenly, I felt her wrap our legs and she applied the Figure-Four Leglock. I couldn't help but yell out in pain. I tried to roll over but she blocked it every time. I eventually was able to get to the ropes and tried to get outside the ring. But Charlotte broke it and dragged me into the ring. She tried to apply it again but I was able to kick her away and she hit the ladder and she fell to the mat as the ladder fell. I then picked her up and used a Suplex on the ladder, making both of our backs hit the ladder. We both yelled out and rolled off of it as she stayed in place. I could hear the crowd chanting, "This Is Awesome!"
I slowly stood up and Charlotte finally rolled off the ladder. I slowly picked the ladder up and set it up and slowly began to climb the ladder. She climbed up the other side of the ladder. We both reached the top and began punching each other over and over, trying to make the other fall off. She then tried to hit me with a high kick but managed to block it and shoved her leg away but sadly the shove caused the ladder to tip over and we both fell at the same time to outside of the ring. We both laid there in pain.
I managed to start crawling to the ring and slid inside. I used the ropes and to get myself up and Charlotte began to get herself up as well using the barricade. I managed to set the ladder back up and saw Charlotte about to stumble to the ring, so I quickly bounced off the ropes and hit her with a Baseball Slide causing her to hit the barricade. I positioned the ladder and began climbing it, although it hurt like a bitch to do so. I made it to the top and was inches away when I felt Charlotte punch me in the gut. She then slammed my head against the ladder and I stumbled but didn't fall. She went to grab the title but I punched her to stop her. I slammed her head against the ladder and decided to take a move out of CM Punk's book. I descended a little and pulled her leg through the opening so she could dangle from the ladder but she ended up kicking me in the face and I fell to the mat. Damn her long legs! She eventually righted herself and began climbing the ladder. She was inches away and I got up and hit her in the back. I then pulled her down and hit her with the Twist of Fate. I then climbed the ladder slowly and got to the top. I grabbed the title and pulled it down and I held my head and raised the title up, signifying the end of the match.
"And your winner and new NXT Women's Champion. Amber Storm!" JoJo announced and my music played. I sat on the ladder and held the title up high and smiled happily. I couldn't believe I got the title. I then climbed down and saw Charlotte struggling to get up. I walked over to her and leaned down, "You all right?"
"Yeah, I will be." She answered. I helped her stand up and raised her arm up. We both went through hell tonight so she deserved props to. Charlotte hugged me and said, "Congrats. You deserve it."
"Thanks. We both deserved it." I said. I then saw Bayley come down and she hugged me happily. I hugged her back. I celebrated for a few more minutes before heading backstage. I got congratulated by all of my friends in the back.
"Awesome job out there Bluebell. You deserved it." Dean said bringing me into a hug.
"Thanks Crazy Eyes." I said. Roman then gave me a one arm hug and congratulated me. Colin, Enzo, and Carmella congratulated me as well. Next was Tyler and I got over to Adrian, Sami, and Finn. "So, what you do paesants have planned for me?" I asked jokingly.
"Great, the title's already gone to her head." Finn said while sighing dramatically.
"Your damn right." I said while smirking.
"Someone help us." Adrian said while rolling his eyes.
"I need to do a rain check, my match is next." Sami said hurriedly. I shook my head.
"Nope, I demand my prize." I said sternly but failing miserably at keeping a straight face.
"We'll plan it all out for you, Your Highness." Adrian said rolling his eyes. I grinned and nodded.
"I'll be looking forward to it." I said while walking on. Surprisingly, I didn't see Seth which made me a little sad but I ignored it and headed to the locker room.
"Hey Amber. Congrats on winning." I heard Seth say. I looked and saw him walking up to me.
"Thanks Seth. I was wondering where you were." I said while smiling.
"Like I would be caught anywhere near Ambrose and Reigns." Seth said. I laughed.
"True." I said agreeing. I should have known he would do that. Stupid me.
"So, how does it feel to be champion?" He asked.
"I'll let you know when it registers with me." I said while grinning. Seth laughed.
"Yeah, it'll take some time getting used to." Seth said. I nodded. "So, I thought of a way to say congrats and I think now would be a good time to give it." He said and he was suddenly nervous.
"Seth, you really don't need to do anything." I said confused.
"This, I wanna do." he said. I looked at him curious.
"Okay, what-," I got cut off when I felt a pair of lips meet mine. Oh. My. God. Seth was kissing me! I ended up kissing him back and honestly felt a spark between us. We then separated when we heard voices.
"I'll see you later." Seth said backing away and leaving. I felt sad that he pulled away and left. Was I falling for Seth Rollins?
"Hey, what's wrong Bluebell?" Dean asked coming up next to me.
"Oh, uh, nothing. Got lost in thought. It's hard to believe I'm champion now." I said shaking it off.
"Well, you better believe it because it's true." Dean said. I nodded. "So, are you up for celebrating?"
"Can I take a rain check. I'm tired as hell right now. I just wanna crawl into bed." I said.
"All right. We'll see you later." Dean said. I nodded and headed to the locker room and changed into my regular clothes, thinking about the kiss. My lips still tingled from the kiss. I would need to talk to Seth tomorrow before he heads to Abu Dhabi for the weekend. I watched the final match and was sad when the ref had to stop the match and give the title to Kevin Owens. That sucked majorly. I then headed back to the hotel and took a shower before getting on twitter. I saw a bunch of people congratulating me including AJ, Paige, and Lita, and also Triple H. I didn't know how I felt about that.
After replying and retweeting stuff, I tweeted:

I laughed at the whole conversation. I then went to private messaging and messaged Seth:
We need to talk tomorrow.
Seth wrote back saying:
I know. See you tomorrow.
Now I was nervous about what would happen tomorrow.
